What the ???? is the point of express, when you’re just going to take all the walk ins first? Some old bitter was literally ignoring my express order and taking all the walk in clients!! Had me waiting 10\15 mins with an online order while people are walking up and leaving! I try not to go to any trulieve’s anymore but this dispensary was closest to me.. thanks for reminding me why I never go anymore! 🙂
this is one of the worst dispensary’s i’ve ever been too. the customer service is the WORST.i’ve had their employees tell me how bad it is to work here, it’s no wonder they can’t keep employees.20+ people in the lobby and 2 people working and this blonde woman finally comes out and says “i guess i can open express”what kind of establishment is this? i’ve never been to a dispensary as sorry as this one. if there was any other place to go i would. sorry excuse for a business.
Trulieve is my go to dispensary. Excellent staff with great attitudes, however seem to be short staffed which is a management issue. Great product assortment most of the time and they almost always have an affordable choice. I always check in ahead of time and coordinate my arrival so as not to exceed the expected wait time. Their delivery service is fantastic as I live 30 minutes away from the Lake City store.
Not a good location. Pretty scuzzy town though so I guess it’s on par with the other services of area. Just don’t bother ordering ahead or checking in because they’ll just let every slack jawed local in before even checking the line. Kinda ticked about that. Literally first person here and waiting on trailer trash to get their sale carts so they can slang em in the park. Unreal.
Some of the employees here are absolutely just gems! Wonderful people and great customer service. The logistics and management on the other hand... leave much to be desired.I'm not sure why the waiting room always has 10 plus people waiting but only 2 or 3 bud tenders, but there's 9? registers. It doesn't make any sense.
I put my order online in the store calls verifies then from there my order gets screwed the past 4 times. either the amount on the order gets changed cuz the last time my order was just canceled out the system but was still on the shelf had to give me a handwritten paper receipt. I keep calling the store but there is no direct number the phone help line is straight trash. but it is the closest dispensary from my location. It does not matter in store pick up online pick up or delivery i have not had an easy smooth transaction once. the point system also seems pointless sometimes I am awarded points for spending money and most of the time I don't receive the points I know i have never requested that they be redeemed.UpdateThey seem to be getting it together. I continue to shop here because they do have good product. The people in store are always friendly. They just need to tweak their online and ordering system some more.
Poor experience at this location, on multiple occasions. Three times I have been checked in, and skipped around by people who where checked in after me, or others that weren’t present when called, because they walked out and came back an hour later .. the team at lake city trulieve lacks attentiveness, and communication skills amongst each other. Feel free to check in and go about your day until you feel like coming back. Only to skip the present, and patiently waiting customers at this store. Please don’t bother sending the automated nonsense email TRULIEVE
Ordered on line for express pick up. Get a email my package is ready and These people still want me sit in there for 25 minutes just to get what is supposed to be express. Absolutely ridiculous will never go there again. On top of that they use a syamped apology instead of addressing the issues with a personal message.
They have literally only five types of flower to choose from. They are always out of sale flower (even when I place an order for it online, when I arrive to pick up, they are always out of it.) They're always out of sativa. Their selection and prices are deplorable. Please do better!!! Oh and when I mentioned my disappointment about the lack of selection and quantity at this location, the budtender told me to go elsewhere... Okay no problem. Real nice. ✌️

Sam rudely stepped in saying the transaction was taking too long. She was not the person who was helping me. She had know idea that the computer wasn’t working right. Told me I was getting stuff for free when I purchased everything. I don’t know how she got a job when she couldn’t do simple math 35 and 55 leaves 20!!! She said her manager told her. Which was a lie. If someone is taking too long look at ur staff not to the patient they are not the ones working. Sam you should find a job that doesn’t involve working with people because your attitude is disgusting.
after a few failed deliveries due to issues beyond the control of the individual workers at this location (I’m looking at you, corporate) I can say the delivery situation is touch and go when you live out of columbia county. That being said, every experience in store has been wonderful and the staff is kind and knowledgeable. Will return, just might side eye the promise of a delivery order on the date they say it’ll come. That could improve.
Absolutely unacceptable customer service. Showed up 40 minutes before they closed with an express order already checked and the lady working the desk named Milly refused to even look at my ID or say much more than "we won't get to you tonight". If that's the chase it's fine but the absolute attitude and disrespect the front desk lady showed is absolutely unacceptable. Take your business and recommendations else were.
This is the worst medical dispensery i have been to, both times i have ordered delivery, they have delivered to my old address even though my new address is on the website, never called the second time and cancelled my order with no notice. When they tried to deliver they told me the total was 40 dollars more than the website said, and since their card reader didnt work, i could only pay cash. After my order was canceled the amount that i tried to buy but didnt recieve was not put back into my prescription until i called 8 times over a week and a half and finally went to the store to complain. The one time i went to pick up an online order, tried to pre-register, website crashed, so when i got there they said i would have to wait 2 hours....for an order i placed the day before. Never again.
Everytime I go to trulieve I make sure to research on the website what I want before I go and always do an online order in order to get my medicine easier or so I think it should be but WRONG I’ve waited HOURS for them to fill my online order eagerly awaiting a text confirmation and end up giving up due to my time having to go to the store to be told I had to wait 45min.why do you even do orders online? I don’t know if they are short staffed or what’s going on. There was also no where to sit. They have 6 chairs in a huge waiting room it legit makes no sense to not have enough seating for medical patients with ailments. I’m so disappointed in this experience. The front desk girl was great under pressure and of course the wait isn’t her fault nor is the lack of seating or staffing. But like we in pain out here we can’t be sitting or standing for extended times especially when you’ve put an order in online. Hire more people find a better system and do better because I don’t have this issue at any other medical cannabis facilities in Florida just trulieve. Hands down my worst customer experiences have happened only at trulieve.
We order on line, generally a small wait once you check in at the dispensary, less than half an hour, usually…store has gotten better about getting customers in, and out, without a long ‘wait’ time. Friendly, knowledgeable associates.
The people are absolutely amazing, came as a walk-in, and had a 7 min wait time on a holiday!!!! Amazing sales and knowledgeable staff. Great prices, too.👏
I went in was a mess up on the order which could have been my fault but the employee made me feel as if i was taking to long when you have many products that i need info. Then proceeds to make me wait a second time 1hr is extremely not ok. Xavier was the name nothing against him but if a job makes you that grumpy just dont do it. Thank u paid close to double.
Horrible experience yesterday and I’ll never be back. I came for a simple express pick up because of health issues and was literally told to come back when I was in a better mood. Excuse me, I have nine herniated disc’s and you need to do your job instead judging your customer. The boss did come out from a “non-existent post” a tried to somewhat make it right but the disrespectful manager kept being verbally combative and I am glad that I had cameras to protect me from her lies and wrath.
Ever since they switched to the new system, I can never get my online order status to change from processing to ready for pick up. I've mentioned it to the store employees, which I understand they can not do anything about it, I've also spoken to customer service on this issue, and nothing has changed. I can't get in and out anymore because I'm always having to wait as a walk in because I am unable to check in online for my online order. This is the only location I've had this issue with, I got to the Gainesville FL locations all the time and it's never an issue and I get in and out so quickly . It's just not reasonable to have to wait 30+ minutes every single time I try to purchase from the Lake City location . The staff are awesome though I have zero complaints about the staff members serving at the LC location .
I'm new and the education I've been receiving from the staff has been invaluable. I have to point out Dylan Nettles for his superb customer service and his knowledge, demeanor and wonderful and humorous personality.The establishment felt clean good vibe and atmosphere. Pharmacy pick up from online orders or walk in makes service convenient. One on one makes you feel like a patient/pharmacy relationship and keeps it discreet from other customers.

The workers are nice but always out of products. I order online and pick up. The last two time I have tried to order this way I was told we don’t have anyone to do online orders for three weeks. Yet I count no less than 10-11 workers at this store. The workers are nice but the store in failing in its “promise” to the customers. Just my two cents. Nice employees so don’t get my comment crossed. This is geared toward the ones that manage this store not the workers.
Only 1 star as there are a lot of issues. I take care of my disabled husband, so I don't have a lot of time. I make my orders online. If there is a problem. They do not contact you. I was there for 2 hours after being told 30 minutes. I just canceled the order and walked out. Will be going to the other dispensaries. NO MORE TRULIEVE FOR ME
Terrible customer service from a few employees, most are amazing and nice, don't let the bad apples ruin it for them all. But- DOUBLE CHECK YOUR TOTAL, because they WILL overcharge, take your CASH, and then refuse to reimburse you for their mess ups- only a store credit, how convenient. I also had to spend an hour in this store to pick up an order placed the day before (I did have add ons). The manager, Troy, flat out was rude, put his hand up as in "I'm not speaking to you" when I was showing him my email receipt, and refused to even look at it. Also stated he wouldn't honor the website price when I ordered because that was "yesterday"... the day I placed the order.*EDIT*I called corporate shortly after this review and they stated that Troy, in fact, should have refunded my cash and apologized to me for his poor treatment. Thank you, Trulieve, for attempting to correct the chosen managers mistakes. Unfortunately, I still wouldn't recommend this location.

Liv was a great help with turpines. Pleasant although slammed with customers. Management should consider more staff for first thing Sunday morning. My grandson worked there a couple of years ago and had same issue.

My name is Donald and I work for trulieve. I’m writing this from my wife’s google. My wife and I just stopped in at the Lake city location. Robert was completely unprofessional. My wife is my visitor and she doesn’t medicate. She was just reminding me to not purchase a certain product I didn’t like last time and Robert immediately rolled his eyes at both of us. Then proceeded to inform us that he believes we were trying to bust him and that humans like us are RUINING THE EARTH. He then rang me up for 3 things when I only wanted two and got so aggravated about having to give me a return that he sat down on the floor and mumbled about humans ruining the earth. My wife walked out before I did because she was about to cuss him out. We’ve been in here multiple times and NEVER ONCE have we had an issue until we came across ROBERT. It’s very disappointing and disrespectful that I WORK FOR THIS COMPANY and spend my money here, just to be treated like that. I’m considering not coming back.

They only accept cards issued in/from Florida.‐----------------For clarity:1) FL business knows the law.... law like 21 years and older.... 21 years and older question made it to the front page of your website... "Do you have Florida issued medical card?" ...Didn't. Why not?2) As I understand it, businesses like yours and customers like me are who/what will get said Law changed, but only if we (customers) keep making it clear we want it and our money will flow through it to which businesses like yours (and the medical industry and taxes) may flourish in money gains..3)I have no problem admitting part of that 1 star is my shock that FL doesn't ... (the snow bird and tourist state) without any indication on your website otherwise, it was all too easy to assume Florida was on the same wagon as California, and Colorado's medical acceptance.I didn't expect to be in Florida this month, but here I am, now states away from a suitable dispensary and naturally having had to figure out where/how I go from here. I only gave them 1 star because it’s the lowest to choose! I would have given ZERO stars if possible! Trulieve has TERRIBLE customer service! I tried to be a loyal customer but there has just been too many issues with my orders! Bud tenders are rude and calling customer service is even worse! I’ll never waste another penny at Trulieve again, there are too many good dispensaries out there to have Trulieve employees treat their customers like garbage! Worst customer service in the industry
Would give 0 stars of possible. They confirm your orders. Then I drive 30 miles to the dispensary and they don't have it. Has happened 4 times now. No more though they aren't the only game in town. Bye bye trulieve.

I've been trying to place an order all week long. I get your emails every day of the sales items. I have tried to order flower Bud's, flower ground, cartridges basically anything I can and nothing is available or the computer is being worked on.I tried to order ground flower and I was told it was out of stock. Tried to order the bud flower and was told computer not accessible. Again tonight tried to place an order and immediately I got a message that the computer is being worked on. This is ridiculous I've been trying all week because I was low on Monday, now it's Friday and I'm out. I'm a cancer patient and I'm in a lot of pain and now I'm out of flower, thanks Tru-lieve of Lake City, I really do appreciate this a lot.Do I really need to state that I would like to talk to someone at the store? Preferably a manager that can take care of this.
Liberty Health has a better, more friendly vibe. Plus they have better medicine in my humble opinion.

All of the bud tenders are great but the manager Jamie is not. His new rule where you can’t pick up an order unless you get dispensed before nine needs to be clearly stated on their website and their store hours. In case anyone is not aware, the new rule is that even if you show up at 8:35, like I did tonight, if they can’t get you served by 9 you won’t be helped and they can’t tell you whether they’ll be able to get you in by then in time, so you just have to wait and find out if you drove 15 miles just to waste time. I have heard this manager speak disrespectfully to his workers and unprofessionally around patients in the past. I get it sucks having customers right before close, but this is medicine we’re talking about.

Maybe they will offer discount promos for people recycling their med containers? I have to say inventory is beginning to improve. Bradley my customer service rep was excellent knowledgeable and made sure I was aware of all specials and promotions to maximize my purchase. It is great when a rep like Bradley takes the time to help you identify the products most helpful for your needs and further makes sure you get the best bargain , Highly recommend!!! ATTENTION ATTENTION sadly I found myself having to revise my five stars to three . In the past three months I have ordered online from this location driven over 30 miles each way to get there only to be informed they sold the product I took the time to order and confirm in advance. After reading reviews here I see it is a pattern in this store. I wish there was an actual managerial representative I could discuss these issues with but was brusquely informed I should take my complaints to google leafly etc so here I am a bit frustrated as stated in other reviews on premium sale products there appears to be problems between online order filling and available product. Either demand and poor management or counter favoritism seem to be the consensus after reading several reviews here. Almost comic as I sit here two hours after my visit on my couch writing this I receive a text my order is ready for pickup. After driving 60 miles and being told they were out of stock on the products I ordered same day. Frustrating is an understatement!

There is always a long wait. They never have a list of what items they have and you have to ask and they have to look. Liberty is much better, have never spent more than 10 min in there and there is no loud music like trulieve.

I would give 0 stars if I could and only leave this review. Trulieve is a joke. 18 yr medical patient in 3 different states. I recommended my girlfriend gets her license and I take her to lake city store to get some for and crumble. It's her first time in a dispensary and she was nervous and wanted my help by her side. I first I was told that I cabt stand with her I had to wait at a different counter. Then I was told I could stand next to her but could not discuss or talk to her. The people behind the counter have 0 knowledge and my girlfriend couldn't even ask me questions. Trulieve is bar far the worst condor in the business. Flower Is sub par and overpriced they will never get my business again. And I will never recommend them to anyone. I will drive out of my way to go somewhere else
Super friendly staff had us in and out in no time.Was driving thru North Florida and a notification came up using a driving app, so I decided to stop by and check out the sale on a Vaping cartridge. Convenient to I-75 . Trulieve is a leader in the industry for a good reason.
Always on point here in Lake City, pretty quick service, decent parking, decent medicine. Nice staff that does seem knowledgeable and does provide mask if needed. One day we won’t have to wear them. Trulieve has good sales weekly and tries to provide the best flower possible it sometimes falls short. Good news here at Trulieve if you have a problem with the medication simply package up what’s left and return it for credit. The staff is very helpful when things come up, my online orders are usually on time and ready when I arrive. Keep up the good work Lake City location!!

Had a great experience with Austin at the Lake City store today. He has only been there for about a month and was doing a great job. I didn't appreciate the manager walking up to him instructing that he may have messed up earlier and she needed to talk to him soon as he was done with me. She could have waited til no one was around.
Justin helped me make some great selections. Despite some limited flower choices this trip Justin was able to give me some needed info regarding oral dosing as opposed to flower and helped me choose some alternatives I had been considering but was reluctant to try. Great experience I am very appreciative for the time Justin spent helping me make my choices and very happy with the outcome and result
My doctor recommended this place. I checked them out online and used the chat to make my order. They were having technical difficulties with their site that day so I just went to the store. The employees were amazing and got me in and out fast. Justin explained everything to me and I ended up getting more for less. Definitely will return. Love the whole atmosphere
This is to update my review. I placed an online order in February, I supposed Trulieve cancelled it but never communicated that to me. Then yesterday I placed an order around 8:30am, when I called at 8:30pm I remained on hold for over 10 minutes, no one ever answered. I called again today, no answer so I used the customer support chat, Oscar informed me that my order was canceled, he was sorry a customer representative hadn’t called me. The only thing he offered was I could file a formal complaint and be their template on how to handle this. I refused, this is something as a business they should already know how to handle it. No discount for the inconvenience was ever offered even though I asked. So I’m taking my business to Liberty Health Sciences. They’ve never ignored my order. I’m glad I wasn’t totally out since I had to wait until today. Next I’ll drive to Gainesville if I need something. Muv is good to their customers too.
