Would have given them a 1 if their flowers werent the best in town. I went there 3 times just to use the new customer discount and I'm not going back. My last 2 visits they had a problem with my account that lead to me waiting over an hour both times. Plus the cartridges I got were faulty and they both had a leak.
I only put a five down because of a man named Matt that works customer service. He was absolutely awesome and extremely helpful! He went way above and beyond. I know they’re probably are a lot of Matt’s But this dude is awesome
Do not visit this place. If you do, please do not let Jonathan wait on you! His customer service is very terrible! He clearly has a problem with a fiance assisting her man with selecting items, considering I have a card as well that was presented, and we live in the same household. He told me I wasn't a Caregiver to be assisting( but i am a returing customer with a medical card as well) Wow so he knows the learning disability as well that ones have just by looking at them????? This was a terrible response, considering I referred someone to this place. Mind you, I have frequently visited this place and NEVER had this problem and mind u I tip every time do to customer service. until Jason Jothan, whoever was there! And just off that one experience, I'll take my money happily to Cureleaf where their customer service is 100% better! One word truelieve Fire him! his sarcasm and rude remarks are going to stop your money from walking thru that door if he doesn't change that type of behavior! not to mention, he lied to my fiance and told him he did not have enough left in his prescription to get his purchase he said he could only get 2 of the 3.5 and made him put back 3 of his items , which he had not made a purchase on flower since the beginning of May. So we went to Fluent the very next day and was able to get the exact amount that was denied and the Fluent rep told him he had just as much the day before when he went to truelieve before he made the purchase with them 🤔 so not only did he deny a patient a right to get a medication prescribed he also caused his company to lose out on money. Makes you wonder how many others he's done this to, but I will never be back to this place again, especially if the company is allowing this behavior
Overall a good place to shop. I advise to not buy their edibles. They are made with concentrate and has butane in them. Eat three pieces of chocolate and you will start burping a nasty taste. That’s the butane. How do I know? I tried to make edibles with some homemade dabs
About the 20th time.I've gone drove forty minutes to pick up my medicine and they told me it's out of stock... After i've received a fulfilled order email. They also lied to me about my puffco which has a lifetime warranty through true leaves! Made me pay the difference after I got a discount on it.Originally purchasing it.They sold me a product that didn't work and then made me pay the difference telling me that they don't offer discounts anymore at all... Literally the next day they had thirty percent off puffco products... Needless to say, I will never shop here ever again.Nor will any of my friends or family.I will tell everyone that's place is a scam and liars 😒 not like they don't already know
I recently visited a cannabis dispensary and had a positive experience overall. The staff was knowledgeable and friendly, providing helpful recommendations based on my preferences. The variety of products available was impressive, with a wide range of strains, edibles, and concentrates to choose from. The atmosphere of the dispensary was inviting and comfortable, making it easy to browse and ask questions. The only drawback was the slightly higher prices compared to other dispensaries in the area. However, the quality of the products justified the cost. Overall, I would give this cannabis dispensary a 4.5 rating out of 5.

The associates were very friendly, courteous, and very knowledgeable. They also tell you about their customers' REAL reviews of their products. They will let you know about sale dates, future products coming and of course the place is very clean. Very well worth the 5 stars. Don't forget to tip! They earn it 🙂

This is hands down the worst dispensary. I will never come back to this location regardless of deals or products. Trulieve is known for being incredibly slow and having lackluster customer service but this specific location is the most disorganized, poorly managed one I’ve been to in the entire city. While waiting I witnessed another patient be left off the waiting list due to the attendant forgetting to add them on. Then proceeded to tell the patient irrelevant information about why they weren’t being serviced immediately after the error was brought to the attendant’s attention. Walk-Ins were being serviced before express and pick up orders, patients walking in were serviced before I was despite waiting 29 minutes on a pick-up. Overall, this was an incredibly frustrating experience and was the first time I’d ever considered walking out of a dispensary.
The last three times I’ve been there, Michael helped me. I cannot say enough good about him. He was very knowledgeable and is always so helpful!
The environment, during my first visit, was very calm. The receptionist in the waiting area was very professional and very kind. She expressed genuine empathy when we found out the only ladies room was inoperative. The staff that actually did the dispensing was also very professional and attentive. This dispensary is very close to my home and because of the aforementioned reasons, I will be returning.

This evening I went to pick up my order I placed 5 hours in advance. When I arrived I waited for about 45 minutes and was told their systems were down. I understand things happen out of our control but I had been noticing employees leaving and patients were getting curious, they didn’t decide to tell us after this was a known issue for quite some time. I have worked in customer service for 10 plus years and transparency is important in customer service. We were told that they had no idea when it would be back up and running could be 5, 10, mins or even an hour before they might resolve the issue. The issue I have is there was no apology for the inconvenience, it seems to be very disorganized in this dispensary, and the security guard that was working tonight is extremely rude and made unnecessary comments when I asked a simple question he even had the audacity to tell us “Well if you’re able to hold off on your order till tomorrow you can come back” after I had been waiting an hour by that point. The nerve of that security guard to tell a patient that DEPENDS on her medication blew me away. The lady with the Spanish accent that was checking patients in was announcing to the entire lobby how Trulieve is neglecting their employees, cutting their hours, making it not based on patients needs. Very disappointed.
Very busy. Somewhat snotty staff. Not all, but most have a behavior kinda reminds me of the bad cheerleaders in high-school. Like, they feel some kind of power, because of their position and treat sick patients like less than them. Been there 4 times. This is the feeling I get from most their staff. I usually go to Panama city truleive....super nice, respectful, helpful,kind. I'd recommend going to that location instead, if you are choosing between the 2.
Danny was the best help that could've been on a day like todayIt was the day after my brothers funeral and after a day previous day of going through it, she knew exactly what I needed to help day and night. Good products knowledgeable staff, but the wait time kills all that. I went in there today. I was the only one in there. I wound up leaving, 35 minutes later with nothing, if you’re in a rush, don’t go here.
Wonderful dispensary with top caliber products. Being the only location for Truelieve in Pensacola you are likely to wait up to 1 hour if you do go here. On this note, I do notice quite a bit of turnover in staffing and a lot of staff stating they are being trained for new stores in the local area.
The first time being and the worst experience. Lazy security and workers. I place a performer and recieved a text that it was ready and still had to wait another hour and a half. He said we get real busy and there was 2 people in the room
Why is it that you literally can NOT get anyone on the phone. I've tested the theory for. Week straight now. I've called over 500 times. Every single time the message I got was "no support agents are available, please call back later". So apparently Trulieve hasn't had an available support agent for a week straight and every time I ever called previous to my experiment. They treat their employees like dogs, they mix up prescriptions and will give you someone else's script which as we all know, can have your card taken. I have friends within the dispensary that have told me the way they are treated and receive pay cuts. This place is an absolute nightmare. All I can hope is that this place has its license pulled
Absolutely the worst dispensary you can choose. Rude customer service, low quality products, don’t respect reservations and pickup times etc. unfortunately it’s the stereotypical “potheads” running the place. And there isn’t much of any sign of actual “Managing” of the business going on. Sucks cause this is my closest local shop. But choose to go out my way for a better experience.
Update: I had a delivery go flawlessly. I received the 50% discount they were offering. When an order is placed the date that seems to matter is when the delivery person checks out. If that date is after the sale ends there might be a price issue. The business model is terrible. It might have worked in the beginning, 7 years ago. They're always understaffed and have a greeter doing nothing. They could be dispensing express orders for example. They'll reschedule your delivery and be prepared to argue about discounts (they try to not give them to you) when the delivery arrives. All that said... It's a shame. IMO they have the best products and choices around. Give them a shot, just don't be in a hurry.

I was trying to order one of the deals on the flyer for the deal of the weekend. And it was a big ordeal, they didn't know anything about it. The manager got involved, no one could tell me her name. She was very rude and when I told the unknown named worker. This was on Davis highway in Pensacola did. I didn't like the way she treated me. He said he didn't agree with me.
First off, I would just like to say that this negative review has nothing to do with the employees working in the store, but rather the company itself for consistently making them work severely understaffed. You would think this BILLION DOLLAR company could afford to properly staff their dispensaries so that people didn't have to wait 2 hours to pick up their orders, and to treat their employees that break their backs to earn them that money a lot better so they are not working like horses and so obviously miserable. And if they can't afford it, then how are they affording to open more stores? That right there is nothing but corporate greed, and is what's wrong with America! Get your act together, Truelieve, and treat your employees and customers who bring you that money better! Absolutely disgraceful!
Wait was long, which is known. There was no one else there and I pre-ordered online at least an hour before I went. Called me Jessica, didn't know I was a pick up, didn't have my order ready, i told him they called me because they were out of a strain I ordered and it needed a replacement, he did not understand simple english, took my money, then told me my reqs were short, modified it, had me so frustrated I used my 60% first time discount on a $30 order, he was not pleasant to deal with then the girl at the other register was having a fun conversation with another customer discussing their "street dealers". It was very unprofessional and very unpleasant environment. I doubt I'll go back.
Within the past 6 months I moved from Fort Walton Beach to Pensacola. In FWB, Trulieve is big, beautiful, and clean. The Trulieve on N Davis is much smaller than it appears on the outside. The staff was nice but the building's interior greatly lacks eye appeal. The $45 ounce of ground was sweet though.
This place is the worst. I have a horrible experience every time I come. Front desk is always rude, dismissive and usually on their personal phone. Workers rarely work and spend most of the time chatting and goofing off. There was one person in front of me, empty parking lot and I still waited 45 minutes while the employees had a little party in the back and treated me like I was invisible. I’m done with this trash dispensary. Sunburn and Growhealthy are way better in quality and customer service.
I’m never coming back to this particular trulieve ever again. This trip I ordered 6 hours before I got their and I ended up waiting for 2/1/2 hours. It’s unacceptable and they didn’t tell me they were understaffed and would take that long when I checked in. It’s amazing any other dispensary in the area is no more than a 30 min wait even on busy days. I highly recommend not wasting your day coming to this place.
Just wanted to say thank you to the staff for helping me with my order today. Will was the associate who took his time explaining choices and devices I wasn't familiar with. Just a positive shopping experience, and nice to know the associates at this store were so patient and kind. The girl doing pickup orders also came by to offer assistance how to pre-order and come in and pick up saving time. Lightning hit the building and knocked the power out,but back up generator kicked in and I was able to process my order . Much appreciated.
Sat in the main lobby for 45 mins. Then got a text saying sorry we missed you. When I asked why I received that text I was informed that they called my name "while I was gone" I never left the waiting room. I'd hear my name sitting in the same room it's being called in. Tony was amazing tho, he's the only reason I gave 2 stars I was going to give 1 but he was super nice and helpful.
Frustrated with the time it takes to have an order filled at the 9mile location. I placed an order 6 hours ago and am still waiting to hear anything. This seems to be a common occurrence at both Pensacola locations unfortunately. Then they usually call to inform you they no longer have what you ordered. Love the products but the organization and customer services definitely need work.
Do not go here, if you are in a hurry. Even if you order online! I don’t know why, but this Trulieve seems to take 10 times longer than any other Trulieve I’ve been in the state of Florida (>5). I try to be polite, and they really could care less. Absolute slowest dispensary. If you order online, you better stay on top of it because you’ll be lucky if they call you to tell you if it’s ready… or if they’re out of what you’ve ordered. To contact somebody at the local store is not existent. Then when you go to pick it up, you have to check in twice, once online and once in the store and then wait just as long as the people who just walked in-what’s the point of a check in system??? prepare to lose an hour or more of your time. They never ever seem to be staffed enough. Worth the drive to go to nine Mile…
Ashley Sue is amazing, as always. She never fails to fix any problems that may arise with products and/or staff. She goes out of her way to help patients in any way she can. Carlos is cool, too. Always very friendly and easy to deal with, eager to help customers. I wish that Trulieve on Nine Mile had customer service anywhere near as good. Staff is usually rude there. Have had several bad experiences. I live close by on Nine Mile Rd but regularly make the trip to Davis Hwy instead because they're that much better than Nine Mile. Definitely worth the extra time and effort to be treated better.
Never delivered my order (that was delayed three times) and never contacted me about it. This store is run in an unprofessional manner and should be avoided at all costs. Make the trip to the Fort Walton Trulieve, or go to one of the many alternatives nearby.
Update: Another 2 weeks has pass and no one has contacted or followed up with my concerns or issues that has been going on with staff. Businesses like TL don't care about losing people like me. But if more of us made a decision to not let company's treat us however maybe businesses would be more diligent in customer service. Today was my third trip to this particular location & as always, my experience was amazing. They always have great sales & a good variety. I was helped by Yahiri & she went above & beyond to make sure I was able to get what I needed. Definitely one of my favorite stores. 😍
Website will not load, have been trying on and off for 2 hours now. I honestly wish this company would leave the Pensacola market so any other company could take over. Even when i have been able to place an order in the past, 4/5 times the items I selected were not available, and just a heads up you will not be alerted until you arrive at the store. Good riddance. This is officially my last attempt at trying to deal with Trulieve and felt i would let others know there are much better options in the city.

This is a great one stop shop for all medical marijuana needs. Best THCA hands-down. I also love their concentrates in general. The staff is friendly and always helpful, making sure I choose the right product for me. They seem to always have everything and they're products are premium. Best gummies ever! Trulieve never disappoints! My go-to dispensary!!!
This store needs to seriously figure some things out. The products are good, the wait time is insane, and the employees can be quite rude if you even ask about it. They need a new system to handle the volume at this store. There should be no reason a patient should have to wait 45 min - an hr for an express order.
Placed an order on the way there, arrived to find out the items on the website wasn’t updated. I asked about replacements and all of those were sold too. 3/4 of the flower on the site was sold already. Update your site and stopping selling product before orders are filled. I’ve never had this issue at the 9Mile location.
So I go to this Pensacola location and they sold me an open bottle.... I get home and there's a Lil whole in the seal so I took it and checked it... supposed to be 3.5. but was barely 3.0, will definitely never use the Pensacola location.

I have seriously decided that going to the Davis Hwy Pensacola store is not good for my mental health.The wait times are Always over an hour, and when you finally get back to pick out your product....there was so much indesion whether they even had what I was asking for. I was in the back almost as long as I had to wait. The worker kept running in the back to checkand it would take him. forever, I new more about their product than most of the workers? It's not good,! Product is great, but the service was not!
Great selection, great deals, terrible customer service! If you want to go somewhere where they act like they are doing you a favor, and where you can wait forever and watch people who came in way after you get taken care of first, then this is the place. It doesn't matter whether you are there to shop or pickup, they pick and choose who they serve and how they serve. The majority of the times I have been there it has been terrible!
The products are great. Staff is fine. Why the long wait!? There are many other dispensaries in town and none of them have patients waiting 30+ minutes in the hallway for an “express pickup.” The Waitly system is not mobile friendly.
The absolute slowest place I have witnessed from Pensacola Florida to Los Angeles California. Like frozen molasses moving uphill. All the other dispensaries are fast just trulieve. Won't ever come back. I would rate negative stars if I could.

I would give it no stars if I could. These stores in Pensacola usually have the worst customer service and the lines are handled badly. As soon as the store I’ve been going to starts bringing in the product I use, I’ll stop coming in. I’ve been to hole-in-the-wall bars better than these two places!
This is about the delivery system in Fort Walton Delivery, I called and made a $254 order so the girl gives me a price that's so out of the ballpark with discounts and stuff that I questioned her. I asked her how she came up with that she said she took the 20% off of the total then took 10% off of the remaining total and then because it was under $200 added the $15 delivery fee. This is not the way it works. For one the delivery fee is already waived because of the total purchase was over $200. 2. you take the whole 30% off of the $254 total so I don't know who works over there in Fort Walton for Trulieve but they need to be retrained and learn their mathematics. When I disputed the way she was calculating she wanted to argue so I just wanted to cancel my order and I hung up.
I have a preference to treat my military disability and I sometimes have problems finding it. Well, associate Madison at Pensacola dispensary was able to locate it and went above and beyond in helping me. She also was able to inform me of some very helpful info. She is tops in my book…
The prices are a little pricey. However there are usually good deals coupons to use if you shop wisely. However they do not keep well stocked items but their refund policy makes up a lot also the lack of quantity the quality is so good I think their concentrates are the best out of all the dispensaries here
Staff are always wonderful, but the inventory is always lacking and/or quickly sells out and the process to order, notify or pick-up is a big mystery and changes. Couldn't check out at all last night and I tried repeatedly until midnight (4 hours total). This morning when my cart was still intact, guess what? They were now out of stock of many items. When I get here to pick up, I am put on the list, but was told she couldn't gaurantee I would be texted to come inside when my order was ready - which is normal. My other option? To stand or sit on the floor for the next hour or so in a room of 45 plus people to make sure I get my order. It has to be picked up by 1:00 pm. I am so done with Trulieve. Hire a competent IT manager for God sake! Website problems should be the exception and not routine. There is no excuse. Whenever running any sale or promotion, a professional company make efforts to address any potential problems BEFORE they happen.

I have been exclusively filling my prescriptions with Trulieve since 2018. My husband and I have always received courteous service; even when there is a longer wait than normal, they ALWAYS make up for that once it’s your turn. They take their time with you and give you great customer service. A few days ago, we had the pleasure of being ‘taken care of’ by Ms. Aryan at the Davis Hwy location. She was awesome, fantastic personality; she made sure we left HAPPY. She’s a great asset!!!
Love truelieve... If you create an account just allow notifications and you'll pretty much get some sort of sale each day. Like flash sales etc.. you'll definitely save money and have plenty of choices to choose from.

So when I spend gas money to go up to the dispensary to get a product that I was told online they had I'm very angry when I realize they don't have the product and the employee tells me that they haven't had it in 2 days. You can't update your website within two days to have the correct product available. This is pitiful so because of this I'm taking away two stars from my review. Shout out to Nicole K for my order always being correct and if something is out of stock making it easy to switch, add, or change my order. Have had some issues with delivery and orders in the past but when I get a confirmation from Nicole K I know it will be correct. I remember when she worked the front as a budtender and she was always super knowledgeable about the products but I'm glad she's working with online orders now. Im a New patient and this was my 1st time at any facility I handed over my license to the employee at the front desk and never got it back. After calling numerous times they simple said they don't have it. Iv had to file a report with the police department.

This is the only business in the state of FL (including my doctors office, when I had my surgery) that doesn’t honor my medical mask exemption from my doctor… I was told they are a “Private Business” and are allowed to refuse service to me for this. Corporate offered no assistance when I reached out either. I’ll shop at MedMen. Their staff is much friendlier, and they honor my mask exemption… ✌️
The Pensacola Trulieve location is really clean and nicely setup. My first visit and I'm thankful that James my Budtender was there to guide me through all of the things I knew nothing about.. All of the people I dealt with there, went above and beyond. Keep up the good work.Thanks for all the help

I do believe they try to be understaffed. Hire folks for a separate consult area if need be or hire more counter help. Ain't no way you can't afford it. It's a shame to have some quality product but the wait time is NOT worth it. Losing money left and right and I watched it happen..

I get constant excusses , sir your order didn’t go through, then I show them it did with a email. They then made me wait 30+ minutes, but I shouldn’t have needed to wait at all. Then they insisted they made me a order and then made me sit back down and wait longer. I have gut pains, sitting in uncomfortable chairs is not good for me, it’s why I place my order online. ***Edit***It has been a long time since I wrote this, I just changed it to a 4 star rating. Reason being I remembered I wrote this review when there was only one store, since adding new store and new ways of operating things have gotten a lot better. Only place I go anymore.
The staff met me with a friendly greeting. The store has a wide selection of products, and a variety of deals. Sabrina is quite knowledgeable. She is also patient. Sabrina took the time to answer my questions, which had her running laps around the store! I will return. Thanks.

This place is the bomb, the staff was very pumped up and it cares over to the customers! They are willing to explain all the products to you and offer suggestions on what is designed to help with whatever your condition is. It is well worth the drive.

I am personally impressed by the changes I’ve seen in the attitudes and overall respect given by employees! It’s so refreshing when you can order and pickup your medication without hassle or grief. It’s relieving to order your prescription and actually have it filled. The organization and time management demonstrated during 2021 has been a complete turnaround from the previous years. I am going to say that the customer service given by Angela S. and Matt S. Is an asset to your team they both go above and beyond and are greatly appreciated.
Recently placed an order that did not get filled. The short story is that the issue was resolved by going to the store to speak with someone.. Fortunately, I spoke with Carly who resolved the issue calmly, courteously and above all, she was professional.To be fair, the location's customer service and efficiency have greatly improved in recent months. Thanks again to Carly for a positive patient experience.
4/21/2021 I've had it with this company, it's not the local dispensary but the company as a whole. Why is this company opening new stores before they can supply the stores already open? They keep blaming everyone but themselves, I'm told labs aren't moving fast enough or some other excuse,, but it's funny other dispensaries aren't having these issues. I still cannot get what I order, there's always some excuse as to why my order didn't go through after I received confirmation. It takes over 3hrs for someone to tell me my order was canceled or to get someone on the phone. Customer service is the WORST!!!!7/16/20 Multiple times I've placed orders only to be told hours later that they no longer have what I ordered or that the order was lost all together. Today, I placed 2 online orders, both said that the order was successful but no confirmation text was ever received by me. So, I sit and wait 45 minutes for a representative to chat online, no one ever answered after waiting for an hour.I decided I would give them a call, after 57 minutes someone finally picked up only to tell me that neither order was received and I will have to wait another week once again to get what I want. For the amount of staff on site things move awful slow as well, not to mention that Northwest Florida seems to be left out of Flower compared to Central and South Florida, what's up with that?
I went in and Gabe was amazing! Answered all the questions I had and helped me understand better than any one else ever has! Sweet tattoos too! If anyone has questions I say go to Gabe! I’ve never had a bad experience with Trulieve but the other day when I went in for my pick up it was the best experience ever. Thank you Gabe!
Night and day of how it was compared to my last visit. Which was over a year ago. Staff is friendly and helpful. If they don't have an answer for you, they'll seek assistance or research it with you. When I got there, I was a new patient and didn’t know anything. The people at the front desk helped with everything I needed. I only waited a couple minutes and was called back. Cozy friendly atmosphere and great people but Gabe is my favorite! I request him every time... He does a great job makes me feel welcome and puts a smile on my toddlers face every time

I came for a bag of weed and I got to talk to a pretty red colored hair girl who just seemed happy to get me were I wanted to be wanted to help me get some wax and all sorts of great great products to get right with. Sadly when I left I kinda wish she was coming home to lol after all are tolerance levels are just to dang high so we had that in common. Oh and if you can't tell they sell some good stuff!
The Trulieve in Pensacola is again my new favorite dispensary. My roommates told me the reason why this store is so much better now is because there is a new Manager and new employees. 🍀
Definitely an individual basis on whether or not you deal with someone who cares about their job here. Some interactions have been very pleasant and some not so much...Overall great medicine and good people.
Everyone at this store has made me feel so welcomed. They knew about my disablity and helped my husband and I. They are all great, and I have been to several Truliefs. The manager Ashley was awesome and really understood. Then J ROD! J Rod, knew so much about my condition. He was awesome. There was a another lady a different time, I wish I remembered but 👌 Hands down this store is my favorite in FL.

I love Trulieve . i love the comfort and variety of medicinal products it brings to Pensacola. What i don't love is the slow line they have. They have lil to none staff. They call you 1 by 1 . no respect for your time. You can hear them talking and laughing while you stuck outside waiting for them yo call you. This sucks. All in all products good but the staff and the flow of the store.... SUCKS BALLS

I see a lot of complaints about wait time, but I want to leave this review to say how amazing the customer service is. Sometimes waits just happen, and emotions run high, but Andrew is staff at this location that really shows calm and pleasant vibes during a mad rush before they closed for the holidays when people were pretty grouchy. He was making sure everyone was checked in and checked on and stayed cool tho whole time. Great job!

Carley took care of me yesterday when I stopped in to pick up an order she was very knowledge about the new products that were available. She helped me to know which medicine would suite the best. Also Johnathon was at the front desk and he was great at explaining to me about how to read the screen online, it was very confusing for me but he did a great job at showing me how to read it. I love this store the employees are always pleasant every time I go in. 5 stars

Went here for the first time last week and I must say I was very happy with the service. The food was yummy, loved the atmosphere, joints were delivered soon after ordered. Diego really made sure we had our best first experience. Will definitely come back and try the vegan nachos next!!

Used to b the best Trulieve. Now the worst slow. Order always incomplete. Leaves one door locked when opening making patients walk around. Some people working their are rude and don't update about medication levels. Disappointing. Plus panhandling in the parking lot.
I get here at 9:20 to pick up the medicine and the lady at the front tells me it’s gonna be 45 minutes wait I say no problem I leave and come back, when I get back she tells me it’s gonna be 45 minutes again. Apparently these people don’t know what’s going on I’ve stopped tipping because obviously these people Don’t have any type of customer service when it comes to giving accurate information. I even tried to call the call center and they can’t even give me the right strains that are at this location!....The only reason I come here is because the product is great, other than that it’s like pulling teeth to try to purchase here!
Really excellent customer service, they are very patient and as accommodating as can be. I just wish they had better control over their inventory as they often run out of things that are listed on the website, so your best bet is to order ahead. The staff is so patient and happy to answer all your questions, can't recommend them enough!
I shop the 9 Mile store. Staff are great. I would rate higher but seems like Pensacola gets the shaft when comes to supply of flower, edibles and Charlotte's Web. I get promotional texts I cannot take advantage of because the dispensary does not have the stock.
As an a physician and a patient and prefer the other Pensacola store on 1901 East 9 Miles Road. It was closed yesterday. Had to drive to the other store and the team there yesterday morning was moving faster than normal. After an early dinner tonight my family saw the lights on at the store on 1901. Trulieve please open that location as soon as possible. We miss that stores service.
I had 4 online orders that got cancelled back-to-back because the product was no longer available. Decided to try placing a walk-in order, went in & told Andrew about my cancelled orders. He apologized & offered a discount, which I used to purchase flower in-store that day. I appreciated the way my complaint was handled. I don't expect perfection from anyone, but I expect to feel heard & Andrew met that expectation. It wasn't a hassle & my issue was rectified so I'm satisfied.
I wish I could give a half star rating. The wait time is extremely long, been here over an hour. Also why do they expect to be tipped inside? I couldn't help but hear someone in the waiting line mention it and I agree we should not be tipping these people for our medicine. who tips their doctor?

My first visit was not good. I ordered online but my order was missing more than half of it's items. Some were out of stock and some were just not there; one of the things that made it to me was wrong. A nice lady fixed the wrong item and promised a discount on my next visit but the truth is I have little trust in an ordering system that changes a confirmed order without notice.

Terrible Place to get Medical Marijuana...the environment reminds of prison, they are always out and have an in ability to fulfil orders. Try calling Trulieve, because you will wait 45 minutes to order on average. Don't use the APP because it is the worst APP ever, barely functions. The worst part is when things go wrong at Trulieve (and things go wrong almost every time I go) there is no one to complain to ,,,,TRUELIEVE DOES NOT CARE!

That was more than a week ago. I still haven't heard one word from them. It is obvious that they don't value our time or our business. Of course, that shows in their backed-up waiting room.

People are nice but I've been there 3 f-ing times and checked the website before hand to see if they're out which it never says they are, only to drive 45 minuets wasting gas and time after getting off work to find out they have no flower. There was literally no point in getting a medical card if I dispensary can't even keep flower stocked. It's a waste of money and a joke
Service has gone down! I put in my order at 9 am, got my confirmation number, went to pick up, they said they didn’t get my order! SO DISAPPOINTED!!! They never ever have flower! You can check anywhere else in Florida, they have it! I can go to any other dispensary and get flower... RARE here! I have been disappointed by them so many times, I may never go back after today! Who cares if you have a confirmation number! I think all the employees and their friends get 1st dibs, leaves nothing for other patients!
Usually pretty good NOT TODAY. Placed online order drove there waited an hour to find our my order wasn't PROCESSED!!! FINALLY got in told they were OUT of what l ordered complained to cashier TA DA they found a smaller quantity than I originally ordered and at least I ended up with SOMETHING.

This is only my 3rd time ordering from this company and most everything is great but the prices are high and the 1 thing everyone is after as soon as it comes in they only order a small amount so not many people get to it before it's gone AGAIN.. So I got up extra early and put my order in and got my order number and everything only to get up there and find out they are all out AGAIN and apparently my order was not one that got filled before everyone else took them all... So now I get to wait another whole week and hope Like hell my order goes all theway through this time...that need to change the ordering to 1 bottle of each strain per person on the truground as everyone is being greedy!!!

Be careful this company does not do a very good job with their online ordering. Yesterday my wife tried to place an order and it timed out and cleared our cart on three different occasions. Then after finally placing the order my wife went to pick up the products. Y’all despised that her order didn’t go all the way through in some sort of way or another even though I have a confirmation. We have spent almost $4000 with this company in the past month and a half it looks like it’s time to take our hard earned money to somewhere who we will treat us better. That honors the actual discounts that we were given and not backs out on them because I don’t want people saving money.We highly recommended over a dozen friends to this dispensary I’ll make sure to remind them what kind of service I received today. The lady my wife felt with today was short with her and tried rushing her along. Check out Sulterra much better prices on I’m everything!

Watch out and make sure you look at what you buy before you walk out!!!!! So I have spent quite a bit of money here recently and received great product. When receiving my rosin this time though, one of the grams that I got looked like it had only a little over half of what was supposed to be in there. For $75 a g you would think it would be on point! I love coming here for my medicine really good selection of flower, But I really wish they had Super Silver Haze a lot more that is my #1 Flower. Clementine as a syringe is great combined with Super Silver Haze makes wonders work. That is very tasty and helps me out tremendously Thanks to Jaden S., Nicole, Rudy, Joey and the rest of the staff for all helping me make sure I can now relieve my pain. Thanks again Trulieve.
Trulieve Pensacola on N Davis:Shout out to IVAN MURPHY! This young man is very accommodating every time I go in. I have serious stomach issues and he has recommended many items to help me! Last time I went in he saw me and told me about a product that was really high in CBN( which I need). I ended up purchasing it with a little hesitation because of the price, but ended up buying it.:)This product is great it helps me all day, I haven’t had an episode in a week!!!! I went to the new trulieve on 9 Mile RD in Pensacola. Very clean, larger than the Davis , Comfortable seating and the staff are excellent with knowledge of the cannabis products. The staff were smiley and very welcoming. Beautiful product area This is going to be my new store unless they don’t have a product that the other one has. 5 Stars would recommend No waiting, get on over there to the 9 mile store and see and experience what I did

They have great products. When you go there don't be in a hurry!! Typically you'll have to wait anywhere from 2-6 hrs before you're called back to actually get what you come for.
