WHITE BOY WITH DREADS I HOPE U SEE THIS. Dude is horrible person. The receptionist is always miserable. Threatened to call security on me cus they lack any type communication skills. Receptionist told me to go baack and "island boy" caught an attitude cus he said she didnt call me back. I was thr only person left in the waiting room mind you. Dude is a bully. Lied about corporate policy. He acts ike a man child. I bet he doesn't talk to ppl in that tone when that security button isn't withinhis reach. They also wouldn't let me speak to any managers who were on and refused to let me use my bday discount on whatever they chose "acceptable". He also was oddly satisfied by the thought of me having to pay top dollar or walking out empty handed. This is a medical program and we are patients. Stop treating us like custies.

Teach your staff how to deal with customers.. please. Because of this I did not tip as I usually do, and now I’m not going to visit that dispensary again.

The gardens trulieve literally the slowest service ever at any dispensary I’ve ever been to. Even when they are busy they take their time and there’s absolutely no sense of urgency the same people waiting in the waiting room for the longest time. Even if you chose express option you aren’t seen when you should be. West Palm Beach location might be slower but they are amazing in there, take the extra drive to west palm I’m telling you it’s so much more worth it!!!

So I have came here so many times and never had a problem the staff is extremely friendly and very knowledgeable. But the exception of one man. He is kind of short and he is light brown skinned. When I came in he rushed me to put in my order after I paid he stated he did not scan all of my items got frustrated and just walked away also he did not ring up the right items the manager came and refunded the items and she stated it was all wrong and she will fix it the man’s name is Aron

This is one of the slowest dispensaries you can visit. If you enter an order online and don’t receive an express pick up email. Don’t go pick up your order, cause the wait will kill you. It’s like they’re actually picking out buds in the back room, and packing flower at a very slow pace. I asked the receptionist if they were growing the flower that I’m picking up. Horrible. I think they need more employees.

Worst place ever sat there for 20 mins then someone walked in and gave Their ID to counter person then sat down for 2 seconds because whoever was in the back seen their name on the board and they went straight to the back and was out the door in less than five minutes. I asked the guy at the counter. How is that even possible? He says that the people in the back are the ones that call the names on the screen so there's a little bit of favoritism going on here They have their wait times on the screen. The express order was saying 22 minutes I would not recommend this place to nobody, unless you got nothing but time in the world makes absolutely no sense how they run the waiting room

I literally cannot stress how terrible the service is here.

This was my first time at this location,and the wait there was miserable. They only had 1 person in the back and you had those customers that love to talk forever making other people wait. I was in the area and needed to pick up an order I had already placed and still waited over 35 minutes... a few people left, but I waited it out. Luckily once I got back there I was in and out, but I probably won't be back due to the inconvenience of waiting when there's no workers.

In the past I’ve had no complaints about the associates in the store when picking up product, they have always been helpful, pleasant, and knowledgeable. However, recently when I went to pick up my online order, the associate first told me they did not have what I ordered in .5 gm but only in the 1 gm. I found it odd that I was contacted that my order was ready to pick up if they didn’t have what I ordered, but worked with the associate to find a substitute. While looking for another option, he then found exactly what I ordered. Ok fine, he rings me up for a total of 65.10 and I give him 80.10. He proceeds to put the items in the bag with the receipt and says you’re all set…to which I said, can I have my change? He proceeded to give me the wrong change. After straightening that out, I left and went to open the product when I got home to find that the seal was already opened on a flower container and it appeared to be missing some product. I am very disappointed with the lack of knowledge about stock, inability to provide correct change, and quality control of product received.

He didn't make you feel rushed and made the whole experience extremely comfortable. Also being a veteran myself it's awesome to hear he's fighting for veterans rights in the Cannabis community. All around A+++ would definitely recommend visiting this location, one of the best in South Florida!

So on Friday I came to pick up my order and that day all the staff was so friendly, up beat, and knowledgeable. I went to Bob to complete my order and he was the best employee ever!!!!! He was so helpful, and answered all of my questions! The tall gentleman that was with him was very helpful as well! (I didn’t catch his name!) but seriously they made my night and definitely have me coming back!!! It makes a huge difference because the first time ever going to Trulieve wasn’t the best experience. Was referred here by a neighbor and the staff is great. Amelia helped me out on my first visit & Art the manager was also extremely helpful & knowledgeable. The only comment I will make is that the parking lot was trashed. Litter fills the grass & parking lot. Some empty bottles, Trulieve bags & empty containers. The store is fine and friendly. The website is horrible. It's is not user friendly. It is confusing and the categories for purchases are misleading. Any "type" you choose will not limit your options to just the single type you click on. The choices for organizing are very limited. I mean really an A-Z would help me keep track of what I am scrolling through at least. And highest to lowest but no low - high. Also I cannot find the "express" anywhere on the websites and when I asked the new employees could not tell me. No promblem you don't have to know everything. BUT YOU NEED ASK FOR HELP not just act like i am not here. I would not go to this place if I had a choice. But given my current geographic location it is the only one within a 20 minute drive. The weed is OK. Serenity in Jupiter farms has better weeds and better pricing.

Have been going to this location since it opened and have always had good experiences. Last night I was checking out with Mike M. and there was an issue with my order. I had spoken to the call center and was offered a discount that Mike was not able to honor in the store (computer system issue). He was understanding, kind and patient as I had to place a new, much smaller order without the discount I went in for and was kind enough to offer me a new discount for the trouble. He could’ve very easily said “sorry” and moved on but he chose to treat me like a human and made this visit the reason why I’ll keep coming back. Thanks Mike!

Staff is attentive and friendly with bits of knowledge to help guide you through the process. Finding the right medication to ease your pain is why they are there. Purchasing Marijuana Products at Trulieve
During your first visit, you’ll be required to complete intake forms. This lets the dispensary staff confirm your patient status and see what you were allotted by your medical marijuana doctor.
Upon arrival at this dispensary, you’ll enter a designated waiting area before going into the retail area with staff. The dispensary staff work with you to explain all of the cannabis products available. Budtenders will make recommendations that are based on your doctor’s recommendation.

Receptionist told me to go baack and "island boy" caught an attitude cus he said she didnt call me back. I was thr only person left in the waiting room mind you. Dude is a bully. Lied about corporate policy. He acts ike a man child. I bet he doesn't talk to ppl in that tone when that security button isn't withinhis reach. The gardens trulieve literally the slowest service ever at any dispensary I’ve ever been to. Even when they are busy they take their time and there’s absolutely no sense of urgency the same people waiting in the waiting room for the longest time. Even if you chose express option you aren’t seen when you should be. West Palm Beach location might be slower but they are amazing in there, take the extra drive to west palm I’m telling you it’s so much more worth it!!!

This is one of the slowest dispensaries you can visit. If you enter an order online and don’t receive an express pick up email. Don’t go pick up your order, cause the wait will kill you. It’s like they’re actually picking out buds in the back room, and packing flower at a very slow pace. I asked the receptionist if they were growing the flower that I’m picking up. Horrible. I think they need more employees.

Worst place ever sat there for 20 mins then someone walked in and gave Their ID to counter person then sat down for 2 seconds because whoever was in the back seen their name on the board and they went straight to the back and was out the door in less than five minutes. I asked the guy at the counter. How is that even possible? He says that the people in the back are the ones that call the names on the screen so there's a little bit of favoritism going on here They have their wait times on the screen. The express order was saying 22 minutes I would not recommend this place to nobody, unless you got nothing but time in the world makes absolutely no sense how they run the waiting room

In the past I’ve had no complaints about the associates in the store when picking up product, they have always been helpful, pleasant, and knowledgeable. However, recently when I went to pick up my online order, the associate first told me they did not have what I ordered in .5 gm but only in the 1 gm. I found it odd that I was contacted that my order was ready to pick up if they didn’t have what I ordered, but worked with the associate to find a substitute. While looking for another option, he then found exactly what I ordered. Ok fine, he rings me up for a total of 65.10 and I give him 80.10. He proceeds to put the items in the bag with the receipt and says you’re all set…to which I said, can I have my change? He proceeded to give me the wrong change. After straightening that out, I left and went to open the product when I got home to find that the seal was already opened on a flower container and it appeared to be missing some product. I am very disappointed with the lack of knowledge about stock, inability to provide correct change, and quality control of product received.

The only comment I will make is that the parking lot was trashed. Litter fills the grass & parking lot. Some empty bottles, Trulieve bags & empty containers. Any "type" you choose will not limit your options to just the single type you click on. The choices for organizing are very limited. I mean really an A-Z would help me keep track of what I am scrolling through at least. And highest to lowest but no low - high. Also I cannot find the "express" anywhere on the websites and when I asked the new employees could not tell me. No promblem you don't have to know everything. BUT YOU NEED ASK FOR HELP not just act like i am not here. I would not go to this place if I had a choice. But given my current geographic location it is the only one within a 20 minute drive. Have been going to this location since it opened and have always had good experiences. Last night I was checking out with Mike M. and there was an issue with my order. I had spoken to the call center and was offered a discount that Mike was not able to honor in the store (computer system issue). He was understanding, kind and patient as I had to place a new, much smaller order without the discount I went in for and was kind enough to offer me a new discount for the trouble. Bryan helped me, and had great customer service. Offered to look up strains for me. Very clean facility. Only thing I would suggest is having the menu screen on the TV while waiting. This would shorten time and give customers a chance to see things missed online. Other then that, satisfied. I recommend them to anyone.

Trulieve PBG is the place to go! Very convenient location and kept very clean. The entire staff at this location is fantastic! The staff does a great job at keeping up with express orders. I am in and out the store very quick. Also quality of flower is by far my favorite at Trulieve. Love this place!!

Originally very excited about this location. My first experience was alright- but nothing like the helpfulness, knowledge and happy faces of other locations.... my second visit was ridiculous- the atmosphere was horrible, the employee who assisted me was rude and the first words he said to me was “I don’t know cause I’m not a patient I don’t use any of this.” He proceeded to ask a co-worker to help him, he was more knowledgeable but still the employees had a weird vibe and it was the first time I could not wait to be done with my transaction and leave. I had planned to make a larger purchase than I ended up making because the employee was not helpful and seemed miserable.
