I’d say one of the most incompetent Trulieve stores in Florida. They’ll not only take their sweet time acknowledging your existence, but as soon as they dispense you, they’ll do it incorrectly and overcharge your mg so you’re screwed the rest of your allowance. I’ve put in a claim to have it corrected, but of course have heard nothing on their side.

While the product and flower can be high quality, the attitude and service of Trulieve altogether is absolutely abhorrent. There is zero consideration or customer service here, and the online and corporate response and attitude is even worse. I know this goes all the way up to the CEO and owner of Trulieve (who has openly stated she does not care about the customers actually lining her pockets), but it definitely feels like this company is taking advantage of patients stuck with one of the biggest monopolies in the Marijuana industry here in FL. The entire company picks profit over people, and it definitely shows after you've shopped here a couple of times. Please do not support Trulieve and how awful they are.

I love this location, the people that work here, and love their products. I have been shopping with them for a long time. The new update on the website in my opinion is horrible I cannot even put my order through. It was so much better before. And, I am very very disappointed they got rid of the comfy chairs in the back. I recently got out of a coma and I'm still dealing with a lot of medical issues. It was very very nice to be able to sit in something comfortable while waiting.

Ordered product received email stating order was ready, when I get there the product was not available. Didn't receive a phone call or anything to tell me that they didnt have that product. Wouldn't have been so bad but I have to drive from another town to get there because there isn't a dispensary in the town I live so it was a waste of my time and money. Mostly the staff there is extremely nice and and are very accommodating. The bud tender that waited on me was like a deer caught in head lights with no explanation of why I wasn't notified of the situation. In the past they have always notified me when product wasn't available. What made it sad was that the bud tender was training a future employee so i hope that his work habit doesn't rub off on the new guy.

When you go into the store everything is great. I love the staff and the environment. The issue I have is if you call them, the people you speak with are very short and rude. I have called now 3 times since I have started shopping at this company, and every time the person was very short with me and hated if I asked more than one question. At the end of the call (all 3 calls) they tell you to stay on the line to do a survey, and then they just hang up. This last time I called, the lady I spoke with would not even answer my question and got slightly argumentative when I asked my question in a different way. So long story short, if you want a good place to shop with great staff at the location, then this place is awesome. Just don't ever try to call in and get any real help.

Went in today 4/17/2023 @6:20pm and it was horrible. I placed an order online and when I went in to pick it up they were charging me $10 dollars more than advertised on the website. I even pulled my online order on my phone to show him the price. Which makes me think; why when I pay with my debt card they sometimes give me give me $3 dollars back and sometimes they don’t. Something seems off. Their system is always down. Their always short staffed which according to them is why the wait is always so long. It is definitely an unorganized location.

The Lehigh Acres location is BY FAR , the most friendly, helpfull, knowledgeable, nicest group of folks I have ever encountered. They ALL remember you as a person, call you and welcome you by name EVERY SINGLE TIME, EVERY SINGLE PERSON!I have been using marijuana for over 45 years, and have NEVER leaned so much about it, than I have in the last few years from these amazing folks.Always patient answering all my questions making SURE I left with the understanding! Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable about how things work and the products they sell. Wait time is reasonable around 5-10 minutes not to mention the employees are fast to get the items you want. When placing an online order it takes several hours for them to fulfill the order, and if they don't have what you ordered in stock, they won't call and see if you would like something else, they wait until you get there. Every other Trulieve I've been to is super fast fulfilling orders and if the item isn't in stock they will actually call you. This location needs work for sure. Not to mention the wait times are ridiculous.

Closing at 5 when most people work until 5 is just dumb especially when so many patients are in need and you’re the only location open. Drive there after work through crazy traffic since all lights aren’t working. Wasting my time. Second strike trulieve. You get one more and I’ll never buy again. Consider yourself notified of losing a client.Edit: replying to trulieve’s response…that’s understandable, what’s not acceptable is you received online orders and did not notify people who ordered for pick up that your hours changed. That lacks professionalism and basic courtesy. You should have notified clients who placed orders so they can make arrangements. Not let them expect that the order is ready only to drive across town in a disaster zone to find out that your closed.

I placed an order with this location (Lehigh Acres) for Saturday delivery. I received TWO text messages on Thursday and Friday 07/28/2022 and 07/29/2022 that the order was packed and ready for delivery the on Saturday, 07/30/2022 between 8 a.m. and 7 p.m. Mind you, my last order was also for a Saturday delivery. After waiting home ALL DAY, I went to their website and check on the order. The chatted online with a customer support rep named "Cat". She contacted the Lehigh Acres location to find the status of my order. She informed me that that location now only delivers on Tuesdays and Thursdays. If that is the case WHY didn't they contact me and let me know, instead of sending TWO text messages that it would be delivered on Saturday?! VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVER. Thankfully, there are many other dispensary options in the Ft Myers area.

I have a prescription for tincture. The people are so very friendly and talk to me about different types of tincture and its ability to help with my issues. I am now off 20 pills due to motorcycle accident and have just a couple drops of tincture in coffee instead. L4, L5 herniated disc and tear. L1, L3 bulging and now bone spurs. Pinched nerve in neck. Can't say anything good about Trulieve. Put in an express order and still have to wait 30 minutes to an hour or more even once you check in. Takes more than an hour usually 3 to 5 to process an order. Don't dare show up before your order is complete, they'll make you wait that entire processing time in the lobby.Drive a bit further to Liberty or Curaleaf, it'll take the same amount of time.

There is another place close by that gives you a senior discount everyday and these people really need to match that to compete. 10% senior discount can add up to a good amount of money. The worst customer experience I've had in recent years - no ability to handle a line, constantly letting people cut ahead because they "had an online order that isn't ready yet" - A "waiting list" is apparently used if you know the people that work there.Watching four people be let in ahead of you because "they put a note in to hold it for them" for an order they apparently made "days ago" per the conversation with the lady at the check-in would probably make anyone upset.Even better is being told "Oh but they just called your name" when letting them know you have to leave after sitting in the lobby for half an hour - just say you forgot, say anything about the situation at all - don't just ignore that people have been waiting for half an hour while you keep letting people that showed up after them in.Had plenty of great experiences before this, maybe it's just a fluke. I spent an hour today waiting for nothing because the check in girl put my license to the end even after I told her multiple times who I came in after and she did nothing to correct it. I watched her take up my license to input my information into the computer than get up to let someone in the back and instead of putting my license back in line she put it to the end. Other than her atrocious customer service skills the product is ok but I get better deals at MUV and way better service with a smile.

Purchasing Marijuana Products at Trulieve
During your first visit, you’ll be required to complete intake forms. This lets the dispensary staff confirm your patient status and see what you were allotted by your medical marijuana doctor.
Upon arrival at this dispensary, you’ll enter a designated waiting area before going into the retail area with staff. The dispensary staff work with you to explain all of the cannabis products available. Budtenders will make recommendations that are based on your doctor’s recommendation.

Ordered product received email stating order was ready, when I get there the product was not available. Didn't receive a phone call or anything to tell me that they didnt have that product. Wouldn't have been so bad but I have to drive from another town to get there because there isn't a dispensary in the town I live so it was a waste of my time and money. Mostly the staff there is extremely nice and and are very accommodating. The bud tender that waited on me was like a deer caught in head lights with no explanation of why I wasn't notified of the situation. In the past they have always notified me when product wasn't available. What made it sad was that the bud tender was training a future employee so i hope that his work habit doesn't rub off on the new guy.

When you go into the store everything is great. I love the staff and the environment. The issue I have is if you call them, the people you speak with are very short and rude. I have called now 3 times since I have started shopping at this company, and every time the person was very short with me and hated if I asked more than one question. At the end of the call (all 3 calls) they tell you to stay on the line to do a survey, and then they just hang up. This last time I called, the lady I spoke with would not even answer my question and got slightly argumentative when I asked my question in a different way. So long story short, if you want a good place to shop with great staff at the location, then this place is awesome. Just don't ever try to call in and get any real help.

Went in today 4/17/2023 @6:20pm and it was horrible. I placed an order online and when I went in to pick it up they were charging me $10 dollars more than advertised on the website. I even pulled my online order on my phone to show him the price. Which makes me think; why when I pay with my debt card they sometimes give me give me $3 dollars back and sometimes they don’t. Something seems off. Their system is always down. Their always short staffed which according to them is why the wait is always so long. It is definitely an unorganized location.

The Lehigh Acres location is BY FAR , the most friendly, helpfull, knowledgeable, nicest group of folks I have ever encountered. When placing an online order it takes several hours for them to fulfill the order, and if they don't have what you ordered in stock, they won't call and see if you would like something else, they wait until you get there. Every other Trulieve I've been to is super fast fulfilling orders and if the item isn't in stock they will actually call you. This location needs work for sure. Not to mention the wait times are ridiculous.

I placed an order with this location (Lehigh Acres) for Saturday delivery. I received TWO text messages on Thursday and Friday 07/28/2022 and 07/29/2022 that the order was packed and ready for delivery the on Saturday, 07/30/2022 between 8 a.m. and 7 p.m. Mind you, my last order was also for a Saturday delivery. After waiting home ALL DAY, I went to their website and check on the order. The chatted online with a customer support rep named "Cat". She contacted the Lehigh Acres location to find the status of my order. She informed me that that location now only delivers on Tuesdays and Thursdays. If that is the case WHY didn't they contact me and let me know, instead of sending TWO text messages that it would be delivered on Saturday?! VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVER. Thankfully, there are many other dispensary options in the Ft Myers area.

I have a prescription for tincture. The people are so very friendly and talk to me about different types of tincture and its ability to help with my issues. I am now off 20 pills due to motorcycle accident and have just a couple drops of tincture in coffee instead. L4, L5 herniated disc and tear. L1, L3 bulging and now bone spurs. Pinched nerve in neck. Can't say anything good about Trulieve. Put in an express order and still have to wait 30 minutes to an hour or more even once you check in. Takes more than an hour usually 3 to 5 to process an order. Don't dare show up before your order is complete, they'll make you wait that entire processing time in the lobby.Drive a bit further to Liberty or Curaleaf, it'll take the same amount of time.

The worst customer experience I've had in recent years - no ability to handle a line, constantly letting people cut ahead because they "had an online order that isn't ready yet" - A "waiting list" is apparently used if you know the people that work there.Watching four people be let in ahead of you because "they put a note in to hold it for them" for an order they apparently made "days ago" per the conversation with the lady at the check-in would probably make anyone upset.Even better is being told "Oh but they just called your name" when letting them know you have to leave after sitting in the lobby for half an hour - just say you forgot, say anything about the situation at all - don't just ignore that people have been waiting for half an hour while you keep letting people that showed up after them in.Had plenty of great experiences before this, maybe it's just a fluke. I watched her take up my license to input my information into the computer than get up to let someone in the back and instead of putting my license back in line she put it to the end.
