I would like to acknowledge John, he was my rep for the most recent visit to Trulieve. John was friendly, knowledgeable about the products and made sure that I was recieiving the best prices and even went as far as to get management when the total was off. Kudos to John for giving good customer service, it's rare these days.

The product is what it's supposed to be, better than others locally. The wait times are on average 40 minutes longer all day, totally unacceptable, owner needs to be more hands on. One of the Employees Nick has been doing everything from greeting and signing u in to keeping the express lane running. He's been really helpful and has made me feel welcome. Bought a bunch of weed in December not a bit of it was cured properly. test it before you sell it. Properly cured Marijuana will burn to a grey ash improperly cured weed burns to a black and is disgusting to inhale, really harsh on the lungs. THIS IS WHAT YOU CALL MEDICAL GRADE PRODUCT. Been to this dispensary 3timea in 1year and Everytime I go I'm waiting 45+minutes. This past Friday I did an online order, I waited for 55minutes watching people who came in after me (with and without online orders) go ahead of me. While waiting I ordered from curaleaf and before I was in my car the order was ready for me.If you want to wait for hours on end trulieve is the place to be, if not then I would suggest you guys to another dispensary!

I'd give zero stars if that was an option. Place went downhill at a rapid rate. If you order express the wait is hours after check in so I try delivery and they give my order to someone and take my prescription off my card and never deliver the products. Waited the entire day because delivery can be from 8am to 7pm. Lady never showed and now I'm out my meds. I dont want them now that shes taken them home. How do i know whats been done to my medicine? This location is the worst. I don’t think I have ever waited any where longer. I would suggest go to another location. The drive there is less than the wait time here and that is to be taken seriously especially if your picking up medication like me for seizures that I can’t control for epilepsy. Time can’t be waisted like that.. not to mention the disrespect from one employee for being military. FYI.. military wives pay just as much as our husbands and so do our children!Okay so.. they are doing much better you have to figure out how to use the online checkin for it to go a little faster but they have definitely gotten better at service and time. I came into the store today, very panicked, because my main medical apparatus (my Proxy) began acting up during charging, and so was forced to attempt exchanging it, with its label (and the receipt, had it been requested). As soon as I was taken back, by BRITTANY, a charming and wonderful associate, I felt a bit better, as though I knew I was in good hands. I explained the significance of this apparatus and it’s “symptoms,” and I was not given any sort of hard time or made to feel bad about one bit of it; not by her and not by the supervisor who oversaw the process. This was my only business today, but it was worth this review, and to this extent because, something so important to me, and likely of no real importance to anyone else, was handled so kindly and it felt as if BRITTANY was treating me and this transaction it as if it was her own or how she would like to have her own things done. I dunno, I just never imagined that they would be so kind and willing to ensure that I left, wanting to return; this IS exemplary customer service. Nothing less. I had all but given up on returns and exchanges because of horrible, degrading experiences at other locations, and I rarely ever do one anyway. Regardless, after today, if the product I’m looking for is in-stock at this location, then I’ll definitely go out of my way to drive here - simply because of the friendly, judgment-free, superlative service I received from BRITTANY. I have been here multiple times and every single time I go I have to sit in the lobby for almost, to over an hour. Any other dispensary there is maybe at max a 20 to 30 min wait but this is just insane. And I was not the only person who went there that felt that way either. I once placed an order and while I was waiting in the lobby the store called and told me they were out of a product I ordered. So when I finally went to the back to pay, they asked what I wanted in replacement. I told them what i wanted and they apparently didn't have that either. So what happened?! The original item I ordered magically re-appeared...sounds like an employee was trying to hold it for themselves and tried to pull one over on me. Which is false advertising. By far the worst dispensary ever. The only good thing about it, is the products. The actual location is beyond terrible. Don't come here unless you have time to waste. And possibly get cheated out of a product.

This place is an absolute nightmare. This is the worst dispensary in Orange park. I waited for 45 mins in the lobby for an express pickup. When they started calling back people who arrived after me, I asked the person at the desk why and was rudely told "The system must have kicked you out. We'll have to add you back and there will be 4 people in front of you." This has happened to me before so I left and went to Curaleaf. It was packed as well, but I was seen within 10 minutes, had my order and got a better deal. I will never return to the Orange park Trulieve. They are poorly managed and very inefficient.

This place is hell. They’ve had “new management” several times in the past few years and it has NEVER improved. Order ahead? Why bother? Your product is usually sold to someone else when you arrive. Oh by the way, you’re gonna wait an hour to FOUR. Oh, and I’m currently sitting here after I got in and out fairly quickly-the lady who dispensed my capsules made a joke about someone opening them then blamed herself. I counted them and one is missing-a 50 MG CAPSULE! Oh guess what? Their systems are down and cannot assist any of us or even trade out my product for THEIR ERROR. I WILL take legal action if they continue to cross these lines.

This went from one of, if not the best, dispensaries in town to easily the worst. There was a time where they were ultra fast, great service and quality product. The quality of the product is still pretty good but the service has gone from great to nightmare. You can be the literal only person in the lobby and still have a 20-30 minute wait for an online order. I don’t know what happened but at this point I would only come here if it were an absolute last resort. Very unprofessional, employees have friends or partners up here goofing around, while service is slower than you could imagine. It’s hard to describe how bad this place is as far as customer service goes. No other dispensary in town I’ve tried is like this, not even other trulieve locations. I just waited 25 minutes as the only person in the lobby for an online order I placed five hours ago only to be told they don’t have it. The will happily sell your reserved online product to walk in customers and not tell you. Save yourself a headache and go elsewhere.

Keeley, the associate that helped me today, was awesome! She was very knowledgeable, patient with questions, helpful, and friendly. Placed an order online and called the facility to see when my order would be ready and was told it was ready on the phone. I arrive to the facility to pick up the order and then was told the system was down and they couldn’t see the order. I was told to put my name down and come the next day and I do, when I arrived today there was a line and was told the wait is at least 2 hours. The receptionist are fine but who ever is managing this place needs to do better. My suggestion is to pick the orders and set them aside until the customer arrive to pick it up.

7/13/22First time at this dispensary, I was a little worried about going because of all the negative reviews associated with this location. They had everything I wanted in stock. I placed my order online to make things a bit quicker. Still had to wait, but it wasn’t for more than 5 minutes. Staff were very polite and helpful. There was a few people before me, but no big deal. Trulieve has a bigger selection on just about anything, I recommend looking online first. I had zero issues with this place and I’ll be back.

Not very impressive. Hardly any inventory and they don't seem to care. This is the first one I have seen with a tip jar. I have tried to tip at other stores and they don't allow it. I waited 20 minutes to find out this.Update. I decided to give them another try, so I called them before I left the house, and they actually had the strain I had been looking for. After that everything went just fine. Everyone was friendly and seemed happy. It was a completely different atmosphere. I can't say how the people today would have handled my last visit, so who knows. I will do some more research and give them another try.

The front staff is the only reason I come here any more. They are so helpful, but management cares very little about their regular walk-in customers. When I got to the back to inquire, the lady helping me wasn't exactly helpful. It was as if she was annoyed by my presence. Made me uncomfortable. After receiving the A ok to enter the store, I proceeded to enter, only to be stopped at the door and told there's no room. People were waiting outside in the heat. This is a Trulieve so it's great. The only thing is with current remodeling it is very hard to recognize from Blanding. It is the old Famous Amos building, but with a repaint it is hard to recognize. At the time this was posted there was a sign road side but it had no advertisement of Trulieve on it making it very difficult to recognize until you've already passed the building. I'm sure this will be smoothed out in the weeks or months to come.

Bait and Switch is now is the present business model.Advertise and take orders by on line AND issue CONFIRMATION# for order. When patient arrives they say" sorry but we do have that BUT we can sell you half as much for twice the price. So you came to pick up a 25 dollar 7 gram and are told it is 53 dollarsfor 3.5 gr. or go home.

For the first 10 months, Trulieve was without a doubt, the best dispensary around. An amazing selection of flower, and usually had many strains on hand. However, in the last 5 weeks, I've had 4 online orders cancelled. Why? Because they claim that "multiple people place orders at the same time, and when we run out, we have to cancel the rest". Really? Speaking to some IT people, if they maintained a running inventory of product ie selling tickets to a concert, then this issue would not happen. Either a running inventory is not being kept, which would prevent 2 people "checking out" when there is only 1 product left, OR the product is being snagged by employees in the morning and THAT is causing actual inventory to be lower than the running online count. Either way, this is a Mickey Mouse issue that any company should be embarrassed about. Either fix the issue, because no 2 people check out at the same millisecond, or remove online ordering. I hope to be able to return to normal visits at Trulieve, as drives to the beaches and San Marco are getting old...but atleast I know I'm getting what I ordered.

The store and layout is beautiful but after visiting all of the local stores and calling three of them I'll never go back. Went to the store twice, placed orders online and after getting to a person they told me not all their stock is online, baiting me into ordering a lower amount and then increasing it at the store. I checked in at my car and after the text saying they were ready, I still had to sit for over five minutes in the lobby. Then I placed an order for delivery and the shopping cart didn't show a 15 dollar delivery charge, nor does any email or text tell me how much to have available and then it took three calls, over two days, each over 45 minutes before speaking to someone. Then they wanted to deliver two days from now. I've got the records to prove it. Worst service and the only place in town with multiple gun wearing security in the lobby making me feel more like a criminal than a legal and safe customer. I will not be going back to this business or any of their offices. Not to mention everyone I met in person was rude, at least the person I spoke to over the phone was polite and empathetic. The only person involved I can say was a good experience.

The drive there is less than the wait time here and that is to be taken seriously especially if your picking up medication like me for seizures that I can’t control for epilepsy. I came into the store today, very panicked, because my main medical apparatus (my Proxy) began acting up during charging, and so was forced to attempt exchanging it, with its label (and the receipt, had it been requested). As soon as I was taken back, by BRITTANY, a charming and wonderful associate, I felt a bit better, as though I knew I was in good hands. I explained the significance of this apparatus and it’s “symptoms,” and I was not given any sort of hard time or made to feel bad about one bit of it; not by her and not by the supervisor who oversaw the process. This was my only business today, but it was worth this review, and to this extent because, something so important to me, and likely of no real importance to anyone else, was handled so kindly and it felt as if BRITTANY was treating me and this transaction it as if it was her own or how she would like to have her own things done. I dunno, I just never imagined that they would be so kind and willing to ensure that I left, wanting to return; this IS exemplary customer service. Nothing less. I had all but given up on returns and exchanges because of horrible, degrading experiences at other locations, and I rarely ever do one anyway. I have been here multiple times and every single time I go I have to sit in the lobby for almost, to over an hour. Any other dispensary there is maybe at max a 20 to 30 min wait but this is just insane. And I was not the only person who went there that felt that way either. I once placed an order and while I was waiting in the lobby the store called and told me they were out of a product I ordered. So when I finally went to the back to pay, they asked what I wanted in replacement. I told them what i wanted and they apparently didn't have that either. So what happened?! The original item I ordered magically re-appeared...sounds like an employee was trying to hold it for themselves and tried to pull one over on me. Which is false advertising. By far the worst dispensary ever. The only good thing about it, is the products. The actual location is beyond terrible. Don't come here unless you have time to waste. And possibly get cheated out of a product.

This place is an absolute nightmare. This is the worst dispensary in Orange park. I waited for 45 mins in the lobby for an express pickup. When they started calling back people who arrived after me, I asked the person at the desk why and was rudely told "The system must have kicked you out. We'll have to add you back and there will be 4 people in front of you." This has happened to me before so I left and went to Curaleaf. This place is hell. They’ve had “new management” several times in the past few years and it has NEVER improved. Order ahead? Why bother? Your product is usually sold to someone else when you arrive. Oh by the way, you’re gonna wait an hour to FOUR. Oh, and I’m currently sitting here after I got in and out fairly quickly-the lady who dispensed my capsules made a joke about someone opening them then blamed herself. I arrive to the facility to pick up the order and then was told the system was down and they couldn’t see the order. I was told to put my name down and come the next day and I do, when I arrived today there was a line and was told the wait is at least 2 hours. I love going to Trulieve at Orange Park. I have became familiar with several of the staff to where we greet each other when I stop by. I have had to return a couple things that were not working correctly and it was absolutely no problem. Awesome dispensary to go too. Awesome product! Great Choice! 👌

Not very impressive. Hardly any inventory and they don't seem to care. This is the first one I have seen with a tip jar. I have tried to tip at other stores and they don't allow it. I waited 20 minutes to find out this.Update. I decided to give them another try, so I called them before I left the house, and they actually had the strain I had been looking for. After that everything went just fine. Everyone was friendly and seemed happy. It was a completely different atmosphere. I can't say how the people today would have handled my last visit, so who knows. I will do some more research and give them another try.

The only thing you can read on their sign at this point are the numbers 342. Not sure what it means. Please get your sign replaced so people can tell where you are.

The associates are super knowledgeable since about every time I go in I ask what they think about the products they carry. The front staff is the only reason I come here any more. They are so helpful, but management cares very little about their regular walk-in customers. When I got to the back to inquire, the lady helping me wasn't exactly helpful. It was as if she was annoyed by my presence. Made me uncomfortable. I understand things probably won't change as long as the $$$ rolls in. It would just be nice to walk in and purchase the medicine I require 15 minutes after the store opens after I've driven an hour.Stock should be separated and portioned to accommodate walk- in and online customers.

After ordering online, I waited for the 'order ready' text, then I left to pick up. I used the online check-in once I arrived, as required before entrance. After receiving the A ok to enter the store, I proceeded to enter, only to be stopped at the door and told there's no room. People were waiting outside in the heat. I finally got in only to be further delayed by more waiting. This little pick-up online order has cost me nearly an hour, so far...Trulieve can do better than this.

This is a Trulieve so it's great. The only thing is with current remodeling it is very hard to recognize from Blanding. It is the old Famous Amos building, but with a repaint it is hard to recognize. At the time this was posted there was a sign road side but it had no advertisement of Trulieve on it making it very difficult to recognize until you've already passed the building. I'm sure this will be smoothed out in the weeks or months to come.

Bait and Switch is now is the present business model.Advertise and take orders by on line AND issue CONFIRMATION# for order. When patient arrives they say" sorry but we do have that BUT we can sell you half as much for twice the price. So you came to pick up a 25 dollar 7 gram and are told it is 53 dollarsfor 3.5 gr. or go home.

For the first 10 months, Trulieve was without a doubt, the best dispensary around. An amazing selection of flower, and usually had many strains on hand. However, in the last 5 weeks, I've had 4 online orders cancelled. Why? Because they claim that "multiple people place orders at the same time, and when we run out, we have to cancel the rest". Really? Speaking to some IT people, if they maintained a running inventory of product ie selling tickets to a concert, then this issue would not happen. Either a running inventory is not being kept, which would prevent 2 people "checking out" when there is only 1 product left, OR the product is being snagged by employees in the morning and THAT is causing actual inventory to be lower than the running online count. Either way, this is a Mickey Mouse issue that any company should be embarrassed about. Either fix the issue, because no 2 people check out at the same millisecond, or remove online ordering. I hope to be able to return to normal visits at Trulieve, as drives to the beaches and San Marco are getting old...but atleast I know I'm getting what I ordered.

The store and layout is beautiful but after visiting all of the local stores and calling three of them I'll never go back. Went to the store twice, placed orders online and after getting to a person they told me not all their stock is online, baiting me into ordering a lower amount and then increasing it at the store. I checked in at my car and after the text saying they were ready, I still had to sit for over five minutes in the lobby. Then I placed an order for delivery and the shopping cart didn't show a 15 dollar delivery charge, nor does any email or text tell me how much to have available and then it took three calls, over two days, each over 45 minutes before speaking to someone. Then they wanted to deliver two days from now. I've got the records to prove it. Worst service and the only place in town with multiple gun wearing security in the lobby making me feel more like a criminal than a legal and safe customer. I will not be going back to this business or any of their offices. Not to mention everyone I met in person was rude, at least the person I spoke to over the phone was polite and empathetic. The only person involved I can say was a good experience.

The people need to quit worrying about their jobs and actually help someone..and then there's the issue of trying to order online or or on the phone?? They get hung up on your abbreviation.. I had to drive 20 miles and then hope what I wanted to get was still there.. PLACES LIKE THIS ARE GIVING TO INDUSTRY A BAD NAME.. high paying /a discount/pick one or the other you cannot get the best of both worlds like you can at some dispensaries..
