2 stars because the product was good but customer service has always been an issue, I walked in and waited in line with about 4 others to check in no big deal, I check in and wait about 5-10 minutes and see everyone I watched check in before me go to the back, I’m waiting, and waiting, more people come in and check in, you’d think they would be after me? Nope I watched someone check in right infront of me and then get called back and told “we will be right with you” I’d rather let my card expire than go back here, go to “curaleaf” right down the road or “green dragon”, less wait times and cheaper and you will probably get more respect

Fun staff, great product selection. The edibles from trulieve are some of the best out there. Pineapple upside down cake is an incredible sativa flower and a fav. Prices are reasonable. The facility is clean and the product is high quality. Trulieve is the best brand for a dispensary in Florida. The product never disappoints. Highly recommend the sativa edibles for the experience. Flavors are delicious and the trip is fun! A must for higher dimensional beings.

She is the Assistant Manager.She took time with me to answer all of my questions and in the process taught me a few things. She made great suggestions and really took care of me in a way that I have not been in your store before. Deanna blew me away with her concise and informative answers to my questions. Used to swear by Curaleaf bc they always had KILLER prices in comparison to Trulieve, but after moving away for a year and coming back I was very sad to see that there's been a rebrand and the prices have sky rocketed. The prices at Trulieve are now much cheaper, a one gram vape is 25 dollars and 100 mg pack of edibles is 12-15 dollars. Seems Curaleaf is now the company with the expensive prices, which is disappointing. A one gram vape used to be 25 dollars here, and the edibles used to be 10-12 dollars consistently. Its sad to see that the prices have doubled and that Trulieve is now the company with the fair prices. Never thought I'd see the day!

Big Shake ups at this dispensary. Slow service because they have fired the most competent. Long wait times even when you order a- head .They do not do delivery from the store that services an area/ The company posts bogus THC values on the Flower and then doesn't put any on the vapes and concentrates that are listed on line. The flower tends to be overly dry. I have pretty much stopped using this dispensary though I will order for delivery from a place an hour away just to here the delivery person complain. I give it an extra star because they are 1 mile from me.

Will be everywhere, and just like Walmart the service and presentation can’t be compared to Target (Muv, Cannabist, Curaleaf, Rise, just to name a few)With that being said, my expectations were low for this store. By far the lowest quality dispensary I've yet been to. Utter incompetence and mismanagement. The sales and inventory they advertise are constantly false. It is completely normal here to place an order, wait an hour and a half in store, then be told they have nothing you ordered, so you can either pay a lot more for a lot less or you can leave with nothing. The staff is incredibly slow, and while you're talking to them, the manager will take it upon herself to belligerently interject foolish comments about things she doesn't/can't understand. Deliveries aren't any better than pick-up orders. You will wait days, as in multiple, and they will be completely unreachable the whole time except when they contact you to say, surprise, they don't have what you ordered.Astoundingly incompetent. Consistently a frustrating and asinine experience, a waste of time, money, and patience. Fortunately they're not the only dispensary around, because I would genuinely go back to illegally buying brick weed at a bus station before I wasted another second or cent here. Pathetic.And to the staff: Do not bother responding to this with one of your 'contact us so we can provide a solution' messages. You can not and will not provide a solution, don't bother lying

I see this is the only negative review so I guess I am alone. I had an awful experience. I made an order that wasn't confirmed until Friday. When I went to pick it up Saturday I was treated quite rudely. I waited 45 mins before they took me back. Once seen I was told I didn't pick it up in time to get the discount. Furthermore the manager took it upon herself to lecture me about not following pickup rules. Once home The customer service rep. on the website was also very disappointing especially because they cut me off while I was chatting about this. I will take my money elsewhere

It's good, but super slow. With other dispensaries, I can place an order online and it's ready for pickup in an hour or so. With this branch of Trulieve it can take over 24 hours sometimes to just put 8 plastic containers in a paper bag. I placed an order 5 hours ago, and I'm still waiting. Like.... how...why? The cannabis is already pre-packaged, so I can't understand the long wait times for orders.With Curaleaf, your order is ready for pickup in an hour or less every time. Trulieve, speed it up!

I have been a medical marijuana patient since late July, and so far Trulieve is the ONLY dispensary I've been a patron of for several reasons. Firstly the products. The range of products is awesome. They carry a very wide variety of options to choose from in both strains and delivery options. Next is the staff. These people go above and beyond to help you. From the time you walk, or in my case roll, in the door the staff will greet you by name, then treat you as if you're a good friend and not simply a customer. It feels to me like entering "Cheers" from TV, "Sometimes you wanna go where everybody knows your name." That's the atmosphere. Even the other customers who are waiting are friendly and chat with you. I've been to the Venice, Florida location twice because my local location didn't have the particular product I needed. My regular location is the Englewood store, and I cannot speak highly enough of these people. If you have any doubts or questions about Trulieve, don't worry about a thing. They even take returns, which was a bit of a shock; but that's how determined they are to help you with whatever your needs are. So, stop wondering and get on down to your local Trulieve! They'll help you feel better!

I went to Englewood to pick up my order, only to find out it had been voided due to lack of product.Britany O. wouldn't let me leave until I was happy. She worked hard to find me something comparable. I am not an easy patient, due to tolerance etc., but she really worked hard to find me items that would work for me.She is the epitome of excellent customer service and satisfaction. I just waited 55 min for a pick up, several people were sent ahead of me because they were having trouble finding my order, they said. I ordered two eighths and two carts. When they finally called me back they said they only had one of the items I ordered. Said their website wasn't working correctly. They didn't have three of the four items I ordered. They weren't out, they never had it. What a joke. Waiting more than twenty minutes for a pick up anywhere is too long, but to wait an hour only to be told they can't fill your order is absurd. Will not be back to this store again.

Had a very upsetting visit to this store. I was here a week ago and told Matt one of the managers that I had an issue with a vaporizer he told me he would be happy to replace it with a better one as they do not carry that model anymore due to its Inefficiency. But when I came back in with the product he was not there and none of the other managers or the store owner would honor what was said. Apparently they are fine with not having my business. Purchasing Marijuana Products at Trulieve
Upon arrival at this dispensary, you’ll enter a designated waiting area before going into the retail area with staff. The dispensary staff work with you to explain all of the cannabis products available. Budtenders may make recommendations that are based on your doctor’s recommendation.
If it’s your first visit, you’ll be required to complete intake forms. This lets the dispensary staff confirm your patient status and see what you were allotted by your medical marijuana doctor.

The best way to see the different product options before visiting the dispensary is to check out their online menu. If enabled, Trulieve in Englewood online menu may be available on FL Dispensaries to reserve your order.
If you have an active medical card, you can pick from a wide array of cannabis products. Various delivery methods of the different cannabinoids have been approved by the DOH, including edibles, inhalation, oral, sublingual, topical, traditional flower and even suppositories. There is no obligation to buy your entire milligram limit at once; instead, you can purchase less if you so desire and then buy more during another visit or at another dispensary. Used to swear by Curaleaf bc they always had KILLER prices in comparison to Trulieve, but after moving away for a year and coming back I was very sad to see that there's been a rebrand and the prices have sky rocketed. The prices at Trulieve are now much cheaper, a one gram vape is 25 dollars and 100 mg pack of edibles is 12-15 dollars. Seems Curaleaf is now the company with the expensive prices, which is disappointing. A one gram vape used to be 25 dollars here, and the edibles used to be 10-12 dollars consistently. Its sad to see that the prices have doubled and that Trulieve is now the company with the fair prices. Never thought I'd see the day!

By far the lowest quality dispensary I've yet been to. Utter incompetence and mismanagement. The sales and inventory they advertise are constantly false. It is completely normal here to place an order, wait an hour and a half in store, then be told they have nothing you ordered, so you can either pay a lot more for a lot less or you can leave with nothing. The staff is incredibly slow, and while you're talking to them, the manager will take it upon herself to belligerently interject foolish comments about things she doesn't/can't understand. Deliveries aren't any better than pick-up orders. You will wait days, as in multiple, and they will be completely unreachable the whole time except when they contact you to say, surprise, they don't have what you ordered.Astoundingly incompetent. Consistently a frustrating and asinine experience, a waste of time, money, and patience. Fortunately they're not the only dispensary around, because I would genuinely go back to illegally buying brick weed at a bus station before I wasted another second or cent here. Pathetic.And to the staff: Do not bother responding to this with one of your 'contact us so we can provide a solution' messages. You can not and will not provide a solution, don't bother lying

I see this is the only negative review so I guess I am alone. I had an awful experience. I made an order that wasn't confirmed until Friday. When I went to pick it up Saturday I was treated quite rudely. I waited 45 mins before they took me back. Once seen I was told I didn't pick it up in time to get the discount. Furthermore the manager took it upon herself to lecture me about not following pickup rules. With this branch of Trulieve it can take over 24 hours sometimes to just put 8 plastic containers in a paper bag. I placed an order 5 hours ago, and I'm still waiting. Like.... how...why? I have been a medical marijuana patient since late July, and so far Trulieve is the ONLY dispensary I've been a patron of for several reasons. Firstly the products. The range of products is awesome. They carry a very wide variety of options to choose from in both strains and delivery options. Next is the staff. These people go above and beyond to help you. From the time you walk, or in my case roll, in the door the staff will greet you by name, then treat you as if you're a good friend and not simply a customer. It feels to me like entering "Cheers" from TV, "Sometimes you wanna go where everybody knows your name." That's the atmosphere. Even the other customers who are waiting are friendly and chat with you. I've been to the Venice, Florida location twice because my local location didn't have the particular product I needed. My regular location is the Englewood store, and I cannot speak highly enough of these people. If you have any doubts or questions about Trulieve, don't worry about a thing. They even take returns, which was a bit of a shock; but that's how determined they are to help you with whatever your needs are. So, stop wondering and get on down to your local Trulieve! They'll help you feel better!

I’d like to say I’m always treated like any other customer there but when I walked up a kind lady held the door open for me. As I sat and waited for my order she informed me on their deals and such. When all was ready I walked in and Cortney the bud tender was more than happy to help w what I needed and definitely I’d recommend her and Mike Wolfgar. By far the best customer service hands down

This might be my new favorite location. Very clean store, everyone was super friendly and it was probably the fastest(Less than 10 minutes in the building) Trulieve experience I’ve had. Can’t wait to go back. Shout out to Charles on Security, made me feel welcomed as soon as I walked in the door and talked with me for the few moments I waited in the lobby. If I could have this experience at every Trulieve, I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

The first time I went to a Trulieve, it was in Venice, I walked out after 45 minutes and was so disturbed over the ordeal I swore to never go back.Fast forward to today 1/22/21 I found myself in Englewood & I needed my meds. Had a very upsetting visit to this store. I was here a week ago and told Matt one of the managers that I had an issue with a vaporizer he told me he would be happy to replace it with a better one as they do not carry that model anymore due to its Inefficiency. But when I came back in with the product he was not there and none of the other managers or the store owner would honor what was said. Apparently they are fine with not having my business. I have never had any issues with Surterra standing behind their products!!!

This is the best trulieve of the four I've been to in Sarasota County. Venice still struggling to process walkins versus online orders correctly and in a timely manner. This place is clean, efficient and has good staff. I go out of my way to go here because its better than venice.
