He started out on the cash register and has made his way up to manager and he deserves it. He's always pleasant and always professional! I never got to visit this location when it was Harvest; Trulieve bought them up in a hurry. That being said this is my favorite location. It's got a cozier feel compared to other Trulieves. The dispensary staff is attentive, informative, and they all have a great energy about them.Look for Tyler and/or Xavier.

Trulieve is the only Dispensary I have ever bought from but after today, I will never go back. I will find a new dispensary starting today. You have lost a good customer because of lazy personnel.

Went in to Truelieve east to do my yearly new card discount and they would not provide per i did not bring in the email from the state of Florida. The red headed manager informed me like I was their employee. Also this info is not on the website as of 05/01/2024 . I was told by the manager (red head) that customers and I? are using this discount more than once. And I pointed to the computer and said this is a computer and this should help with that. So the red head repeated again. And I guess she won and I’m done with Stalelieve.and then I went to.I just made my first visit to VidaCann in the Stuart location. I was helped by Sheriska and she is very knowledgeable, i had just left Stalelieve east in PSL. And had my unhappy visit with the red headed manger. Who had no customer service training ever. VidaCann prices and glass continuers just to start. No pesticides in which I never knew other dispensaries are using. Wow.No Gimmicks just fair pricing.

I never received a email telling me order was ready (which has happened the last 2 times before. Went after 5pm, not ready, waiting 25 minutes still had 9 people ahead of me. If I could give a negative review I would. I got there at 735 pm. I put my order in at 1043 am that day and went after work. They close at 830 and can't serve anyone past 9 pm. I waited until 858 pm and they told me I wasn't going to be served tonight.. waited over an hour for them to tell me no... They had two people working only on a Friday night. They need to take care of their workers better otherwise they would be properlystaffed

Between not posting your percentages online for your concentrate so I have to wait in line for an hour to find out the strongest thing you have is 70% what a joke that is, To the constant bait and switches, dry flower, long lines and sales that exclude everything good. You have to wait at least 30 minutes every single time and they only have about one person at the dispense and one person at the front desk. The employees come and go like nothing. The owner does not know how to keep a happy team of managers or employees. Whoever owns this trulieve needs to step up ASAP. They are severely understaffed and have to have the manager from the Gatlin location help them out…. Just go to the Gatlin location or Stuart.

I told them about how there is ZERO express lanes for pre-orders that are ready to be picked up, and the understaffing. They were very receptive and understood the meaning of an express lane. This is hands-down, the worst dispensary I’ve ever shopped at. I have been coming here since it opened, and I have been continuously trying to give them the benefit of the doubt, but enough is enough. Do not spend your time energy or money at this TruLieve location. Employees along with managers continuously come and go. Nothing changes. Every time there is a new manager I am optimistic about things changing and unfortunately they never do. This place is short staffed all the time. It is incredibly inconvenient to have to wait 40 minutes for something you ordered hours in advance or over an hour if you want to stop in and pick up something. EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. It really doesn’t matter if you order in advance. This place is a joke. The worst. They don’t even apologize or care. Horrible customer service. Bad business. Just don’t go. Literally anywhere else is better.

This is not about the workers it’s the principal, for the workers and the patients. And I hope Trulieve can fix this problem. I think patients need to have a certain amount of time to check out. And if the tender is going to sit there and have a conversation then they need to schedule an appt for a consultation! It’s not fair to let others wait for your illiterate knowledge to learn about the flower when your picking up! Other patients use the delivery service and the online ordering oh and there’s always the phone!

I am a manager myself and The scheduling here is very poor, this place is understaffed. every time I come in there there’s only like two people behind the dispense counter, and the lobby is always completely filled unless you come when everybody is at work even then there’s still a line from how understaffed this dispensary is. The employees look miserable from how overworked they are. Do better management.

I got a text add saying if I buy Binske flower, i would get a free rolling tray. But when I went to pick up my order, the locker was locked so the staff could not provide the rolling tray. The only reason I placed the order here was to receive the rolling tray so it's kind of disappointing that I couldn't get one just because they were locked away.To be honest, The staff & people are amazing. Ordered minis yesterday went to open it today and it’s already opened. The seal is peeled and the top is off. It’s short. This place is full of thieves.Also it’s great going here if you like wasting an hour of your day. I ordered express, did online check in for 35 mins. Came in to host when ready and they still made me wait another 40 mins. Another girl who walked in after, they let skip everyone - even tho I was express and checked in. This company has the worst pick up ever. Even the hosts laugh when you tell them express. They say yeah you ain’t gettin outta here in 10 mins. It is literally alway 30 mins or more for express.Then there’s 2 people on the register only. Then they open the back door and there’s 5 or more employees back there just talking while the store is completely full. This place is a joke among dispensaries - I’ve seen some of their ex-employees at other dispensaries and they will tell you what a bad store that is to work at and their product is junk.As you can see from their response: they are aware of the thieves and don’t care. I’m suppose to waste my time going back for an exchange when medicine tampering is illegal.

Purchasing Marijuana Products at Trulieve

Went in to Truelieve east to do my yearly new card discount and they would not provide per i did not bring in the email from the state of Florida. The red headed manager informed me like I was their employee. Also this info is not on the website as of 05/01/2024 . I was told by the manager (red head) that customers and I? are using this discount more than once. And I pointed to the computer and said this is a computer and this should help with that. So the red head repeated again. And I guess she won and I’m done with Stalelieve.and then I went to.I just made my first visit to VidaCann in the Stuart location. I was helped by Sheriska and she is very knowledgeable, i had just left Stalelieve east in PSL. And had my unhappy visit with the red headed manger. Who had no customer service training ever. VidaCann prices and glass continuers just to start. No pesticides in which I never knew other dispensaries are using. Wow.No Gimmicks just fair pricing.

I never received a email telling me order was ready (which has happened the last 2 times before. Went after 5pm, not ready, waiting 25 minutes still had 9 people ahead of me. If I could give a negative review I would. I got there at 735 pm. I put my order in at 1043 am that day and went after work. They close at 830 and can't serve anyone past 9 pm. I waited until 858 pm and they told me I wasn't going to be served tonight.. waited over an hour for them to tell me no... They had two people working only on a Friday night. You have to wait at least 30 minutes every single time and they only have about one person at the dispense and one person at the front desk. The employees come and go like nothing. The owner does not know how to keep a happy team of managers or employees. Whoever owns this trulieve needs to step up ASAP. They are severely understaffed and have to have the manager from the Gatlin location help them out…. Just go to the Gatlin location or Stuart.

Every time there is a new manager I am optimistic about things changing and unfortunately they never do. This place is short staffed all the time. It is incredibly inconvenient to have to wait 40 minutes for something you ordered hours in advance or over an hour if you want to stop in and pick up something. EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. And if the tender is going to sit there and have a conversation then they need to schedule an appt for a consultation! I got a text add saying if I buy Binske flower, i would get a free rolling tray. But when I went to pick up my order, the locker was locked so the staff could not provide the rolling tray. Ordered minis yesterday went to open it today and it’s already opened. The seal is peeled and the top is off. It’s short. This place is full of thieves.Also it’s great going here if you like wasting an hour of your day. I ordered express, did online check in for 35 mins. This company has the worst pick up ever. Even the hosts laugh when you tell them express. They say yeah you ain’t gettin outta here in 10 mins. It is literally alway 30 mins or more for express.Then there’s 2 people on the register only. Then they open the back door and there’s 5 or more employees back there just talking while the store is completely full. This place is a joke among dispensaries - I’ve seen some of their ex-employees at other dispensaries and they will tell you what a bad store that is to work at and their product is junk.As you can see from their response: they are aware of the thieves and don’t care. I’m suppose to waste my time going back for an exchange when medicine tampering is illegal.
