I recently visited the medical cannabis dispensary Trulieve on West Irlo Bronson Memorial in Kissimmee, Florida, to exchange two products I had purchased. The staff at the front desk decided to exchange only one of the items. Despite explaining that it was my first time requesting an exchange and that I wasn't a frequent exchanger, they refused to exchange the second item. They informed me that the reason for my return (purchasing the wrong product) was not valid for an exchange. They advised me to go back to the original location where I purchased the items and explain the situation to see if they could help.However, when I went to the Trulieve location on East Irlo Bronson Memorial, they exchanged the item without any problem. They explained that exchanges could be done at any Trulieve location. In summary, the initial location wasted my time and I had a very bad experience.

Picked up an order yesterday and they forgot my prerolls, so I came in and got my preroll, wasn't offered anything free for me driving 40 mins here, won't be stopping by this dispensary anymore, I'll stick to Sunnyside, they have way better customer service

Prices are prices (expensive) and the staff once talking to them are nice people many times I put in an online order it never gets filled, there are times I’ve waited the entire day just to have to go in the next day as a walk in to wait in their very long walk in line. Also they do point cards as rewards spermatically and will commonly not mention it to you, the only time I got a card is when hearing someone who they were very familiar with mention they had one with prompted me to ask. It seems this facially is too busy for the amount of staff they have on hand, would recommend finding a better location if convince isn’t your only factor

Never had weed. Won’t ever honor online pickup strains ordered. When arrived, will say “don’t have this ($20) we sold it all today” when I ordered online at 5am before open. They will make you buy ($58) strain because they sold all to customers. Why even have different strains to order online if there’s an 80%+ chance they’ve sold it all and will try to overcharge you. This is my medication, if I’m responsible enough to get up at that time over the other stoners to order something I truly need, honor that order. Also will charge $3 extra on every purchase without telling you to back door a debit transaction at an atm at the end of the day. Just shady and honestly disgusting business tactics at this branch. I miss my keys location that would honor online orders and their prices if product was out. Shame on this location.

It's the closest dispensary to me but I just couldn't deal with their terrible process. Not sure if it's a Florida thing or not but imagine going to a liquor store where they only let 1 person in at a time. It's just stupid.

Don’t waste your time putting in an order, nobody will prepare it for you and it’s the same wait. Just a horrible process here. Save time and money and go to jungle boys

I worked for trulieve for 5 years. They did me dirty after the 5 years and I swore I would never step foot In a trulieve again. Well they were having a great sale, and we are staying that way, so I decided to try this location. Let me tell you how pleasantly surprised I was. I get Jose, and Remmington the most. Those 2 men are Phenomenal!!!!! I actually worked with Remmington for a little bit at North. He remembers me. Do you know how nice that feels? I have also had Mason and Ivette!!!!! They are both AMAZING. Most people in there know me by my 1st name. Those 4 employees are nothing short of AMAZING. There is also 1 other gentleman I just don't know his name. I first encountered him at the front desk. We got to talking. Then he was my consultant the next time. They all remember my name and make me feel so welcome. I hope truly recognizes these people and sees how hard they work for their company. Thank you all very much from the bottom of my heart for all of the wonderful experiences you have given me!!!!!!!

Smaller waiting room than most other dispensaries, including sister truleive stores.Same polite, upfront service you expect from truleive. Taking a look at their online inventory, they tend to hold on to different products longer than south obt location.Always good for sales. Always wait until a sale, as they are always around the corner. Just wait, or you'll be kicking yourself the next day.Bathroom was spotless.

I don't leave reviews unless service / experience is stellar or totally unsatisfactory. Today both delivery employees, Zachary G and Andrew A, went above and beyond to provide a resolution for the error of items within my order. It is a frequent occurrence that I experience errors and miscommunication on online, on the phone and at the door during delivery. Typical in my experience, the delivery rep will say he/she doesn't have the power to resolve the issue. So I will have to either pay more or loose the whole order, which is a major issue when they are already out of stock for some items. However, today was a pleasant surprise as the delivery reps were empathetic with a pleasant demeanor and a cheerful attitude. The rep offered to assist my by driving all the way back to the local store, during heavy rain, to have the order repackaged and did actually return expeditiously to complete the delivery when he did not have to. I am more than grateful for this type of customer service at Trulieve today. Thanks so much!! 🙂

The staff is great, the flower is great WHEN you can open the container. I've had 4 flower containers now that will not open. No matter what we do, they won't open. These are the worst containers. I can't even use my prescription because the container is impossible to open. Now this isn't ALL the containers. I've had plenty that open just fine but after wasting money on 4 that won't open, I'm done spending my money here. Yes I know their childproof but these tops will not come off at all. I've had 11 adult people try and no one can get them open. And I've injured myself trying to break them open with tools. So if you're shopping here, I really suggest you check the bottle and make sure it will open before leaving. Once again, the staff are incredible but the plastic flower containers suck. I miss Harvest HOC bottles. Trulieve has the worst

It's certainly a tragedy that a corrupt operation like Kim Rivers' can take over a place with superior products and better staff and basically just shut it down.Trulieve bought their best competition to get rid of it.Harvest's management must have known this was their intention. Permitting the acquisition was unethical and has harmed all Harvest's patients to benefit their largest shareholders. And probably jeopardized their employees' livelihoods.The love of money is the root of all kinds of evil.Florida's decision to permit this is also clearly the work of government wheels being greased with cash.I will leave the rest of my review as a memorial to what could have been.OLD:Friendly staff. Odd location (behind the main shopping center), but it looks temporary while the unoccupied storefront is being remodeled.Staff is quick, efficient, kind, and considerate.

And when i called them to see if I've been there twice to see if I get my next discount "$50 off a $150 purchase" the lady told me they can't say that over the phone. Like are you serious!? The person on the other end of the line was quite rude and left a horrible impression. He stated what he had was an extensive list and it was listed on line. I only wanted to confirm the % of the highest listed in their inventory! Absolutely loved this place until today. I have heard about them doing this, but it had never happened to me. They posted Motor Breath Smalls on their website this morning for their weekly restock. It was listed all morning at 29.65% THC. Excited about this, I went and picked up a half. Later on I noticed on the website that it was now listed at 20.5% THC. I also noticed they conveniently did not put a THC % on my label(First time that's happened). Confused, I called them and asked. They gave me, and everyone else today, the 20.5%.They claim this was a mistake but let's be real, it wasn't. This was a false advertising tactic to get people into the store, and then sell them an inferior product with nearly 40% less THC. They don't accept returns either. They didn't apologize, didn't offer me anything, didn't accept a return. This place has good flower, but do yourself a favor and call first. Extremely dishonest people here.

I gave this place a bad review before but honestly it was because they were short on inventory and that's it. HOC is a local place for me and I've noticed they have more than exceeded what I thought they would be able to do. They also have the fastest online and pic up process. It's always satisfying getting that notification that your medicine is ready 5 maybe 30 minutes after I order. The flower is hands down 1 of my favorites. I hope they will let me in with open arms even after I left a bad review before. The staff was always extremely nice and professional to me. I really look forward to spending my money at harvest because I'm getting great product for a great price and close to home.

Absolute worst experience. Went in to check the place out and my buddy went to get a cart. Everything was fine til we got out and in our car. Two employees came out to ask and accuse us of stealing something that was already missing. Then we come to find out the cart only works on there batteries and we had to go back. Then my buddy had to exchange it for an all in one pen and then he asked “Did you check the cameras to see if we stole? I placed an over the phone order and was told that the location closes at 6pm. I rushed all the way from the other side of town and after going through the maze that they call a parking lot. Seriously, this place is behind a condemned hotel. Where there are gates barracking the entrance areas. I finally park and run to the door and make it to the location at 5:58pm. The doors were already closed and when I called I was told that once the doors close they would not be opened again. It’s disappointing because this would’ve been my first time using this place and now I don’t want to come back. Getting something for my anxiety should not give me anxiety.

Sometimes you show up to the store and find some that you didn't even hear about! On my recent visit I went in for a 25% off flash sale but when I got into the store the very nice budtender Becky told me about a patient appreciation special that netted me $161 in free products instead of saving the $8.60 I would have saved had I just have used the sale I came in for. That is super customer service and I left very, very happy that day! Sharon on that same visit made my check out process super quick and easy and was also very friendly and nice. My only complaint about Harvest is their carts, they use the EvoLab Colors cartridges and while they taste good and medicate OK, the actual hardware is garbage and I hate. They have a tendency to leak, or spit hot distillate out the top of them while they are heating or just not work at all. I wish Harvest would switch to another cart supplier, like anyone else. I refuse to buy those cartridges at any price. I will take them for free when offered but I won't pay actual money for them anymore.Also don't let the exterior of the building fool you, yes it is a temp trailer on the outside, and the waiting room is tiny, but once you get into the actual service room it is large, and looks and feels nice. I hope eventually they get a real building but for now the one they have is serving them well and doesn't really detract from the overall experience. All in all I really like Harvest, will continue to come back as long as their prices remain competitive and their service remains where it is, and it's great now so that's a good thing! And Becky and Sharon are doing a great job and are super helpful!

Staff is very knowledgeable and I personally think each Dispensary has its employees that represent the product they offer. It helps to educate yourself on your medical condition and what is best for you. Noone can tell you flower is better than a capsule or tincture. It is you the patient who is supposed to try and take notes what works and what does not and the side effects. I love that Harvest gives you educational materials for you to learn about CBD and THC the difference in higher ratios and offers strains. If you ever get paranoid you can balance with a CBD and for most Stavia is more energetic and not as lazy feeling vs a indigo that i take at night to relax. I take 1 or 2 THC capsules or the Delta 8 and Im sleeping the entire night through now. I also love that they offer pre rolls so you can pick up already set for about the same price.So far ive been to 4 dispensary's in Orlando area and this is closet to my home and quit frankly cheaper than some of the other places for 1/8 for flower tbey charge $35.00 vs 50 to 60.00 other stores.

Becky helped me with getting my profile started and then brought me back. She was very insightful and helpful, that girl has definitely done her homework.. she offered me the most information than any other dispensary has and told me about the promotions they currently are running, from start to finish she provided wonderful customer service. Purchasing Marijuana Products at Trulieve
Upon arrival at this dispensary, you’ll enter a designated waiting area before going into the retail area with staff. The dispensary staff work with you to explain all of the cannabis products available. Budtenders may make recommendations that are based on your doctor’s recommendation.

I recently visited the medical cannabis dispensary Trulieve on West Irlo Bronson Memorial in Kissimmee, Florida, to exchange two products I had purchased. The staff at the front desk decided to exchange only one of the items. Despite explaining that it was my first time requesting an exchange and that I wasn't a frequent exchanger, they refused to exchange the second item. They informed me that the reason for my return (purchasing the wrong product) was not valid for an exchange. They advised me to go back to the original location where I purchased the items and explain the situation to see if they could help.However, when I went to the Trulieve location on East Irlo Bronson Memorial, they exchanged the item without any problem. They explained that exchanges could be done at any Trulieve location. In summary, the initial location wasted my time and I had a very bad experience.

Also they do point cards as rewards spermatically and will commonly not mention it to you, the only time I got a card is when hearing someone who they were very familiar with mention they had one with prompted me to ask. Never had weed. Won’t ever honor online pickup strains ordered. When arrived, will say “don’t have this ($20) we sold it all today” when I ordered online at 5am before open. They will make you buy ($58) strain because they sold all to customers. Why even have different strains to order online if there’s an 80%+ chance they’ve sold it all and will try to overcharge you. This is my medication, if I’m responsible enough to get up at that time over the other stoners to order something I truly need, honor that order. Also will charge $3 extra on every purchase without telling you to back door a debit transaction at an atm at the end of the day. Just shady and honestly disgusting business tactics at this branch. I miss my keys location that would honor online orders and their prices if product was out. Shame on this location.

Those 2 men are Phenomenal!!!!! I actually worked with Remmington for a little bit at North. He remembers me. Do you know how nice that feels? I have also had Mason and Ivette!!!!! Smaller waiting room than most other dispensaries, including sister truleive stores.Same polite, upfront service you expect from truleive. Taking a look at their online inventory, they tend to hold on to different products longer than south obt location.Always good for sales. Always wait until a sale, as they are always around the corner. Just wait, or you'll be kicking yourself the next day.Bathroom was spotless.

I don't leave reviews unless service / experience is stellar or totally unsatisfactory. Today both delivery employees, Zachary G and Andrew A, went above and beyond to provide a resolution for the error of items within my order. It is a frequent occurrence that I experience errors and miscommunication on online, on the phone and at the door during delivery. Typical in my experience, the delivery rep will say he/she doesn't have the power to resolve the issue. So I will have to either pay more or loose the whole order, which is a major issue when they are already out of stock for some items. However, today was a pleasant surprise as the delivery reps were empathetic with a pleasant demeanor and a cheerful attitude. The rep offered to assist my by driving all the way back to the local store, during heavy rain, to have the order repackaged and did actually return expeditiously to complete the delivery when he did not have to. I am more than grateful for this type of customer service at Trulieve today. Thanks so much!! 🙂

The staff is great, the flower is great WHEN you can open the container. I've had 4 flower containers now that will not open. No matter what we do, they won't open. These are the worst containers. I can't even use my prescription because the container is impossible to open. Now this isn't ALL the containers. I've had plenty that open just fine but after wasting money on 4 that won't open, I'm done spending my money here. Yes I know their childproof but these tops will not come off at all. I've had 11 adult people try and no one can get them open. And I've injured myself trying to break them open with tools. So if you're shopping here, I really suggest you check the bottle and make sure it will open before leaving. Once again, the staff are incredible but the plastic flower containers suck. I miss Harvest HOC bottles. Trulieve has the worst

It's certainly a tragedy that a corrupt operation like Kim Rivers' can take over a place with superior products and better staff and basically just shut it down.Trulieve bought their best competition to get rid of it.Harvest's management must have known this was their intention. Permitting the acquisition was unethical and has harmed all Harvest's patients to benefit their largest shareholders. And probably jeopardized their employees' livelihoods.The love of money is the root of all kinds of evil.Florida's decision to permit this is also clearly the work of government wheels being greased with cash.I will leave the rest of my review as a memorial to what could have been.OLD:Friendly staff. Odd location (behind the main shopping center), but it looks temporary while the unoccupied storefront is being remodeled.Staff is quick, efficient, kind, and considerate.

And when i called them to see if I've been there twice to see if I get my next discount "$50 off a $150 purchase" the lady told me they can't say that over the phone. Like are you serious!? The person on the other end of the line was quite rude and left a horrible impression. He stated what he had was an extensive list and it was listed on line. I only wanted to confirm the % of the highest listed in their inventory! I do this because there has been too many times where you preorder the product and only during the pick up process do you discover that it was not the exact item listed on line. Absolutely loved this place until today. I have heard about them doing this, but it had never happened to me. They posted Motor Breath Smalls on their website this morning for their weekly restock. It was listed all morning at 29.65% THC. Excited about this, I went and picked up a half. Later on I noticed on the website that it was now listed at 20.5% THC. I also noticed they conveniently did not put a THC % on my label(First time that's happened). Confused, I called them and asked. They gave me, and everyone else today, the 20.5%.They claim this was a mistake but let's be real, it wasn't. This was a false advertising tactic to get people into the store, and then sell them an inferior product with nearly 40% less THC. They don't accept returns either. They didn't apologize, didn't offer me anything, didn't accept a return. This place has good flower, but do yourself a favor and call first. Extremely dishonest people here.

I went to Harvest for my wife as her caregiver as she can't travel as much right now due to ongoing health issues, had a great experience on both my first and second visit. Paul was super informative on my first visit and genuinely cared about making sure my wife got the best possible relief for her medical issues. I really appreciated the time he took with me to pick out different products for her to try. He took as much time as I needed, explained how each of them worked/what situation they may be best for, and didn't make me feel rushed at all even though it looked like they were having a busy day and I was just a walk in. Second visit was great as well, my wife made a pickup order on the website and I had no issues getting it for her. Super nice staff who really know their work and care about their client's well being. Fully intend on returning again.

HOC is a local place for me and I've noticed they have more than exceeded what I thought they would be able to do. They also have the fastest online and pic up process. It's always satisfying getting that notification that your medicine is ready 5 maybe 30 minutes after I order. The flower is hands down 1 of my favorites. I hope they will let me in with open arms even after I left a bad review before. The staff was always extremely nice and professional to me. Absolute worst experience. Went in to check the place out and my buddy went to get a cart. Everything was fine til we got out and in our car. Two employees came out to ask and accuse us of stealing something that was already missing. Then we come to find out the cart only works on there batteries and we had to go back. Then my buddy had to exchange it for an all in one pen and then he asked “Did you check the cameras to see if we stole? I placed an over the phone order and was told that the location closes at 6pm. I rushed all the way from the other side of town and after going through the maze that they call a parking lot. Seriously, this place is behind a condemned hotel. Where there are gates barracking the entrance areas. I finally park and run to the door and make it to the location at 5:58pm. The doors were already closed and when I called I was told that once the doors close they would not be opened again. It’s disappointing because this would’ve been my first time using this place and now I don’t want to come back. Getting something for my anxiety should not give me anxiety.

If you sign up for their emails you will get them constantly, if you check their Instagram...more, text alerts even more! Sometimes you show up to the store and find some that you didn't even hear about! On my recent visit I went in for a 25% off flash sale but when I got into the store the very nice budtender Becky told me about a patient appreciation special that netted me $161 in free products instead of saving the $8.60 I would have saved had I just have used the sale I came in for. That is super customer service and I left very, very happy that day! Sharon on that same visit made my check out process super quick and easy and was also very friendly and nice. My only complaint about Harvest is their carts, they use the EvoLab Colors cartridges and while they taste good and medicate OK, the actual hardware is garbage and I hate. They have a tendency to leak, or spit hot distillate out the top of them while they are heating or just not work at all. I wish Harvest would switch to another cart supplier, like anyone else. I refuse to buy those cartridges at any price. I will take them for free when offered but I won't pay actual money for them anymore.Also don't let the exterior of the building fool you, yes it is a temp trailer on the outside, and the waiting room is tiny, but once you get into the actual service room it is large, and looks and feels nice. I hope eventually they get a real building but for now the one they have is serving them well and doesn't really detract from the overall experience. All in all I really like Harvest, will continue to come back as long as their prices remain competitive and their service remains where it is, and it's great now so that's a good thing! And Becky and Sharon are doing a great job and are super helpful!

They have a tendency to leak, or spit hot distillate out the top of them while they are heating or just not work at all. I wish Harvest would switch to another cart supplier, like anyone else. I refuse to buy those cartridges at any price. I will take them for free when offered but I won't pay actual money for them anymore.Also don't let the exterior of the building fool you, yes it is a temp trailer on the outside, and the waiting room is tiny, but once you get into the actual service room it is large, and looks and feels nice. I hope eventually they get a real building but for now the one they have is serving them well and doesn't really detract from the overall experience. All in all I really like Harvest, will continue to come back as long as their prices remain competitive and their service remains where it is, and it's great now so that's a good thing! And Becky and Sharon are doing a great job and are super helpful!

The entire sales staff was incredibly friendly and fully informed. I was able to learn about all their products and it was all easy to understand. They give you materials to learn about what you purchased as well as a tracker so you can track what works for you. So happy with my experience and I will definitely be coming back again soon!

Staff is very knowledgeable and I personally think each Dispensary has its employees that represent the product they offer. It helps to educate yourself on your medical condition and what is best for you. Noone can tell you flower is better than a capsule or tincture. It is you the patient who is supposed to try and take notes what works and what does not and the side effects. I love that Harvest gives you educational materials for you to learn about CBD and THC the difference in higher ratios and offers strains. If you ever get paranoid you can balance with a CBD and for most Stavia is more energetic and not as lazy feeling vs a indigo that i take at night to relax. I take 1 or 2 THC capsules or the Delta 8 and Im sleeping the entire night through now. I also love that they offer pre rolls so you can pick up already set for about the same price.So far ive been to 4 dispensary's in Orlando area and this is closet to my home and quit frankly cheaper than some of the other places for 1/8 for flower tbey charge $35.00 vs 50 to 60.00 other stores.

I usually have a lot of anxiety when going to dispensaries and since this one is basically a trailer in the parking lot of their soon-to-be storefront I was skeptical, but once I stepped inside the interior was clean and simple. Becky helped me with getting my profile started and then brought me back. She was very insightful and helpful, that girl has definitely done her homework.. she offered me the most information than any other dispensary has and told me about the promotions they currently are running, from start to finish she provided wonderful customer service. I will definitely be returning. 10/10 would recommend especially for anxious/ first time patients!!
