Liked doing business with them until recently. They've changed their product lineup to only offer 3.5g flower and I can't get an answer if this is a temporary change. They have no customer retention dept and you can't speak with anyone who knows anything beyond what's offered today. Looking for a better dispensary!

as much as I love the products, every time I come my wait time is unreal. The staff has no idea what I’m asking for when I ask about brands they carry and are not very educated. Wait times are anywhere from 10-40 min. There are other dispensaries in the area with great deals as well and zero wait time. Until they get their act together, I’d suggest going somewhere else.

Trulieve has really picked up the customer service experience in the South Beach location. The times can be significantly reduced by ordering on-line and using the express check in. I was in an out in 5 min compared to 20-30 min previously. Nice improvement!

0 stars - that’s right. They are so unprofessional. The waits are unreal. Every time I attempt to place an order ahead of time for pick up, something is always missing and they can’t even take a minute to call me or send me an email, text, just any form of communication to let me know an item is missing and find alternative solutions or just fulfill my order with what is actually available. Therefore, I find myself waiting 1+ hour just to go in and pick up a damn order already placed the day before because the pick up folks get priority. This is ridiculous. Do better.

I used to like coming here but now everytime I come there's a issue, alot of times online will have a different price then what the store has so half the time I'm not even getting the sale I came for, the wait times here are absolutely ridiculous, they don't even give out water anymore which would be nice since the wait times are long, and it's been a couple times this has happened that I put a pick up order and going hours later and it's still not prepared? Then I come here literally just yesterday at 7:45pm to pick up my order and there was a whole 6 people waiting when I give my card I was told I wouldn't receive my medicine to go to another dispensary since the place closes at 8:30pm how the hell does a person tell someone you can't get your medicine here because we are closing in 45min and there's too many people here you'll be waiting longer like what? Who tells a medical patient they can't receive their medicine because the place is too worried about closing on time, any other dispensary doesn't close its doors until the time it says on the site and will fulfill every person's order no matter if they came in 45min, 10min or 5min before the store closes and makes sure you receive your meds but here no...If it's a under staffed situation that's still not an excuse these other dispensary's could have a line going out the door but they will still make sure EVERYONE in there will get what they came for even with only 2 people on staff. In this place people move like snails and is very unorganized please get it together. Also don't turn away people 45min before you close this is still a medical facility in which people are coming to for help and to turn a person away from their medicine because people want to go home early and don't know how to deal with a crowded room is insane. Do better please. Also the attitudes here suck, noone wants to help with anything and if u do have a issue they don't even try to help resolve it other places will give you a credit for their mistakes not just telling you there's nothing to be done and send you off.

This place is severely understaffed. There’s always a long wait when you go - no matter what time you go. I went at 9 am when they opened and no one was there. Waited for 20 minutes. Unfortunately this is the closest place to my home otherwise I’d never come here. Avoid if you can

This review is not for the dispensary itself- but for a female employee that should NOT be anywhere near customer service. 30ish dark haired lady with hair pulled back on Friday, June 17 early evening hours. She was rude, condescending, and very short about an issue I had without double checking or giving me the benefit of a doubt. Trulieve is my regular dispensary- I go to several different locations. Have always had great experiences... until now. Actually the worst customer service experience I have EVER had- hence the bad review. Your company deserves to know what a bad experience you provided.Or how you don’t know past common issues with products. I will go to another Trulieve and take care of the issue. I don’t care if you were having the worst day of your life- nobody deserves an attitude like that when they are spending money at your place of work. Everyone else I have encountered at the South Beach location has been wonderful , but this lady total bad attitude.

Trulieve is vertically integrated, as are all of the Florida cannabis brands. Being vertically integrated means they oversee the entire process from seed to sale. Trulieve dispensary products are grown from their own cannabis plants from seed or cuttings, harvested, and processed into a variety of products. Then packages and distributed within their own network.
Product types, different strains and availability can vary from store menu to store menu, depending on demand. If Trulieve in Miami Beach does not have what you are looking for, your Florida MedCard is universally accepted at any dispensary in the state.
Purchasing Marijuana Products at Trulieve
Upon arrival at this dispensary, you’ll enter a designated waiting area before going into the retail area with staff. The dispensary staff work with you to explain all of the cannabis products available. Budtenders may make recommendations that are based on your doctor’s recommendation.
If it’s your first visit, you’ll be required to complete intake forms. This lets the dispensary staff confirm your patient status and see what you were allotted by your medical marijuana doctor.
What Marijuana Products are Available at Trulieve
The best way to see the different product options before visiting the dispensary is to check out their online menu. If enabled, Trulieve in Miami Beach online menu may be available on FL Dispensaries to reserve your order.
If you have an active medical card, you can pick from a wide array of cannabis products. Various delivery methods of the different cannabinoids have been approved by the DOH, including edibles, inhalation, oral, sublingual, topical, traditional flower and even suppositories. There is no obligation to buy your entire milligram limit at once; instead, you can purchase less if you so desire and then buy more during another visit or at another dispensary. It’s important to find what works for you.
Low tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) cannabis with higher CBD products are available to patients as well who prefer the non-euphoric effect.

This review is not for the dispensary itself- but for a female employee that should NOT be anywhere near customer service. 30ish dark haired lady with hair pulled back on Friday, June 17 early evening hours. She was rude, condescending, and very short about an issue I had without double checking or giving me the benefit of a doubt. Trulieve is my regular dispensary- I go to several different locations. Have always had great experiences... until now. Actually the worst customer service experience I have EVER had- hence the bad review. Your company deserves to know what a bad experience you provided.Or how you don’t know past common issues with products. I will go to another Trulieve and take care of the issue. I don’t care if you were having the worst day of your life- nobody deserves an attitude like that when they are spending money at your place of work. Everyone else I have encountered at the South Beach location has been wonderful , but this lady total bad attitude.

The new Trulieve on the beach is fantastic. super welcoming atmosphere , great staff, and great product. the online menu has been accurate so far and if there is an issue where i want to switch my order, they always take care of me no problem, especially Nick!
