No matter if I walk in or order online. It's gonna take forever. I've had my name lost in their "system" on my last 3 visits and today will be the last time for sure. Not sure why trulieve is the only place to always have difficulty in completing my order without some caviat. Good luck guys

Well it seems that other than the price the dispensary is very nice, the people are very kind and polite, The Establishment is very clean and well-kept, now back to the price, they're really trying to maximize profits off their oil when you're charging $40 a gram on discount from $55 it's just too much money to pay and it's like paying $10 a pound for hamburger, it cost 10 to 15 dollars an ounce to grow marijuana on a small scale on a large scale it's $5 an ounce, the average amount of oil extracted out of an ounce of weed is 6 G if you're charging $40 a gram that's $240 an ounce from your $5 oz of pot and it doesn't cost more than a couple bucks for the extraction if it's butane if it's CO2 it's even cheaper so financially I don't think it's a good deal although they do offer a good products and I will continue to support trulieve but I'm not happy with the price of the medical oil I don't think it should be over $25 a gram topps... and there's too much game playing with discounts and pricing as well, there should be a standard price for disabled veterans where they don't have to figure out if the store discount or if they're veterans discount or if they're elderly person's discount or some other discount is going to apply to save them a couple of dollars and yes it does matter if you have to use the product everyday,

I had an online order, went to pick it up arrived at 6:57 p.m. and the door was open and they turned me away said they were closing I told him I had an online order and it didn't matter this is the fort Pierce store it was December 31st at 6:57 and they were open until 8:00 p.m. supposedly, management needs to be dealt with I did not get his name but he was the manager on December 31st at 6:57 2023 🤬🖕

This location (Fort Pierce) is WAY better than their location off of Prima Vista and Veterans Parkway. Edit - November 21st, today went in, still great service and fast. Still has some of the best prices in town, I'm disabled and live on a fixed budget, and Trulieve has lots great medication at a low price. I always shop when products are on sale, like I said great prices. I have 3 dispensaries I always go to and Trulieve is in the #1 spot. No one can match the quality and price of Truivile Vape cartridges. I will write again later.

This location (Fort Pierce) is WAY better than their location off of Prima Vista and Veterans Parkway. This location has GREAT service, very nice people working there. I will never go to the other location ever again,but this location is my new #1 dispensary. I went in Oct 19th around 6pm, fast , friendly service and great prices I was happy . EVERYONE go to the Fort Pierce location, DO NOT bother with the one on Gatlin and Prima Vista. Do you want to wait 45 mins or 5 minutes???

Receptionist could have been more professional.Had no interest to make any eye contact or even speak in my direction. As if I was interrupting his solitary game. Young kid said no more then 4 words in our whole interaction. I don’t expect a party when I walk in, just show some interest in the job your doing when addressing a customer. Management should train and teach some customer service practices to their staff if they are going to be in the front. Receptionist in the back was outstanding.

Well my first experience was great but the other day I was in there with my girlfriend and her first experience sucked the girl was very disrespectful and rude, I thought the bill was kind of high in the way that we didn't see no 60% discount for her first time in but when I went in and saw Curtis on my first time I got a 60% discount and it reflected on my bill when I compared it to the bill that my girlfriend had hers was four times as much for just twice the amount, I've been kind of busy but I was hoping management would contact me or reach out to me and ask me to come in with my bills so we could discuss this matter but it doesn't really matter anymore it's done and done, to top it all off when I went to leave my comment Google only let me post the first few lines and wouldn't let me finish now comes up where I can finish the rest of my comment now on a positive note other than everybody else being super kind and friendly and the receptionist being very apologetic about the rude girl the product is very good and I know my oil I am a master oil maker and I have made the cleanest oil ever produced in lab tested by open extraction ever coming back at 99.96% that said I am now a carded patient again and am now attending new stores for my medication and I want to say your product is very good in the oil department and in the weed Department both the Cannabis that test High is a little pricey but very worth it in comparison with the other dispensaries anyways I'm giving trulieve five stars

Worst trulieve I’ve been too. Never again. Store closes at 8:30pm on a Wednesday. I get there at 7:35pm and got my name on the list for a walk up. Waited until 8:08 for a manager to say they can’t take dispense anymore past 9:00pm. I still had 5 people in front of me and they had ONE person working the back. Last time I go to this location or any trulieve. There is much better places that have more organization to get their patients in and out. I came an hour before they closed and when I asked the manager he said he’s not sure if I’ll get dispensed or not. Terrible service, lost another high paying customer(which I’m sure they don’t care)

I go there only out of convenience and if I don’t feel like driving.They are SUPER SLOW!!! Their automated check in system NEVER works properly, Both my orders and points have been lost and nothing is ever done to compensate the lost points or product that was sold and is no longer available. If you’re in a rush, DONT GO THERE. It will take them 45 minutes to dispense 2 pre rolls 🤦🏻♂️Tried it again today. 2 people in waiting area and I’m one of them!Officially done with these people.

A little put off but ok it happens I leave and get lunch for me and my wife and daughter who were waiting in the car. This location offers pickup and I believe delivery, but for my first visit I simply rolled in. Service was fast, friendly, and knowledgeable. They were busy the entire time I was there but I waited mere minutes before being called back. The staff took their time and didn't make me feel rushed, and the product is fairly priced for the current market. I was made to feel extraordinarily welcome and will definitely be visiting this location again.I'm coming into this with my own biases of course, and the specific details that irritate me seem to be mandated by the state program regulations rather than the dispensary itself so I'm not factoring any of that into my opinion.

The company will not allow you to get your medication unless you have a mask. If they are mandating mask then they should provide them, right?. Well, they don't. When I told the employee that she said that Trulieve ( their own company) doesn't even provide them with sanitary products. That's a shame. So in other words they denied me my medication, and they don't provide correct safety measures for their own staff.

4.5 stars. generally speaking, this branch has several employees that will really go out of their way to make you happy. well stocked flower but zero loose concentrate- crumble etc- for quite some time now . parking in the front can be a hazard / accident prone , so i park in the back and walk around front. wait times can be long, so i use the check in so wait time 10 minutes or less. sometimes place an order, get a call 4 hours later- sorry sold out..... yes, 4 hours later, not on sale, or a sale item / sale day, etc.. rarely offered flower at less than posted T## % levels which is good of course, very fast in and out once you get in the back. generally speaking 4.5 stars for this branch which says a lot ! a million times better than vero before this branch opened. glad to have a trulieve in fort pierce !

She went out of her way to make sure my order was in the process of being fulfilled after a complete nightmare at the West Palm Beach location. I waited an hour and a half only to be told nothing I ordered was available, that's AFTER I approached a worker asking what was the good up. At Fort Pierce, I was even offered water by another lovely lady. This location is very clean, spacious and there's even a private room for online order pickups. Although this place is about 25 miles north of my closest Trulieve I actually prefer this one. There is less people at once and everyone is so nice.Their focus on customer service and customer knowledge is amazing and unparalleled with other places.Today I dealt with Cory/Kory for an express pick up and he was absolutely amazing. I’ve met him before, but today I had a one on one check out with him and he blew it out of the water. He answered every question I had (and I asked a lot) he really, really helped me understand different items and products. I learned more in 10 minutes and I have in a very long time he made me feel so comfortable even when I asked really ridiculous questions.I cannot thank Cory/Kory and the Trulieve team for just being absolutely incredible.

Clean, friendly and knowledgeable staff but to be honest they have become lax in enforcing the county mask mandate. People not being told to wear their mask properly, 1 guy loosely wore a scarf that he hardly even covered his face and some staff members wearing theirs below the nose, 1 off duty staff member wearing his under his chin in the lobby while nursing a bottled drink while having conversations without putting his make up between drinks for the entire time. That is irresponsible.I even had to alert staff on one visit that I was going to wait outside because I didn't feel comfortable in their lobby (the day of the scarf guy) and I shouldn't have to feel uncomfortable in a medical dispensary. I have health conditions and should feel safe.So my beef isn't with the product (although some a bit pricey) or the staff's knowledge and they are very courteous just lax on mask enforcement.

I had to return one RSO and it went smother then any store I've ever been to. I recommend this location to all my friends and family to get their medication. Great product... Product types and availability can vary from store menu to store menu, depending on demand. If Trulieve in Fort Pierce does not have what you are looking for, there is no legal obligation to stick to a single brand. Your medical marijuana card is universally accepted at any dispensary in Florida.
Purchasing Marijuana Products at Trulieve
During your first visit, you’ll be required to complete intake forms. This lets the dispensary staff confirm your patient status and see what you were allotted by your medical marijuana doctor.
Upon arrival at this dispensary, you’ll enter a designated waiting area before going into the retail area with staff. The dispensary staff work with you to explain all of the cannabis products available. Budtenders will make recommendations that are based on your doctor’s recommendation.

Well it seems that other than the price the dispensary is very nice, the people are very kind and polite, The Establishment is very clean and well-kept, now back to the price, they're really trying to maximize profits off their oil when you're charging $40 a gram on discount from $55 it's just too much money to pay and it's like paying $10 a pound for hamburger, it cost 10 to 15 dollars an ounce to grow marijuana on a small scale on a large scale it's $5 an ounce, the average amount of oil extracted out of an ounce of weed is 6 G if you're charging $40 a gram that's $240 an ounce from your $5 oz of pot and it doesn't cost more than a couple bucks for the extraction if it's butane if it's CO2 it's even cheaper so financially I don't think it's a good deal although they do offer a good products and I will continue to support trulieve but I'm not happy with the price of the medical oil I don't think it should be over $25 a gram topps... and there's too much game playing with discounts and pricing as well, there should be a standard price for disabled veterans where they don't have to figure out if the store discount or if they're veterans discount or if they're elderly person's discount or some other discount is going to apply to save them a couple of dollars and yes it does matter if you have to use the product everyday,

Well my first experience was great but the other day I was in there with my girlfriend and her first experience sucked the girl was very disrespectful and rude, I thought the bill was kind of high in the way that we didn't see no 60% discount for her first time in but when I went in and saw Curtis on my first time I got a 60% discount and it reflected on my bill when I compared it to the bill that my girlfriend had hers was four times as much for just twice the amount, I've been kind of busy but I was hoping management would contact me or reach out to me and ask me to come in with my bills so we could discuss this matter but it doesn't really matter anymore it's done and done, to top it all off when I went to leave my comment Google only let me post the first few lines and wouldn't let me finish now comes up where I can finish the rest of my comment now on a positive note other than everybody else being super kind and friendly and the receptionist being very apologetic about the rude girl the product is very good and I know my oil I am a master oil maker and I have made the cleanest oil ever produced in lab tested by open extraction ever coming back at 99.96% that said I am now a carded patient again and am now attending new stores for my medication and I want to say your product is very good in the oil department and in the weed Department both the Cannabis that test High is a little pricey but very worth it in comparison with the other dispensaries anyways I'm giving trulieve five stars

Worst trulieve I’ve been too. Never again. Store closes at 8:30pm on a Wednesday. I get there at 7:35pm and got my name on the list for a walk up. Waited until 8:08 for a manager to say they can’t take dispense anymore past 9:00pm. I still had 5 people in front of me and they had ONE person working the back. Last time I go to this location or any trulieve. There is much better places that have more organization to get their patients in and out. I came an hour before they closed and when I asked the manager he said he’s not sure if I’ll get dispensed or not. Terrible service, lost another high paying customer(which I’m sure they don’t care)

I get a text 15 minutes later saying I had 5 minutes to come inside or no spot in line Wich was not explained to me. I come back and am told they can put me on another wait.... ridiculous. They also said there not doing online orders and only doing walk ins....so I really hope for the sake of my business and everyone I know you didn't sell my order to walk in when I specifically placed it on online order so I could get it reserved without having to rush in at open.and I ordered the product beforehand.hell when they called my name they could have pulled my order so it would have been a quick in and out when I returned but that would make too much sense.

This location offers pickup and I believe delivery, but for my first visit I simply rolled in. Service was fast, friendly, and knowledgeable. They were busy the entire time I was there but I waited mere minutes before being called back. The staff took their time and didn't make me feel rushed, and the product is fairly priced for the current market. I was made to feel extraordinarily welcome and will definitely be visiting this location again.I'm coming into this with my own biases of course, and the specific details that irritate me seem to be mandated by the state program regulations rather than the dispensary itself so I'm not factoring any of that into my opinion.

When I told the employee that she said that Trulieve ( their own company) doesn't even provide them with sanitary products. That's a shame. 4.5 stars. generally speaking, this branch has several employees that will really go out of their way to make you happy. well stocked flower but zero loose concentrate- crumble etc- for quite some time now . parking in the front can be a hazard / accident prone , so i park in the back and walk around front. wait times can be long, so i use the check in so wait time 10 minutes or less. sometimes place an order, get a call 4 hours later- sorry sold out..... yes, 4 hours later, not on sale, or a sale item / sale day, etc.. rarely offered flower at less than posted T## % levels which is good of course, very fast in and out once you get in the back. generally speaking 4.5 stars for this branch which says a lot ! a million times better than vero before this branch opened. glad to have a trulieve in fort pierce !

She went out of her way to make sure my order was in the process of being fulfilled after a complete nightmare at the West Palm Beach location. I waited an hour and a half only to be told nothing I ordered was available, that's AFTER I approached a worker asking what was the good up. At Fort Pierce, I was even offered water by another lovely lady. This location is very clean, spacious and there's even a private room for online order pickups. Although this place is about 25 miles north of my closest Trulieve I actually prefer this one. There is less people at once and everyone is so nice.Their focus on customer service and customer knowledge is amazing and unparalleled with other places.Today I dealt with Cory/Kory for an express pick up and he was absolutely amazing. I’ve met him before, but today I had a one on one check out with him and he blew it out of the water. He answered every question I had (and I asked a lot) he really, really helped me understand different items and products. Clean, friendly and knowledgeable staff but to be honest they have become lax in enforcing the county mask mandate. People not being told to wear their mask properly, 1 guy loosely wore a scarf that he hardly even covered his face and some staff members wearing theirs below the nose, 1 off duty staff member wearing his under his chin in the lobby while nursing a bottled drink while having conversations without putting his make up between drinks for the entire time. That is irresponsible.I even had to alert staff on one visit that I was going to wait outside because I didn't feel comfortable in their lobby (the day of the scarf guy) and I shouldn't have to feel uncomfortable in a medical dispensary. I have health conditions and should feel safe.So my beef isn't with the product (although some a bit pricey) or the staff's knowledge and they are very courteous just lax on mask enforcement.

By far this trulieve has the best staff on the treasure coast out of the other locations on the treasure coast. I have been to all of them. So friendly and clean. I had to return one RSO and it went smother then any store I've ever been to. I recommend this location to all my friends and family to get their medication. Great product...
