I provided my medical card as ID, and never received it back. When I called, they told the Trulieve customer service agent that it was the manager who waited on me but their shift ended . In addition to that, because they're a manager they could not have ever made a mistake and kept my card said the fellow from the store. Nonsense, she had my card last and I don't want to have to pay to get it replaced. People should own up to their mistakes, and I'm looking for the store to do the right thing and reimburse me the fee to get my card back.

This location is wonderful. I live right down the street and it's always a short visit and pleasant time. The staff is highly attentive and really makes sure you feel comfortable with the product and is always eager to assist. They consistently go above and beyond and deserve the highest praise. I was pretty much only coming here when I got my card a few years ago but I stopped going due to them not keeping up with product availability online so I started going to MUV when they opened in Port Orange. I recently started getting their tripods since they've been going on sale but each time I order online it's a nightmare. The wait times are super crazy like people are saying in the most recent reviews. You walk in and have to wait 5 or more minutes now for someone to come get your card and check you in honestly just not worth the hassle. So I'll probably be going to to only MUV

Hi I shop a lot at my local Trulieve and the experience is always nothing short of amazing from start to finish, but it seems that every time I visit the port orange location the wait time is never less then 5min to check in and 20 minutes to be called to the back. I’m not sure what can or if anything can be done! But I really would like management to understand what’s going on. At least the customer service team in the back are extremely knowledgeable and friendly.

Absolutely love the Port Orange location. The employees are always polite and knowledgeable. They always have smiles on their faces and know how to handle some of the rudest patients. I have watched these employees handle patients in the most respectful and professional manner even when they are being yelled and cursed out. I just watched an employee Michael be verbally abused by not one customer but two customers repeatedly yelling at him and he handled it better than I could have imagined. Bravo to you Michael and to the other employees at Trulieve for being the best!

The stores need more employees! It's gotten to the point, I don't want to shop here anymore. I p laced an order at 10:AM and here it is 8:00pm and no email stating it was ready. Since you have switched to email notifications. SO, I have to go in as a walk in because I can't check in? I walk in and there's a 30min wait or 45min even. I seen so many people leave and ive also had patients tell me they have stopped going to trulieve due to the way they run there dispensaries. THATS BAD BRO!

Placed an online order at 1030 AM. As of 345 PM, the order had still not been completed. The Trulieve help line suggested I head to the store. Man at the counter was nice enough and switched me to a walk in with a wait time of 40 minutes. Not ideal.

My Fianceé ordered a disposable co2lors honeydew pen, recieved the wrong flavor. Went back to return it, said it wasn’t their fault and made her wait in line for another 20 minutes. Pretty bad customer service, and out right arrogant behaviour if you ask me.We will not be going back as there is plenty of stores around with some common manners that the front desk (lady) clearly lacks. This happened August 5th around 8:30pm, I hope management sees this and gives you a good repremand for this ma’am, yall just lost very frequent customers, and i sure hope you lose more from this review.

Even on the worst of days this place runs relatively smooth in comparison to your other locations. Very fast service. The staff at this location is amazing as well. Everyone has their own personalities and they stay within the confines of Trulieve policies. The manager is very nice as well and she handles business. Customer service wise, the staff in general are very helpful and very knowledgeable about most, if not all, of the products they carry. And they are all very nice, some go above and beyond more than others...with some staff, they make it feel so comfortable and easy, it feels like you're talking about marijuana with a friend instead of "just an employee doing his/her job because it's their job and they have to". A lot of these people genuinely enjoy their jobs, and it shows in many ways, but ESPECIALLY through their excellent customer service skills. Great products. She was quick, efficient, and provided excellent service. The GM, Josh, also came to the register to ask how I was doing and make sure everything went smoothly. Trulieve is vertically integrated, as are all of the Florida cannabis brands. Being vertically integrated means they oversee the entire process from seed to sale. Trulieve dispensary products are grown from their own cannabis plants from seed or cuttings, harvested, and processed into a variety of products. Then packages and distributed within their own network.
Product types, different strains and availability can vary from store menu to store menu, depending on demand. If Trulieve in Port Orange does not have what you are looking for, your Florida MedCard is universally accepted at any dispensary in the state.
Purchasing Marijuana Products at Trulieve
Upon arrival at this dispensary, you’ll enter a designated waiting area before going into the retail area with staff. The dispensary staff work with you to explain all of the cannabis products available. Budtenders may make recommendations that are based on your doctor’s recommendation.
If it’s your first visit, you’ll be required to complete intake forms. This lets the dispensary staff confirm your patient status and see what you were allotted by your medical marijuana doctor.
What Marijuana Products are Available at Trulieve
The best way to see the different product options before visiting the dispensary is to check out their online menu. If enabled, Trulieve in Port Orange online menu may be available on FL Dispensaries to reserve your order.
If you have an active medical card, you can pick from a wide array of cannabis products. Various delivery methods of the different cannabinoids have been approved by the DOH, including edibles, inhalation, oral, sublingual, topical, traditional flower and even suppositories. There is no obligation to buy your entire milligram limit at once; instead, you can purchase less if you so desire and then buy more during another visit or at another dispensary. Pretty bad customer service, and out right arrogant behaviour if you ask me.We will not be going back as there is plenty of stores around with some common manners that the front desk (lady) clearly lacks. This happened August 5th around 8:30pm, I hope management sees this and gives you a good repremand for this ma’am, yall just lost very frequent customers, and i sure hope you lose more from this review.

This is my favorite dispensary I've found since moving to the area. The staff is always friendly and knowledgeable, especially a young lady Morgan. She has helped me discover new strains that have really helped where others failed. She takes her time to listen and understand the needs of the customer. Highly recommend

I love my local Trulieve. Port Orange is the best. The staff is so nice and kind. I've been going in once a week at least since they opened. I've never waited longer than 15 minutes. Even on the worst of days this place runs relatively smooth in comparison to your other locations. Very fast service. The staff at this location is amazing as well. Everyone has their own personalities and they stay within the confines of Trulieve policies. The manager is very nice as well and she handles business. Everyone at this location is educated well on their products and i would highly recommend this location.

Zach and everyone there is so sweet and helpful! They go out of their way to make you feel better, even when my dog passed and I was trying hard not to cry, everyone made me feel better! Fast service. As soon as we walked in we were greeted. Receptionist was friendly and was more than accommodating for me and my guest. We were called in the back within 5 mins and was great in and out service. Highly recommend especially if you plan to place a pick up order. Love that this dispensary isn’t busy or packed.

This is my favorite dispensary in the county. Not quite as great a selection as the Daytona Beach Trulieve, but very close and without as long a wait. Fantastic staff. I'm particularly a fan of bud-tender, Cookie who always offers a beautiful smile and great advice.

Love this place. Been here many times since I got approved for my medical marijuana card. Customer service wise, the staff in general are very helpful and very knowledgeable about most, if not all, of the products they carry. And they are all very nice, some go above and beyond more than others...with some staff, they make it feel so comfortable and easy, it feels like you're talking about marijuana with a friend instead of "just an employee doing his/her job because it's their job and they have to". A lot of these people genuinely enjoy their jobs, and it shows in many ways, but ESPECIALLY through their excellent customer service skills. Great products. Amazing staff/people.There are some really great discounts you can get via e-mail and on the homepage of the Trulieve site. Have a Florida medical marijuana card that's currently active??? I highly recommend Trulieve of Port Orange, Florida!

Went in to pick up my order today and was greeted by friendly front desk staff, Alana and Wendy, who got me back to the showroom quickly. There I was taken care of by Miss Brittany. She was quick, efficient, and provided excellent service. The GM, Josh, also came to the register to ask how I was doing and make sure everything went smoothly. The store is so clean and security made me feel very safe and welcome. Awesome job, Trulieve Port Orange. 10/10 would recommend.
