Last time I was there some red head with long hair was basically cursing everyone out because his management apparently sucks. I tried to be cordial but honestly just very unprofessional and extremely uncomfortable. I just wanted my product and no one wants to hear grown man whining.
I showed up 30 mins before closing on a saturday (tonight) was waived away. There were still customers being served. Its unfortunate that this location is turning away customers during working hours. This is not the first time the store manager thats balding with the mullet provides terrible service.
Every time I go in they treat me as if they've known me their entire life. I absolutely love this store and the people. Lots of laughs and jokes.
This location has a friendly well trained staff. Every time I visit my experience gets better and better. My wait times are shorter than other locations and I look forward to my next visit. Please consider the Gatlin store
The place is a absolute waste of time. I highly recommend to drive the extra distance to go to any other truelieve. They move with zero purpose. You dont even get greeted by somebody. You just take a seat and hope someone doest cut infront of you. Pretty pathetic how it's ran compared to the fort pierce one.

I never have had any issues with this location, the staff there are always quick and very polite. Racquel is one of the nicest people I’ve dealt with along with a handful of others! When I place my orders online, they are usually fulfilled within a half an hour and the product is great as well. 🤌🤌

God forbid you use your debit card because they’ll charge you three dollars and tell you the banks gonna charge you three dollars right there and then your bank charged your additional three dollars so it’s nine dollars to use your debit card there. So $27 cost me $36. Then tell me very rudely that’s why I should bring cash. this location is become a joke

I’ve been a medical patient for 3 years. Gatlin trulieve has had plenty of different staff and everyone there knows me. No new faces recently. Everyone knows me, also in the previous years they have had a hard time getting patients in and out. Know that they had a option to be brought in 2 or 3 at a time while the other are busy with patients. I feel like this helped a lot with the times and getting people in and out faster. Amazing customer service . Proud patient of 3 years 🔥💯
I was there today and was helped by the manager, Linda. She was so helpful, polite, and knowledgeable. She really went above and beyond helping me choose the right medication. I really appreciate the time and effort she put in to helping me with my purchase. She is truly an asset to trulieve! Need more like her!!
Holy slow. I just sat here for an hour with only 5 people ahead of me. Product is good staff is friendly but never again will I go to a Ttruelieve. I tried this store because the us1 store is slow as death as well. I guess it must just be a truelieve problem. Any other store you can be in and out in 15 min.

This location( Gatlin ) is the slowest ever even if you order online you will still have to sit in the lobby for 30-45 minutes. Every single time I come to this location is the same deal don’t matter if is morning, noon or night. They need to step it up and do something please. People waiting at the desk to be helped and no one to be found. I’m not the one to be leaving negative reviews but enough is enough. I won’t be back to this location since is always the slowest and I mean slow.
I arrived and was told it would be a 25 minute wait. The lobby was full so I asked to be texted and waited in my vehicle. The only text I got was one saying sorry we missed you.So, I go back in and the girl with a shaved head and nose rings at the front desk she called my name in the lobby and never sent me a text. She could get me in in another 30 minutes.I normally don't go out of my way to.leave a bad review or sound like a Karen. But, I work in service work. That's not how you run a company based off service.
Always under staffed Have to wait 25 min Just to get in the back. Always changing rules. to get your order. Never enough seating, they don't care about customers. All they want is your money. They can care less about customers. 9 registers, one employee working in the back. They change staffs like they change s***** underwear. Every time I go there just gets worse.

Every single time I come to this place, I tell myself it’s the last. You can go to any dispensary in Florida and get served in half the time it takes at this location. It's the most disorganized organization I've ever seen, and their product is among the worst compared to literally any dispensary in Florida. I asked the guy about the packaged date on the flower I was buying, and he said they don't show it anymore. Probably because they don't want people to know that the flower is 5 months old. Every time I get flower from this Walmart of a dispensary, it tastes like literal hay and grass. Trulieve should give their marketing director a massive raise because I have no clue how this place manages to grow with such horrible product. It seems like there's a Trulieve on every corner, just like McDonald's - the worst fast food in America. Trulieve is already on its way to becoming the McDonald’s of dispensaries. They clearly have no clue how to dry their product. Maybe they should get the fundamentals down before opening a thousand more stores.

This place need serious HELP! Having a “decent” experience has yet to happen here in years. Hour+ wait times, sub-par customer service and express pickup is a joke as it’s clearly is a ploy to make you think you’re getting a quicker pickup, yet you wait just like a walk-in. Getting turned away at the door is a regular happening. Besides Muv, which is overpriced, this is the only location in west Port St. Lucie. So they know they don’t have to care nor improve. Go somewhere else if you can. There is no “relief” at Trulieve.
The most consistently terrible experience every time. Always at least a 45 minute wait, most of the time and hour, and that's when they actually check you in properly. I only give two stars because the product is very good. But customer support and service is deplorable. They are constantly understaffed, it's truly ridiculous. Edited review to knock off another star since it's been months and the wait problems still haven't been fixed. Was told today by an employee that they have plenty of staff but management refuses to schedule enough help. Also while the poor girl up front was trying to manage without any help her manager calls her cell phone and starts berating her while she is already overloaded. The store manager needs to be replaced...
Whoever runs this place isn’t the most intelligent clearly. The most inefficient dispo I’ve ever been to. Employees are great but the owner/management needs to quit budget cutting and give us what we want. An hour wait every time I come is NOT acceptable.

Absolutely hate this company. I placed an order HOURS before they closed, it wasn't processed until the next day and they refused to honor the sale price because I didn't pick it up on that day, which i would have done IF THEY HAD PROCESSED THE DAMN ORDER ON TIME. Whats the point of ordering online for same day pick up if its not going to be ready that day. I left them for months to go to Curaleaf and Curaleaf ran out of my fav strain so I decided to give Trulieve another chance and this happens. Im taking this as a sign from God to go right back to Curaleaf and wait for them to restock instead of dealing with this company.

I have never had to wait longer than 5 minutes at a dispensary to be brought back for an online order. I had to wait about 40 minutes for an order that I was told was already ready for pickup. I was "next in line" for the express service for 20 minutes. One of the front desk attendants also has a poor attitude for customer service (a woman with a northern accent) and was pessimistic, curt, and gave off the energy of someone who hates their job. This place has the worst service I've ever experienced with a dispensary. I recommend not wasting your time and picking up from a different dispensary, even if it's farther away.
Placed and online order, checked in was dispensed and never received my medical card back, cool no problem I’ll be back in a day or two. Returned only to them not having my card. They offered to look in the lost and found, which was funny because it was never lost. It was just never returned to me. Be weary of front desk people. There is one in particular who just isn’t the greatest ( forgetting to check me in express, not returning ID) curaleaf is a much better overall experience
My birthday is on Leap year and they wouldn't give me a discount for the month of February on February or allow me to use it in March. You will take my money real quick on my purchase but won't allow birthday discount cause I don't have a birthday every year. This is why I don't come to you guys alot.
Horrible horrible store , never have anything, Half the sellers literally have no idea what they are doing. Nothing works code wise in computer alot of the time for you to even get the product you want, but they'll try to push anything else at you that isn't on sale. I left due to harrassment that Hr didnt care about at all, and I put 2 weeks in to b3 left go a few days later. Worked here for a year, I know. Stay away unless you want a headache. I will say some of there flowers are top notch, but isn't worth it when the company is trash.
Beware.The place has great deals, but you have to be mindful of them all. The sales reps do not push the door buster deals. I over heard the rep telling his patient of a door buster deal and I mentioned it to my rep, who then acknowledged the deal. Not my fav location. To each his or her own. Just be mindful of the deals, sales, and door busters before you enter!!

There is no point in placing an online order or checking in to “minimize wait time”. You’re still waiting with the masses. Most of which probably have an online order. Flower is decent enough, but, there’s better quality options with little to no wait.Update- Finally got dispensed. On the way home I realized Robert aka Bob, never gave me my change on the cash sale. Needless to say, that was my last wasted trip to this place.
This was my first time going to this location. Still the great customer service I'm accustomed too and my budtender George ( I think lol ) was great in helping me pick out the items I wanted to take advantage of a GREAT promotion. I'll definitely be coming back!

It’s kind of like when you go to a doctor and they don’t really have the time or desire to listen to you. These people provide a customer service that is outright rude. They act like they don’t know what deals they have every day, they act like they can’t hear/understand you, and they act as if they could be making better money from someone else. Maybe they do? I can’t understand the business model of some of the bigger name brand shops around here. Hiring people who might as well just be a brick wall. If they didn’t have decent discounts I’m not sure I would ever be obligated to shop here again. Awful experience and awful people it seems. As I sit here for the 30th minute in your lobby I’m reminiscing on this review and wishing I had mentioned the ridiculous wait times everyone experiences here. I’m not really sure how sustainable this business first customer last business model is but I’ll guess we’ll continue to watch and see.

Been here twice, it's extremely slow. Hour wait times in the lobby. Very little seating. Standing room waiting. People at the desk at clueless on how to use the computers. There is zero different between a walk in and an order online for pickup. You still wait in line an hour to pickup an order that was ready hours ago. The online pre check-in will say there's no wait, your #1 in line and the lobby has 20 people standing around. Don't bother coming here.
The store on PSL Blvd is THEE BEST!!! I LOVE everything about the staff and their beautiful vibes. It makes me smile just to walk in there and they go out of their way to make you feel special and SAFE. They are tied with one other place for my #1 dispensary in Florida!
Some of the best prices around! They always have a great selection of what you need and even some of what you don't. Staff is very knowledgeable, friendly and always willing to take that extra time to explain how things work or what is the best medicine to take for your symptoms. Highly recommended
Every time I go to his location it gets worse. I always order online and every time they're out of half my order without ever notifying me. I also wait for a minimum of 20 minutes, today was 40 minutes for ONE item. The people up front are rude. The guy in the back even admitted to me how "unorganized" they're inventory is as to why it took him so long to find my one item. Absolutely will never waste my time and money at this location again.

Placed an order at 9am. Went to pick it up around 5pm. Checked in; sat and waited a good 10 min or so.. only for someone to tell me my order isn’t ready and I’m being changed to a walk in. I ask why when I placed the order hours ago. They don’t have the product I ordered. No call. No text. No email. No offer for a discount or an apology. Not getting my money, folks. What a waste of time!!! You need to communicate with your patients.

I knew she just didn't want to be bothered. GOOD HELP is hard to find. I had only encountered friendly courteous employees in this location previously. I told her to cancel my order. I can shop elsewhere and I will. Too bad. This location is closest to my house and probably would have had me as a customer for a lifetime. I dont like rude people. This used to be the best place to go but now not so much. Even if you place an online order be prepared to wait at least an hour in the lobby after it's confirmed ready for pick up. Be prepared to be told its not the staffs fault for any delays or issues including the product not being available, nor will you be advised prior as promised. This store needs an overhaul asap. People were walking out today.
The time it takes to bring a patient back is forever. Trulieve need MUV to train them on how to process orders more quickly. If I wasn’t so cheap with deals. I’d never come here.

Just don’t go to this store anymore.I guess most of their competent employees have left or something. They can’t even handle a slow, sparse, mid-morning crowd anymore. People have to wait FOREVER and often patients get called back in the wrong order.It’s a shame because all the other dispensaries are so much farther, but for now I’m driving.

I simply can't understand why they can't get their inventory straightened out. I've been disappointed for the last time! This store is more than a miss than a hit. Products on the website aren't available on the store but they still confirm your order and send text of the order being filled but when you get to the store they seemed bewildered as to why my order isn't in the back. Percentages are also a miss with this store. I much rather do the drive to either Vidacann or Surterra since they are always accurate.

The workers are friendly but Trulieve sucks. They have given me others orders, fulfilled things I haven't ordered, they tell me it takes a week for my recommendation to be adjusted and the Line is sometimes out the door which is weird with how many better dispensaries their are in PSL Its so sad they are Florida's biggest pot seller. Never again.... If you weren't able to pay for improved google reviews they would have a 1 star.
I tried so hard to give Trulieve a chance but there have been too many mistakes. Once I received the wrong script, I was given a different Christina's script. The last time I went I wasn't able to be dispensed, and they forgot to take the non dispensed product off my script recommendation.Plus there is always a wait now, when I first started coming, there was never long waits.

I understand and see this as I have been in the food and beverage industry for seven years and it is cutthroat. At this specific location, if it is busy, some employees will give you an attitude. I would like to shout out the few who keep the peace happy and help you out even when managers don’t want to count your change for your medicine. Maybe there needs to be a check up on the protocol for dealing with customers.

I've been to this location several times and disappointed every time. They don't apply discounts that you get unless asked and they try to keep your change after purchase. I understand tipping well I don't but I understand the choice to tip. But keeping my money when in my opinion is all over priced to begin is wrong. Won't be back to this location.

The employees, well the one that assisted, I use that word lightly as there was little to no assistance. It was my birthday but it wasn't acknowledged. He barely said a word to me about anything at all but was talkative with his co workers.First time at this location, was surprised by the rudeness, never have issues in Vero or Sebastian.
I had been once to Trulieve once before and wasn't very impressed with their products quality, but I thought I'd give them a try again.Greeted by an armed guard and made to wait in line outside(in South Florida) as he took my ID. Once inside I found 7 others in the lobby waiting in front of me. I don't mind waiting in line, but why is some of the line outside? I did not wait any further. I will not be returning. Do better.

I visited the Port St Lucie location over the weekend taking advantage of the edible sale (buy 4 get 2 free). When I arrived on Saturday evening, they were OUT OF STOCK. The representative took my info and informed that I'd be on a waiting list, and would receive a call back next day. By early afternoon Sunday, I received a call back, and was so happy. Taylor made the transaction easy and went over all products I purchased. The location was clean and everyone was nice. I'll definitely visit this location again.
The Walmart of dispensaries... one on every corner. No visible menu in store they expect you to know what they have in stock. Tenders are clueless and give no direction or advice. This is literally a legal weed dealership. Good deals though.
So normally this dispensary is good. However this time I waited a very long time over 20 minutes when I had to pick up order. They then tell me my pick up order had to get canceled because they didn't have the items I ordered no big deal I ordered different items. Then the person checking me out has several technical difficulties including they can't get my receipt after I already paid because the system glitched but before that they couldn't find a product and it took an additional 15 minutes to get the product ordered in. No big deal the girl was very nice. then I told them hey I never got my medical card back and they told me no we always give it back to you I checked every pocket my wallet everything and they did not give it back to me. I'm 100% certain. With that said while I was there the gentleman had another girl's card in his hand and he sat it down took the pre-roll and almost walked away, had to give it back to the girl and switch with the card. So I know that they lost my card I'm hoping that they didn't give it to somebody else which is what I think had happened and now somebody has all of my personal information. Really unprofessional and now I have to order a new card and get charged for that. Not sure what the next step is to do with this but very unhappy with the service.
This place needs an overhaul immediately. Placing online orders always turns into a disaster with orders not coming through or being ready even if you receive a notification for pickup. The employees just stand around having their own personal conversations in front of customers waiting to be helped.One would assume that some employees would be knowledgeable on what it is they are selling when it comes to cbd vs thc and what should be recommended but it is clear that they absolutely zero idea on what they are recommending.This place knows that they are popular and they don't care to change their customer service because of it, which is unfortunate.

This is a nice store with a good, friendly staff. However, they installed a new POS system a few weeks ago and it caused some long delays for a while. But I’m glad to be able to report that they’ve gotten their issues sorted out and I was able to place and pickup an online order in just a few minutes earlier today. (12/02/20)
Most efficient place ive been. Fast service employees are very helpful and patient in explaining the answers to my questions. I drive 45 minutes passing multiple dispensaries just for their service. The product is the best around as well and they always have been in stock for me. Highly recommend

The atmosphere and service at this location have been AWESOME!I have had multiple surgeries and I DEPEND on quality flower for relief and functionality. The variety of flower that they offer at this location has been increasingly WONDERFUL!!!And Mr. Lyon Harris has repeatedly provided me with information/effects/reviews on the many strains that they offer.With Lyon’s assistance I have been able to get the proper strains of flower that SIGNIFICANTLY help with my specific needs.Considering the fact that we’re ALL on our own budgets and we all have to make each purchase COUNT, I have greatly benefited from Lyon’s customer service!I strongly recommend this location and Lyon’s signature recommendations to ANYONE in need of quality flower and relief!

This one s more generally about trulieve overall, as the individual staff members here are pretty good however, Trulieve management needs to pull it's head out of its own can. I have lots of issues and I'm happy to elaborate to anyone interested, but the most recent and egregious is that IN THE MIDST OF COVID the geniuses at trulieve decide to adjust their inventory par system so that ordering online is nearly useless. Now things show (ground truflower, minis, etc the fast movers) as out of stock almost immediately when there is still ample supply in store. Apparently TRULIEVE THINKS ITS WISE TO ENCOURAGE PEOPLE TO CONGREGATE AT THEIR LOCATIONS, SWAPPING COVID just to get accurate inventory information as opposed to providing it online. Undo this immediately and reevaluate the continued employment of all the decision makers involved
This location is my favorite by far! The staff really makes this place. Today i had Kenny and he made it a lot of fun but also really informative. Recommended the right medicine for me and it was spot on! I normally will place a pick up order but i find it so much more beneficial going inside and letting them guide you to your right vibe. Also, I've never waited more than 2 mins, if that.
I’ve been to every dispensary In the state of Florida . Truelive has always been my favorite . But the truelive Port Saint Lucie gatlin store has always been a great experience. They overly offer you free bottled water , they have a air purifier in the waiting lobby . You can’t sit there for 2 min with out seeing them cleaning stuff . They are all very friendly . If you get the blessing to meet the staff member “Taylor” she’s one of the funny ones. She’s very quick to approach you to ask if you need help.Not counting How very pleasant she is to look at lol but seriously 5 stars over all . Ate88 aka Colby
This location is Fabulous! Robbie helped me today and was absolutely wonderful. He is very knowledgeable and explained everything to me. It’s nice to know it’s not just about a sale, they, he, cares. Very welcoming facility. It was the best experience I have had in a long time! Thank you Robbie😊
Nice dispensary. Great location. I was greeted with smiles at the door by Abbie and Karin. Just about no wait which was awesome. My consultant was Gerald who showed me the products I was interested in and gave me information about each product. Very pleased with the service. Glad Trulieve finally made it to PSL.
