MIKE the manager is HORRIBLEI've been going to this trulieve for 2 years now and LOVE the staff. there's so many kind individuals who work here, i genuinely look forward to stopping by because they never fail to make me smile. I'm a very kind and smiley person and since i love this location i always go in with a big smile and ask them how they are doing and try to make our interactions as simple and enjoyable as possible. Today when I went in with that exact attitude I was greeted with great people and smiles back! I was then sent to MIKE the manager (I'm assuming based on the fact that he was bossing everyone around) to help me purchase products. I greeted him with a big smile and asked how he was doing and he immediately just asked to see my ID and never told me why, even though I already gave them my medical card. He didn't ask how I was doing or smile at all, just silently looked at my ID, did something on his computer and started whispering to another worker. When he finally rudely asked what I was looking for he practically just stared at me when I asked if he had something in stock, walked away and put it on the counter saying nothing. didn't explain what it was or the price or anything like they usually do. I asked a couple more questions as I'm only 21 and trying to find the cheapest option. He was incredibly rude and short this whole time, didn't smile once, didn't answer questions and kept walking away to talk to other employees. I practically left the place in tears because of how un welcome he made me feel.Long story short, MIKE is a VERY entitled and rude person. He acted like he really believed he was better than everyone there including me. He wasn't willing to help. Never once smiled. Practically rolled his eyes when i asked questions. Stared blank into my face when i asked questions. Didn't tell me to have a nice night. Genuinely just incredibly entitled, immature and rude behavior. I'm practically 20 years younger than this man and am the CUSTOMER and still somehow have far better manners than him??? I feel bad for more shy customers who wont stand up for themselves against someone like this. He ruined my night. I feel bad for the employees that they have to work with someone so entitled and rude. Grow up mike.

Just as another user has said, spent over a month collecting stamps on a card to get 35% off my next order, specifically chose items that were not listed as exempt on the stamp card, was told it would actually end up costing more to use my discount card. Gentleman behind the counter told me the discount does not apply to anything on my order or anything considered a daily deal, then proceeded to tell me if I didn't like it that I could shop somewhere else when I simply asked what constitutes a daily deal versus full price? After 2 years of shopping there I will never go back there again. Complete waste of my time and very poor deceptive marketing and Trade Practices.

Service normally great service but today Trulieve show me how big of a company they are and how little they care. I saved Stamps on a card for an entire month only to be told that my 35% discount was obsolete at the end of that month of March. Between me and my girlfriend, we spend a whole ton of money there on a regular basis they would not honor my Discount Only six days past expiration of the Small print on the bottom of the card. Grow healthy, the competitor as far better cannabis You can look at the product before you buy it. Smaller company and a much better customer, service and product.

They have a new system I'm not liking it already. With the Venice store closed they need more staff. Never went there on a Sunday before yesterday. The waiting in the back is crazy. Because when I was waiting I was looking at my phone. Not paying attention an forgot you can't be on your phone. My phone rang an by me waiting I almost picked it up. I applied for a job awhile ago. When workers would say we need help. But I never got a call back. I think it should go back to us waiting outside. Not in the back gives an more workers. Workers would always complain about the touch screen or work with the computer. They say the computer is better. B4 you started the new system. Imagine trying to type on a touch screen an your finger get close it type the wrong thing. Or someone press hard on it every time. But they do need more help. Thanks for listening. when i walked in the front desk woman did not seem very tech savy and it took her a long time to enter one patient. then a line built up and by the time she got to me she was incredibly rude and acted like i was a major inconvenience. when i said i had a guest with me she proceeded to say my friend needed to leave no visitors allowed today. said that my guest shouldn't be taking up the chairs in the waiting room. take point, my guest has a med card. she just wasn't buying today. this is my third experience with this same front desk woman being awful at customer service

I ordered things online to pick up at the store. I never received a text saying my order had been fulfilled, so I decided to drive to the location before they closed so see what had happened. When I arrived the doors were locked 8 minutes earlier then when they said they closed. So I was never able to pick up there order I put in over and hour beforehand.

When this location opened they were among the best Trulieve locally, however of late they have become intolerable. I placed an order last night and received a message first thing that the order was ready. I headed down while at the same I also got in the online queue. After 28 minutes of sitting in the lot I went inside to check what was the holdup. There were 3 or 4 other guests in the waiting room and when I asked the lady, she informed me it would be at least another 25-30 minutes. While I’m not certain what the issues are, but I will no longer use this location. The service or lack of has become unbearable. How sad to go from one of the best locations to one of the worst in such a short period. Making guests wait in excess of an hour for an online order with web sign in is difficult to comprehend.

This has always been my favorite store of all in the area. The people are so nice and professional - until today. I placed an order with customer service and they told me to head to the store that there was stock available. The rep came out to tell me that I shouldn’t have come because they did not call me. I tried to explain that customer service told me to come. She was very condescending and said that they had no stock and customer service has no idea. She actually steepled her hands at me and rolled her eyes! I asked when I should place an order, she said they have no idea what stock they receive. I asked if she would call me when they had stock, she said no. So I said I will just place another order tomorrow. She was quite snide and said if you keep putting orders in then they will just keep canceling them. How in the world am I supposed to know when the stock is in? I am not a young person but in all my time I have never been spoken down to or as patronizing as I was today. I hope it goes back to the nice people that normally work there.

Trulieve dispensary products are grown from their own cannabis plants from seed or cuttings, harvested, and processed into a variety of products. Purchasing Marijuana Products at Trulieve
Upon arrival at this dispensary, you’ll enter a designated waiting area before going into the retail area with staff. The dispensary staff work with you to explain all of the cannabis products available. Budtenders may make recommendations that are based on your doctor’s recommendation.

The best way to see the different product options before visiting the dispensary is to check out their online menu. If enabled, Trulieve in Osprey online menu may be available on FL Dispensaries to reserve your order.
If you have an active medical card, you can pick from a wide array of cannabis products. Various delivery methods of the different cannabinoids have been approved by the DOH, including edibles, inhalation, oral, sublingual, topical, traditional flower and even suppositories. There is no obligation to buy your entire milligram limit at once; instead, you can purchase less if you so desire and then buy more during another visit or at another dispensary. It’s important to find what works for you.
Low tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) cannabis with higher CBD products are available to patients as well who prefer the non-euphoric effect.

Just as another user has said, spent over a month collecting stamps on a card to get 35% off my next order, specifically chose items that were not listed as exempt on the stamp card, was told it would actually end up costing more to use my discount card. Gentleman behind the counter told me the discount does not apply to anything on my order or anything considered a daily deal, then proceeded to tell me if I didn't like it that I could shop somewhere else when I simply asked what constitutes a daily deal versus full price? After 2 years of shopping there I will never go back there again. Complete waste of my time and very poor deceptive marketing and Trade Practices.

Service normally great service but today Trulieve show me how big of a company they are and how little they care. I saved Stamps on a card for an entire month only to be told that my 35% discount was obsolete at the end of that month of March. Between me and my girlfriend, we spend a whole ton of money there on a regular basis they would not honor my Discount Only six days past expiration of the Small print on the bottom of the card. Grow healthy, the competitor as far better cannabis You can look at the product before you buy it. Smaller company and a much better customer, service and product.

They have a new system I'm not liking it already. With the Venice store closed they need more staff. Never went there on a Sunday before yesterday. The waiting in the back is crazy. Because when I was waiting I was looking at my phone. Not paying attention an forgot you can't be on your phone. My phone rang an by me waiting I almost picked it up. I applied for a job awhile ago. When workers would say we need help. But I never got a call back. I think it should go back to us waiting outside. Not in the back gives an more workers. Workers would always complain about the touch screen or work with the computer. They say the computer is better. B4 you started the new system. Imagine trying to type on a touch screen an your finger get close it type the wrong thing. Or someone press hard on it every time. But they do need more help. Thanks for listening. when i walked in the front desk woman did not seem very tech savy and it took her a long time to enter one patient. then a line built up and by the time she got to me she was incredibly rude and acted like i was a major inconvenience. when i said i had a guest with me she proceeded to say my friend needed to leave no visitors allowed today. said that my guest shouldn't be taking up the chairs in the waiting room. take point, my guest has a med card. she just wasn't buying today. this is my third experience with this same front desk woman being awful at customer service

I ordered things online to pick up at the store. I never received a text saying my order had been fulfilled, so I decided to drive to the location before they closed so see what had happened. When I arrived the doors were locked 8 minutes earlier then when they said they closed. So I was never able to pick up there order I put in over and hour beforehand.

When this location opened they were among the best Trulieve locally, however of late they have become intolerable. I placed an order last night and received a message first thing that the order was ready. I headed down while at the same I also got in the online queue. After 28 minutes of sitting in the lot I went inside to check what was the holdup. There were 3 or 4 other guests in the waiting room and when I asked the lady, she informed me it would be at least another 25-30 minutes. While I’m not certain what the issues are, but I will no longer use this location. The service or lack of has become unbearable. How sad to go from one of the best locations to one of the worst in such a short period. Making guests wait in excess of an hour for an online order with web sign in is difficult to comprehend.

This has always been my favorite store of all in the area. The people are so nice and professional - until today. I placed an order with customer service and they told me to head to the store that there was stock available. The rep came out to tell me that I shouldn’t have come because they did not call me. I tried to explain that customer service told me to come. She was very condescending and said that they had no stock and customer service has no idea. She actually steepled her hands at me and rolled her eyes! I asked when I should place an order, she said they have no idea what stock they receive. I asked if she would call me when they had stock, she said no. So I said I will just place another order tomorrow. She was quite snide and said if you keep putting orders in then they will just keep canceling them. How in the world am I supposed to know when the stock is in? I am not a young person but in all my time I have never been spoken down to or as patronizing as I was today. I hope it goes back to the nice people that normally work there.

Product is sub par at best. Containers consistently have seal broken. Stopped shopping here for almost 2yrs then one opened less than 5min away. Now travel 20min to get supreme product.
