My least favorite dispensary I’ve been to. Always busy, no clue why because 99% of their flower is low quality unless you want to go back in time 15 years and spend 60 dollars for an 8th. Orders are never ready, drive thru is a joke since you have to check in to use it but you can’t check in til your orders ready. Expect a 30-45 minute in store experience when every other dispensary gets you out the door in less than 5 minutes. They definitely need to work on their efficiency getting orders ready and speed up the process if they want to be the busiest dispensary in town.
So I’ve been going here since 2018 when you guys opened and your staff is always phenomenal. They are each very informative but I got to talk up Thomas B. every time I’ve come in recently he’s wearing a different hat but always Gives that five star service. most definitely an all-star!
i absolutely adore sabrina, her knowledge and expertise in the products were truly impressive. she patiently listened to my needs and preferences, and went more than above and beyond to recommend the perfect strains. not only was she incredibly professional, but she displayed a genuine interest in helping me find the right solutions for my needs. my experience with her was truly exceptional
Worst trulieve/dispensary in town. I bought a cart while on sale with a new pen and it didn't work, I assumed it was the pen came back a week later waited 30+min to get an exchange (it took a long time to exchange as they weren't sure how to do it) and again it didn't work, this time I brought back the cart and the pen and assumingly it's the cart. The manager said he could not exchange for the exact same item (I returned a completely full cart with all receipts) he said this is due to the item not being on sale anymore but it was still in stock. I asked him who I needed to speak to and asked if it was just this store or all trulieves the manager said it was all trulievez and I could call corporate I went back to the lobby git back in line and waited an additional 30+minutes while on the phone with corporate who told me that there is NO reason that this should have happened he called a different trulieve that told him there should have been no issue and he doesn't understand why I was told I couldn't exchange the item. I was called back finally and it was just a negative vibe the entire time. The manager here has no flexibility or care he suggested to me to pay an additional 17 dollars to get the exact same item they sold me as defective. Don't come here it's a long wait and they do not care about you they just want you to spend additional money. Thank you for the 3 hours I'll never get back completely ridiculous they really expected me to just pay additional money to get a non defective item, don't take them at their word they don't think you will go through hours of trouble to save 17 dollars.Update: and I'm back... still... did... not...work...
Waiting is the main issue w this location … put in an order waited in the drive thru and hour and a half almost . That’s my fault won’t do it again . Also it seems like the website and what’s in store differ . Had two items I ordered at a certain price online and got there and they tried to charge full price , also had another instance where what I ordered wouldn’t ring up , so I had to go w something else . Lastly if you’re going to put something in bold on a sales ad , do put what is included in the sale , brands etc. and not in very small print at the bottom of the ad page .
Just absurdly slow, they shut down the drive through 90% of the time, if you don’t feel like waiting 1-2 hrs every time (even when check in estimates 20-30 min wait) I recommend you never shop at any truelieve location (especially the Davis hwy location), I know I never will.Update about drive through - according to manager, they just can’t handle that most of the time.Further update - even if they’re so slow that they can’t get your order before close of business, they will not honor the sales price from the original order the next day, even after you’re forced to wait a day because they were too slow to be able to fulfill your order on the original date of purchase.BUT WAIT THERES MORE - after all that, they forgot items in my order, but I was still charged for said missing items.If only there was an option for 0 Stars.
This dispensary is one big joke. They do not honor the fine print in their sales ads they target which patients to treat good and which ones to continuously mess with from double dispensing to giving patients other patients orders and not taking from their allotment. As soon as I receive the notification that a product is available, I go online to order it get a confirmation email that my order is ready for pick up drive over an hour to get there just to be told they don’t have what I ordered. A whole clean sweep of this dispensary needs to be done fresh new faces need to be replaced with the old faces that are there now and better customer service skills need to be taught. this is a patient medicine that they are messing with MMU needs to be notified and probably will
Good products if you know what to buy but the website is NEVER ACCURATE! High wait times, unhappy employees. It makes me sad to go! They take returns though. Happy with that
They have 2 waiting areas now. When they call your name to come back, they take you in the back and you sit for another 5 minutes. Do not shop here if you are in a hurry. Do not shop here if you get angry at people that aren’t working while on the clock. They do not care about their customers they only care about a paycheck and their employee discount. Only came here because it was closer than all the others.. never again. Also, the blonde haired manager who was there on 7/20/23 at 6pm needs to be let go, she told an employee who asked her a question regarding me “go ask one of the other 2 managers here right now” I’m guessing that attitude is the exact reason I waited for no less than 15 minutes while they had no more than 1 customer in the back. Get some better employees trulieve
DO NOT BELIEVE THE REVIEWS ON 9 MILE. THIS PLACE TOOK ME IN WITHIN 5 min, only 5 people in the waiting room. SUPER KIND, SUPER RESPECTFUL. I have not been to the Davis location but I can say this location is wonderful. I just drove 2 hrs to come here and was terrified the reviews were right. They were wrong! I would like to try the Davis location to see if the reviews are accurate or not.
Seems like there is always a great sale now a days and most of the staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. It helps to order ahead and they text when your order is ready with a link to check in! Not to mention the awesome drive thru with the convenience of sitting in your car! Some times it's busy but the wait is never more than an hour and they are happy to text when ready if you'd rather wait outside or run errands!. Sometimes other customers get crazy and impatient but most management is great at handling it. There has been a huge improvement in pickup times lately and I would know! Thank you as always 9mile!
The rules for the drive-thru need to be posted somewhere clear for everyone and employees or maybe the manager should get her entire team on the same page. I don't expect to be given any exceptions, but rules for 1 should be rules for all.Its simple, if you make one person get in the driver's seat or side for service we all should have too. Get better. Lady working today doesn't understand rules or customer service.
Highly recommend ordering ahead of time from the website. You don't pay until you get there, they text you when it's ready and you can use the drive thru. If you're not sure what you need, though, the wait isn't too bad if you go during business (but not lunch!) hours, and the sales team is very willing to talk with you about your needs and what products will work best.
So, I have time today. Let me first start by saying, I prefer the 9mile location over the Davis hwy location. Its closer to my home and up until the holiday season ‘22 it has always been more efficient when you place an order online, not so much anymore🤷🏽♀️. Im currently at the Davis hwy location and it prompted me to think about 9mile. What grinds my gear about 9mile?? The placement of the complementary water! For some reasonthey have situated the water behind the reception area and you have to ask permission, like a child! Ive been to at least 10 trulieve locations in the state and NOT one of them has a set up like this. The last time i went, they were obviously short staffed, i walked out the door after finishing my transaction. No one was at the desk because he was playing double duty trying to let other customers out the door( it was near closing time). So I walked into the entrance of the reception area to grab a water and i was mildly scolded by the receptionist 🙄he stated “i cant have you behind here maam”… so he handed me my water ration 😒😂😂😂Its completely ridiculous that they are basically guarding water! Im going to continue to frequent but if management reads these please address this ridiculous rule. We aren’t children. Just move the friggin water back.
