I'm 68 years old. I never previously used cannabis until 1 year ago when I got a prescription. The staff here is friendly and knowledgeable. They eased my great anxiety over using this powerful drug. They always have enough time to get the patient to where they need to be. The staff is far more knowledgeable than a street vendor. Their products do exactly what cannabis is supposed to do. Their edibles are delicious and are satisfying enough that you don't have to worry about the "munchies." I will continue to shop there for as long as I require cannabis.

Terrible customer service: placed an order for pick up, received the confirmation email that my order was ready and I checked in to pick up. Did the whole thing as expected, only to come in and wait a long time for my order to be prepared and I was leaving when I checked my order and it was incomplete. Staff was unbothered by the situation and the reply was: "we are out of it, what do you expect me to do". Here's what I would expect in case you're still wondering... I would expect the person helping me or the one that came afterwards to tell me that they ran out of it and that they can offer other alternatives. Something as simple as that for a very normal situation. Instead they decided to challenge me for simply wanting a replacement for what was unavailable.

Always a great experience at this location.Update: my only feedback here is I have found the strains I find most medically beneficial for me always disappear. I've had to jump from one to another when the strains are changing it makes it extra costly. But this is more for Corp than the location.Also, I've not had to wait for my order or to purchase in some time and even if I do it's not for long. I truly appreciate that and the staff. Almost, everyone I've met that works here has been helpful and knowledgeable. I'm a firm believer in the product and it's medicinal value. I have nothing against recreation just not everyone likes beer. So let's keep the great stuff consistent and standardize a method of training for all bud tenders...I did notice that for whatever the compliance reason. Your dispensaries are the only ones rounding the debit (atm) style transactions on top of fee. So to anyone going with plastic. I suggest cash if you have an uneven total. Worst experience..I ordered online and then did the "express" check-in when I arrived. I still had to wait 30 minutes in the waiting room, only to find 1/2 of my order was sold out, despite receiving a text that my order was ready to be picked up. They really need to work on their systems and processes. I completely do not understand the point of ordering online if I still have to wait in line with everyone else..maybe I picked the wrong time of day but this was a very frustrating experience. I miss the Miami Beach store!!

There is no point in delivery because when u do order something online, there website don’t upload and tell you what they have and don’t have. They take forever to deliver a $200 order .Also if I would have never called them and ask about my order, idk how long they really would have took to tell me my order wasn’t there. This is by far the best Trulieve I've been to. The store is clean and spacious, the staff was friendly and knowledgeable. I tried ordering delivery through customer service over the phone and was offered a discount which was unfortunately not honored in store. However, Mr. Kalen was able to facilitate a quick turn around with customer service and get my discounts for me. They went above and beyond for me.

Omar helped me (I'm probably the same age as his grandmother) select edibles, pre-rolls and cartridges giving me a clear understanding of the many varieties available (without making me feel like a dunce!!) and the pricing of each. Had my eye on this place since the signs went up- if you were one of the unlucky people who missed their opening GO BACK! Walked in and was immediately greeted by Ricky and Maggie- who made me feel super welcomed. Quick and simple sign up process, nice clean waiting area. Though, I didn’t have to wait long before I was walked into the dispensary side and introduced to Scott- Another friendly, welcoming part of the crew. A super low pressure, inviting atmosphere- they are willing and able to answer any questions you have and also know the right questions to ask to help you find what you’re looking for. I met the manager, Christopher, as I was checking out- his genuine enthusiasm and energy for providing quality service and products was nothing short of refreshing. Trulieve is vertically integrated, as are all of the Florida cannabis brands. Being vertically integrated means they oversee the entire process from seed to sale. Trulieve dispensary products are grown from their own cannabis plants from seed or cuttings, harvested, and processed into a variety of products. Then packages and distributed within their own network.
Product types, different strains and availability can vary from store menu to store menu, depending on demand. If Trulieve in North Miami Beach does not have what you are looking for, your Florida MedCard is universally accepted at any dispensary in the state.
Purchasing Marijuana Products at Trulieve
Upon arrival at this dispensary, you’ll enter a designated waiting area before going into the retail area with staff. The dispensary staff work with you to explain all of the cannabis products available. Budtenders may make recommendations that are based on your doctor’s recommendation.
If it’s your first visit, you’ll be required to complete intake forms. This lets the dispensary staff confirm your patient status and see what you were allotted by your medical marijuana doctor.

The best way to see the different product options before visiting the dispensary is to check out their online menu. If enabled, Trulieve in North Miami Beach online menu may be available on FL Dispensaries to reserve your order.
If you have an active medical card, you can pick from a wide array of cannabis products. Various delivery methods of the different cannabinoids have been approved by the DOH, including edibles, inhalation, oral, sublingual, topical, traditional flower and even suppositories. There is no obligation to buy your entire milligram limit at once; instead, you can purchase less if you so desire and then buy more during another visit or at another dispensary. Terrible customer service: placed an order for pick up, received the confirmation email that my order was ready and I checked in to pick up. Did the whole thing as expected, only to come in and wait a long time for my order to be prepared and I was leaving when I checked my order and it was incomplete. Staff was unbothered by the situation and the reply was: "we are out of it, what do you expect me to do". Here's what I would expect in case you're still wondering... I would expect the person helping me or the one that came afterwards to tell me that they ran out of it and that they can offer other alternatives. Something as simple as that for a very normal situation. Instead they decided to challenge me for simply wanting a replacement for what was unavailable.

I've had to jump from one to another when the strains are changing it makes it extra costly. But this is more for Corp than the location.Also, I've not had to wait for my order or to purchase in some time and even if I do it's not for long. I truly appreciate that and the staff. Almost, everyone I've met that works here has been helpful and knowledgeable. I'm a firm believer in the product and it's medicinal value. I have nothing against recreation just not everyone likes beer. Your dispensaries are the only ones rounding the debit (atm) style transactions on top of fee. So to anyone going with plastic. I suggest cash if you have an uneven total. Worst experience..I ordered online and then did the "express" check-in when I arrived. I still had to wait 30 minutes in the waiting room, only to find 1/2 of my order was sold out, despite receiving a text that my order was ready to be picked up. They really need to work on their systems and processes. I completely do not understand the point of ordering online if I still have to wait in line with everyone else..maybe I picked the wrong time of day but this was a very frustrating experience. There is no point in delivery because when u do order something online, there website don’t upload and tell you what they have and don’t have. They take forever to deliver a $200 order .Also if I would have never called them and ask about my order, idk how long they really would have took to tell me my order wasn’t there. This is by far the best Trulieve I've been to. The store is clean and spacious, the staff was friendly and knowledgeable. I tried ordering delivery through customer service over the phone and was offered a discount which was unfortunately not honored in store. Had my eye on this place since the signs went up- if you were one of the unlucky people who missed their opening GO BACK! Walked in and was immediately greeted by Ricky and Maggie- who made me feel super welcomed. Quick and simple sign up process, nice clean waiting area. Though, I didn’t have to wait long before I was walked into the dispensary side and introduced to Scott- Another friendly, welcoming part of the crew. A super low pressure, inviting atmosphere- they are willing and able to answer any questions you have and also know the right questions to ask to help you find what you’re looking for. I met the manager, Christopher, as I was checking out- his genuine enthusiasm and energy for providing quality service and products was nothing short of refreshing.
