Then customer support says they can't do anything about something that happens at a store so a customer support system that can't do anything for customer support . There are more than just trulieve in this business guess I'll go check them out... update thanks for the response to the review but that is the only attempt you guys have made to correct the situation. I'm aware of you guys always advertising the products with the best analysis results and then not selling or having that product. So I have them double check at the store your representative at the store misrepresented your product. That's where I stop going to trulieve so I have not been or plan on going back to your store. This store has a issue of the staff creating their own hours on when the store will be open and when the store will be closed, the staff does not follow with the company operating hours policies you could arrive at the store 10 minutes before it closes and they will shut it down 15 minutes prior to the scheduled closing time and they will not let you in the store, If the staff would follow the hours that are posted by the company themselves instead of creating their own operating hours, maybe this would be a better store. But because the staff likes to create their own operating hours, this is affected me and a lot of other patients from being able to get our medication even though we follow the rules and arrive before the store is technically supposed to close. Trulieve, you need to do better.UPDATE:After some time trulieve corporate office reached out and have addressed the issue and made it right and I strongly believe that this issue won’t happen again. They made thing right and their customers service team was amazing.Trulieve is an amazing company they just had a bad day. Even with this very unpleasant experience it won’t stop me from shopping at trulieve.

This rating is dedicated solely to the managerial team (at least most) at trulieve.It had been my experience at this location, that the managerial team (most) always has a chip on their shoulders. Not looking to be helpful nor polite just doing a job for a paycheck. If that's the case, please make them basic employees. There are other employee's there who actually try to help and are friendly.To be specific, who ever the Hispanic lady manager is who wears a pound of makeup on Her face. She has the worst attitude ever.Next time I come it and if she's there I will make it a point to make her say hello and good day to me. She ignores me and has never had a smile nor proper attitude. She just looks like she doesn't want to be there so get rid of her.Thanks

Just moved to the area and despite being super anxious to come to a new dispensary, Nick was able to take my customer experience beyond expectations. They were so patient and took the time to educate me on a few things and answer my questions. This interaction made me so much more comfortable coming to this location. So I showed up at 820 to pick up an online order when business hours says they close at 830 and I got turned away, apparently they had a cut off time. Then a group of 3 turns up right after and got let in. I understand if you have policies and have to stop dispensing by 9, but this was honestly so disrespectful. If you have a cut off it should apply to everyone equally. Period.

So I been going to this Trulieve Quite some time now and one thing I can definitely say is that the business has gone up a lot lately they be to busy for the amount of staff that they have but regardless of that they have great customer service I can be horrible with names but Ms Yuli’s name definitely stuck out as she was very informative helpful friendly yet professional but anyways, I will be going back. I just wish they open the express line already.

Truly a mess when it comes to the scheduling . Ordered hours ahead of time.... checked in 20 minutes prior so that when I arrive I don't have to wait.... get to the store for the store host to then not use my checked in one and then place me in line ? So I went from doing everything possible to get ahead of that line so I'm not waiting, and I end up having to wait 25 minutes for an order that is already bagged according to their text messages? DANGEROUS! HOMELESS AND NO SECURITY OR SEATING. Not a safe area, crack heads hang outside likes it normal (groups of homeless) Trulieve is losing a customer for life every single time someone visits this location. This is something straight out of a breaking bad episode. I will never patronize this dispensary chain again. Trulieve is just so horrible compared to other dispensaries that care about their imagine like MUV. Trulieve makes worse product and to be opening locations like this proves it’s a cash grab and not worth your time. Don’t put yourself in danger for some over priced mids.

I came in with my wife, we are both patents but purchased separate. My wife decided to add a pre roll to her order. When doing so she asked me for $10, which i gave her. The clerk said since she asked me for the money they would not be able to complete the transactions as it went against there policy. This policy is not stated ANY PLACE within the store or online at Trulieve's website. HOW do they expect customers to know this. They should have advised us of the policy so we would know and it would never happen again, NOT refuse service for us not knowing an internal rule. Poor management...

Every time I go here there’s always a problem ! You can make online orders but they will give the product you ordered to the person ahead of you.. so when it’s time to pick up your order it’s gone because they already gave it out to other people. So basically they don’t hold your order even when it was placed the same day. This is the fourth time I go here and either there’s no “internet”, they are only accepting cash, and then they give your order away even when your able to place it. I waited 40 mins for them to tell me that they have no flower. Be prepared to wait and sometimes your order won’t be fulfilled ! This isn’t the first time. Even when I asked they said they have more product so I waited both times and they had NOTHING!

This is the old,Harvest Location. I'm really disappointed by the new store....wait times are long even with a pre order... The quality of flower has dropped as the prices,rise. They do have a,great deal on ground flower but not always available. The staff is,friendly but only a very few stayed from Harvest...sad because they were the best in the business. They KNOW their clients by name and very helpful w/any questions. Wish more had stayed on. And unlike all other pharmacy they don't allow you to add on your order in store?? They tell people you have to leave & go back & wait in the walk in line. ONLY place that does this.no clue as to why.

This is for the store on 2631 E irlo Bronson memorial in Kissimmee.The 1 g pre-rolls seem to have been tampered coming in different sizes and with a sloppy roll at the tip. when I explained to the associated (Michael) he said it was the density of the cannabis which makes not sense and never made a difference when the company was owned by harvest also the flower containers had open seals his response was that “it is a different company” acknowledging or at least implying that it is policy or it’s justified the lack of product quality. I never had this issue with harvest regardless of the trend of cannabis I purchased, the folding at the end was folded professionally now it looks like someone takes a chunk of it and rolls the tip. When I spoke to the manager he asked me if I weighed the product, I asked for a scale and he said they did not have one (a dispensary without a scale, how convenient) I asked to return the product and he got defensive asking me why would I return it if I have not tried it. After continuously giving me a hard time I held two rolls in front of everyone in the store and showed him how one was almost has one third of it taken out and he finally accepted. His fix was to tell the dispenser to write a note on my account preventing me from buying pre-rolls. Just because I brought an issue to his attention and did not want to purchase tampered product. This store need an outside inspection. It is highly illegal to tamper with prescriptions and I ask a member of the company to follow up with this issue.

This rating is dedicated solely to the managerial team (at least most) at trulieve.It had been my experience at this location, that the managerial team (most) always has a chip on their shoulders. Not looking to be helpful nor polite just doing a job for a paycheck. If that's the case, please make them basic employees. There are other employee's there who actually try to help and are friendly.To be specific, who ever the Hispanic lady manager is who wears a pound of makeup on Her face. She has the worst attitude ever.Next time I come it and if she's there I will make it a point to make her say hello and good day to me. She ignores me and has never had a smile nor proper attitude. So I showed up at 820 to pick up an online order when business hours says they close at 830 and I got turned away, apparently they had a cut off time. Then a group of 3 turns up right after and got let in. I understand if you have policies and have to stop dispensing by 9, but this was honestly so disrespectful. If you have a cut off it should apply to everyone equally. Period.

Truly a mess when it comes to the scheduling . Ordered hours ahead of time.... checked in 20 minutes prior so that when I arrive I don't have to wait.... get to the store for the store host to then not use my checked in one and then place me in line ? So I went from doing everything possible to get ahead of that line so I'm not waiting, and I end up having to wait 25 minutes for an order that is already bagged according to their text messages? Not a safe area, crack heads hang outside likes it normal (groups of homeless) Trulieve is losing a customer for life every single time someone visits this location. This is something straight out of a breaking bad episode. I will never patronize this dispensary chain again. Trulieve is just so horrible compared to other dispensaries that care about their imagine like MUV. Trulieve makes worse product and to be opening locations like this proves it’s a cash grab and not worth your time. Don’t put yourself in danger for some over priced mids.

I came in with my wife, we are both patents but purchased separate. My wife decided to add a pre roll to her order. When doing so she asked me for $10, which i gave her. The clerk said since she asked me for the money they would not be able to complete the transactions as it went against there policy. This policy is not stated ANY PLACE within the store or online at Trulieve's website. HOW do they expect customers to know this. They should have advised us of the policy so we would know and it would never happen again, NOT refuse service for us not knowing an internal rule. Poor management...

Every time I go here there’s always a problem ! You can make online orders but they will give the product you ordered to the person ahead of you.. so when it’s time to pick up your order it’s gone because they already gave it out to other people. So basically they don’t hold your order even when it was placed the same day. This is the fourth time I go here and either there’s no “internet”, they are only accepting cash, and then they give your order away even when your able to place it. I waited 40 mins for them to tell me that they have no flower. Be prepared to wait and sometimes your order won’t be fulfilled ! This isn’t the first time. Even when I asked they said they have more product so I waited both times and they had NOTHING!

This is the old,Harvest Location. I'm really disappointed by the new store....wait times are long even with a pre order... The quality of flower has dropped as the prices,rise. They do have a,great deal on ground flower but not always available. The staff is,friendly but only a very few stayed from Harvest...sad because they were the best in the business. They KNOW their clients by name and very helpful w/any questions. Wish more had stayed on. And unlike all other pharmacy they don't allow you to add on your order in store?? They tell people you have to leave & go back & wait in the walk in line. ONLY place that does this.no clue as to why.

This is for the store on 2631 E irlo Bronson memorial in Kissimmee.The 1 g pre-rolls seem to have been tampered coming in different sizes and with a sloppy roll at the tip. when I explained to the associated (Michael) he said it was the density of the cannabis which makes not sense and never made a difference when the company was owned by harvest also the flower containers had open seals his response was that “it is a different company” acknowledging or at least implying that it is policy or it’s justified the lack of product quality. I never had this issue with harvest regardless of the trend of cannabis I purchased, the folding at the end was folded professionally now it looks like someone takes a chunk of it and rolls the tip. When I spoke to the manager he asked me if I weighed the product, I asked for a scale and he said they did not have one (a dispensary without a scale, how convenient) I asked to return the product and he got defensive asking me why would I return it if I have not tried it. After continuously giving me a hard time I held two rolls in front of everyone in the store and showed him how one was almost has one third of it taken out and he finally accepted. His fix was to tell the dispenser to write a note on my account preventing me from buying pre-rolls. Just because I brought an issue to his attention and did not want to purchase tampered product. This store need an outside inspection. It is highly illegal to tamper with prescriptions and I ask a member of the company to follow up with this issue.
