I just got my card renewed on July 30th and because I went today (which is only 2 weeks after my card was renewed) being it's August, the store WOULD NOT give me the renewal discount! They said because my card was renewed in July (even though it was literally the last day of July) and it was now August (2 weeks later) I was denied the discount!!!! I will NEVER go to Trulieve EVER A GAIN!!!! I feel completely taken advantage of, disgusted by how they treated me as a customer, and quite frankly cheated by the store and it's employees! I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND using this dispensary AT ALL!!! I would NOT use this dispensary again if it was the only dispensary in the county left with any product what-so-ever!!!!

Double charged. Was told there was nothing they could do. Also told management would be in contact to resolve. Four weeks later and no one has contacted me. Express pick up is lacking, to say the least. Several people were taken back that arrived after me. The online waiting list said I was next on the que, and there was nobody else on the list. What's the point?

Walked into a full waiting room but seems nobody uses the Express feature like I do . I wasn’t seated more than 5 minutes and my name was called by Corey the manager who I seem to always get when I go who by the way is very pleasant and informative about the products always has a smile and eager to help. Thank you everyone at Trulieve for last months extra 10% off it always helps
I have had absolutely fantastic experiences with the staff at the Englewood location that I utilize the most. I just wish the IT people can work on fixing it so we can be texted again when our order is ready. They used to be able to do it. Now it doesn’t work that way anymore. I wish it could.
Was in the Charlotte store today. I had my service dog with me. Cory or WHATEVER THAT PERSON NAME IS, very rude and unprofessional. Not the first time with this guy. People spend their money for wellness NOT DISRESPECT!!

Long time shopper first time review. "Brook" amazing smile. She greeted me at the door and got me in the back right away. Jordan and Alice took care of my order and answered all my questions.. Jordan today was my favorite because of her cool stickers and penguins button she had on...what made today different from others was the kindness and positivity coming from everyone in the room. I must say not every day is good in there some days I wanna leave a 1 star but today Jordan Alice Brook even Tom Thank you. If every local was kind Charlotte country would be a better places

Every visit to Trulieve has been a letdown, but my latest experience was particularly appalling. Despite placing an express order, I was kept waiting while another customer, who arrived after me, was immediately attended to for his express order. The climax of this frustrating experience was being informed that the item I specifically ordered was unavailable. Astonishingly, no compensation or alternative solution was offered. The manager's demeanor during this incident was not just unhelpful, but outright rude. This consistent negligence and lack of professionalism at Trulieve deeply undermines customer trust and satisfaction.
This is truly my favorite dispensary ñ. Everyone there is so helpful and each time I come it’s convenient and easy in and out. Cory has always been so helpful and so quick to accommodate me. They truly are an amazing store and I’m so glad it’s part of my community. Thanks Cory and team for everything!!!
Try to use your point.. oh there not 1 for 1 but 10% discount. Not going back. 3000 points which are useless. Great job deceiving people. Was a loyal Customer but will spend my money elsewhere. You guys implemented a points system but now do everything to avoid letting your loyal customers use them as 1 for 1
I usually go to a different location but the last few weeks ive been coming to port charlotte location and i must say brooke did such an awesome job Getting people in and out. Matt was so helpful and so patient he listened to me and helped me choose the best thing for me. The guy checking people in was so funny and cheerful. Checking people in and helping move things along!! I love it here
Brooke was an amazing help for me on my last visit, she helped to educate me on exactly the types of options I had to choose from & what would be best for my kind of preference. She also took time to help sign me in, & help ring my order out, all while educating me on the various items they have during my payment, cool person & makes me want to come back again!
It really isn’t worth the exobridently long wait time. You will never spend less than a half hour in Trulieve. 99% of that time will be waiting. This is even with a pre-order.
Tom was supposed to be checking people in but was instead checking his phone for what I assume were Taylor Swift movie tickets. He was confrontational and tried to further escalate things after I apparently embarrassed him in front of another employee. There are cameras at every angle, I encourage managers to review it. He is a grown man at work scrolling through his phone like a teenager - no disrespect to teenagers - and the pleasant young lady who fulfilled my order apologized to me for his behavior. He kept laughing which was why this review had to be made. Tom should stay off his phone while at work, a multi-tasker he is not.
Corey and Joseph really made my experience at Trulieve a great one. I had some things going on so I didn't have much time so they got me in and out quickly and efficiently. Plus they were just very nice guys.
Don’t recommend. First time customer, every other dispensary in town told me right when I walked in about discount I should receive. This one mentioned nothing of it didn’t apply it and I didn’t even realize until I got home and looked at receipt. Can’t give cash refunds. Go to muv great customer service and make sure I get every deal I could everytime.
Every time I go there it’s a problem. To many people and they take forever to get you in the back. I order stuff online get there and it’s not in stock then they tell me they tried to call me witch is a lie and when you call them out on lying the just shrug it off. I would definitely check Ayer or muv before I go here. muv and Ayer you walk right in no problems and they are very helpful tell you what the best deal is and best options are. Very rude people working at true-lies and not very helpful and don’t care if you buy it or not they just want sell you the most expensive and overpriced stuff they have
I sat 45 mins in the waiting room (Typical trulieve visit btw) and just got frustrated and left. You guys need a BETTER SYSTEM because i’m done shopping here and I know i’m not the only one who feels this way. SMDH.
Best dispensary by far! The reason MUV is so fast with getting patients in and out is because they only get 80 patients in the whole day. Trulieve is busy and for good reason. The wait is worth the total.
The employees and manager at Port Charolett dispensory "Corey" are rude, and obnoxious. They treated me like a third class citizen when I asked about my military discount. They refused to discount my order even though I was given the discount for the past 2 years. The products were not discounted prior to my purchase. But on the bright side, I now go to Vidacann for all of my medical needs. Thier highest flower price is $19.00 an eighth Trulieves top flower is over $60.00 an eigth. Vidacanns prices are much lower and just as good as truelieve.Thanks Corey, your lack of concern for customers is saving me hundreds a month on canabis for my medical needs. I will tell everyone I know what a jerk you are and to go to Vidacann instead.
I originally gave them a one star review because every time I came in for something that was advertised, it wasn’t available. However, the last couple times I went they had exactly what was advertised and the speed of service has actually increased from the past as well. So with that I withdrew my one star review and am giving them a five star review for effort alone.
Every other dispensary you are in and out within 5 maybe 10 minutes tops if it’s real busy whether you walk in or do a pick up.Every single time I visit this Trulieve whether I pickup or walk in I am forced to wait 20 minutes - 1 hour. Every single time which is completely unacceptable.This location has 0 sense of urgency or care for their customers time. Employees do more chatting with each other than actual work when the lobby is full with no seats left. Manager doesn’t care. Doing his store more harm than good.
I don’t know. Sometimes good sometimes bad. Never get updates on my orders, and when I get the notification my order is ready I’m already walking out the door after purchase. Not the best with the time wait either. So it’s a mixed review. Products are good but again the pricing and the wait make this place not my first pick.
Lobby is standing room only, always. Staff is friendly but it takes forever. Should hire some more help! Came by at 8:10 pm last night to see sign on door. Not taking any more customers tonight.
My first and last visit. Slowest service ever. Why do a pick up order? They say a text will be sent. Day later nothing. Come in to pick up the PICK UP order only to be told to sit for an hour. Very bad experience. Recommend the competition. The perks here are far from worth the hassle. Disappointed!
Everything was great. I was treated with respect. Check-in was quick. Friendly staff. However, the wait was quite lengthy. My time is important. I ordered online, yet the order wasn't ready when I arrived.
I want to give 5 stars because the workers are so nice, but why make an online order and then get there and have to wait. Also you rarely get what you actually ordered online and you will go back and they don't have anything near what you wanted or ordered so it was a waste of time. Their wait times are anstronomical....sometimes 45 minutes to hour. If they at least had a direct phone number to call and see the current wait time. I've waited a while to write this since I was hoping it would get better.
Would never go back there after today's experience. Been going here for 2 years. Today will be the last. Person working on grant desk is complete trash. I waited 45mins with my kid in the car along with giving them my cell number to send a text to let me know they called me. Instead people that came in after was leaving before me. Went inside and the chick at the desk says oh well they called you. Umm you told me they would text me but ok. At this point I'm upset. Honestly even the manager didn't care so it will be the last time I go there. Recommend people trying some place else

I have been to several Florida dispensaries and Trulieve is without question the very best one! All of their products are consistently quality (especially the flower) and I don't know of any dispensary that has 20% let alone.29% THC in flower. The prices are a tad highter but it's worth the quality by far, I go to no other dispensary. And finally but very importantly, Trulieve staff is out of this world! Except for a couple grumpies every single employee is stellar friendly, kind, super friendly and positive and always try to get you the best deal. I am an Amputee and they are always so gracious but treat me normal when opening doors for me etc which I super appreciate. I just love chatting with your workers. Rock on Trulieve you're the best!!

This location is very busy and they always get me checked in and out the door with a great attitude, friendly demeanor and fast service. I was helped by Adam yesterday. He is very knowledgeable about products and has great recommendations. I tried products I didn't think would be for me and surprisingly enhanced my smoking experience. Adam was quick about fulfilling my order and offered great options for alternatives to products sold out. I highly recommend this location for their friendly staff. Parking is a little tight and limited.

I would give a 5 star to the store and employees, however I can't say that about Corporate. Trulieve was heads above the rest, I'm talking flower, many more strains but much lower THC average is much lower than it was in the past, not sure if politics play a part or not. I believe most of use would much rather have quality over number of strains. Economically and health reasons, smoke less for same effect is really a no brainer. Most would agree I believe??
This location has always been dependable. The product from this company is second to none but the experience is really what hooks me to a location. Until today I was not crazy about this Port Charlotte location. I've had my card now for a while but rarely use this store. More often than not, they advertise specials for products they don't carry. I understand it is a corporate issue so maybe management could ask the corporate bean counters to stop advertising things you don't have. Perfect example, Saturday Christmas special has 3 different truepods that they don't even have or chocolate. So now, the couple hundred dollars I may have spent, will be spent elsewhere.
I appreciate the bond I feel when I'm in this lobby. Rick is the most wonderful person. I see him nearly every time I make the trip. He genuinely asks how you are and listens. He makes it a pleasure to be in the lobby. I was lucky enough to catch an amazing sale yesterday and I was fortunate enough to get to see my favorite Trulieve employee today! All the way around, it was a great trip!
I love coming to this location. Everyone here is so knowledgeable and welcoming. Rick is the best to have at the front desk! He is amazing at his job and makes me feel at home here. I’ve been coming to this location for almost 2yrs. The place is always clean. Rick who works up front is awesome. Always up front about wait times and always does his best to make you feel welcome and comfortable. It’s like walking in and seeing a friend!!
I greatly appreciate my new, main location while visiting family in Port Charlotte. Whether it is Rick and Jager up at the front welcoming us, the back of house that is consistently on point. Or the store lead Corey making it look easy. Times are tough but I love being a part of this company. I love it even more to see the people and patients I represent appreciated and respected.
I just wanted to say that Hope was amazing. I stopped in the other day to pick up what I usually get and she let me know about what deals they had going on and helped answer any question I had. She really helped me out and definitely made me feel very welcome.
I LOVE just about EVERY person here. The manager is phenomenal. I will say that yesterday for the first time ever I did encounter two RUDE bud tenders which completely shocked me. I have NEVER once had a bad experience here up until yesterday. Truthfully as much as I LOVE this place, it made me uncomfortable to the point where I do not want to go back. On the whole, it is usually a VERY positive, loving and caring place.

I’ve always had a great experience coming to this location. I will say my most recent visit the associate, Deanna, was exceptionally pleasant. Very knowledgeable about the product and had a wonderful attitude toward helping me. She didn’t once make it seem like I was a burden. Highly recommend every client to have her assistance!

I got my license and didn't going into a store for months because I had anxiety over it. When I went for the first time I was met by Rick who checked me in and he was hilarious and made me feel better about being there and welcomed me. I worked with Misty who didn't try to over sell me and was very Descriptive and detail oriented and answered all my questions and made me feel very comfortable . Savanna also walked by to welcome me and over all its a very friendly well informed group of people. I loved working with them. I will be back. It's worth the wait to work with this team.
I was very happy until the system updates. Over the past month my points have stopped and the corporate customer service around this issue has been less than acceptable. I will definitely highly consider going to another dispensary if customer service is of value to you. The staff at the port Charlotte location is always nice and willing to help, the corporate office is clearly all about money and not about customer satisfaction. I’d recommend having a back up plan, don’t be forced to spend your hard earned money with companies who clearly don’t care about your experience.

Misty did a delivery the other day & she was professional, sent me texts about arrival time & arrived on time. She was very nice & friendly. I have been using Trulieve since last November & have never had any issues with the staff. Like Misty they are knowledgeable & willing to help. So grateful you opened a store 1/2 from me. I have used the Port Charlotte location for both pick and delivery, but delivery is, by far, the best way! Each time, the delivery personnel have been respectful and courteous. I live about 30 miles from the closest Trulieve location, which is Port Charlotte and never hear a complaint from the delivery team (tips, of course!). Shout out to Dmitri and Steph for their wonderful delivery service!
I absolutely love the staff at trulieve! They are always helpful and knowledgeable. Rick is amazing and will help you with anything he can. Misty is always helpful and very friendly. I love this place! I Recommend everyone to go and enjoy the great service with trulieve.
Everyone there is very nice, no complaints there. However, flower inventory is very lacking. Maybe 5 minutes once a week they actually have product in their store. Don't pay attention to what the website says they have. They'll just call you and say they don't have what you want.
Short wait today. Awsome.
Online orders take a few hours to fill, so expect a phone call that they ran out of what you had ordered by the time they got to fill it. (It's common to get caught in the inventory shift.) Otherwise, Trulieve is reliable when it comes to product. They usually have recognizable strains so that you know what you're getting. Also, they don't have an active menu in the waiting room, and so you have to wait until you get in the door to find out what they have in stock.
Deanna was so helpful and gave me so much information on the products. She's a keeper!

Port Charlotte store is my favorite, they are very professional and run a smooth business. When entering you are greeted by Rick, he treats everyone like they are life long friends, he has a great personality and it’s great to have someone so upbeat as the first impression,it makes the whole experience 10 times better. All the people in the back are great too, very friendly and accommodating but if you have an employee of the month I think it should go to Rick for his outstanding customer service!

I truly enjoy shopping at this dispensary. The staff is so friendly and knowledgeable! Most of the times that I have visited I have managed to get the same person helping me out, Carlos M. He is really nice and makes the experience easy for me. I have anxiety and he always makes me feel comfortable and thats a huge to me!
Rick is so awesome. He always makes me and my little one feel so welcome. He makes things run so smoothly when he is up front. He gets us in an out but manages to be so personable too.Carly is getting us taken care of as far as medicine goes. She has so much personality, which is becoming rare. She is kind, efficient, and just awesome. I get happy when they say you are going to be with Carly today.
I have ordered from Trulieve 3 times online, and ALL 3 times I received a call later telling me nothing I ordered is in stock. Really? If it's not in stock then fix your website so it does not allow you to put them in your cart and place your order. This is the ONLY dispensary I have ever had this issue with. I wanted to try Trulieve, but after 3 unfilled orders I think it's best to stick with my usual place. They always have what's on their site, and my orders are ready and filled quickly.
Not enough supply & demand. Terrible customer service. Website never accurate, they say orders ready, you get there wait 2+ hours and then they tell u they ran out. No one knows their head from their butt here when asking about products 😂😂 they really hire just anyone. If you can’t tell me the difference between two products, you shouldn’t be the one dealing with people. MUV has better buds and concentrates & always has supply & a great points program that you can use whenever you want. I’ll never shop here again

Deanna was my rep and she was very smart and intuitive I enjoyed my time with her tremendously as well as the ease of finding what I needed. So thanks Guys!!! First time at a dispensary and Leah was great! Definitely will be going back. It was like she knew what I was looking for before I said it and she was very knowledgeable.
The staff has been so helpful.. I have PTSD as my main underline condition and they have helped me in store on the phone and they have made sure to deliver to my home... they greeted my dog and they are so respectful... thank you Port Charlotte and Sarasota Staff... you have saved my life and you don’t even know it..
My online orders have gotten cancelled numerous times, apparently for unknown reasons. Even after I'd received email and text that my order was ready, and even after I'd checked in already. Once out of eight times they offered 10% discount to make up for it. They often advertise deals on products that aren't even in stock, like a bait-and-switch sales technique, although they're not the only dispensary that does it. They used to be my favorite dispensary, now third on my list in my area. That being said, they have the best price on ground flower, however it's hardly ever in stock.
Cody is the best! He’s extremely helpful and even gives his own personal opinion that is useful! 10/10 would always go again because how nice he was 😊
Our Port Charlotte Trulieve is the best. The staff is awesome. Rick always greets you with a smile a kind word and is very helpful. He takes the time to remember you like an old friend. All the staff is great. These have been challenging times and they have rolled with every new change to ensure our safety. Thank you Trulieve Port Charlotte for being awesome.
Because of COVID 19 only 6 people could be in the waiting room at one time which was fine. The guy checking you in was so nice. But Bree that helped me once I got into the store part was so unhelpful I walked out without buying anything. If you want new customers do a better job of explaining how the products work and how they operate. And don't get mad when your asked to repeat yourself. I did not have a good experience.
From the front door to the back of the despensary they take care of vets and customers. I'm normally in and out in 30 ,and suffer from ptsd so time in and out is important. Thank you to the staff and owners for their great service .
One of the best reasons to go to Trulieve is to see Rick. He is so charming & has a smile on his face! He really makes you feel welcome & like he's happy to see you again. All of the employees there are super cool & very informative. I know absolutely nothing about any of this but they help me every time!
I arrived at 10:43 and was on my way home at 11:05. Rick met me at the door and took my information so I could wait outside. I see him nearly every time I make the trip. Since the pandemic began disrupting our lives, Rick and the rest of the frontline staff have made this situation much easier to manage. He's always in such a good mood you can't help but leave in a better mood yourself. It's the staff that make it a pleasure to shop there. I'll be back 🤣.*Throwback to better days 🤗
Great staff, great product, really like their pre ground flower. Rick is always so nice and pleasant to talk to. The whole staff make you feel very at ease.

Honestly the variety is the only reason I'm still even attempting to buy here. The online system wether delivery or pick up is a joke, only seems to work on occasion. They never have an answer to why this happens, the only thing they say is "sorry" but don't offer to make it up. I'm disappointed this could be 5 star dispensary if they had better online communication with their store inventory & they if they were willing to compensate you for the inconvenience of constantly being disappointed. Other than that the flower is good, & they have good sales (but you just might never be able to actually get them in hand).
Constantly waiting very extended periods of time just to pick up an online order? This location is very poorly run. Parking for this location is awful! Website does NOT show the percentages of THC for their flower product.... so you basically have to order blindly ! Good products , good deals. Seriously needs work on how to manage large volume of people more efficiently. Oh and don’t bother to call customer service unless you have a cool hour to sit on hold.
Trulieve products are hands down my favorite in town. Potent, effective and priced accordingly. My only issue is that the wait times are getting longer and longer. It’s a shame too when you see so many patients in the waiting room, and you can clearly see in the back there are several representatives available to take patients and get them dispensed but it appears they are engaging in casual conversation rather than focusing on taking care of the patients. There is definite room for increased efficiency.
This Trulieve has all the pros and cons of the other locations. Very good product, lots of variety and informed salespeople. The only problem is it can be hard to find. It's on a six lane, divided road between two stop lights. You might find yourself going in circles and making a few u-turns until you find the exact location.
Walked in lobby was empty. Red hot chili peppers was playing. Staff are cool. If u go to Venice location and don't like how crowded it is this is a great alternative. But I love my staff at Venice store they treat me great. But I think this is my new spot. Much love everyone.

I was very impressed when I first went in! I didn’t know much about all the products they offer but they will explain everything, how it works, and how it’s used! Highly recommend this store!
