This is the only trulieve I've been to that seems to be extremely inefficient. Online orders often take 24 hours to fulfill and even with express pickup, you're waiting at least an hour once you get there. I used to go to trulieve all the time, but now I avoid this location as much as possible.

Between the hour+ waits, giving me different batches than advertised, and straight up telling me I can’t get certain products because they are for online orders only although it says nothing on their website and other locations were able to sell the same products no problem? This place is an absolute joke for medical patients and 3/4 of their strains are garbage anyway. It will take wasting money, time and rec to find what you like here. Ayr down the street has WORSE products and I’d still prefer to go there than deal with crooks.

Every time I come in this place I’m waiting a very long time. I have walked out at least four times. I will never be back. I have been to multiple dispensaries around the eustis area and I have been able to walk in, get my stuff, and walk out with friendly service within a 5 minute period. The staff is friendly, however, they’re work ethic is less than satisfactory.

I ordered my stuff at 1 pm on Sat and it's now Sunday 24 hours later and still waiting! Last time I will come here. There's other places around here that you just walk in and walk out. The fact that I’m a young adult and couldn’t hear him in an awkwardly quiet room is insane. Someone give that man a confidence boost and a lesson on mmj or something.Expect poor customer service, poor knowledge, (1hr+) long wait times, all for mediocre products. I had to ask to use my first time buyer discount, which makes me wonder how many elderly patients have missed their opportunity due to the lack of information provided. It doesn’t seem like any of the employees here really want to work there. Needless to say, I won’t be buying from trashleaves ever again and would highly recommend literally any other dispensary in the area. Couldn’t pay me to stop by again, and if it was possible I’d rate 0/5 stars.

Edit: I used to give this location 4 stars but I have to downgrade them to 1. As of recent, nothing happens fast anymore. The staff at the front can be standoffish. I don’t come here anymore unless I absolutely have to. It is an hour wait every time I go in, and it doesn’t matter if I order ahead of time or not. I’ve watched customers walk out plenty of times. People don’t have an hour to sit and wait for their order. This needs to change. Where is the use of the express room? It is a time suck. Hire more workers and let’s get folks in and out faster. It feels like the DMV in here sometimes. I won’t be returning until major changes happen.

They do not act like they are medical professionals like pharmacists, and they should. This is the 2nd time they were so rude to me. I called in about one order, and she says one is ready, but the others not, I said, "Okay, thank you." I got dressed and headed down there. Apparently, it took 9 minutes because the girl that was checking me in was getting ready to leave and told her replacement that "She just called 9 minutes ago, and now she's here..." . I saw the board, and they show where you are in line, and I wasn't on the board. I went back to the counter and asked how long. Long story short, when I told the "manager," she intentionally did not check me in. He was oblivious and did nothing, said nothing. I left in tears, some people are patrons, & others are "Patients". Learn the difference.

The past 3 times I’ve come here, the wait has been over 45 minutes. Today, the wait is 70, even after placing a pick up order. During check-in, the receptionist decided to inform me how much she hates her job and how “everybody always talks shit” because the entire lobby was making a scene about how long they’d been waiting. Not that they couldn’t do it, they just wanted me to come back to spend more. You can keep my discount. Had an order ready last night at 4pm and had to wait an hour and a half to pick up, only to be totally shocked they charge my card $5 more then give me $5 in cash. You should have your payment policy more upfront for those customers who have never been before. You also should change the name of “ground flower” to nasty dried out shake no one wants.absolutely disgusting. What a waste of time of money. I also would have enjoyed viewing the products, but was rushed out so fast I barely had time to ask a question. OH! And payment. You MUST have a clear sign regarding credit card and debit payments. Why am I getting $5 cash back on a card purchase? If you’re not able to accommodate debit cards let people know.

Trulieve is vertically integrated, as are the rest of the MMTC’s. Being vertically integrated means they oversee the entire process from seed to sale. Trulieve grows their own cannabis plants from seed or cuttings, harvests, processes into a variety of products, packages and distributes within their own network.
Product types and availability can vary from store menu to store menu, depending on demand. If Trulieve in Eustis does not have what you are looking for, there is no legal obligation to stick to a single brand. Your medical marijuana card is universally accepted at any dispensary in Florida.
Purchasing Marijuana Products at Trulieve
During your first visit, you’ll be required to complete intake forms. This lets the dispensary staff confirm your patient status and see what you were allotted by your medical marijuana doctor.
Upon arrival at this dispensary, you’ll enter a designated waiting area before going into the retail area with staff. The dispensary staff work with you to explain all of the cannabis products available. Budtenders will make recommendations that are based on your doctor’s recommendation.
Preparation Helps: See what’s available ahead of time. If Trulieve in Eustis online menu is available on our site, this is the best way to see the different product options before visiting the dispensary. If enabled, after finding the right products you desire, reserve your order on our e-commerce platform.
Various delivery methods of the different cannabinoids have been approved by the DOH, including edibles, inhalation, oral, sublingual, topical, traditional flower and even suppositories. I've been coming to Trulieve Eustis for 2 & half years now and the staff is getting worse worse! They all treat you like you're an inconvenience and that they have what you want so deal with it. I ordered my stuff at 1 pm on Sat and it's now Sunday 24 hours later and still waiting! Last time I will come here. There's other places around here that you just walk in and walk out. Get a grip Eustis Trulieve before y'all get shut down!

I had to ask to use my first time buyer discount, which makes me wonder how many elderly patients have missed their opportunity due to the lack of information provided. It doesn’t seem like any of the employees here really want to work there. Needless to say, I won’t be buying from trashleaves ever again and would highly recommend literally any other dispensary in the area. Couldn’t pay me to stop by again, and if it was possible I’d rate 0/5 stars.

Edit: I used to give this location 4 stars but I have to downgrade them to 1. As of recent, nothing happens fast anymore. The staff at the front can be standoffish. I don’t come here anymore unless I absolutely have to. It is an hour wait every time I go in, and it doesn’t matter if I order ahead of time or not. I’ve watched customers walk out plenty of times. People don’t have an hour to sit and wait for their order. This needs to change. Where is the use of the express room? It is a time suck. Hire more workers and let’s get folks in and out faster. It feels like the DMV in here sometimes. I won’t be returning until major changes happen.

They do not act like they are medical professionals like pharmacists, and they should. This is the 2nd time they were so rude to me. I called in about one order, and she says one is ready, but the others not, I said, "Okay, thank you." I got dressed and headed down there. Apparently, it took 9 minutes because the girl that was checking me in was getting ready to leave and told her replacement that "She just called 9 minutes ago, and now she's here..." . I saw the board, and they show where you are in line, and I wasn't on the board. I went back to the counter and asked how long. Long story short, when I told the "manager," she intentionally did not check me in. He was oblivious and did nothing, said nothing. I left in tears, some people are patrons, & others are "Patients". Learn the difference.

During check-in, the receptionist decided to inform me how much she hates her job and how “everybody always talks shit” because the entire lobby was making a scene about how long they’d been waiting. I also would have enjoyed viewing the products, but was rushed out so fast I barely had time to ask a question. OH! And payment. You MUST have a clear sign regarding credit card and debit payments. Why am I getting $5 cash back on a card purchase? If you’re not able to accommodate debit cards let people know.

I grabbed a pre jarred "special" expecting it to be be mediocre at best and it was surprisingly some decent product.
