Though this is a smaller store, it has everything the larger stores have. The people are very friendly and knowledgeable. I didn't have to wait very long and checking out was super quick as well. Wow, is all I can say about this company. I walked in to purchase my items. I waited in the lobby with other people. After a few minutes of waiting the friendly redheaded girl, called me back to be served. It was at this time. The manager very loudly stopped me and told me she was going to have to escort me out of the store and explain it to me when we got outside. When we got outside, it turns out my my ex-husband niece works there and she doesn’t want to see me. So the manager had me removed from the store because her attendant told her to. It gets even better if you wanna keep reading. The manager sent me to the Tarpon Spring store. So I went to the Tarpon Spring store and I told the manager what happened and it turns out he’s the general manager for the area. This guy took my information said he would call me back with a resolution. The resolution was the employee has decided I can now come in the store but I have to be on my best behavior. So not using a company anymore.

Every time I come, there is extremely slow service and I feel like they are policing me when I ask questions regarding my order or have an inquiry. And honestly I don't know why they treat me so rudely when I am always polite, unless it's because of my racial background. It just doesn't make sense. Will be taking my business to Jungle Boys. Maybe corporate should review their cameras on how they treat patients.

Theres just ALWAYS a catch with this company. Its not meds to them. Dont offer new patient discounts, if you have to do five stand ups and jump through nine hoops to be able to use them on a choice of two strains. Terrible. Way better options out there. Whoever rated this place five stars really should shop around. You’d be shocked at the difference of product and service.

Have a fellow patient a compliment (you are beautiful) followed it up with no disrespect ma’am … and the double zero manager wanna say she reviews the tape and states I said I need water bc the pt made me so thirsty ..not that is 100 degrees outside and I been waiting 30 minutes to be seen so I need a bottle of water … she comes out and tell me I’m am banned from the location for something she refuse to prove to me ..I am a veteran with 2 daughters I would never disrespect a pt she refused to even listen or prove what she accused me of but made it like I’m a criminal instead of a patient this occurred 2 months ago I am still recovering from the embarrassment ..but I had to let my experience be heard … hope they train their staff better to handle pts with mental concerns bc I really needed my medicine

Wait times are crazy. What’s the point of placing an online order if it still takes over 30 min of waiting? I also don’t like that they just ignore the fact you’ve been waiting nearly an hour, an apology goes along way in customer service. I’m not a Karen either, i’m talking just a “sorry for your wait,”. I’ll keep coming back for the product but only if it’s the closest location.

This store is always pretty quick, even when its busy, they move patients through pretty well, while still answering questions. I always feel comfortable here. One of the better Trulieve locations. Jack was awesome. He made sure to explain the difference between this and other products since it was the first time trying Live Sauz. Rude staff. I won't be back after how my return was handled. Plus they didn't have 2 things that I ordered... went to get some 37% flower. They gave me 29% and it was leafy and unimpressive. The only reason I placed an order was because of the high %. Very disappointing, only to be met by rude who forgot to stamp my perks card. Worst experience I've ever had. The wait was minimal (I must have been in there for 5-10 minutes). The service inside was a little sketchy but it seemed like first-day jitters. The store is tucked away in a tiny strip mall with lots of parking spaces, next to a nail salon. I order online and usually come in with exact change, so I couldn't gauge the inventory.

From the time I left my car the security attendant Joshua at the door, a very welcoming gentleman, who makes you want to smile and enlightens your day with wonderful comments and always smiling. When you enter you are welcomed with whomever is in the lobby. The staff attend to your needs immediately. They go out of their way, and give you their 110% to make you comfortable and put you through to have your needs taken care of. Once you get to the purchasing area you are welcomed by everyone in the area even though you're not being tended by them, but they all welcome you with a smile and a grand hello. It literally makes you want to cry happy tears. If you're having any questions or problems with anything the staff is highly knowledgeable with anything that you may need they have helped me with at least six different queries that I had and it worked very well for me. I have frequented the dispensary quite a few times and will continue to do so as long as I can. Most and when I say most I would say about 98% of the staff know me by name which is amazing to me which makes me feel so cared and loved. Purchasing Marijuana Products at Trulieve

Theres just ALWAYS a catch with this company. Its not meds to them. Dont offer new patient discounts, if you have to do five stand ups and jump through nine hoops to be able to use them on a choice of two strains. Terrible. Way better options out there. Whoever rated this place five stars really should shop around. You’d be shocked at the difference of product and service.

Wait times are crazy. What’s the point of placing an online order if it still takes over 30 min of waiting? I also don’t like that they just ignore the fact you’ve been waiting nearly an hour, an apology goes along way in customer service. I’m not a Karen either, i’m talking just a “sorry for your wait,”. I’ll keep coming back for the product but only if it’s the closest location.

Unfair to have to pay extra for a one gram cart I bought 2 days ago due to not being labeled as a trulieve cart. Not an exchange when you have to still pay extra for the same identical thing. Need to fix that. Exchange should be one for one no extra charge when it's a manufacturers issue.

This store is always pretty quick, even when its busy, they move patients through pretty well, while still answering questions. I always feel comfortable here. One of the better Trulieve locations. Jack was awesome. He made sure to explain the difference between this and other products since it was the first time trying Live Sauz. He answered my few random questions and also made sure to wish me a happy birthday.

The only reason I placed an order was because of the high %. Very disappointing, only to be met by rude who forgot to stamp my perks card. Worst experience I've ever had. And the flower I got is just ok. I can't get flower from here anymore, I've been burned too many times.

The wait was minimal (I must have been in there for 5-10 minutes). The service inside was a little sketchy but it seemed like first-day jitters. The store is tucked away in a tiny strip mall with lots of parking spaces, next to a nail salon. I order online and usually come in with exact change, so I couldn't gauge the inventory.

They told me the order was ready and i drove a half hour to the shop and went to the back to pick up my order when supposedly all the computers went down. Then I watched the guy next to me check out right after. They told me to go sit out in the waiting room and after 2 minutes they tried to tell write down my name and number and wanted me to leave. My visit at Trulieve Palm Harbor was absolutely amazing. I have never had a wonderful experience in any of the dispensaries I've frequented. From the time I left my car the security attendant Joshua at the door, a very welcoming gentleman, who makes you want to smile and enlightens your day with wonderful comments and always smiling. When you enter you are welcomed with whomever is in the lobby. The staff attend to your needs immediately. They go out of their way, and give you their 110% to make you comfortable and put you through to have your needs taken care of. Once you get to the purchasing area you are welcomed by everyone in the area even though you're not being tended by them, but they all welcome you with a smile and a grand hello. It literally makes you want to cry happy tears. If you're having any questions or problems with anything the staff is highly knowledgeable with anything that you may need they have helped me with at least six different queries that I had and it worked very well for me. I have frequented the dispensary quite a few times and will continue to do so as long as I can. Most and when I say most I would say about 98% of the staff know me by name which is amazing to me which makes me feel so cared and loved.
