"I usually don't leave reviews, but the recent experiences have become quite annoying. This is the second time I have purchased a product that doesn't match the lab results. When I buy something, it's because I specifically look for certain THC or CBD levels. However, it seems that the information provided on your website is not accurate. For example, I recently purchased a Koko Puff 3.5 flower with 30% THC, as mentioned on the product page. However, when I received it, the THC level was only 26% and the CBD and other information were also lower than what was stated in the lab results. It's frustrating because I rely on accurate information to make my purchasing decisions. It's not fair that I expected an eighth with 30% THC but received a lower dosage instead. I hope you can improve the accuracy of your product information so that customers like me can trust and confidently make their purchases."

I absolutely love this place. It became my go to dispensary. The staff is super friendly and they always remember me by name. At a lot of trulieves out there you feel like a number sitting in a waiting room, here you feel like a friend. I pass 2 different trulieve on my way to longwood downtown because I’d rather shop there. One of the employees, Mike, always asks about my girlfriend and my puppies too. Shout out to Mike, Hassan, Monica, and the rest of the team!!

This used to be my favorite dispensary. I had a different experience today. I had an unpleasant encounter with a receptionist whose appearance was slovenly and attitude was unbecoming. Additionally I placed an order online that was unable to be filled after I received a confirmation prior to making the trip. Disappointing because I’ve had so many pleasant experiences at this location previously. Generally the staff is helpful, informative and welcoming. Customer service starts in reception and the person who was in reception this evening was obnoxious.

My order was originally placed for pick up at the 820 SR 434, however when I arrived first thing I was told was "sorry we can't take you today you'll have to come back tomorrow." Tomorrow? When your sales are usually one day??? I told her I was supposed to be an express customer and they still could not serve me. Then referred me to this location about 2 miles away.Let me tell you...I'M SO HAPPY THEY DID! I was assured upon arriving at this location that they would pull my order if they had it in stock and gladly help me. The manager was a jewel who I wish I'd had as my boss back when I was able to work. He was calming and very understanding. Luckily they did have everything I ordered. Jose was at the front desk and was ever so polite. They don't have express abilities as the location is not big enough, BUT they took me in the back where I had the pleasure of meeting Danielle who greeted me with a pleasant voice and beautiful smile. She was professional and wonderful to interact with was she totalled up my items, placed them in the bag and even doubled checked to make sure everything I had ordered was correct. Her pleasantries made me leave with a smile and confidence that I was a valued customer.If I could give these five people a 10 star rating I would!So to Danielle, Jose and their manager I thank you ever so much for helping sort out the other location's issues.Do yourself a favor and just go to the location off Wilma Street. You'll be happier you did!

My absolute favorite Trulieve location in FL hands down. Never have any issues with online orders, product reccomendations, and rarely have to wait a long time for a walk-in either. Also all the staff there share an incredibly positive and welcoming vibe talking you through each product and any questions you have may have for them. It truly shows that they care and want you to find the right product to help you with your individual needs rather than just make another sale for them. Shoutouts to all the wonderful staff there who make this place top tier amongst the other Trulieve's out there. 👍

Let me start by saying this particular location is the best in the Orlando area.... On the other hand the company of trulieve itself is janky. You accumulate point and can barely use them on anything and they expire after 6 months which is a waste of money and lack of honor in the point system. Another thing, what's the point of checking in online just to get added to the pick up list. It's literally express and you still have to wait until everyone is seen, I've been back to work late many times because of this reason. Oh and when the big happy guy with the beard isn't at work, the team is in shambles, they are slower in the back and it's not as welcoming, I feel bad I don't know his name

Dispensed the wrong product and I had to turn around after getting a ways down the road. The person that dispensed me did not show me any labels/information on what I ordered and definitely did not double check that the item matched the order as what I received was MUCH weaker than what I was supposed to receive.OH! And once I got checked back in and waited through their queue all over again they offered absolutely nothing to compensate for the sheer.Apparently the standard staff is trying to make management level decisions without ever actually confronting their manager. A manager came out and after a lot of back and forth and mention of calling corporate that they finally helped me. A 10 minute visit turned into over an hour long battle. I truly hate this location now.Edit: they swapped me out for a different flower that was one of their top tier products, but it was extremely dry, harsh, and barely any aroma to it at all.Just stick to their concentrates.

Great product. Great staff. Great safe access locations in Longwood. Just need to work on the express pick up. Trulieve sets the expectation when they text you saying your order is packaged and ready for pick up check in here to save time in line. So you check in there when you’re 5 min out and then they send you another text saying we can now serve you. Only to find out when you get there that you have to still wait in line the same amount of time and once you get in the back your order is not packaged and you have to wait for them to label and package everything. Maybe just re wording the email/text confirmations to set the proper expectations for express pick up would help. 👍

Went in and asked about trubucks offer going on until February 21st. They told me it wasn’t a thing and that I didn’t see it on website. Told me it was in MarchI’m aware they couldn’t be redeemed until March but they are supposed to accrue now.They made me feel stupid. Went to my car and found the promotion I saw and they tried to say Oh well we didn’t know you were talking about that. You guys are so unprofessional. I think this may be my favorite dispensary so far. The vibe was super laid back yet very professional. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by two beautiful, sweet and attentive girls at the front desk. They were super friendly and made me feel very comfortable. My customer service representive seemed like she needed some medicine for her attitude. When I mentioned she wasn't very helpful the manager was nice, but did nothing really. I still left with half the products I wanted, half the lose for them to. I won't go to a Harvest again and spend my hard earned money just to be treated like a inconvenience. This was after the first (3) 1/2 gram went bad and I was informed their battery was most compatible. I bought their battery. The last (2) cartridges I tried were 1/4 gram, but wasn't much better. The oil will stick, so try to inhale until you hear a clearing pop before even pressing the button. Also, keep them upright because they'll eventually leak towards the end of life cycle. Their pre-rolled joints for $12 are the best for quantity/price. Customer service is amazing but this stuff is (as normal) expensive. Maybe Harvest could look into a new vendor for cartridges. ❤

The staff is all very knowledgeable about the products at the dispensary, and I must say the two Chroma Color cartridges I got are out of this world! Blueberry and Strawberry Lemonade are what I went with, and the flavor is just something different! The effects of the cartridges were just as described, with the blueberry being a heavy indica that makes you mellow before the sleep effects kick in. The strawberry lemonade was a quality hybrid that starts with a sativs effect that has your creativity doing its thing, followed by a Calming indica effect.Would highly suggest harvest to anybody in the area!!

Trulieve is vertically integrated, as are all of the Florida cannabis brands. Being vertically integrated means they oversee the entire process from seed to sale. Trulieve dispensary products are grown from their own cannabis plants from seed or cuttings, harvested, and processed into a variety of products. Then packages and distributed within their own network.
Product types, different strains and availability can vary from store menu to store menu, depending on demand. If Trulieve in Longwood does not have what you are looking for, your Florida MedCard is universally accepted at any dispensary in the state.
Purchasing Marijuana Products at Trulieve
Upon arrival at this dispensary, you’ll enter a designated waiting area before going into the retail area with staff. The dispensary staff work with you to explain all of the cannabis products available. Budtenders may make recommendations that are based on your doctor’s recommendation.
If it’s your first visit, you’ll be required to complete intake forms. This lets the dispensary staff confirm your patient status and see what you were allotted by your medical marijuana doctor.
What Marijuana Products are Available at Trulieve
The best way to see the different product options before visiting the dispensary is to check out their online menu. If enabled, Trulieve in Longwood online menu may be available on FL Dispensaries to reserve your order.
If you have an active medical card, you can pick from a wide array of cannabis products. Various delivery methods of the different cannabinoids have been approved by the DOH, including edibles, inhalation, oral, sublingual, topical, traditional flower and even suppositories. There is no obligation to buy your entire milligram limit at once; instead, you can purchase less if you so desire and then buy more during another visit or at another dispensary. It’s important to find what works for you.
Low tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) cannabis with higher CBD products are available to patients as well who prefer the non-euphoric effect.

"I usually don't leave reviews, but the recent experiences have become quite annoying. This is the second time I have purchased a product that doesn't match the lab results. When I buy something, it's because I specifically look for certain THC or CBD levels. However, it seems that the information provided on your website is not accurate. For example, I recently purchased a Koko Puff 3.5 flower with 30% THC, as mentioned on the product page. However, when I received it, the THC level was only 26% and the CBD and other information were also lower than what was stated in the lab results. It's frustrating because I rely on accurate information to make my purchasing decisions. It's not fair that I expected an eighth with 30% THC but received a lower dosage instead. I hope you can improve the accuracy of your product information so that customers like me can trust and confidently make their purchases."

I absolutely love this place. It became my go to dispensary. The staff is super friendly and they always remember me by name. At a lot of trulieves out there you feel like a number sitting in a waiting room, here you feel like a friend. This used to be my favorite dispensary. I had a different experience today. I had an unpleasant encounter with a receptionist whose appearance was slovenly and attitude was unbecoming. Additionally I placed an order online that was unable to be filled after I received a confirmation prior to making the trip. Disappointing because I’ve had so many pleasant experiences at this location previously. Generally the staff is helpful, informative and welcoming. When your sales are usually one day??? I told her I was supposed to be an express customer and they still could not serve me. The manager was a jewel who I wish I'd had as my boss back when I was able to work. He was calming and very understanding. Luckily they did have everything I ordered. Jose was at the front desk and was ever so polite. They don't have express abilities as the location is not big enough, BUT they took me in the back where I had the pleasure of meeting Danielle who greeted me with a pleasant voice and beautiful smile. She was professional and wonderful to interact with was she totalled up my items, placed them in the bag and even doubled checked to make sure everything I had ordered was correct. Let me start by saying this particular location is the best in the Orlando area.... On the other hand the company of trulieve itself is janky. You accumulate point and can barely use them on anything and they expire after 6 months which is a waste of money and lack of honor in the point system. Another thing, what's the point of checking in online just to get added to the pick up list. It's literally express and you still have to wait until everyone is seen, I've been back to work late many times because of this reason. The person that dispensed me did not show me any labels/information on what I ordered and definitely did not double check that the item matched the order as what I received was MUCH weaker than what I was supposed to receive.OH! And once I got checked back in and waited through their queue all over again they offered absolutely nothing to compensate for the sheer.Apparently the standard staff is trying to make management level decisions without ever actually confronting their manager. A manager came out and after a lot of back and forth and mention of calling corporate that they finally helped me. A 10 minute visit turned into over an hour long battle. Trulieve sets the expectation when they text you saying your order is packaged and ready for pick up check in here to save time in line. So you check in there when you’re 5 min out and then they send you another text saying we can now serve you. Only to find out when you get there that you have to still wait in line the same amount of time and once you get in the back your order is not packaged and you have to wait for them to label and package everything. Maybe just re wording the email/text confirmations to set the proper expectations for express pick up would help. 👍

The customer service from staff and manager, Kaitlyn, is awesome! However, all the EvoLabs cartridges I've tried are defect. This was after the first (3) 1/2 gram went bad and I was informed their battery was most compatible. I bought their battery. The last (2) cartridges I tried were 1/4 gram, but wasn't much better. The oil will stick, so try to inhale until you hear a clearing pop before even pressing the button. Also, keep them upright because they'll eventually leak towards the end of life cycle. Their pre-rolled joints for $12 are the best for quantity/price. Customer service is amazing but this stuff is (as normal) expensive. Maybe Harvest could look into a new vendor for cartridges. ❤

My go to dispensary. Everyone is super nice and they have great selection of product. Flower is quality smokes great. Just went to buy my first cartridge from them and I got the bogo special they have on your first cart purchase. I got the strawberry lemonade and a blueberry and they were 10/10 good effects and awesome taste.

Excellent customer service at harvest, along with a really great store design that makes you feel very welcome. The staff is all very knowledgeable about the products at the dispensary, and I must say the two Chroma Color cartridges I got are out of this world! Blueberry and Strawberry Lemonade are what I went with, and the flavor is just something different! The effects of the cartridges were just as described, with the blueberry being a heavy indica that makes you mellow before the sleep effects kick in. The strawberry lemonade was a quality hybrid that starts with a sativs effect that has your creativity doing its thing, followed by a Calming indica effect.Would highly suggest harvest to anybody in the area!!

Great friendly staff that was very informative and helpful in making my purchase. The place is also gorgeous inside, very nice set-up and aesthetic that I wish more dispensaries would go for. The berry white preroll I got from is fantastic.
