Every time I use this location I wait such a long time.I use express pickup each time, typically use the Crystal River Store. Today I submitted an order at 8:45 am. Never received a text confirming my order was filled. I called and verified that it was ready. Once I got there I waited over 45’mins, 3 others were inside before me, they were served as well as all the walk ins that came in after me.I just wish they could get their express pick up service to work properly.

I wish I could put 0 stars but they make u give them at least one star. I waiting over an hour when my wait was 30 min. Then my name kept getting kicked off and they didn’t do anything about it. They just giggled and said aww did it kick u off again. So I left and went to flowery! I was in and out of Flowery and their products are amazing. I will not go to this store again. Flowery only from now on.

The front door squeaks loudly every time it is opened and shut. The store is very busy. Placed an order online and still had to wait approximately one hour after checking in( due to lack of staffing - no one in the back filling orders). The customer service at this store is non-existent. DON’T waste your time, go to another dispensary, anything will be better than this.

It was such a joy to work with Susan Green. She was extremely patient and thorough while helping me. The atmosphere, though very busy, I felt was held together by solid leadership from a young lady whoa name I believe is Sara Layne, she was the evening time manager, at least it was evening when I was there. I've been around her shopping here at thisnlocation for over a year now I believe and I come at night specifically due to how Sara's excellent patient care and considerstion.I'm so thankful yall are only a few blocks away. Trulieve should be ashamed of how they are letting this location go. Remember, more dispensaries are to come and you will be shut out if you don’t square yourselves away! Worse than the VA.

Expect over an hour wait each time. Express pay or not. Not enough chairs so those of us that are in pain have to stand or wait outside in the heat. I like the product (when they have it in stock) but it's dread when it's time to go in the store to get the medicine. I've also seen the staff talk badly about customers to customers. It's not a good feeling to hear gossip about other customers. Makes me wonder about privacy.The 2 stars that I did give were because I like the majority of their products. It's just getting the product that's an annoyance. IF they get it together and fix these problems I'll change my stars. My life seems to be back in order. Wendell, one of the floor managers is very Knowledgeable about all of Trulieve product and how it helps to heal you. He is my go to man. Alexis and Jordan are my two favorite people when it comes to being waited on. Always happy and very helpful, they both make you feel like family! Trulieve Inverness has serious order-fulfillment issues, I've placed 3 separate orders online over the past week and NOT A SINCLE ORDER was filled. They advertise great savings with all their 4/20 hype but apparently they don't stock and of the savings at Inverness. I have contacted the store directly and I've exchanged emails with someone claiming to be a manager at the Inverness store. They love to apologize but they have yet to fix anything. I received instant text messages after each order saying my order is processing and I even get emails saying my order is processing but never, never, not even once on the last 3 orders have I received a message saying my order has been filled.

Entire staff is upbeat and helpful here. I have been there on major sale days and the wait is still faster than anywhere other location I've been to. Always have stock and a wide variety. Flower is almost always quite good and % now listed on the site is great. As someone who makes their own rosin, I'm always happy to grab a little blue river. And the RSo is definitely on point. Edibles are the state standard, I'd love to see them in larger quantities, so adjusting a dose worked a little and more economical... but have to admit the binske chocolate is pretty delicious. Easy access from main road & ample parking. Nothing negative I can say so far.

I have been a Trueliever for more than four years. In that time, I have visited Trulieve dispensaries throughout Florida, such as Ocala, Gainseville, Tampa, Orlando, Jacksonville, Boca Raton, Brooksville, and Crystal River. Experiences have varied across each location. Sometimes I receive exceptional service other times. I have had to report employees to the corporate office in Tallahassee. Medications vary across these locations; much of the time, I must compromise with inferior grade products.Sometimes I get a wonderful surprise, and the quality of the medication reminds me why I am a patient. The most beautiful surprise Trulieve has offered lately is the opening of the dispensary in Inverness, Florida. Since the stores opening on Veterans Day this year, I have visited this location three times; I am convinced that I no longer need to experiment with locations across the state, and I have a Trulieve to call "home." The physical location is excellent for sure because past travel times were no less than an hour away from my house; a twenty-minute round trip to get medication is a dream come true. The medications at this dispensary have been the most consistent in my experience as a patient. I have not been disappointed even remotely in the availability and 'grade' of medication required to soothe the suffering of this V.F.W. However, the most significant factor in my experiences at Inverness is the quality of customer service I have consistently received at this Trulieve location. Service here should be emulated across all franchise locations. Upon arrival today, I was met by Breanne, a member of the management staff. She allowed me an opportunity to create a dialogue with her; this interaction is vital for me. I believe the management of this location genuinely has my best interest as a patient first and a customer second. Then I was introduced to Allison, the clerk that dispensed my medication. The significance of this interaction is immeasurable to me personally. I felt comfortable elaborating my ailments to her, which gave her the power to provide me with the best service and products in memory. I thought that I was genuinely understood and not judged while being expressive to a stranger. These qualities are vital to me as I am still assimilating from Service member to civilian. In summary, this location made me feel like a human being, and I recommend this spot to everyone in Inverness, Hernando, and Lecanto. Thank you all from the bottom of my heart.

Trulieve is vertically integrated, as are the rest of the MMTC’s. Being vertically integrated means they oversee the entire process from seed to sale. Trulieve grows their own cannabis plants from seed or cuttings, harvests, processes into a variety of products, packages and distributes within their own network.
Product types and availability can vary from store menu to store menu, depending on demand. If Trulieve in Inverness does not have what you are looking for, there is no legal obligation to stick to a single brand. Your medical marijuana card is universally accepted at any dispensary in Florida.
Purchasing Marijuana Products at Trulieve
During your first visit, you’ll be required to complete intake forms. This lets the dispensary staff confirm your patient status and see what you were allotted by your medical marijuana doctor.
Upon arrival at this dispensary, you’ll enter a designated waiting area before going into the retail area with staff. The dispensary staff work with you to explain all of the cannabis products available. Budtenders will make recommendations that are based on your doctor’s recommendation.

Very slow and long wait times even if it's busy it can move faster . Also placing a pick up or should be reserved but upon arrival it's not available how is this possible 6 times it happened. Not sure it's management or the workers but I feel like if I worked there this won't happen with the experience that I got and it ain't that hard just need to be dedicated and have patience and move fast all while smiling and communicating with customers and fulfilling customers orders 100%

Textbook bait-and-switch retail operation that only cares about making a profit. They advertise products they don't have then try to sell you a more expensive alternative once you're at the store. There's always a wait, orders take all day to get filled, their website is unreliable, they don't have a menu of their products available at the store (?). Patients deserve better.

Can't say too much about the staff because they have such a high turnover rate. They seem so energetic at first then it's like watching their life get sucked out.The wait time is ridiculous. Expect over an hour wait each time. Express pay or not. Not enough chairs so those of us that are in pain have to stand or wait outside in the heat. I like the product (when they have it in stock) but it's dread when it's time to go in the store to get the medicine. I've also seen the staff talk badly about customers to customers. It's not a good feeling to hear gossip about other customers. Makes me wonder about privacy.The 2 stars that I did give were because I like the majority of their products. It's just getting the product that's an annoyance. IF they get it together and fix these problems I'll change my stars. Seems the schedule person puts 6 sales associates out on a Tuesday afternoon but only 2 left for the evening hours. Sigh

I use to have a lot of pain and emotional problems, and many sleepless nights! They all stemmed from a serious accident. But!! I must say that since I started going to Inverness Trulieve shop. My life seems to be back in order. Wendell, one of the floor managers is very Knowledgeable about all of Trulieve product and how it helps to heal you. He is my go to man. Alexis and Jordan are my two favorite people when it comes to being waited on. Always happy and very helpful, they both make you feel like family! Trulieve Inverness has serious order-fulfillment issues, I've placed 3 separate orders online over the past week and NOT A SINCLE ORDER was filled. They advertise great savings with all their 4/20 hype but apparently they don't stock and of the savings at Inverness. I have contacted the store directly and I've exchanged emails with someone claiming to be a manager at the Inverness store. They love to apologize but they have yet to fix anything. I received instant text messages after each order saying my order is processing and I even get emails saying my order is processing but never, never, not even once on the last 3 orders have I received a message saying my order has been filled.

Entire staff is upbeat and helpful here. I have been there on major sale days and the wait is still faster than anywhere other location I've been to. Always have stock and a wide variety. Flower is almost always quite good and % now listed on the site is great. As someone who makes their own rosin, I'm always happy to grab a little blue river. And the RSo is definitely on point. Edibles are the state standard, I'd love to see them in larger quantities, so adjusting a dose worked a little and more economical... but have to admit the binske chocolate is pretty delicious. Easy access from main road & ample parking. Nothing negative I can say so far.

I have been a Trueliever for more than four years. In that time, I have visited Trulieve dispensaries throughout Florida, such as Ocala, Gainseville, Tampa, Orlando, Jacksonville, Boca Raton, Brooksville, and Crystal River. Experiences have varied across each location. Sometimes I receive exceptional service other times. I have had to report employees to the corporate office in Tallahassee. Medications vary across these locations; much of the time, I must compromise with inferior grade products.Sometimes I get a wonderful surprise, and the quality of the medication reminds me why I am a patient. The most beautiful surprise Trulieve has offered lately is the opening of the dispensary in Inverness, Florida. Since the stores opening on Veterans Day this year, I have visited this location three times; I am convinced that I no longer need to experiment with locations across the state, and I have a Trulieve to call "home." The physical location is excellent for sure because past travel times were no less than an hour away from my house; a twenty-minute round trip to get medication is a dream come true. The medications at this dispensary have been the most consistent in my experience as a patient. I have not been disappointed even remotely in the availability and 'grade' of medication required to soothe the suffering of this V.F.W. However, the most significant factor in my experiences at Inverness is the quality of customer service I have consistently received at this Trulieve location. Service here should be emulated across all franchise locations. Upon arrival today, I was met by Breanne, a member of the management staff. She allowed me an opportunity to create a dialogue with her; this interaction is vital for me. I believe the management of this location genuinely has my best interest as a patient first and a customer second. Then I was introduced to Allison, the clerk that dispensed my medication. The significance of this interaction is immeasurable to me personally. I felt comfortable elaborating my ailments to her, which gave her the power to provide me with the best service and products in memory. I thought that I was genuinely understood and not judged while being expressive to a stranger. These qualities are vital to me as I am still assimilating from Service member to civilian. In summary, this location made me feel like a human being, and I recommend this spot to everyone in Inverness, Hernando, and Lecanto. Thank you all from the bottom of my heart.
