Be prepared to wait a minimum of 30 min even when you do express check in. The staff is friendly but the process is slow and needs revamped. I only shop here when they have big sales for this reason. Surterra is much faster (When they text your order is ready they mean it, you walk in and they hand it to you, no sitting in a staging area) and they have better prices on vapes.

She had a miserable attitude when I questioned my spot in line. Definitely not the person I would want at the front of my establishment greeting people. Now I’ve been waiting for this order it’s been 6 hrs so far. Hope I get it today. Also if you’re looking for someone to work there I’m interested. Maybe I can help with the slowness. Ridiculous wait times. Why even have an online check in if this location is not going to use it? Checked in on Sunday before arriving, my que shows me 2nd for express pick up, front desk says 10 people in front of me, 45-1HR wait because it does not matter if you check in, you still wait behind all of the walk ins. Their prices are unbeatable, but I don’t have an hour to waste waiting so I’ll have to shop elsewhere.

The wait times here have become unacceptable. The online check-in system has been out of operation for over a week now and pickup times now can run over 40 minutes. If this business wants to offer affordable products to their patients, perhaps Truleive could provide ample staffing to handle the busy volume. I’ve been visiting this location for 2 years now and I’m ready to find an alternative. I love the staff here but 30 minutes or more spent waiting is way too long. Please fix this!!!

DONT BE FOOLED BY THESE PLACEBOS!!!Male flower, Which are immature and are packed with impurities. No actual bud at ALL, it's all leaf that poorly grown and priced at top dollar. The stems are a clear sign of a bad grow that should've been tossed. None of their strain will get you medicated. Placebo if that. Even the resin is suspicious 🤔

The process is seamless. I take PICS of what I'm there to purchase. Easy for all!! If you sit in the larger waiting area, as opposed to the Express Pickup area, you'll see your name & the approximate wait time until being called back to the Budroom. The budtenders have always been great!! I wish they would get a "WHEEL OF WEED"!! However, I'm sure our laws in FLORIDA would not be conducive to that idea.😳 Lol!! Very knowledgeable staff, organized & safe environment.Of course most importantly the products are very varied to offer many who suffer what they are treating a vast amount of product. After many visits, I cannot find a single reason to give them anything but 5 stars. The staff is courteous, knowledgeable, and friendly. If there is an available discount, they make sure you get it when eligible. I had my doubts after visiting the Melbourne location when I first became a patient (the environment was intimidating and the wait forever even for online orders). I tried this location, and I have had nothing but a good experience. Even if things have been out of stock, which happens less and less often now, they have always been ready to help suggest a replacement or at least give an idea of when they expect it. As well, their TruGels are the best gummy-type edible to be found by far! I have seen the staff really go out of their way to help new patients many times, and that is a really big deal when you are first starting out. Go there! They rock!

Purchasing Marijuana Products at Trulieve
During your first visit, you’ll be required to complete intake forms. This lets the dispensary staff confirm your patient status and see what you were allotted by your medical marijuana doctor.
Upon arrival at this dispensary, you’ll enter a designated waiting area before going into the retail area with staff. The dispensary staff work with you to explain all of the cannabis products available. Budtenders will make recommendations that are based on your doctor’s recommendation.

Surterra is much faster (When they text your order is ready they mean it, you walk in and they hand it to you, no sitting in a staging area) and they have better prices on vapes.

If this business wants to offer affordable products to their patients, perhaps Truleive could provide ample staffing to handle the busy volume. If there is an available discount, they make sure you get it when eligible. I had my doubts after visiting the Melbourne location when I first became a patient (the environment was intimidating and the wait forever even for online orders). I tried this location, and I have had nothing but a good experience. Even if things have been out of stock, which happens less and less often now, they have always been ready to help suggest a replacement or at least give an idea of when they expect it. As well, their TruGels are the best gummy-type edible to be found by far! I'm much less pleased than I was last time I came here. They're starting to take much longer to process orders and the waiting room is starting to get crowded which is not acceptable with covid around. the other dispensaries I go, I make my order and I walk out. I'm just not comfortable spending so much time in a waiting room especially when other dispensaries don't take as long. Trulieve has a great selection but they take a very long time to restock things that we need regular purchases of.

Friendly staff and a variety of great products. The speed that they get you in and out is tremendously shower then there competition here in the island. It has never taken less than 30 minutes to get in and out of here even if you pre order. The problem is the lack of organization in store and online. If you have time to waste this place is great. If you're in a hurry there are better options around.

The wait was not long at THIS LOCATION both times that I went. They were sanitary and respectful and they served me fast enough that I was able to make purchases before the next customer passed me. It would help if they had more education about their newest products. I agree with the other reviews here that the staff is nice and the selection is really good and I am pleased with the quality of the products I've purchased at Merritt island. However the Melbourne location on 192 is slow so I'm concerned about the Merritt Island location in the future once people catch on that it's here.

If you came for a pick up and say modify you will be bumped to the back of the walk in line. All in all though it's been mostly good experiences,I recommend

They had a good selection however I was very disappointed to find them still not received any topical product well over a month after my last check. So far so good. Truelieve in Merritt Island just opened up and I've had three great experiences. Ordering online and checking in online has you in and out in less than 10 minutes. The whole staff is extremely friendly.I was very skeptical because I had a few horrible experiences at Truelieve in Melbourne and won't ever go there again.

Without a doubt the best place to go if you have a medical card. First timers get $75 off $150 which is an insane deal! They’re excellent in there, very welcoming and no wait at all when I went. Definitely my favorite dispensary in the area by far with DEFINITELY the best weed
