If you want to place an order and drive there for no reason just to find out your order is “misplaced” or “cancelled” (without notification) this is the place to let you down.Can’t even tell you the amount of times they don’t carry what they advertise online. Always passing the buck
This place has the worst service imaginable. Be prepared to wait 30-45 minutes in spite of ordering in advance. They have a sign in the front that their service is slow and think this is sufficient, as opposed to actually making improvements.
I would like to speak with upper management about an extremely unprofessional altercation with the stores assistant general manager. She and her associates today made a huge mistake regarding my order and the pricing and proceeded to grill me for not noticing the mistake myself when it is the associate’s responsibility to make sure my discounts and price are correct. She was extremely argumentative and shifted the blame onto me for 5-10 minutes before finally giving me my refund after telling me it wasn’t possible from the very start. After my refund was givin she proceeded to accost the cashier who messed up right in front of me. I have more details to add but the whole interaction was one of the most unprofessional situations I’ve ever been in. I work at curaleaf and in the three years I’ve worked for them we have never treated a patient the way I was treated today. The conduct coming from someone who is supposedly leadership is absolutely unfitting.
After a week and a dozen contacts to corporate my return still isn't processed with the state. The mmur tells me to go to the dispensary and the dispensary sends me to the mmur. Back and forth, back and forth.... All over a scam where trulieve bait n switched my lots from 24% to 16%. The real zinger, they never had 24% just falsely advertised it. The first people to the door were told 24% wasn't available at their location. He too felt bait n switched but not as bad as I did. They literally went out of their way to specifically place stickers over the % to hide it, then the manager Alex blames me for failing to remove each sticker before leaving the store. LoL. Alex you're an absolute creature not a human and laughing stock to everyone including your own employees which probably find you even more a joke than your customers do.Imagine being rude and blaming a customer for being scammed into a bait n switch? Sounds like the reaction of someone who caught in the act.

I WAS THIS A 3 MINUTES AFTER. AFTER ASKING TO SPEAK WITH A MANAGER BECAUSE I DID NOT SEE THAT POSTED ANYWHERE HE TOLD ME THAT’S THE WAY IT IS. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS. TAKE YOUR BUSINESS SOMEWHERE ELSE.
I had the pleasure of being paired with Omar. They were so informative, never knew the difference between thc% and terpene% , makes a huge difference when looking for potent strains! Even went as far to check multiple strain certificate of analysis for me. Best experience at a dispensary!
Please hire people with energy and that are happy to accommodate you with you’re prescriptions. Omar helped me out and I got the vibe that he didn’t want to be there, and was not that very helpful or nice at all. Had an extremely lazy attitude and it didn’t come off as nice. We are here to get our medical prescriptions and it’d be more helpful to have people there who actually care to tend our medical needs in that form ( even if we have questions, its you’re job to answer and be informative) thanks.
The lady that assisted me was dry and kind of rude. I made an online order with a sale and they held it for 24 hrs and didn't honor the sale.I had questions and she reluctantly answered them and when I mentioned a competitor honored sales she told me it's because they do illegal things.
No call no text no delivery. Got a confirmation text yesterday about my delivery being ready and scheduled for today. Waited two days in the first place for an order to be filled just to wait around all day Sunday on delivery day for nothing. Worst service by far. This is why I quit using Trulieve. Thanks for reminding me how bad your services & lack of customer service. No answer at the place nor the call center that supposedly stays open after hours for concerns. What a good waste of a Sunday! Thanks for nothing AGAIN Trulieve. There should be an option for Zero stars!!!!
I will never understand why it takes 3 times as long to get products from this store compared to places like liberty health sciences. Also, their product is 3 times the price of everything sold at liberty health sciences. Trulieve is nothing but a head ache. It’s unfortunate there isn’t a liberty closer to me.
My God what a horrible place! I placed an order on Monday and they never showed up. I called and they said they were running DAYS behind AND then they said I need a new script from my doctor. Of course it is after 5pm so I can't get a script now. I have been taking mm for bad nausea and I have been sick for 3 days. To say that they couldn't care less is being kind.
I have been using this dispensary for over a year now and have never had a single issue. Every person there from check-in to check out had been super friendly and knowledgeable. The store is always very clean and, of course, smells perpetually amazing. Very rarely is their supply low or missing what I need. Hands down best dispensary in town. Pro tip: order online and use their express check-in to skip the lines. Feel like royalty walking in ahead of a full waiting room after just arriving.
Have been using trulieve since they first opened. Love this location. It's located rather conveniently. The staff is very helpful and pleasant. Store is clean and they generally move thru clients pretty quickly.
Ordered delivery and what was delivered was not what I ordered. I figured mistakes happen. There was no communication. I gave them another chance and placed another delivery order 5 days ago but it has never showed up. Meanwhile, it shows as being delivered and was taken off my allotment. I never paid for anything so that’s a plus but if someone took it in the store, I hope karma bites them in the a$$. As someone else mentioned, there’s absolutely no customer service - NONE -and only bots in their so called chat. Their “call back” option obviously doesn’t work either. I used to be a regular customer but I am done with the incompetence at trulieve.

Nick really took care of me and help though everything I need for my time being here and I prefer to have to Nick to take care of me. He really nice and smart on the flower and he deserves a rise because he right on point.
I love how quick and efficient the location is , Danny L. knows when I come I want to be in and out so he gets me taken care of with speed and proficiency but always lets me know of the best deals I could use. If he even sees an empty lobby and sees me as a walk in he knows my order and gets me ready before I get called back, wish I could give a higher rating! He has definitely contributed to me making this my go to dispensary.
I just ordered something from here and I got it unsealed and looked different from the picture provided as well as the name of at. I've been on the phone for an hour and no one has picked up, so I wasted 40 bucks, because you can't take it back or do exchanges.
They are nice but the staff is so stoned they can't even answer questions correctly. I had this guy who I asked are any edibles on sale? "Nope" then proceeded to tell me after I wanted chocolate that they were on sale. Maaaaaybe get stoned after work...No dabs on the job green hair!
I placed a delivery order three days before the hurricane with the NFM store. I received a call from SFM saying they were doing deliveries for NFM because NFM was having vehicle problems. I was assured my order would still be there that day. It never arrived. I was promised delivery the next day. It never arrived.I placed about three more orders, thinking it was a computer glitch. It is now October 3rd and I still have no order. Not one order. It’s been 8 days!!
Actually this should be a ten Star review for Sam C. I am brand new to this whole atmosphere. After living with a debilitating sickness for thirty years. I was at the end of my ropes. Sam C helped me threw the process to show me & help me understand all my options. He was a very good listener and answered all my questions. How's that sound thank you Sam for being there for me. This is why I am going to give my highest rating for this facility because of this individual. Facility is clean and organized. Constantly giving coupons, and the prices are not too bad on their products. They are very affordable for my age.
My online order was wrong. They added an extra pack of gels that I didnt order. Check to make sure your order is right before leaving. They dont give refunds even if they screwed up. They gave me a store credit instead. I tried to tell her the price was higher than what it said online but she insisted she was right

I don’t normally give bad reviews, but I’m hoping the owner sees this and makes the much needed accommodations I’m sure all patients would appreciate.I used to shop at several of the Trulieve locations in SWFL, primarily this location. These are the things I’ve noticed across the board that definitely need improvement.Customer service - not very friendly, welcoming, or helpful.Product inventory - although a lot of the items are of great quality, they never seem to know exactly what they have in stock. There are no menus, the website is inaccurate, and most of the time spent at the counter is waiting as the employee runs around looking for a product that most likely they won’t find.Prices- about the same or a little higher than most dispensaries I’ve been to.Wait times- horrible. Probably because they’re busy running around in the back looking for inventory they can’t find.All in all, I wouldn’t recommend this place. It’s kind of like the Walmart of the dispensary world. They might have what you want, but prepared to pay the price with several inconveniences.

Only speaking about this location on Summerlin rd. Good people, relaxed and away from the rush and amount of people of other stores. I wouldn't give TL as a company 5 stars; but this location and the staff are good.
Their inventory is below average. The dispensary inventory does not communicate with their web site. So the web site will show an item in stock when in all reality it’s been sold out in the dispensary. Might as well not even have an online order system if the inventories don’t sync with each other. Ultimately Trulieve is worried about their profits rather than patient care. I expect getting better customer service considering I’m a medical patient, but that doesn’t happen.
I dont know who runs this place but customer service here does not exist. They seem to be chilling, someone showed up with food and they just chilling. My girl walked inside, after ordering and waiting for 40 min for a ONE Pre-rolled, and after they told her the order is ready, she needs to wait for the people that got there first? She ordered online, so theres a waiting list to pick up? This is the worst experience I have had in years when it comes to customer service, I would like the owner of this place to say something about the bad reviews. Have some respect and fix this mess. First and last time coming here.
On Friday I went to Truelieve by myself where my husband and I normally ride together so he can help me when it comes to what I purchase so I was a little bit confused going in there and I think I confused the sales girl long story short when the manager caught wind of it he actually took care of me personally and made sure that I not only was able to exchange the product but get the product that I needed great job. To be honest it was the first time in all 8 months anybody helped me and that’s not the first time I’ve been alone too afraid to ask he made me feel very comfortable I don’t remember his name but I told him I would do this so thank you and your suggestion worked
Absolutely terrible people work here. I taking advantage of just because I'm confused when it comes to ordering. And these people that work here act like I'm ruining their day! I used to go to the one in cape coral wich I also left a Nast review due to the same exact issues! This place needs to Management ASAP! I'm embarrassed to walk in there sometime because of the way they talk to their customers. I try not to be a " karen" about these things but this is ridiculous. It's an embarrassment to the company! Every time I come to this location the weed is picked over for staff or favorites. I can never get a good deal this location holds the good stuff and tries to sell you the scraps. One minute the weed I want is visible and available and the next min it’s not. I always leave unsatisfied. Thank goodness they had 8$ pre rolls 😐
Placed an online order and went almost *8 hours* later to pick it up only to be told they don’t have what I ordered, and I’d have to wait more than an hour to pick up/modify anything. Also, I might not even get seen same day. Waste of time.

I've been to this location two times and both times were not good experiences. They require you to wear a mask but they don't supply them, so I was told I had to go buy one. They literally made me leave - very unprofessional. Then once I did get a mask, I still had to wait over 45 minutes for an order that was placed hours ago. When I finally got called I was told that what I had ordered was sold out......
I was refuse service for not having a mask I’m handicap they wanted me to walk 1 block to pick up a mask I been to many dispensary where they recommended the mask not required it the front guy told me get the f out but more explicit and the security guard pushed me out the door making me fall hurt my knee as I have a back issue Lise balance easily if your disabled stay away from here unless you want to be push to the grown and get told f out I’ll be consulting an attorney
When you are so strict on mask that you’re willing to let customers leave without service. Have them available in your store. That’s what smart business does right? So disappointed
If there was a half star I would have rated it 3 and a half stars! Just when I had a great experience yesterday at the Fort Myers FL Dispensery (medical marijuana) I will have such a bad experience either with a salesperson or having difficulty finding a suitable product for what I use MMJ for in the first place. I have also had difficulty with receiving an advertised discount or promotion. If I assumed that these young men and women were at least trained and were intelligent to follow directions I would be wrong way to many times!! Although as I mentioned that yesterday I had a very nice young lady help me with my return of a bad product and the new order I had already placed. She was spot on with the order and had my total bill with my discounts and return credit down low enough that I was able to try a new ratio 1:1 regularly $50+ dollars!! WoW it is so awesome and works just like the young lady said it would. It's to bad that there seemingly aren't many people who fit the bill to be a productive employee for the Medical Marijuana dispensery in South Fort Myers Florida 339O7.
Found alot of hair in my jars the half's full of hair on the bottom. It's just disgusting and sad that they would sell that to someone. In the picture you can see the ridiculous amount of hair mixed in. Will never go back just spreading awareness

Had nothing but positive experiences with the people that work here. The website glitches occasionally but most of my pickup orders have gone through smoothly. Not a big fan of the mask requirement.

This is the only dispensary I’ve every gone to for the past year and I am still getting attacked and accuse of lying about my discount. I feel pretty attacked when people with no military background try to argue with me about the fact that it’s not indicated on my drivers license… when it in fact does not have to me.

Call in orders are handled well, if they don’t have, someone calls and makes things right. Cells are comparable to most dispensary, better than two others in my area. Offer different discounts and have high thx caps
I went to Trulieve today and had such a great experience as always. I was called back in no time and had one of the best experiences I have had while receiving my medication! Emily was super enthusiastic and sure knows her stuff about the different products! She had such a great energy and to top it off, they were out of the pride stickers so Emily gave me the one she had in her lanyard!

Rude staff. Very slow. Glacial. Don't have the same products available as online which is misleading. Poor quality flower and vapes. Requires masks even if vaccinated despite CDC and federal recommendations. Not recommended at all. Many other better options.

I went to Trulieve yesterday to pick up my online order and the whole experience was seamless. I waited less than 10 minutes to get called into the store and once I was inside I was only waiting for less then 5 before I was called into the back. On top of the speed I got in and out, the customer service from Skye was phenomenal. She recommended the strain Wedding Crashers and ... it’s probably one of my new favorite strains. Looking forward to my next visit!
Few businesses exhibit the kind of loyalty to their customers that Trulieve does. Their customer service is unrivaled and the employees have been highly knowledgeable and professional at every location I've visited. Mary, in particular, is super helpful and sweet! I can not recommend this establishment enough!
Honestly, I only go to Trulieve for the employees, the convenience with returns and the loyalty program, and the ground. But mostly because there are a handful of amazing employees that ALWAYS make the experience nice. Alex, one of the managers is really amazing. She has solved a few problems I've had, times where I debated not going back there and she fixed it. I would make her the manager and promote a few other people and maybe you guys will still be on top in 10 years.
