I went to this store for the first time yesterday, the staff was friendly however I bought a 1g preroll, opened it when I got home and it was missing over half its weight. It seems someone is scraping off weight in this dispensary. Not good. My preroll weighed less than half a gram. That's stealing from your customers Trulieve, not good business. You need to tighten up. There are many dispensaries to choose from now and I'm certainly not going to use one that steals from me. Tip for my fellow cannabis users: Take your scales to the dispensary, some underhanded stuff seems to be going on!!!

It's a nice little free standing trulieve. However they need to work on drainage and a covered walk way or something because not only does the parking lot flood, but the location is on a down slope towards the store so you end up running in water up to your ankles during a good storm.

I'm here to let you know that this place is professional they don't play no games in here they have what you need they have everything they have no injections, they have lotions they have creams they have Vapes different types. Very confusing but if you have a element and you're and pain and I'm talking about pain, you talk to your doctor, the best thing to do is just get that medical marijuana card, the best thing I've ever done.

Was suppose to be 23. & some percent. Was supposed to be 3.5. Came in 3 percent less and 2.3 on my flower. Most products never come as advertised. Walk ins should never be waiting for 15+ minutes to have someone come in with an online order that they are changing and skip the line. When people wait for 20 minutes before someone even shows up and checks in but than skips you. Completely inappropriate you allow people to go sit in their cars and wait, it takes an average of 5 extra minutes to get those people from the lot into the back and your wasting everyone's time.

The first time I was here the man with the long hair was rude, no issues with customer service since then. My biggest problem is the wait. I usually pre-order & check-in via the link they text me, but the wait is ridiculous. I thought the Express & Pickups were supposed to get back before walk-in’s? What’s the point in preordering &/or checking in if the staff just goes in order of arrival for everyone?

The staff are nice to work with.Recent visit: I placed order the evening prior to pick up. Of course they were out of stock on one of my items. Which they were supposed to call to inform me. I never received a call although they said it was marked in the computer as being called. After I informed the lady at the check in desk, her response was "we will see" 😡I can assure you that I would not be this upset had they called me. (someone is not doing their job) I live almost 30 miles out of town, and had I known that they did not have what I ordered, I would of never wasted the gas to go to town.And clearly there is a problem with the computer system, because they have certain product on there that is not in stock. (And it will let you order said item) SMH Trulieve get it together!!!!!And the only thing I get for the inconvenience is "I am sorry", that don't fix the problem.It's sad a million dollar company can't do better!!!!6/14/22I just want to say that the manager Saby is top notch. She has done what a good manager does. She will go above to make things right.much respect for that alone.

Trulieve is vertically integrated, as are all of the Florida cannabis brands. Being vertically integrated means they oversee the entire process from seed to sale. Trulieve dispensary products are grown from their own cannabis plants from seed or cuttings, harvested, and processed into a variety of products. Then packages and distributed within their own network.
Product types, different strains and availability can vary from store menu to store menu, depending on demand. If Trulieve in Okeechobee does not have what you are looking for, your Florida MedCard is universally accepted at any dispensary in the state.
Purchasing Marijuana Products at Trulieve
Upon arrival at this dispensary, you’ll enter a designated waiting area before going into the retail area with staff. The dispensary staff work with you to explain all of the cannabis products available. Budtenders may make recommendations that are based on your doctor’s recommendation.
If it’s your first visit, you’ll be required to complete intake forms. This lets the dispensary staff confirm your patient status and see what you were allotted by your medical marijuana doctor.

The best way to see the different product options before visiting the dispensary is to check out their online menu. If enabled, Trulieve in Okeechobee online menu may be available on FL Dispensaries to reserve your order.
If you have an active medical card, you can pick from a wide array of cannabis products. Various delivery methods of the different cannabinoids have been approved by the DOH, including edibles, inhalation, oral, sublingual, topical, traditional flower and even suppositories. There is no obligation to buy your entire milligram limit at once; instead, you can purchase less if you so desire and then buy more during another visit or at another dispensary. Always a pleasurable experience going to Trulieve here in Okeechobee!! Everyone is always very nice, and fast paced. My patient consultant Savannah is the absolute best, as she is very attentive to my needs!! I am very picky and indecisive when it comes to cannabis. She was patient and very helpful with picking out the right medications for me. I love it here and I will not be traveling out of town anymore. This is my home. 💚

Shout out to Kendera one of the most passionate bud tenders I've met. On my visit today I was a little bummed that what I wanted was out of stock ( the good stuff always sells fast lol) but she took the time to go through different products that I could get and she didn't treat me like a customer at all but like a friend. She is caring, professional and all around a great person to have help you. 10 out of 10 for knowledge and professionalism!!!!

Thank you for always being polite and knowledgeable about your products. This facility has handicap parking and it also has wheelchair accessibility. If you have a problem with the product, you're encouraged to return it for store credit or the same product. And always when you walk through the door you are met with a smile. Never been dissatisfied. 5 🌟 stars!

I gave 2 stars because they don't always have in stock what they advertise on the website. Disappointing really!!! The staff are nice to work with.Recent visit: I placed order the evening prior to pick up. Of course they were out of stock on one of my items. Which they were supposed to call to inform me. I never received a call although they said it was marked in the computer as being called. After I informed the lady at the check in desk, her response was "we will see" 😡I can assure you that I would not be this upset had they called me. (someone is not doing their job) I live almost 30 miles out of town, and had I known that they did not have what I ordered, I would of never wasted the gas to go to town.And clearly there is a problem with the computer system, because they have certain product on there that is not in stock. (And it will let you order said item) SMH Trulieve get it together!!!!!And the only thing I get for the inconvenience is "I am sorry", that don't fix the problem.It's sad a million dollar company can't do better!!!!6/14/22I just want to say that the manager Saby is top notch. She has done what a good manager does. She will go above to make things right.much respect for that alone.
