My first visit wasn't smooth sailing, they looked at me like I was stupid asking about the $75 credit in August for new (and renewing) members, and made me pay with a 60% off first purchase instead. A week later I went in, explained what happened and it was fine. They gave me the $75 credit, and my website coupons. I don't appreciate being lied to straight to my face by 3 different people, including a manager.The second visit was a lot better because my cashier was a different lady. It went a lot quicker and better. I forgot her name but she had Lisa Frank stickers and she was very sweet.

This company backs their products so you'll get a replacement . Excellent greeters, everyone is very professional and friendly,, truly a wonderful store! They work hard to get you in and out. The guy with the partially shaved head and a bun is aggressive and seriously rude. He screams and cusses at patients, and is more concerned about his phone and his DoorDash orders than doing his job. Speaking of his job, he is horrific at. He skips all express patients and marks them as walkins, and ignores conventionally unattractive people. Don’t go there if you have PTSD, because he WILL trigger it.

This review is not because I had a bad experience, it’s for the person that came at 8:20 10 mins before they close, so I didn’t like that the person attending was cutting people because they was closing down , I thought that at 8:30 they shouldn’t take anymore but before idk sounds like an employee made policy, everyone wants to get their medicine and you literally telling them no because they came in 10 mins before close time. Disappointed customers that prolly won’t complain. Side note one of the employees have passive aggressive attitude. They don’t like thier job at all.

Beware! Reward points are unusable. I've accumulated 3000 points at this dispensary and because they are unstackable they become useless and expire. I tried to use them but was told the order would cost more using my discount. Since I discovered this on my own I hope to let other know that they should shop where they are rewarded for their loyalty not punished. I'll be shopping from now on where I can use my loyalty points.

Honestly the best hands down experience I’ve ever had at a Trulieve.Edited 10/24Unfortunately this location has went downhill in the recent weeks. Wait times do not match what waitly shows. I understand changes recently, but other competitors are adapting better, and time is money! Also decided to go back and 8:28, only to be told we cut off at 8:30, I said it’s 8:28, then he locked the door. Just don’t understand why. This location must be under new management, because the past 4 months have been great until recently.

I don’t shop at Trulieve very often but I placed my order the other day and everything went great. I got my text came in the store, Mike killed it in the front and Nick was even nicer in the dispensation area. I was telling Nick how I broke a distillate a few months ago (about 4) and was hesitant to bring it in because some times dispensary’s aren’t kind about replacements but he said to bring it in and they will probably be able to replace it. I went in later that day saw it was packed and the crew was different so I left. I went home to try and fill a cartridge with the distillate I did buy that day and the syringe was clogged and the distillate went all over my carpet. I went in explained I had two replacements but at this point was only really concerned about the one because I had just bought it the day before. The package was empty and the whole thing was sticky (which I brought in and showed to John) where John rudely told me that for all he knew I could have gone home and put the product in a different container and just brought back the empty. Even though he opened it and felt it was sticky. That shocked me considering how crass he was. I know there are bad people and I brought back an empty container but I’ve worked in the cannabis industry and know you can see in the patients account how many times they’ve done returns or replacements which in 5 years of shopping there I might have done once. After giving me a credit on my account I asked them if I could just get the product I ruined back which John and his manager looked and saw that I was “lucky” because it was the same price today as it was yesterday so the credit cleared it. So essentially if that particular product wasn’t on sale I was going to have to pay the difference between the price and my credit. Horrible return experience even though 18 hours earlier I was greeted with smiles and open arms that I could definitely replace something because accidents happen (shout out to Nick and Mike!) but then later was basically told I could be lying by John. Overall I did have the one replaced but like I said if the sale wasn’t the same I would have had to pay more just to replace a product. With like 123 stores in Florida alone I’m sure they have a budget for messed up and returned products just like we did at Surterra so the fact that I would have even had to pay the difference is crazy to me. Definitely make sure you’re a perfect person and never make a mistake to shop here because you’ll have to pay if you do

I hope Trulieve corporate reads this because they are loosing money cutting hours of their employees. I’m far from the only one who’s becoming dissatisfied with the wait times, and I’m also not the only one who ends up, leaving and not purchasing products from Trulieve as a result. I used to love coming to this store, the people at this location are really nice. Unfortunately, as a result of Trulieve cutting employees and hours, now there aren’t enough employees for the demand and wait times are outrageous. Having to wait an hour to pick up what I need is absurd. I usually chose Express pick up as an option to save time, but I got booted out of the system today after waiting close to an hour and wasn’t allowed to sign back in without driving to the store and going inside, it was impossible to sign back into the express option on my phone. I Ended up wasting an hour of my day driving to and from the store today just to be told I have to wait another hour to get my medicine after already waiting. After multiple years of being exclusively loyal to Trulieve, I will be looking into spending my money elsewhere in the future.Hope you are happy Trulieve corporate, the money you are saving on the front end you’re loosing on the back end.

The current staff, as of July 18 2023 our champions! Starting with the gentleman at the front door who checks you in he is the nicest, most informative and friendly person you could hope for as a reception person upfront. In the back the manager is amazing. She is so kind. And funny. It makes the experience just amazing. As well as two or three other gentlemen, working in the back, one with spiky hair, and the other guys I can’t remember, but they are the pros pro at giving the most excellent experience one could ask for. They were all very informative and just a joy deal with I love coming to this store and would be devastated if they lost any of these 5 Star employees present on Tuesday the 18th 2023. I’m serious as a client I felt so taken care of these employees are just at the pinnacle of trulieve staff! All other dispensaries take note! They set the bar real high!

Today I thought I heard someone trying to remember the names of the strains available online, I blurted one out and the bud tender scolded me and told me that they don’t allow patients to recommend strains to other patients…not at all what I was doing! I have seen some truly unprofessional things at this location the pink haired girl that used to work the front told me her boss set her up to date one of the managers Tony. Well fast forward I later saw him scream at her and other coworkers in front of patients which she told me he was jealous over her talking to patients and her other male coworkers. And also that she was pretty sure he does coke this last time I went in there was no better the GM went off on a patient for having her son help her and when I asked about the girl was told she and her other coworker got fired even though I seen Tony the manager in there still. Being a first-time patient I didn't realize that a lot of patients just are picking up and that only certain amount of people can go into little store. As a security measure you have to sit in like a waiting room and then you're called into a store would you go see someone at the register like I wasn't even able to look around,.... But the reason is because I got there on Sunday at like 7:30 and they close at 8:00. I felt super pressure to go fast, not a fault but my own probably... In hindsight I should have just left and came back another day but I didn't, so I wasn't able to look around the store I would just talk to man at the desk who was very nice and accommodating

What can I say, Trulieve is not only #1 in the state of Florida but also #1 in the nation for a reason !! A much larger and better selection on everything from flower, to edibles, to concentrates, etc. than anyone else. Extremely nice and knowledgeable staff. This particular Trulieve is in a very awesome location as it is nestled right in the heart of the community of Mandarin. They offer several different ways to accumulate discounts, and run daily and weekly specials, sometimes in addition to these discounts. There is a way for everyone to accumulate savings. I have noticed Trulieve also tends to carry higher percentages (strength) on their products than other dispensary chains, on average. If you have not yet, check out a Trulieve location soon.

Trulieve is vertically integrated, as are all of the Florida cannabis brands. Being vertically integrated means they oversee the entire process from seed to sale. Trulieve dispensary products are grown from their own cannabis plants from seed or cuttings, harvested, and processed into a variety of products. Then packages and distributed within their own network.
Product types, different strains and availability can vary from store menu to store menu, depending on demand. If Trulieve in Jacksonville does not have what you are looking for, your Florida MedCard is universally accepted at any dispensary in the state.
Purchasing Marijuana Products at Trulieve
Upon arrival at this dispensary, you’ll enter a designated waiting area before going into the retail area with staff. The dispensary staff work with you to explain all of the cannabis products available. Budtenders may make recommendations that are based on your doctor’s recommendation.
If it’s your first visit, you’ll be required to complete intake forms. This lets the dispensary staff confirm your patient status and see what you were allotted by your medical marijuana doctor.
What Marijuana Products are Available at Trulieve
The best way to see the different product options before visiting the dispensary is to check out their online menu. If enabled, Trulieve in Jacksonville online menu may be available on FL Dispensaries to reserve your order.
If you have an active medical card, you can pick from a wide array of cannabis products. Various delivery methods of the different cannabinoids have been approved by the DOH, including edibles, inhalation, oral, sublingual, topical, traditional flower and even suppositories. There is no obligation to buy your entire milligram limit at once; instead, you can purchase less if you so desire and then buy more during another visit or at another dispensary. It’s important to find what works for you.
Low tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) cannabis with higher CBD products are available to patients as well who prefer the non-euphoric effect.

My first visit wasn't smooth sailing, they looked at me like I was stupid asking about the $75 credit in August for new (and renewing) members, and made me pay with a 60% off first purchase instead. A week later I went in, explained what happened and it was fine. They gave me the $75 credit, and my website coupons. I don't appreciate being lied to straight to my face by 3 different people, including a manager.The second visit was a lot better because my cashier was a different lady. The guy with the partially shaved head and a bun is aggressive and seriously rude. He screams and cusses at patients, and is more concerned about his phone and his DoorDash orders than doing his job. Speaking of his job, he is horrific at. He skips all express patients and marks them as walkins, and ignores conventionally unattractive people. Don’t go there if you have PTSD, because he WILL trigger it.

I tried to use them but was told the order would cost more using my discount. I understand changes recently, but other competitors are adapting better, and time is money! I don’t shop at Trulieve very often but I placed my order the other day and everything went great. I got my text came in the store, Mike killed it in the front and Nick was even nicer in the dispensation area. I was telling Nick how I broke a distillate a few months ago (about 4) and was hesitant to bring it in because some times dispensary’s aren’t kind about replacements but he said to bring it in and they will probably be able to replace it. I went in later that day saw it was packed and the crew was different so I left. I went home to try and fill a cartridge with the distillate I did buy that day and the syringe was clogged and the distillate went all over my carpet. I went in explained I had two replacements but at this point was only really concerned about the one because I had just bought it the day before. The package was empty and the whole thing was sticky (which I brought in and showed to John) where John rudely told me that for all he knew I could have gone home and put the product in a different container and just brought back the empty. Even though he opened it and felt it was sticky. That shocked me considering how crass he was. I know there are bad people and I brought back an empty container but I’ve worked in the cannabis industry and know you can see in the patients account how many times they’ve done returns or replacements which in 5 years of shopping there I might have done once. After giving me a credit on my account I asked them if I could just get the product I ruined back which John and his manager looked and saw that I was “lucky” because it was the same price today as it was yesterday so the credit cleared it. So essentially if that particular product wasn’t on sale I was going to have to pay the difference between the price and my credit. Horrible return experience even though 18 hours earlier I was greeted with smiles and open arms that I could definitely replace something because accidents happen (shout out to Nick and Mike!) but then later was basically told I could be lying by John. Overall I did have the one replaced but like I said if the sale wasn’t the same I would have had to pay more just to replace a product. With like 123 stores in Florida alone I’m sure they have a budget for messed up and returned products just like we did at Surterra so the fact that I would have even had to pay the difference is crazy to me. Definitely make sure you’re a perfect person and never make a mistake to shop here because you’ll have to pay if you do

I hope Trulieve corporate reads this because they are loosing money cutting hours of their employees. I’m far from the only one who’s becoming dissatisfied with the wait times, and I’m also not the only one who ends up, leaving and not purchasing products from Trulieve as a result. I used to love coming to this store, the people at this location are really nice. Unfortunately, as a result of Trulieve cutting employees and hours, now there aren’t enough employees for the demand and wait times are outrageous. Having to wait an hour to pick up what I need is absurd. I usually chose Express pick up as an option to save time, but I got booted out of the system today after waiting close to an hour and wasn’t allowed to sign back in without driving to the store and going inside, it was impossible to sign back into the express option on my phone. I Ended up wasting an hour of my day driving to and from the store today just to be told I have to wait another hour to get my medicine after already waiting. After multiple years of being exclusively loyal to Trulieve, I will be looking into spending my money elsewhere in the future.Hope you are happy Trulieve corporate, the money you are saving on the front end you’re loosing on the back end.

Starting with the gentleman at the front door who checks you in he is the nicest, most informative and friendly person you could hope for as a reception person upfront. In the back the manager is amazing. She is so kind. And funny. It makes the experience just amazing. As well as two or three other gentlemen, working in the back, one with spiky hair, and the other guys I can’t remember, but they are the pros pro at giving the most excellent experience one could ask for. They were all very informative and just a joy deal with I love coming to this store and would be devastated if they lost any of these 5 Star employees present on Tuesday the 18th 2023. I have seen some truly unprofessional things at this location the pink haired girl that used to work the front told me her boss set her up to date one of the managers Tony. Well fast forward I later saw him scream at her and other coworkers in front of patients which she told me he was jealous over her talking to patients and her other male coworkers. And also that she was pretty sure he does coke this last time I went in there was no better the GM went off on a patient for having her son help her and when I asked about the girl was told she and her other coworker got fired even though I seen Tony the manager in there still. Being a first-time patient I didn't realize that a lot of patients just are picking up and that only certain amount of people can go into little store. As a security measure you have to sit in like a waiting room and then you're called into a store would you go see someone at the register like I wasn't even able to look around,.... But the reason is because I got there on Sunday at like 7:30 and they close at 8:00. I felt super pressure to go fast, not a fault but my own probably... This particular Trulieve is in a very awesome location as it is nestled right in the heart of the community of Mandarin. They offer several different ways to accumulate discounts, and run daily and weekly specials, sometimes in addition to these discounts. There is a way for everyone to accumulate savings. I have noticed Trulieve also tends to carry higher percentages (strength) on their products than other dispensary chains, on average. If you have not yet, check out a Trulieve location soon.

The employees at this location are always friendly, helpful and ready to assist. Every time I come in Eric is always greeting customers and always has a smile on his face. Maddie was also wonderful, happy and ready to assist. Thank you so much for making customers feel like a priority!
