Lacks delegation skills. Should have a separate stock for express orders. Line is way too long for over price over trimmed bud. Any one can make resin, and most of the products. Normally out of stock of any medications I need for ptsd. It’s more of a hassle really. Sadly it’s the best bud in town. This in no way is a reflection on lower staff. This has everything to do with management and their ability to do just that manage. Except on the bud trimmer, lighten up a bit. However, I did notice that the face staff do seem to be jumpy. This is also the fault of management that has seemed to create an atmosphere of slight anxiety not conducive to that of a healthy work place. Simply put you can not blame the waitress for the cooks problems.read more

(EDIT) Trulieve is by far the best dispensary that I’ve been to in FL. They have the best products with the most variety. The genetics they are working with are current, and they also have some classics as well. The Pensacola store team has always been very professional and extremely helpful. These employees were put through a really tough few months dealing with supply issues, bogged systems and impatient customers. Now that they’ve gotten the bugs worked out. UPDATE: I go into today after a long wait and I was told I could not do exchanges in the pick up line with a big smile by the lady assisting like it just made her day. Have employees that make it easy to do business and a service over self attitude… I am sure other companies are eager to do so. Here are some other things I have noticed:1.Pick up orders-Its not difficult to add and subtract. This seems very elementary to state but, if someone places an online order, reserve it for them in separate area with their name. Problem solved. *UPDATE*: The past few times have been okay. They have have a new system where they text you and confirm your order is ready for pick-up. It is super helpful. I was also in and out in 20 minutes or so on a seemingly busy day.2. Exchanges-Have a Quality Assurance and product where exchanges are not necessary. I have been disappointed in flower and CO2 the last few times. If exchanges are desired, make it easy for the patient and allow it in the ‘express lane’. 3. Customer service-I have noticed there is only one gentleman at this location that does not always seem overly annoyed and like he is about to melt down. Find employees that are used to high volume people traffic atmospheres so they are better equipped to treat all patients and customers with respect and a service over self attitude. Update: I went in and was greeted kindly by all employees up front and they asked if I had received a text confirming my order and if it was helpful. It indeed is. They seemed eager to help up front and assured they would be with me as soon as possible.read more

Their products are good, but they are never in stock. They are supposed to call and tell if your order can’t be filled, but they don’t. I recently put in a pickup order as soon as the products were restocked online one morning. The confirmation email says they will call if there’s an issue. I got no call from the store and had checked with the contact center, and they said everything was good to go. I went after work, waited for an hour an a half to pick it up, only to find out that everything I ordered was out of stock. I placed an online delivery order yesterday morning. They are supposed to call before 9pm to schedule a delivery time. They didn’t. When I called the contact center, big shock — I was told they were out of 2 of the 3 products I ordered. I have a sneaking suspicion they will be out of all 3 by the time they bother to call. So, until they figure their system out, fix it, whatever they need to do, I would almost say don’t bother. You will spend hours waiting for them to be out of stockread more

These people need to be investigated. I swear I was lied to by 2 different employees today and it was ones that I usually have good experiences with while shopping for medicine. I’m not sure what is going on but, the main office has been contacted about all these games being played with the flower. If an online order is placed it must be fulfilled is what I was told. If the other patients don’t know how to use the online system then oh well. Don’t punish people who know how to use the system’s your company offers.read more

4/20 Sale was absolute madness. Got my order, so mission accomplished. The employees were doing everything they could to keep things moving. I know the order volume has been crazy. Heard the store broke a state record for number of patients yesterday. This week has been an exception but usually orders are filled very quickly and wait time kept to a minimum. It sucks because I don’t feel the STORE is 1 star worthy. Everyone at the shop is amazing, super friendly, and attentive. I love them. ButWhere is the inventory? There is nothing to buy because they’re always out of stock! I understand vertical integration is a hard model to deal with, but being out of stock 90% of the time is unacceptable. Twice I have ordered something on line, went to pick it up and that’s where I was disappointed. That’s within 2 days! No notice, no nothing. They offer a woeful 10% inconvenience discount as if my time is worth less than $10.I don’t blame the local store. The employees are great! They’re stuck with the fallout. I place the blame solely on management.Apparently, a horrible lack of communication from corporate to the store and to the patients.Yet, they continue to open more stores which obviously is compounding the problem.This is a publicly-traded corporation. While the stock has done well, I doubt that the shareholders are aware of the underlying issues fomenting daily.Although they were a good place to shop early on, they have lost focus on the patient. I have been to trulieve a few times, each time the staff was awesome and so helpful. However, today I saw Tyler and he was very rude, he mentioned their corporate rules changed so he couldn’t show me their “menu” , but the whole visit he was very unhelpful and almost had an attitude with me it seemed. It’s super loud and all the employees sound like they’re speaking straight off a TelePrompTer. Hi. The reason of this message it’s communicate how disappointed I am with the Trulieve Coorp. The employees at my store, Pensacola, are amazing!!. The Coorp NEEDS to get theirs s— toguether. Your oils all look the same color. That doesn’t make sense. They are veery light. They just add more of the smoke creator liquid. The liquid it’s super thin.Main subject, it is completely disrespectful that you guys create your own Volcano, call it Truelive tabletop vaporizer and charge $750 for it!!! Insane!! I bought it used for $500 and I totally regret it. Tou guys NEVER HAVE TRUE FLOWER CUPS AVAILABLE ANYWHERE!!! Why I want that expensive machine if I can’t use it!! It just feels lime a scam. This store is great, I’ve personally been having problems with another store but Whitney the manager at the Pensacola store has went above and beyond her normal duties to make sure I’m satisfied. Taking the time to talk to me and help me with any questions or concerns I may have and quickly putting them to rest even on her days off.
