First time visiting this location and had a horrible experience. No. 1. Small location with very limited parking. 2. Never was greeted upon entry. 3. Didn’t honor my 35% discount that was from another location refusing to do it on “marked down” items but everything is marked down to some percentage so there’s nothing it can be used for except premium namebrand overpriced items. Rip off. You still end up actually paying more by doing that. This Trulieve I will never return to.

Extraordinary store for over a year of my visits. You're always greeted as soon as you enter with a smile and a greeting. My last few visits by Ryan, he is very personable and efficient at his job! Last night I was tendered by Lamar. He is also great. Their updated system and professional staff are really exceptional with their customer service. Their products are superior the employees here are also. Leslie (apologize for misspelling) since the first time I had the pleasure of meeting and handling my orders is truly a wonderful person. Her knowledge of products and sales always overwhelm me. The entire staff is great. This store is a one stop store. I know of few cannabis products that they don't have? I have been going here for a few months now. Today my package was opened so I exchanged it for a sealed one. What was inside was not even near in resemblance to what the first was and it was sealed! Not to mention it was a gram and a half short. I do not trust this location anymore and I honestly feel like they gave me k2 or something. It's sad because this is supposed to be a safe way to use marijuana and they are defeating the purpose of regulating it.

The only true one stop dispensary about. They truly have nearly every type, rather form of medication for your delivery needs anywhere. My past few online orders two days in a row were filled within hours. I give my Google pin of this quarter to them. Jonathan helped me the first visit, my second was by a wonderful young man who I gave my newest Google pin to for outstanding service. Their products are always great. 5 Star dispensary. I asked the front desk person to check if what I ordered at 9am was in stock, and sure enough it was not, so I am SOL now. I am never going to use this store again! No point in ordering online when it's never ready and have to wait an hour anyway. For example this location is very busy all of the time. There is a massive sale going on currently. One management would have known is going on. Manager Alex has horrible management skills. Over two hour wait for walkins one hour wait for express. I tried to complain about the wait times and she told me that she can refuse service if I had a problem. Only 2 cashiers working and none of them was designated to deal with express. Not to mention, it took 21 hours from the time the order was placed until I received the confirmation it was ready for pick up. This has to be one of the slowest locations.

First a disclaimer - the employees at the dispensary were friendly, professional and the wait time was good. I used the chat to resolve the issue described below and I'm pretty sure I was dealing with a centralized support team and not the good people at the dispensary. I mention this because my problems were due to how the 8th was packed and the exchange not being set up as promised and I don't believe the dispensary had anything to do with this.......Purchased an 8th of the $58 Top Tier Black Tuna to treat myself. Half the buds were minis and the others weren't that much bigger. Trim wasn't great and the smell wasn't top tier either. Called to complain and was offered an exchange via delivery and accepted. Was told a few others had made the same complaints about this strain but not very many so I thought it was worth another try.Used the chat again a few hours later to get an ETA on the delivery exchange and found out it hadn't even been set up. After being told the delivery exchange was set during the second chat I verified it myself by looking at my orders.The exchange went smoothly and when I opened the new jar it was exactly what I expected/wanted. This being the closet location to me it make it convenient for me to get my medicine but the customer services continuously gets worse. it feels like I’m begging the patient consultant to service me and I’m not a paying customer. From the store manager letting me know I can not utilize the military discount with a valid military ID while I’ve witnessed other patients not get ID or questioned the way I am.the policy only favors people the employees at this location like . Torian patient consultant when asked to be handed my change and ID the same way i handed to him and not placed the far end of the counter I get attitude and back talk and excuses. Being called names by the patient consultant Brian while exiting. I just don’t feel welcomed as a paying customer.The integrity of trulieve is clearly not upheld here .

I’ve had other problems with Trulieve in the past and this was the final straw. I hate that Harvest sold out to these losers. This location like most of the Trulieve locations suck. Find another provider because Trulieve is horrible on so many levels.

I came to Trulieve in April when I got my medical card because it is the closest dispensary to my house! I did have anxiety during my first visit, but after it was over I realized that it was just first time nerves. Since then, I have never gone to a different dispensary. Every time I come in, the people at the welcome desk are very nice. They always offer me a water and make sure we are comfortable. I always have a different person helping me once I go into the back, but I can always count on them to be knowledgeable. I come to Trulieve almost every month and I have never had a bad experience. This most recent visit, I met with Danny. She was super nice and we had a good conversation, everything was good with my order and she gave me the discount for my medical card renewal. I’m very happy with the constant discounts that Trulieve gives and the way that I can order online and pick up later. I’m not sure that I will ever be interested in shopping at a dispensary other than Trulieve!

My first time at this location, it seems more relaxed than their store on Beach Blvd. It went smooth and fast! The people were extremely friendly and helpful. They had a wide variety to choose from! Also a nice surprise. It was big once I got inside. I received my purchase and off I went. Purchasing Marijuana Products at Trulieve
Upon arrival at this dispensary, you’ll enter a designated waiting area before going into the retail area with staff. The dispensary staff work with you to explain all of the cannabis products available. Budtenders may make recommendations that are based on your doctor’s recommendation.

If you have an active medical card, you can pick from a wide array of cannabis products. Various delivery methods of the different cannabinoids have been approved by the DOH, including edibles, inhalation, oral, sublingual, topical, traditional flower and even suppositories. There is no obligation to buy your entire milligram limit at once; instead, you can purchase less if you so desire and then buy more during another visit or at another dispensary. Didn’t honor my 35% discount that was from another location refusing to do it on “marked down” items but everything is marked down to some percentage so there’s nothing it can be used for except premium namebrand overpriced items. I have been going here for a few months now. Today my package was opened so I exchanged it for a sealed one. What was inside was not even near in resemblance to what the first was and it was sealed! Not to mention it was a gram and a half short. I do not trust this location anymore and I honestly feel like they gave me k2 or something. The only true one stop dispensary about. They truly have nearly every type, rather form of medication for your delivery needs anywhere. My past few online orders two days in a row were filled within hours. I give my Google pin of this quarter to them. Manager Alex has horrible management skills. Over two hour wait for walkins one hour wait for express. I tried to complain about the wait times and she told me that she can refuse service if I had a problem. Only 2 cashiers working and none of them was designated to deal with express. Not to mention, it took 21 hours from the time the order was placed until I received the confirmation it was ready for pick up. This has to be one of the slowest locations.

First a disclaimer - the employees at the dispensary were friendly, professional and the wait time was good. I used the chat to resolve the issue described below and I'm pretty sure I was dealing with a centralized support team and not the good people at the dispensary. I mention this because my problems were due to how the 8th was packed and the exchange not being set up as promised and I don't believe the dispensary had anything to do with this.......Purchased an 8th of the $58 Top Tier Black Tuna to treat myself. Half the buds were minis and the others weren't that much bigger. Trim wasn't great and the smell wasn't top tier either. Called to complain and was offered an exchange via delivery and accepted. Was told a few others had made the same complaints about this strain but not very many so I thought it was worth another try.Used the chat again a few hours later to get an ETA on the delivery exchange and found out it hadn't even been set up. After being told the delivery exchange was set during the second chat I verified it myself by looking at my orders.The exchange went smoothly and when I opened the new jar it was exactly what I expected/wanted. This being the closet location to me it make it convenient for me to get my medicine but the customer services continuously gets worse. it feels like I’m begging the patient consultant to service me and I’m not a paying customer. From the store manager letting me know I can not utilize the military discount with a valid military ID while I’ve witnessed other patients not get ID or questioned the way I am.the policy only favors people the employees at this location like . Torian patient consultant when asked to be handed my change and ID the same way i handed to him and not placed the far end of the counter I get attitude and back talk and excuses. I came to Trulieve in April when I got my medical card because it is the closest dispensary to my house! I did have anxiety during my first visit, but after it was over I realized that it was just first time nerves. Since then, I have never gone to a different dispensary. Every time I come in, the people at the welcome desk are very nice. They always offer me a water and make sure we are comfortable. I always have a different person helping me once I go into the back, but I can always count on them to be knowledgeable. I come to Trulieve almost every month and I have never had a bad experience. This most recent visit, I met with Danny. She was super nice and we had a good conversation, everything was good with my order and she gave me the discount for my medical card renewal. I’m very happy with the constant discounts that Trulieve gives and the way that I can order online and pick up later. I’m not sure that I will ever be interested in shopping at a dispensary other than Trulieve!
