Jesse provided excellent customer service. He went above and beyond to make my visit a good one. Very knowledgeable in all products. I earned $75. Coupon from fulfilling the required amount of purchases. However I am disappointed because I will be out of town for the duration of time to redeem it. I could not use it today because it's not redeemable until August 1 and only good for 15 days. Truelive should adjust these rewards with No Expiration because I chose Truelive for these rewards. Fix that or Ill be shopping a Jungle Boys.

After visiting multiple different Trulieve’s, this is definitely one of the best locations. The staff is incredible and extremely knowledgeable, and there never seems to be an overly long wait. Auzi has been the one to assist me the last 2 times, and he’s fantastic at being able to provide recommendations based on what benefits you’re looking for. He’s very patient and has such a friendly demeanor. This location and the staff here are definitely some of the best! 10/10 definitely recommend

Great customer service, everyone’s always friendly & in a great mood. Niko checked me out the other day, and he was so kind and helpful educated me a lot so I was able to find exactly what I was looking for! He was patient with all my questions! Love love love this place!

My favorite store. Dom, Jake and Auzy always take the time to make sure I’m taken care of in a fast manner. Always inform me on products and policies I can benefit from. Really appreciate them always and it’s like a family in there everyone calls me by my name and makes me feel welcome and relaxed in the store!

Auzi provided an amazing experience at Trulieve! They were incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to answer all of my questions. Their recommendations were perfect, and they made me feel comfortable and valued as a customer. You can tell they genuinely care about helping people find the right products for their needs. It was great service! I went in store to get something I had for pickup noticed a good deal and asked to get it they had no devices left for me so they looked up a nearby store and helped me get it they went above and beyond customer service it was awesome not to mention while being quick and thorough! Jesse Ozzie and Troy were awesome! GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND CARE!
