Horrible experience. Will never return. (Try the flowery, muv or jungle boys. They are all way better. )I usually sometimes put a second order in and pick them both up at same time. I told the manager I had a second order she told me I’d have to switch to walk in and wait longer… (no one else has made me switch to walk in because I had two orders)there was NO ONE ELSE IN THE STORE… so wasn’t allowed to pick up my second order unless I checked in twice. I blame the manager Amanda she was rude and she smiled about it, it was one of those power moves or something I don’t know, clearly could tell she doesn’t like healthy people… 😝 but it was a blessing in disguise, because I didn’t even like the flower I got and would have ended up getting more.

Came late didn’t realized store closed at 8:00 instead of 8:30. Front desk opens door and I literally say “I’m sorry I thought you all closed at 8:30” I have no issue picking up the next day because I literally live down the street. He says to me “yeah well oh well and slams the door in my face.” I get it it’s a dispensary but Trulieve is not the only dispensary around and people can choose to spend their money else where. That was extremely RUDE and unprofessional. And complete uncalled for since I never asked to come in and literally apologized. Because of this I’ll be sure to drive the extra mile to go to a different dispensary. “Oh Well”

April 2024. Jordan was the budtender today! What an excellent person he is! Everyone at this location is awesome! I still am amazed at the transformation of this location. Liz and crew have really turned this place around! I now look forward to my visits instead of dreading it like a trip to Walmart. Thanks to Jordan I'm gonna have an awesome birthday! Decent experience, best part is that the staff is friendly and patient with you with a pretty good variety of strains. Biggest issues that I have found are that you cannot stack discounts and that you cannot look at what you are getting and lately there have been way smaller buds (especially for the Sativa strains). The customer service is good but it would be nice if you were able to change those couple of things (the wait time can be long as well but all dispensaries have wait times). So for now it's a 3/5.

Have been to this location 4 times, ordered once online and just walked in the other 3 times. I know the wait can be long; I've never had to wait too long myself since I've been lucky enough to show up when only 1-2 people are waiting to go back, but I've seen the waiting area fill up fast behind me. Honestly, the drive thru when I ordered online was not any faster than just walking in, so probably not doing drive thru anymore. However, the 5 stars are for the great customer service (always friendly and seem to be very knowledgeable) and how clean & well kept the place is

I like true leaves but their service is getting slacky. Even if you order online, there is a 2 hour.Wait many times and your order takes forever to go through before they can see it in the store. I thought everybody was on 5 GB. This is preposterous by nature. It is also counter productive at best.If you don't have enough computer memory to accommodate your customers then just give up marijuana dispensary plain and simple. I'm going to have to find another company.

Everyone who works here is nice, but coming from someone who used to work at Trulieve, this store absolutely cannot handle the amount of traffic it gets. It's slammed even in the morning on a week day. Over the past couple of months, every single time I walk in there are people walking out because the wait is so long.The biggest problem this location has is customer turnaround time and understaffing. They only ever have two people working register, and they don't put a third on until the waiting list has been 15-20 people deep for at least half an hour. I have no idea who the manager is; I've even seen the host leave their station to have to hop on a register which should NEVER happen.From what I can tell, it takes them about 6-10 minutes to complete a transaction, then maybe another 3-5 minutes before the next customer is called back. Having only two people on register is bad enough, but when there's a 40 minute wait and a lobby that's standing-room only, taking up to 15 minutes PER customer is absolutely APALLING turnaround time.There needs to be a manager behind the register line--and by company policy there SHOULD be one at ALL TIMES. Manager should be able to speed up transactions by assisting with finding products; hurry their register employees up a little bit in finishing their transactions and moving to the next one; coordinate flow between the registers and hosting stations (which currently is another very weak point); and should be ABOVE ALL willing to hop on a register if and whenever needed. Ideally to take express customers. Actually Express orders should all be taken at a SEPARATE REGISTER so they don't interfere with the regular flow of walk-ins and non-express pickup orders.Take my advice, and you will get better, Trulieve Port Richey. For all your sakes and your customers' sakes, please!!!

One of my favorite parts of the day...Placed an order today to pick up, order was filled and ready to pick up withing 30 mins of the order being placed.As always, staff is wonderful, pleasant and helpful. Got home like a kid from the candy store digging in my bag. Purchased a 3.5, upon opening (the photograph) this is what i see.Placed on scale and see 2.8 grams.Not the reflection of the staff of this wonderful location but this was the original reason I started to come to Trulieve because products are less then what is purchased.Really hope this is not the practice of the company, to sell as advertised 3.5g short the product and still expect full price.The seal on the package wasn't even sealed/attached to the bottle but stuck on the underside of the lid. Which seems like tampering with the product.This trip only worth 2 stars.

I wish I was exaggerating; but this is the worst Trulieve location and dispensary period. I’ve been to nearly every location within a 30 mile radius of this one, trulieve or not. I came here for the first time in over 6 months and this store still sucks. Any of the better employees here have all moved to a different location or company… I can see why when I come. No matter the person, time of day, kind of order, money I spend ETC it’s always a poor experience.I see it is a minimum wage job, therefore, anybody can be hired. That doesn’t mean you should actually practice that. Even when they are not short staffed, they move slower than a sloth that’s stoned. Being slow is not an issue on its own. However, when you combine that with their rotten attitudes, it makes this location pathetic. Why get a customer service job if you’re going to act like customers are a problem? Just like why should I bother to go to this location when there’s MANY other options that are better quality, better pricing, and a better experience in the store.If dispensaries cared about customer service, they wouldn’t start nor end here. This wouldn’t even be on the map. It’s the great value of dispensaries, and that insults great value (sorry, Walmart)

The vibe is changing not everyone wants to be in a rush. Other dispensaries take their time with you, recommend things. Not saying your staff doesn’t, they most definitely do but the customers are constantly complaining and wanting them to rush. Ya’ll should stand up to them and offer a fast and friendly option. i work pretty close to this location and i’d say more then half the time i can’t understand why anyone goes here or why i make the mistake of coming back. always has the longest wait of any dispensary i’ve been to (today it was a 30m wait at 7pm on a wednesday???) but regardless it’s like that no matter what time of day which baffles me, because there’s two dispensaries within 5m either direction (insa and ayers) that are never more then a 5m wait. its not even like trulieve is any better product wise - it’s just on my way home. i don’t know what needs to change to make that not an issue but maybe leadership. i’ve even tried cutting wait times down by using the drive thru and one time on my lunch brake even that was 20 minutes. two stars because staff is nice i know it’s not them but maybe their management… idkplease change for the better some how

November 2023 review. The staff is always awesome and today the speed of service was great. Now the photo of the 2 1/8's side by side by side is not a reflection on the customer service by the people at the counter. But seriously one of these was kinda way off. And I paid 23$ each for those. Now in trulieve's defense this is the first time this has ever happened to me and I'm not wanting y'all to make this right with me because frankly it's not worth the time to come back up there. Why offer a 25% birthday month discount if most products are 25% off already and you cannot add the discount to that.You can pay full price get 25% off and pay the same price that everyone else is paying, even though it’s not their birthday.What is the point of offering a discount that saves the person no money?Also, virtually impossible to use points accumulated throughout the year, That will be zeroed out with no warning.There are other options to purchase cannabis in the state of Florida research them.

They generally have reasonable prices. Sadly this location doesn't seem to get as much variety and/or enough stock when they do get a selection but they sell out in a day. I would definitely caution anyone from signing up for anything though! I made that mistake and have been not stop SPAM iny email from Trulieve AND unknown SPAM texts, CONSTANTLY! Within hours of signing up, I was getting the unknown texts and a dozen Trulieve spam in my email. Not cool guys!

Great products and staff is very knowledgeable and nice, but the waits times are fairly silly. Even if you pre-order you can be looking at a 30 min wait. This is not a place you can just show up to if you're in a rush. Curaleaf and others don't seem to follow the same process and moves much faster.

I have to change my rating to 1 star until things at this place are vastly improved. I have been there 9 times in a row where what they are advertising on the site is either not available or a straight up lie and was never even available. Employees who are clueless on the products and 2 different managers blame it on their own company. I've waited 45 minutes to be told they don't have what I ordered multiple times.

The staff that was working on the day before the Hurricane the whole store was very busy they did the best they could to get everybody in. The man at front desk was very polite as he handled it well even though people were upset as they order on for express and people still waited 1 hr 45 minutesTo get express they were taking 1 from the waitingand one from pick up. Do not know that was a good idea I have been into pickup and the staff says if someone has been waiting for a long time they will take them and pick up was in between. Maybe this could be looked at.

If you want to be the only person in the dispensary and still wait over a half hour than this is the place for you. Clear a couple hours out of your schedule if you want to go here during a busy time of the day. They have a good menu but I can't justify wasting hours of my life waiting in a lobby when I can go to one of the many other dispensaries in the area and be in and out in 5 to 10mins. I've got a couple spoiled carts from here too. I will not be going back to any Trulieve again.

Express is always a mess - expect to wait & just know that even if you do all the appropriate steps TRULIEVE has put in place - they repeatedly break their own policies and it is exhausting. Drive - Thru has not been an option for a few months now, this location opened an express room where they funnel all of the Express orders to this single stall room. Last week I waited over an hour (I was 6th on the express list) where the waiting room was emptied out of walk-ins that were quickly taken care of.I am one week post op from a major back surgery and was really relying on relatively smooth/efficient service and was completely neglected by the front host.I did attempt Delivery to my home as I only live 1.98 miles from this location. I had placed an order for Delivery 48hrs prior to placing an order for pickup at the location today & the order remained processing with no communication from the location. When I brought this up to the employees they responded with “Yeah it’s not working”. . .Today I was second on the Express list and the express room was not being utilized. The employee working the front counter literally took 7 Pick-Ups prior to bringing me back. I received a text at 2:04 that a host was ready to see me and I did not go into the back until 2:39 and had to confront the front desk worker.Walk-In: No online order placed and simply walking in (lowest priority on waitlist)Pick-Up: Online order placed & it is still processing. This has not been fulfilled. You are picking up your order & have the right to make changes. (Second Priority- most locations treat this as a walk-in) **This really has no place in their operations as this practice creates constant issuesExpress: You placed an online order, waited for the order to be fulfilled & received a text message or notification that your order is ready for pickup. With express you forfeit the right to make changes to the order. You should also check in with the link that is provided in that notification & Still let the Trulieve host check you in at the front counter.To Trulieve Management/Training Group: It would be tremendous if ALL the employees could get onboard with YOUR Policies.There are some incredibly hardworking employees at all of your locations. Trulieve has the best quality by far when it comes to flower selection which keeps me using your facilities specifically.Sydney, GiGi, & Andrew are ALWAYS on the ball, professional, caring, empathetic & enthusiastic about their roles. I truly appreciate them.I was unable to get the front host’s name on my way out because she was conveniently swapped out after I had confronted the situation.

This place seems to be getting worse and worse, pre-ordered and was supposed to contact me via email when done and did not....the staff seems way too cool for the job....front seat seems irritated I was there and she had to work. Got in back finally and was pretty much rushed out because it was close to closing . I was hoping to look around and ask questions but was made to feel that wasn't going to happen especially with whoever was being counter. Basically just didn't have time for me .....suggest hitting a different location or brand all together.

The staff are super friendly and are empathetic to the military veterans that need this medication. Top Notch service and store. Ended up getting skipped twice. When I asked why the clown that check me was rude with no answer and no accountability . Asked for manager of course she couldn't tell me why I was skipped twice. Had to go to this location because first location did not have what I ordered. Receptionist told it would be 45 minute wait for Express order. Also was told corporate reduced associate head count and now wait times are long consistently. Unacceptable that customer service takes a back seat to corporate profits. Trulieve you owe better to your customers and for the prices you charge you should be embarrassed by your customer service.

The only good thing about this location is the staff you have great employees here. Trulieve your process is BROKEN. Just go away with the express orders. I just watched a customer yell at one of your sweetest employees here because the express pickup with waitly isn’t working. This happens every time I come. At lease 1 customer is yelling because of the wait time. You have the $$$ just create your own app. Every time I come in here it’s a 1+ hour wait time. Additionally, there needs to be some sort of protocol with integrating walk ins… Or it needs to be protocol to tell every client to order online or you’ll be waiting 1-2 hours to get a 1/8th if you walk-in …Long story short, even though the staff here is great, I won’t ever be coming back to this location due to the long wait times that cause these customers to act crazy. I’m here to get medicine for my anxiety, not be caused more anxiety by all the upset customers due to the long wait times.

Great location! They are by far the easiest place to do exchanges and don’t make you feel weird when you’re trying to find the right stuff. I have anxiety and migraines so I have to be careful what I use and it’s not always been easy to do exchanges but this location is amazing with that. Great people fast service, always fun.

Was taken off the waiting list for express pickup after only 10 minutes of me having checked in. So I show up and they said I was taken off the waiting list and they would pull me back up and add me again. So I'm sitting there for 35 minutes and ask if I'm on the list and they said I was marked down as already being served but they would put me on the list again. Well I didn't have more time to wait so I had to leave and idk what happened to my order. Never received a phone call or text after that. Employees really need to stay off the product at work and maybe things would run smoother. Definitely looking for another dispensary.

They also will give you far weaker stuff than you ordered, to the extent where it's 50% weaker than what their website states.They will not offer a discount for the far inferior product. This is classic bait and switch, and should be reported to the state.If I absolutely want to go to Trulieve, I head to New Port Richey's location. Adds about seven minutes each way, but you'll save an hour, or longer, inside the store.

That the points I have will expire soon over 3000 point's because the people behind the counter won't allow me to use my points to their own discretion, they allow other people's to use their point's as they need them I have seen this first hand it's not fair for people like myself to be stuck with over 3,000 point's and be told by Trulieve employees my points will expire soon.

I got to the location at almost 20 minutes before store close and was told drive-thru was closed. So i drove around to go in. Someone came out and told me they already pulled their drawers and couldn't do any more sales. 15 minutes prior to close by this point. I didn't think they were allowed to do that. I was super upset 😞 i contacted corporate and have yet to hear from anyone 😞 i still like Trulieve but if you order from here, just in case, make sure you make it there before 830 or they might be closed early again 😞

I had been a little nervous to enter a dispensary for the first time. I heard great things about Trulieve cuz I thought I'd give it a shot. I was very pleased with my experience from the moment I stepped in the front door to the moment I left the front door. Very courteous, efficient and knowledgeable.     Trulieve is vertically integrated, as are the rest of the MMTC’s. Being vertically integrated means they oversee the entire process from seed to sale. Trulieve grows their own cannabis plants from seed or cuttings, harvests, processes into a variety of products, packages and distributes within their own network.

    Product types and availability can vary from store menu to store menu, depending on demand.     During your first visit, you’ll be required to complete intake forms. This lets the dispensary staff confirm your patient status and see what you were allotted by your medical marijuana doctor.

    Horrible experience. Will never return. (Try the flowery, muv or jungle boys. They are all way better. )I usually sometimes put a second order in and pick them both up at same time. I told the manager I had a second order she told me I’d have to switch to walk in and wait longer… (no one else has made me switch to walk in because I had two orders)there was NO ONE ELSE IN THE STORE… so wasn’t allowed to pick up my second order unless I checked in twice. I blame the manager Amanda she was rude and she smiled about it, it was one of those power moves or something I don’t know, clearly could tell she doesn’t like healthy people… 😝 but it was a blessing in disguise, because I didn’t even like the flower I got and would have ended up getting more.

    Came late didn’t realized store closed at 8:00 instead of 8:30. Front desk opens door and I literally say “I’m sorry I thought you all closed at 8:30” I have no issue picking up the next day because I literally live down the street. He says to me “yeah well oh well and slams the door in my face.” I get it it’s a dispensary but Trulieve is not the only dispensary around and people can choose to spend their money else where. That was extremely RUDE and unprofessional. And complete uncalled for since I never asked to come in and literally apologized. Because of this I’ll be sure to drive the extra mile to go to a different dispensary. “Oh Well”

    Decent experience, best part is that the staff is friendly and patient with you with a pretty good variety of strains. Biggest issues that I have found are that you cannot stack discounts and that you cannot look at what you are getting and lately there have been way smaller buds (especially for the Sativa strains). The customer service is good but it would be nice if you were able to change those couple of things (the wait time can be long as well but all dispensaries have wait times). So for now it's a 3/5.

    Have been to this location 4 times, ordered once online and just walked in the other 3 times. I know the wait can be long; I've never had to wait too long myself since I've been lucky enough to show up when only 1-2 people are waiting to go back, but I've seen the waiting area fill up fast behind me. Honestly, the drive thru when I ordered online was not any faster than just walking in, so probably not doing drive thru anymore. However, the 5 stars are for the great customer service (always friendly and seem to be very knowledgeable) and how clean & well kept the place is

    I like true leaves but their service is getting slacky. Even if you order online, there is a 2 hour.Wait many times and your order takes forever to go through before they can see it in the store. I thought everybody was on 5 GB. This is preposterous by nature. It is also counter productive at best.If you don't have enough computer memory to accommodate your customers then just give up marijuana dispensary plain and simple.     Everyone who works here is nice, but coming from someone who used to work at Trulieve, this store absolutely cannot handle the amount of traffic it gets. It's slammed even in the morning on a week day. Over the past couple of months, every single time I walk in there are people walking out because the wait is so long.The biggest problem this location has is customer turnaround time and understaffing. They only ever have two people working register, and they don't put a third on until the waiting list has been 15-20 people deep for at least half an hour. I have no idea who the manager is; I've even seen the host leave their station to have to hop on a register which should NEVER happen.From what I can tell, it takes them about 6-10 minutes to complete a transaction, then maybe another 3-5 minutes before the next customer is called back. Having only two people on register is bad enough, but when there's a 40 minute wait and a lobby that's standing-room only, taking up to 15 minutes PER customer is absolutely APALLING turnaround time.There needs to be a manager behind the register line--and by company policy there SHOULD be one at ALL TIMES. Manager should be able to speed up transactions by assisting with finding products; hurry their register employees up a little bit in finishing their transactions and moving to the next one; coordinate flow between the registers and hosting stations (which currently is another very weak point); and should be ABOVE ALL willing to hop on a register if and whenever needed. Ideally to take express customers. Actually Express orders should all be taken at a SEPARATE REGISTER so they don't interfere with the regular flow of walk-ins and non-express pickup orders.Take my advice, and you will get better, Trulieve Port Richey. For all your sakes and your customers' sakes, please!!!

    One of my favorite parts of the day...Placed an order today to pick up, order was filled and ready to pick up withing 30 mins of the order being placed.As always, staff is wonderful, pleasant and helpful. Got home like a kid from the candy store digging in my bag. Purchased a 3.5, upon opening (the photograph) this is what i see.Placed on scale and see 2.8 grams.Not the reflection of the staff of this wonderful location but this was the original reason I started to come to Trulieve because products are less then what is purchased.Really hope this is not the practice of the company, to sell as advertised 3.5g short the product and still expect full price.The seal on the package wasn't even sealed/attached to the bottle but stuck on the underside of the lid. Which seems like tampering with the product.This trip only worth 2 stars.

    I wish I was exaggerating; but this is the worst Trulieve location and dispensary period. I’ve been to nearly every location within a 30 mile radius of this one, trulieve or not. I came here for the first time in over 6 months and this store still sucks. Any of the better employees here have all moved to a different location or company… I can see why when I come. No matter the person, time of day, kind of order, money I spend ETC it’s always a poor experience.I see it is a minimum wage job, therefore, anybody can be hired. That doesn’t mean you should actually practice that. Even when they are not short staffed, they move slower than a sloth that’s stoned. Being slow is not an issue on its own. However, when you combine that with their rotten attitudes, it makes this location pathetic. Why get a customer service job if you’re going to act like customers are a problem? Just like why should I bother to go to this location when there’s MANY other options that are better quality, better pricing, and a better experience in the store.If dispensaries cared about customer service, they wouldn’t start nor end here. This wouldn’t even be on the map. It’s the great value of dispensaries, and that insults great value (sorry, Walmart)

    i work pretty close to this location and i’d say more then half the time i can’t understand why anyone goes here or why i make the mistake of coming back. always has the longest wait of any dispensary i’ve been to (today it was a 30m wait at 7pm on a wednesday???) but regardless it’s like that no matter what time of day which baffles me, because there’s two dispensaries within 5m either direction (insa and ayers) that are never more then a 5m wait. its not even like trulieve is any better product wise - it’s just on my way home. i don’t know what needs to change to make that not an issue but maybe leadership. i’ve even tried cutting wait times down by using the drive thru and one time on my lunch brake even that was 20 minutes. two stars because staff is nice i know it’s not them but maybe their management… idkplease change for the better some how

Now the photo of the 2 1/8's side by side by side is not a reflection on the customer service by the people at the counter. But seriously one of these was kinda way off. And I paid 23$ each for those. Now in trulieve's defense this is the first time this has ever happened to me and I'm not wanting y'all to make this right with me because frankly it's not worth the time to come back up there.     Why offer a 25% birthday month discount if most products are 25% off already and you cannot add the discount to that.You can pay full price get 25% off and pay the same price that everyone else is paying, even though it’s not their birthday.What is the point of offering a discount that saves the person no money?Also, virtually impossible to use points accumulated throughout the year, That will be zeroed out with no warning.There are other options to purchase cannabis in the state of Florida research them.

    They generally have reasonable prices. Sadly this location doesn't seem to get as much variety and/or enough stock when they do get a selection but they sell out in a day. I would definitely caution anyone from signing up for anything though! I made that mistake and have been not stop SPAM iny email from Trulieve AND unknown SPAM texts, CONSTANTLY! Within hours of signing up, I was getting the unknown texts and a dozen Trulieve spam in my email. Not cool guys!

    The staff that was working on the day before the Hurricane the whole store was very busy they did the best they could to get everybody in. The man at front desk was very polite as he handled it well even though people were upset as they order on for express and people still waited 1 hr 45 minutesTo get express they were taking 1 from the waitingand one from pick up. Do not know that was a good idea I have been into pickup and the staff says if someone has been waiting for a long time they will take them and pick up was in between. Maybe this could be looked at.

    If you want to be the only person in the dispensary and still wait over a half hour than this is the place for you. Clear a couple hours out of your schedule if you want to go here during a busy time of the day. They have a good menu but I can't justify wasting hours of my life waiting in a lobby when I can go to one of the many other dispensaries in the area and be in and out in 5 to 10mins.     Express is always a mess - expect to wait & just know that even if you do all the appropriate steps TRULIEVE has put in place - they repeatedly break their own policies and it is exhausting. Drive - Thru has not been an option for a few months now, this location opened an express room where they funnel all of the Express orders to this single stall room. Last week I waited over an hour (I was 6th on the express list) where the waiting room was emptied out of walk-ins that were quickly taken care of.I am one week post op from a major back surgery and was really relying on relatively smooth/efficient service and was completely neglected by the front host.I did attempt Delivery to my home as I only live 1.98 miles from this location. I had placed an order for Delivery 48hrs prior to placing an order for pickup at the location today & the order remained processing with no communication from the location. When I brought this up to the employees they responded with “Yeah it’s not working”. . .Today I was second on the Express list and the express room was not being utilized. The employee working the front counter literally took 7 Pick-Ups prior to bringing me back. I received a text at 2:04 that a host was ready to see me and I did not go into the back until 2:39 and had to confront the front desk worker.Walk-In: No online order placed and simply walking in (lowest priority on waitlist)Pick-Up: Online order placed & it is still processing. This has not been fulfilled. You are picking up your order & have the right to make changes. (Second Priority- most locations treat this as a walk-in) **This really has no place in their operations as this practice creates constant issuesExpress: You placed an online order, waited for the order to be fulfilled & received a text message or notification that your order is ready for pickup. With express you forfeit the right to make changes to the order. You should also check in with the link that is provided in that notification & Still let the Trulieve host check you in at the front counter.To Trulieve Management/Training Group: It would be tremendous if ALL the employees could get onboard with YOUR Policies.There are some incredibly hardworking employees at all of your locations. Trulieve has the best quality by far when it comes to flower selection which keeps me using your facilities specifically.Sydney, GiGi, & Andrew are ALWAYS on the ball, professional, caring, empathetic & enthusiastic about their roles. Ended up getting skipped twice. When I asked why the clown that check me was rude with no answer and no accountability . Asked for manager of course she couldn't tell me why I was skipped twice. So finally after a 30 minute wait and 2 rude employees I get to the counter to pick up my order, I foolishly asked if he knew why I got bumped twice and of course he was clueless as well. Also was told corporate reduced associate head count and now wait times are long consistently. Unacceptable that customer service takes a back seat to corporate profits.     The only good thing about this location is the staff you have great employees here. Trulieve your process is BROKEN. Just go away with the express orders. I just watched a customer yell at one of your sweetest employees here because the express pickup with waitly isn’t working. This happens every time I come. At lease 1 customer is yelling because of the wait time. You have the $$$ just create your own app. Every time I come in here it’s a 1+ hour wait time. Additionally, there needs to be some sort of protocol with integrating walk ins… Or it needs to be protocol to tell every client to order online or you’ll be waiting 1-2 hours to get a 1/8th if you walk-in …Long story short, even though the staff here is great, I won’t ever be coming back to this location due to the long wait times that cause these customers to act crazy. I’m here to get medicine for my anxiety, not be caused more anxiety by all the upset customers due to the long wait times.

    Was taken off the waiting list for express pickup after only 10 minutes of me having checked in. So I show up and they said I was taken off the waiting list and they would pull me back up and add me again. So I'm sitting there for 35 minutes and ask if I'm on the list and they said I was marked down as already being served but they would put me on the list again. Well I didn't have more time to wait so I had to leave and idk what happened to my order. Never received a phone call or text after that. Employees really need to stay off the product at work and maybe things would run smoother. Definitely looking for another dispensary.

    I understand that all the employees are probably high, but I still don't understand why I had to sit in the drive through for over 35 minutes, and there were only four cars in front of me. I thought the drive-thru was for no modification pickups, so it should be only a few minutes for each customer. This was aggravating. Thank Mary Jane I'll be able to get high when I get home.

    Slowest dispensary I've been ever been to. They also will give you far weaker stuff than you ordered, to the extent where it's 50% weaker than what their website states.They will not offer a discount for the far inferior product. This is classic bait and switch, and should be reported to the state.If I absolutely want to go to Trulieve, I head to New Port Richey's location. Adds about seven minutes each way, but you'll save an hour, or longer, inside the store.

    Place nice and orderly, the gentleman behind the counter was friendly and knowledgeable and helped me since I knew nothing about the medical marijuana. I do think a guest should be able to come back to the counter with you and it gives me a reason to drive the old pickup
    Friendly and Knowledgeable staff. I like the text alerts for sales. Usually well stocked on what it updated online. I will continue to go to this store. I would recommend them if you know the system of ordering, and live near by.

    Staff very helpful and alway very nice.Store needs better Flower % of THC it's street quality. I'm saddened about what was told me on my last visit to Trulieve. That the points I have will expire soon over 3000 point's because the people behind the counter won't allow me to use my points to their own discretion, they allow other people's to use their point's as they need them I have seen this first hand it's not fair for people like myself to be stuck with over 3,000 point's and be told by Trulieve employees my points will expire soon.

    The new PR store is so much nicer than the NPR store.This store is laid out and organized better, along with the super friendly staff. One especially Mayra, who helped me with my order. She is so knowledgeable and recommended some items and they were just as she described. Mayra clearly enjoys her job, and it shows with her outstanding customer service skills!

    I got to the location at almost 20 minutes before store close and was told drive-thru was closed. So i drove around to go in. Someone came out and told me they already pulled their drawers and couldn't do any more sales. 15 minutes prior to close by this point. I didn't think they were allowed to do that. I was super upset 😞 i contacted corporate and have yet to hear from anyone 😞 i still like Trulieve but if you order from here, just in case, make sure you make it there before 830 or they might be closed early again 😞

    I had been a little nervous to enter a dispensary for the first time. I heard great things about Trulieve cuz I thought I'd give it a shot. I was very pleased with my experience from the moment I stepped in the front door to the moment I left the front door. Very courteous, efficient and knowledgeable. Paulina assisted me today and she was so patient and so willing to help me understand the products and how to use each of them. She completely understood what I was looking for and what my needs were. And she met all of my needs! Everyone there was fantastic! I highly recommend!

    Finally got to see the new store! Toni and Jake were awesome and the nice lady at the front desk as well, sorry I didn't catch her name! Very friendly, happy service. Friendly means alot these days! I will definitely recommend this location and the New Port Richey store. They have always been good as well. Thanks again guys for being pleasant and helpful!
