False advertising.... on their website.What you order is never ever what you get. Even if you check the batch results. Why have results to a flower you never had?? Just list what u have scan the inventory and post it correctly.You will not get that specific flower. And if the person in the back room does not like you, you will not get any flower.They will give you the lowest in the store and tell you that's all there is. But then you can go to the manager and they can easily walk back and find 1 within 30 seconds . Palm coast needs a new dispensary. People would be better off going and buying it.Black market rather than going here.You never know what you're gonna get here.

If you sign up for the rewards program, you can register ahead and just pick up with no wait time at all. They have a huge selection of every kind of flower you can imagine plus accessories. Really great place, the staff is very knowledgeable and are able to answer any and every question you may have about their products and which ones are best for you. There is usually a wait time but they are able to call or text you when it’s your turn to check in if you don’t want to sit inside and wait. There are limited amount of seating. It is easier to order ahead because you skip the line of people who are just walking in.

They, apparently do not have a way to see if a pickup order is in the system(lie from management). They would rather the customers. Sit and wait 40 minutes in the waiting room and then get back to find out that there is no order even though confirmation emails have been sent. And order complete emails have been sent. But still the employees and manager told me that there is no way for them to see if my order is ready. I recommend Jungle Boys in Daytona for the best prices and quality.Trulieve in PC USED to be good and fast.They’ve now gotten rid of most of their staff and their wait times are atrocious, even for express pick up. It seems to me Truleve is now acting like a typical greedy corporation. The place is short staffed and inconvenient to visit. Every day the place is packed and although I am happy for the growth I feel the company cut staff for profit even though it was not necessary. They either need to staff up, open a second palm coast location, and/or both. Only complaint I have about staff is when you have 3 people working the back and a hour and a half wait time even on express, the staff doesn't seem to pick up the pace, also don't leave and take an hour lunch break so now there's 2 people in the back. The wait is ridiculous and scares me that it's gonna be like this all the time cuz everyone has a MMC in Palm Coast. But here's a suggestion, have more people working and one register for walk-ins another for pick-up and another for express... I don't know! It's bad for staff when they look bad because it's so busy... You can see who has good work ethic and who doesn't...

This is the worst place. They're system sucks and is unfair. I have been to Edgewater, Daytona and here. Never have I had to wait at those locations as long as I have at this location. There's over an hour wait even if you pre-order online. Somehow express orders are seen prior to pickup orders even if you've been waiting an hour. The way express orders were explained that when you place order and respond with on the way as soon as you walk in they are seen even if order placed after yours. That's unfair to those that have been waiting over an hour. Avoid this location. You're better off spending the wait time driving to Daytona. It takes less time to drive there than the wait is here at Palm Coast.

Only 2 workers in the back when there is 20+ people waiting in the lobby and even more people waiting out in their cars is absolutely ridiculous. I will go elsewhere until this wait time is resolved. Every time I go in here the people are really nice, however, they’ll keep you waiting even if you check in online. (they recommend you do it this way even though it doesn’t help anyone.) If it was just the wait times, I probably wouldn’t complain, but I’ve had multiple bad experiences. They’ve traded out my products with out any type of notification, I’ve bought 4 Tru-Pods from them, EVERY single one of them leaks. I’ve bought products from them that don’t give any kind of effect. When I first started going here it was awesome, but with in a month the quality of service & product has declined severely

Every time i come here anymore there is such a long wait and then their automated system calls you in and tell you to see the host and you still have a 40 minute wait. Express means absolutely nothing when it should! If your stuff is ready and you are just here to pay for it and pick it up you should go first in my opinion but it literally means nothing here. Won’t be back to this location. Even having one person dedicated to express would probably work!!

If only there was a zero star option.. Trulieve is hands down the worst place to try and purchase medication. It doesn’t matter if you place a pick up order ahead of time or not, better plan on being there at least 45 mins and that’s assuming they actually put the order in for you.. customer service is non existent.. as of this time I’ve been waiting 2 hrs to find out if my order is ready.. my order is for just 1 item.. I’ve tried to call customer service and there are no agents available so the automated voice suggested I call back.. then I tried the online chat only to see that I was 90th in the que.. I will never be shopping at a Trulieve again. Truly an awful experience each time..

I used to love Trulieve, I want to still love them, but the constant system issues and the long wait times even when checking in has gotten just ridiculous! I currently have an online order with them placed 4 days ago and I have heard nothing! I got on their online chat today, as well as called them and was told that the systems are down AGAIN and that I should go up there and give them my order # and sit and wait. I was like, I do not have time for that. They apologized, but had no resolution other then go sit and wait. I went to Surterra instead, who has always been organized and efficient with pickup and delivery! You must do better Trulieve, however that needs to look.

I tried to go into Trulieve to get my medication prescribed to me at 8:30pm 3/17/2023. When I arrived, the doors were locked and I was met by a man trying to talk to me through the closed door. From what I could make out, he said they were closed and I had explained that the sign outside of that very door says that they close at 9. I’m very confused at this point, he directed me to go to the other door, which I did. Then I was met by a woman who had explained to me that this Trulieve cannot accept people past 8:30 now because there was “so many people in the back and by the time the people check out it’ll be 9” I’ve been sitting outside of Trulieve from 8:30pm-9:00pm and I haven’t seen one person leave this store and there are absolutely no cars outside. I am very disappointed that I could not get my medication and then being lied to so that they can close earlier. This is very unprofessional and if the hours are changing they need to be updated, Ive seen 5 people (since sitting here) being ignored and denied service.

Palm coast location highly unprofessional. Manager as well as front desk associates were very rude. They claimed I couldn’t use my ID if I didn’t have my medical card physically with me. I’ve been a medical marijuana card holder for about a year now and this has NEVER been a rule. When I told the associate that past employees were able to do it he accused me of LYING in-front of other customers. The attitude was disgusting and arguing to a usual customer in front of other customers was the most unprofessional thing I have witnessed. When I asked to speak with a manager he didn’t take the situation seriously and didn’t help me with this incident. The single star is only because it is a functioning dispensary and technically it's open.....You will stand there and wait even if you place an order ahead of time, for on average 20-30 minutes on any given day.It's not even just the wait it's some of the employees dispositions that they would rather be anywhere but there.The worst is the prices! If you buy the trulieve cartridges they clog up no matter whether they're layed down or not there's often a clogging problem.I just in good conscience can't give this place a good rating. Bummer

It can be really hard if you're truly using marijuana for medical purposes to navigate all the products and it's been kind of difficult. Not crazy about the doctor I got my card from he's been zero help. That's another review. But trulieve has phenomenal customer service tons of patience and a very compassionate kind and fair return policy if something doesn't work for you ❤️I absolutely hated the whole dispensary experience at first but truly was actually become a source of comfort for me as far as a couple of the budtenders there have been specially compassionate but all of them are awesome.I gotta say I haven't met anyone I didn't like yet ❤️But I have learned which ones have some similar experiences to me and know what I'm looking for now 🙂 it's really cool they all have a different type of knowledge base.Thank you

Most all the staff here are incredible, polite, and extremely patient with you. There was only one gentleman who works there who's very abrupt, rushes you, and made the 3 time experience for me rather odd, so now I preorder and just pick up. I tip really really well, and it's frustrating when the persib rushes you, but beyond that ONE person, this is an amazing place. I like how helpful they are in guiding me to my pain relief, asking if it's working when they see me again. I just can't say enough about this staff, how clean it is, to how polite the front staff are.

Trulieve is vertically integrated, as are the rest of the MMTC’s. Being vertically integrated means they oversee the entire process from seed to sale. Trulieve grows their own cannabis plants from seed or cuttings, harvests, processes into a variety of products, packages and distributes within their own network.
Product types and availability can vary from store menu to store menu, depending on demand. If Trulieve in Palm Coast does not have what you are looking for, there is no legal obligation to stick to a single brand. Your medical marijuana card is universally accepted at any dispensary in Florida.
Purchasing Marijuana Products at Trulieve
During your first visit, you’ll be required to complete intake forms. This lets the dispensary staff confirm your patient status and see what you were allotted by your medical marijuana doctor.
Upon arrival at this dispensary, you’ll enter a designated waiting area before going into the retail area with staff. The dispensary staff work with you to explain all of the cannabis products available. Budtenders will make recommendations that are based on your doctor’s recommendation.
Preparation Helps: See what’s available ahead of time. If enabled, after finding the right products you desire, reserve your order on our e-commerce platform.
Various delivery methods of the different cannabinoids have been approved by the DOH, including edibles, inhalation, oral, sublingual, topical, traditional flower and even suppositories. Just list what u have scan the inventory and post it correctly.You will not get that specific flower. And if the person in the back room does not like you, you will not get any flower.They will give you the lowest in the store and tell you that's all there is. Really great place, the staff is very knowledgeable and are able to answer any and every question you may have about their products and which ones are best for you. There is usually a wait time but they are able to call or text you when it’s your turn to check in if you don’t want to sit inside and wait. There are limited amount of seating. This is the worst place. They're system sucks and is unfair. I have been to Edgewater, Daytona and here. Never have I had to wait at those locations as long as I have at this location. There's over an hour wait even if you pre-order online. Somehow express orders are seen prior to pickup orders even if you've been waiting an hour. The way express orders were explained that when you place order and respond with on the way as soon as you walk in they are seen even if order placed after yours. That's unfair to those that have been waiting over an hour. Avoid this location. You're better off spending the wait time driving to Daytona. It takes less time to drive there than the wait is here at Palm Coast.

Express means absolutely nothing when it should! If your stuff is ready and you are just here to pay for it and pick it up you should go first in my opinion but it literally means nothing here. I tried to go into Trulieve to get my medication prescribed to me at 8:30pm 3/17/2023. When I arrived, the doors were locked and I was met by a man trying to talk to me through the closed door. From what I could make out, he said they were closed and I had explained that the sign outside of that very door says that they close at 9. I’m very confused at this point, he directed me to go to the other door, which I did. Then I was met by a woman who had explained to me that this Trulieve cannot accept people past 8:30 now because there was “so many people in the back and by the time the people check out it’ll be 9” I’ve been sitting outside of Trulieve from 8:30pm-9:00pm and I haven’t seen one person leave this store and there are absolutely no cars outside. I am very disappointed that I could not get my medication and then being lied to so that they can close earlier. This is very unprofessional and if the hours are changing they need to be updated, Ive seen 5 people (since sitting here) being ignored and denied service.

Shout out to no one other than my little brother CONNOR for always steering me in the right direction when it comes to my medicine I mean as his older brother you’d think I’d have more “experience” if you’d say but my little brother is so spot on he acts as if it’s his own business and products!!! I highly recommend you asking for him if you want to smoke real good or just all around to get an honest about ANY PRODUCT. He’s the man with the plan and he’s going to be the reason we’re going to be able to get more than 2 1/2 ounces dispensed every period. You wait and see! Have faith in this man!!!! He can’t dispense me I guess cause we’re related but he guides me to the right ones that come in every time I mean it’s literally like flipping a quarter with two tails he hits everytime.

Disappointed after years of being a customer and spending lots of money there. Whoever runs this company should be fired. Have not had flower in stock for days. It can be really hard if you're truly using marijuana for medical purposes to navigate all the products and it's been kind of difficult. Not crazy about the doctor I got my card from he's been zero help. That's another review. But trulieve has phenomenal customer service tons of patience and a very compassionate kind and fair return policy if something doesn't work for you ❤️I absolutely hated the whole dispensary experience at first but truly was actually become a source of comfort for me as far as a couple of the budtenders there have been specially compassionate but all of them are awesome.I gotta say I haven't met anyone I didn't like yet ❤️But I have learned which ones have some similar experiences to me and know what I'm looking for now 🙂 it's really cool they all have a different type of knowledge base.Thank you

Josh and Stephanie are great. Truly caring about the clients/patients. I have been a difficult patient. THC sensitive. I needed that consultation session. Josh was the consultant. He demonstrated sincere caring. He told me what he thought about my situation. He told me all that he knew about a remedy. He was humble enough to tell me he would get the opinion of another clerk. That’s when Stephanie came on board. They put their heads together and came up with what they felt might work for me. They really made me feel cared for.

Palm coast location is my go to place because the employees are awesome. When I didn’t get my online confirmation i was contacted by truleive palm coast and they immediately let me know there was a problem with the order and with their help i was able to adjust my order and was very happy. Most all the staff here are incredible, polite, and extremely patient with you. There was only one gentleman who works there who's very abrupt, rushes you, and made the 3 time experience for me rather odd, so now I preorder and just pick up. I tip really really well, and it's frustrating when the persib rushes you, but beyond that ONE person, this is an amazing place. I like how helpful they are in guiding me to my pain relief, asking if it's working when they see me again. I just can't say enough about this staff, how clean it is, to how polite the front staff are.
