Don’t be fooled by Amendment 3. It leaves out a crucial piece which is the ability to GROW AT HOME so I don’t have to deal with Trulieve so much. SMH.

Going to order from you guys again because rise sucks, everything was good the first several times until my last experience where obviously half my order was short and when I walk back in and tried to explain it they basically gaslit me and lied knowing it's definitely short like 2 days short each pen. Because I was having a bad day with mental health and anxiety and I just let you guys take advantage , instead of standing up for myself which I will be doing from now on!!!I Came back because I got to my car they were like extremely sticky so I thought maybe they leaked, but it happens to be the one same person lying to me and I'm not going to let my mental health get in the way again because you guys screwed me over last time and he knows it.I'm getting what I pay for, unfortunately I have to double-check that it's filled properly from now on before I leave the store, some people do seem more cold/distant than others but this person was just straight up lying to me to get me out the store again!!! Because it was time for him to go home and he couldn't have spent the 2 minutes dealing with an obvious mistake that you could have just switched out.
Placed an order on 8/19/24 for pick up. Don't let Trulieve fool you they are all games and gimmicks. Manager would not honor the promotion. Called corporate line only for them to tell me that the manager was wrong and that it would apply to my order. You have wasted an hour of my time with this experience...Ever heard of FIFO? No we're Trulieve we do WIFO. Stop messing with people's medicine.

Waste of time. There is a check in counter with no one standing at it. Then you wait....and wait....and wait. Then you leave without buying anything because the Rise or Surterra down the street would have had you in and out in the time it took the person to check me in. Their prices are through the roof too. Thought about telling the other people waiting to drive a little closer to UCF to get their meds.
Been closing 10 minutes early lately, I understand having people come in 10 minutes before you close suck but some of us work odd hours. Never used to be a problem here but lately no one seems like their in a good mood and now closing 10 minutes early.

I have gone to this location and have had a great experience but I feel like in the past few months I tend to have more unpleasant experiences at this location. Some of the staff seem very miserable. It almost feels as if you are bothering them the minute you walk into the door. I’m not sure if they are being overworked and underpaid but there is little to no customer service at this location.
Edit: Trulieve is still a great dispensary with good products! This location seems to just need a better closing/second shift team. As long as Dom or Jesse are here, I never have an issue!!Keeping my purchases to earlier in the day, thank you Trulieve CS for taking care of my issue.————-I used to love this location but now I feel like depending on who is working, the customer service has tanked. I had placed an order online for two Grape Kush. Got to the dispo before they informed me they could not see my order and were out of stock of the productI ordered. When I came back again today to exchange, I asked the girl if she could check on what happened with that order and why it was not there for me. Instead of looking at the order on my profile, she just told me “probably because we were out of stock”.Even asking the national customer service line to put in a hold request on an order for me has gone wrong. I don’t know if Trulieve or just this location is changing their standards but it’s been a especially frustrating with all the recent little mess ups. I’m happy to revise my review if I can actually get someone with customer service to look into this and tell me if it’s me, the system or if it’s really just the employees I’ve encountered that causes these issues.I’ll be sad if I have to keep my purchases elsewhere but at this point the headache doesn’t feel worth it.

So you just let your employees talk to the customers like their kids now huh? I walk in there and clearly told the black dude 2 feet away from me I'm a walk in and he asks me if there's any changes and I said I was a walk in and he threw a fit and with a whiney and annoyed tone of voice "you said you was walking in" with the worst attitude and I just left. Stop hiring miserable people who don't have respect or customer service skills, it's seriously not that hard
They typically have the best sales if you’re ballin on a budget. I really like how they notice who their regulars are and how they do small gestures of kindness. Thank you trulieve, I always appreciate the attention to detail.

Weed is great and the staff is phenomenal but the pick up and wait time issue has gotten out of hand. Over a 30 minute wait for “Express” is absurd!!! Why have the option if you can’t get in and out in 5-10 minutes?? Started going to other places as the wait is not nearly this bad.
I ‘ve been a Trulieve customer over 3 years. This was, until today, my favorite dispensary despite ALL of the bad things people say. Yes there’s long waits and sometimes crazy things happening but as far as the people who worked there, i never had an issue so i put up with it. Yesterday was a rough day for me. I placed an order and was headed to pick it up and got sick. Came back home and figured I’d just wake up and go first thing this morning. I woke up still unwell but i needed my medicine to get through this day. I check in before i arrive and the wait time says 5 minutes but i know better. I parked my car and waited about 5 minutes before getting the text to come in. Come in, lobby has a few people so i sit. While i wait i see all the deals come on the screen and realize that my mini’s i ordered was on sale. Even better they have other sales too. So i figured i ‘d add things since i already planned on spending it. That was short lived. I get called back by a younger guy who directs me to the older Caucasian dude. Immediately i say hey I’m going to add something to my order. His response in the most passive aggressive way possible was basically that i checked in online under express which means they push me ahead of others and now people are waiting. There is ALWAYS a wait at this location. I’ve even been there when this same guy got pulled to the front of the lobby and served court papers. I’ve never complained about the 5 minute “express” wait online yet i sit in the lobby for over 20 minutes. I’ve dealt with products not being in stock and sales not being respected. In that moment i wanted to walk out. If i wasnt sick, i would have and drove elsewhere. I planned on adding things and ended up taking things off my order and leaving. As of today, i will never step foot in this location again and it will be a VERY long time before i even consider going to Trulieve again. You can thank your employee for that.
This place is a scam if you can go to the other locations. First the site shows a deal then you get there and they say there is no Deal. Just wasted an hour waiting and had to walk out. I will never come to this location again. Where i live the store would have made the false advertisement right for the customer. Dont waste your time.
Staff is great here, I always walk in the door and greeted with a genuine smile. They are knowledgeable and smart people. My problem is with the damn point system. They gotta figure out their sales and actually make it possible to use my points. And the fact that the point discount isn’t stackable is absurd. If I spent money for those points let the people use them how they want.
Eh it's ok. Staff is nice and informative. But the company has dumb strict rules. Like if you go with your significant other you can't talk while in the back. 🤷 Like we use the same card when paying, we need to talk. So that's just plain dumb. And the wait is sooo long for a walk in or pick up and the express line is just a joke. It's the same wait 30 minutes or more. It's ridiculous. I prefer surterra bc of this you can be in and out of surterra in 5 min or 10min tops and my husband and I can freely discuss what we're spending together. But anyways If you go here literally plan to be here for an hour. No joke.
Clean facility and nice place but charges are always different after ordering online. Of course, always much more because certain items do not qualify for their promotions. Their promotions have so many limitations on them, its difficult to get the value. Finding this place to be costing me an extra 15-20% when I show up to check out. Looking for another dispensary with a little more transparency in their advertising. I feel like its bait and switch everytime I come in.
Great place, great staff. The fact that you can order online and pick up in store or have it delivered to your home is pretty amazing too!
Worst service I ever had. I ll be going back to Longwood to purchase. Rude employees, long waits even if you doExpress pick up, I literally sat there for 30 minutes to pick up while others who walked in after me got in to buy before me!!? Tried to talk to the guy at the front desk twice and was rude, no eye contact. I ended up asking to cancel my order. No apologies, nothing.
Good place with lots of friendly people. So far the product and price has been wonderful. My only issue is that it's very hard to get them on the phone or even in the chat. Improvements to your customer service wait time would greatly improve my experience. Otherwise, I highly recommend!
The worst experience of my life. Hirable customer service in the store. I called ahead and asked a few questions about deal's before I went into the store. When I got there the information I was giving was wrong and No One would talk to me about the issues I was having. Anyone reading this stay away from there.
My experience at this location was beyond my expectation . Justin helped me with my visit and his professionalism is without words ! They did good when they chose him to deal with customers . A lady in the front do not recall her name , but she was tatted up, also helped me beyond my expectation . Will definitely see me come back and have won my business !
This store is always clean and well run. The specific associate that helped me was a thin, short, dark-haired, tattood female. She was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful with her recommendations. She made my day better! Thanks guys and gals!

Last week was my first time visiting this location and my experience was amazing! My budtender was Jerran. He was nice and beyond helpful and was able to answer all my questions and made some great suggestions as well! I will definitely be recommending this location to my friends and family in the area.
Good products, fast service. But front desk staff could have much better customer service. They seem to not want to interact with customers or give a simple have a nice day on the way out.

A great dispo! Sometimes their inventory does not match the website, but they are at least very good about calling you and letting you know. Jesse is my favorite employee and I always get SO HAPPY to see him working. Great customer service!!

During my last visit the staff member that assisted me that day was super helpful and he got me out the door quickly without making me feel rushed at all. Only complaint is that there is an employee there that seems to be either a manager or assistant manager that always has a terrible attitude and she makes the atmosphere tense and tries to rush people out as fast as she can even when there is nobody waiting in the lobby.
This is a REAL dispensary. The flower is fresh and weighs like it should. Try all strains and ask the hosts about any product as they are knowledge and I always learn something new w every visit. They truly care here!

Ive been coming here for a while now and the service is always great, I'd say its the best Trulieve in Orlando with the best staff. Today though, I was given a brief lesson on a strain name and its origins, as well as a cool sticker and necklace, by Heaven. Get her a raise asap!

This Oviedo store is the hidden gem of TL. I always get personal time and attention to my medical need. I get positive answers to my questions. Additionally, in the minimal interaction I have had with the management there, they mirror the Ginuwine enthusiasm of the employees. The best thing you can do for them, is take the time to learn how, how long, and to what effect each of the strains have on you. More information you give them the better decision they can help you make for you. Thank you Oviedo store, keep up the good work. It is worth the extra 10 min drive.
Just got my med card & melvin/Marvin was so understanding & really took the time to help me decide what would be best for me. I am 100% coming back here! Even the security guard in front & the girl who checked me in were so eager & encouraging as I was so nervous going in. I’ve been here a hand full of times. My favorite spot to buy all my medication!. Always have a vast variety of bud and all other products. Their worker Autumn is super knowledgeable and nice! Stopped by to register my grandfather with them and to pick up his first medicine batch and got to say Andres was helpful explaining what to expect. The service was quick and efficient and the site was clean and organized. Felt welcomed as a caregiver, unfortunately I can’t say the same about the Winter Park location on our second visit.

Trulieve has the best dispensaries in Florida. This location is easily my favorite. A big part of that is quick and easy service provided by people who are helpful, kind, and most of all knowledgeable. Juan helped me today and I threw him for a loop for a second and he was on top of it immediately. These guys go above and beyond for their customers. If you’re new to cannabis and want to learn to treat your ailments as effectively Trulieve is the way to go. Outstanding job guys.
I had a great experience here that I just had to write about. Margo helped me out finding some flower with terpenes that would help to relieve my anxiety. It really helped ! She also recommended me some concentrate that I had never tried before and I went home to try it and I loved it 🙂 Margo knows her stuff, highly recommend seeing her !

Just had one of the best experiences in Trulieve. Juan up front was entertaining as we talked about my Attack on Titan shirt. In the back, Kyle H. was my bud tender. He was informative about sales. Also very patient when I realized CanPay had a new app and had to update it to use it. I recommend this location (just please get more concentrates).
Shay helped me on Saturday and she was so incredibly helpful and informative. She told me about multiple products and helped me choose exactly what I was looking for. Truly an amazing worker. Keep it up!!
