They generally have reasonable prices. Sadly this location doesn't seem to get as much variety and/or enough stock when they do get a selection but they sell out in a day. I would definitely caution anyone from signing up for anything though! I made that mistake and have been not stop SPAM iny email from Trulieve AND unknown SPAM texts, CONSTANTLY! Within hours of signing up, I was getting the unknown texts and a dozen Trulieve spam in my email. Not cool guys!
Great products and staff is very knowledgeable and nice, but the waits times are fairly silly. Even if you pre-order you can be looking at a 30 min wait. This is not a place you can just show up to if you're in a rush. Curaleaf and others don't seem to follow the same process and moves much faster.
I have to change my rating to 1 star until things at this place are vastly improved. I have been there 9 times in a row where what they are advertising on the site is either not available or a straight up lie and was never even available. Employees who are clueless on the products and 2 different managers blame it on their own company. I've waited 45 minutes to be told they don't have what I ordered multiple times.
The staff that was working on the day before the Hurricane the whole store was very busy they did the best they could to get everybody in. The man at front desk was very polite as he handled it well even though people were upset as they order on for express and people still waited 1 hr 45 minutesTo get express they were taking 1 from the waitingand one from pick up. Do not know that was a good idea I have been into pickup and the staff says if someone has been waiting for a long time they will take them and pick up was in between. Maybe this could be looked at.
If you want to be the only person in the dispensary and still wait over a half hour than this is the place for you. Clear a couple hours out of your schedule if you want to go here during a busy time of the day. They have a good menu but I can't justify wasting hours of my life waiting in a lobby when I can go to one of the many other dispensaries in the area and be in and out in 5 to 10mins. I've got a couple spoiled carts from here too. I will not be going back to any Trulieve again.
Express is always a mess - expect to wait & just know that even if you do all the appropriate steps TRULIEVE has put in place - they repeatedly break their own policies and it is exhausting. Drive - Thru has not been an option for a few months now, this location opened an express room where they funnel all of the Express orders to this single stall room. Last week I waited over an hour (I was 6th on the express list) where the waiting room was emptied out of walk-ins that were quickly taken care of.I am one week post op from a major back surgery and was really relying on relatively smooth/efficient service and was completely neglected by the front host.I did attempt Delivery to my home as I only live 1.98 miles from this location. I had placed an order for Delivery 48hrs prior to placing an order for pickup at the location today & the order remained processing with no communication from the location. When I brought this up to the employees they responded with “Yeah it’s not working”. . .Today I was second on the Express list and the express room was not being utilized. The employee working the front counter literally took 7 Pick-Ups prior to bringing me back. I received a text at 2:04 that a host was ready to see me and I did not go into the back until 2:39 and had to confront the front desk worker.Walk-In: No online order placed and simply walking in (lowest priority on waitlist)Pick-Up: Online order placed & it is still processing. This has not been fulfilled. You are picking up your order & have the right to make changes. (Second Priority- most locations treat this as a walk-in) **This really has no place in their operations as this practice creates constant issuesExpress: You placed an online order, waited for the order to be fulfilled & received a text message or notification that your order is ready for pickup. With express you forfeit the right to make changes to the order. You should also check in with the link that is provided in that notification & Still let the Trulieve host check you in at the front counter.To Trulieve Management/Training Group: It would be tremendous if ALL the employees could get onboard with YOUR Policies.There are some incredibly hardworking employees at all of your locations. Trulieve has the best quality by far when it comes to flower selection which keeps me using your facilities specifically.Sydney, GiGi, & Andrew are ALWAYS on the ball, professional, caring, empathetic & enthusiastic about their roles. I truly appreciate them.I was unable to get the front host’s name on my way out because she was conveniently swapped out after I had confronted the situation.
This place seems to be getting worse and worse, pre-ordered and was supposed to contact me via email when done and did not....the staff seems way too cool for the job....front seat seems irritated I was there and she had to work. Got in back finally and was pretty much rushed out because it was close to closing . I was hoping to look around and ask questions but was made to feel that wasn't going to happen especially with whoever was being counter. Basically just didn't have time for me .....suggest hitting a different location or brand all together.
This place is great always attentive and trying to get you in and out fast. Only complaint is the customers are the worst. Blasting there music on there phone. Told they have to wait and get angry. Feel like I'm going to have to knock a customer out most of the time.
Update for August 2033 Will was my budtender yesterday and he is stellar. Helped me to understand better how to optimize my rec. Thanks Will.July 2023 mid year review update. As a Military Veteran with Mental Illness Trulieve makes it a seamless and cost worthy visit. Their military discount that is able to be stacked with current promotions is amazing. The staff are super friendly and are empathetic to the military veterans that need this medication. Top Notch service and store. Highly recommend as a preferred store for those seeking a primary care facility. Thank you Trulieve!
One star is 6 to many, I rate this store a minus 5 !!! I had a on-line order that actually was filled this time.what a surprise. Went to pick up, express second in line. Ended up getting skipped twice. When I asked why the clown that check me was rude with no answer and no accountability . Asked for manager of course she couldn't tell me why I was skipped twice. So finally after a 30 minute wait and 2 rude employees I get to the counter to pick up my order, I foolishly asked if he knew why I got bumped twice and of course he was clueless as well. You should change name of your store to True Anxiety !!! Never shopping here again !!!

I am going to give this place a good rating because last week when I was in there, I was in and out in like 15 minutes and they were using their Xpress service so I was glad to see an improvement. Staff was also very pleasant.
Had to go to this location because first location did not have what I ordered. Receptionist told it would be 45 minute wait for Express order. Also was told corporate reduced associate head count and now wait times are long consistently. Unacceptable that customer service takes a back seat to corporate profits. Trulieve you owe better to your customers and for the prices you charge you should be embarrassed by your customer service.
The only good thing about this location is the staff you have great employees here. Trulieve your process is BROKEN. Just go away with the express orders. I just watched a customer yell at one of your sweetest employees here because the express pickup with waitly isn’t working. This happens every time I come. At lease 1 customer is yelling because of the wait time. You have the $$$ just create your own app. Every time I come in here it’s a 1+ hour wait time. Additionally, there needs to be some sort of protocol with integrating walk ins… Or it needs to be protocol to tell every client to order online or you’ll be waiting 1-2 hours to get a 1/8th if you walk-in …Long story short, even though the staff here is great, I won’t ever be coming back to this location due to the long wait times that cause these customers to act crazy. I’m here to get medicine for my anxiety, not be caused more anxiety by all the upset customers due to the long wait times.

Great location! They are by far the easiest place to do exchanges and don’t make you feel weird when you’re trying to find the right stuff. I have anxiety and migraines so I have to be careful what I use and it’s not always been easy to do exchanges but this location is amazing with that. Great people fast service, always fun.
The team at Trulieve has been a pleasure to work with. Dalton, Andrea, Sydney, and most recently Tyler and Glenda have provided me with satisfactory consultations and a friendly smile on every visit. There are a couple more I have worked with and they deserve kudos also. The product is good quality, and the service is great, Waiting area is always clean and relaxed. Convenient locations make it hard to shop elsewhere.
These guys treat you like guests in your own home! Cant find better customer service and will go out of their way to help you! LEAH IS THE MANAGER AND CONSISTENTLY IS SMILING! As a first time customer, I was really nervous and they definitely made me feel comfortable. The lady that helped me was amazing and explained everything about all their products, and answered all my questions in a friendly way. She definitely took my anxiety down and I really appreciated it. Definitely recommend these guys! Also the first time customer discount can't be beat!!
Drake is by far the most friendly person behind the checkout counter at any dispensary ever. They didn't have what I placed an order for online and the supervisor(?) Joe came over and got me taken care of and felt bad for the misunderstanding. All employees seemed warm and friendly. I will be coming back to this location again.
Was taken off the waiting list for express pickup after only 10 minutes of me having checked in. So I show up and they said I was taken off the waiting list and they would pull me back up and add me again. So I'm sitting there for 35 minutes and ask if I'm on the list and they said I was marked down as already being served but they would put me on the list again. Well I didn't have more time to wait so I had to leave and idk what happened to my order. Never received a phone call or text after that. Employees really need to stay off the product at work and maybe things would run smoother. Definitely looking for another dispensary.
I understand that all the employees are probably high, but I still don't understand why I had to sit in the drive through for over 35 minutes, and there were only four cars in front of me. I thought the drive-thru was for no modification pickups, so it should be only a few minutes for each customer. This was aggravating. Thank Mary Jane I'll be able to get high when I get home.
Slowest dispensary I've been ever been to. They also will give you far weaker stuff than you ordered, to the extent where it's 50% weaker than what their website states.They will not offer a discount for the far inferior product. This is classic bait and switch, and should be reported to the state.If I absolutely want to go to Trulieve, I head to New Port Richey's location. Adds about seven minutes each way, but you'll save an hour, or longer, inside the store.
The staff is always so friendly and helpful. They're knowledgeable and always committed to making sure the patient is happy. Very clean, organized, and spacious.
Place nice and orderly, the gentleman behind the counter was friendly and knowledgeable and helped me since I knew nothing about the medical marijuana. I do think a guest should be able to come back to the counter with you and it gives me a reason to drive the old pickup
Friendly and Knowledgeable staff. I like the text alerts for sales. Usually well stocked on what it updated online. I will continue to go to this store. I would recommend them if you know the system of ordering, and live near by.
The people are nice but the wait time no matter what the day is. Is truly ridiculous no matter the day. They try their best I hope they get help soon.

Staff very helpful and alway very nice.Store needs better Flower % of THC it's street quality. I'm saddened about what was told me on my last visit to Trulieve. That the points I have will expire soon over 3000 point's because the people behind the counter won't allow me to use my points to their own discretion, they allow other people's to use their point's as they need them I have seen this first hand it's not fair for people like myself to be stuck with over 3,000 point's and be told by Trulieve employees my points will expire soon.

The new PR store is so much nicer than the NPR store.This store is laid out and organized better, along with the super friendly staff. One especially Mayra, who helped me with my order. She is so knowledgeable and recommended some items and they were just as she described. Mayra clearly enjoys her job, and it shows with her outstanding customer service skills!

I got to the location at almost 20 minutes before store close and was told drive-thru was closed. So i drove around to go in. Someone came out and told me they already pulled their drawers and couldn't do any more sales. 15 minutes prior to close by this point. I didn't think they were allowed to do that. I was super upset 😞 i contacted corporate and have yet to hear from anyone 😞 i still like Trulieve but if you order from here, just in case, make sure you make it there before 830 or they might be closed early again 😞
I had been a little nervous to enter a dispensary for the first time. I heard great things about Trulieve cuz I thought I'd give it a shot. I was very pleased with my experience from the moment I stepped in the front door to the moment I left the front door. Very courteous, efficient and knowledgeable. Paulina assisted me today and she was so patient and so willing to help me understand the products and how to use each of them. She completely understood what I was looking for and what my needs were. And she met all of my needs! Everyone there was fantastic! I highly recommend!
