My husband went to Trulieve Punta Gorda this past Friday to get his prescription. When he was leaving he grabbed his bag and mistakenly grabbed the cashiers phone and put it in his pocket. A few hours later 3 cops show up at our front door and told him that he stole a phone. STILL not realizing that he accidentally grabbed her phone he told them they were wrong and he didn’t know what they were talking about! After they told him that he was on camera sticking a phone in his pocket at Trulieve, he checked his pocket and sure enough he had her phone. He immediately gave the phone to the officers, apologized, and explained that he had no idea he grabbed her phone until that moment. At that point Trulieve was closed so the next morning we went into the store so he could apologize and explain that he grabbed it by mistake… The cashier got extremely upset put her hand up in the air to shut him up said he was a thief and he was banned from the store to get out!! He still told her “ I just came to say I am sorry and I didn’t realize I grabbed your phone it was genuinely a mistake” She then proceeded to say “GET OUT I don’t care Im pressing charges on you” she closed the door in our face & continued talk bad about him. The other employee said “ I know your husband he’s here all the time and I’ve always had a pleasant experience with him but it’s out of my hands” and apologized.I just don’t understand how a person can’t comprehend that he grabbed the phone by mistake! Not only is she pressing charges but he is now banned from all the Trulieve stores. UNBELIEVABLE!!We have 4 kids that all have cell phones and so do we. There is no reason for him to steal her phone. ABSOLUTELY NO REASON!! She has her phone back. She can see that he never even tried to open it or use it. He literally didn’t even know it was in his pocket until the police showed up at our door! Im leaving this review because this is extremely frustrating and after calling to speak to a manager they couldn’t even help because she already put the ban and is pressing charges. (I cannot wrap my head around her not seeing that IT WAS A MISTAKE!!) My husband is not a thief he owns a business and we work very hard for what we have. There is NO way he would intentionally take her phone!!

And completely unprofessional seems she is always this rude and next time I visit I will be talking to a manager about the way she treats customers. And. If I have to deal with her I will walk out and go somewhere else. I visit this location almost daily and have never had problems with any other employee. Deb definitely doesn't belong in customer service

I had stopped using Truelieve for almost a year. Decided to give them another try. First going for pick up. Seems to have the same problem with waiting times. So a couple days later I tried delivery. In the past I have tried and they never show up and haven't even called. This time was a total 180 called and texted me through the whole process. The flower was phenomenal and the prices were some of the lowest in Florida. Being disabled it is tough for me to pickup product from the store because of the wait times. That is the reason for only 4 stars. But delivery worked out great for me. Very happy Thank you.

Trulieve is literally the ONLY dispensary, (in Florida), I shop at. They've not only got the best products, but @ the best prices, too. Crissy was a rock star. Plain and simple. BEST bud tender ever.It was my first visit to this location as I had just moved down from St Pete, and the reception was warm . While there were 5-6 people ahead of me, I waited less than 15 minutes. What blew my mind was there was 1 person dispensing. Crissy shared great energy with a light in her eye and was quick and efficient with me feeling rushed. She was amazing and a joy to talk to while she finalized my order.I WILL be back, and this location and the management should thank Crissy and have her train others. Many of her skills were instinctual, and her natural personality showed through. However, to lead by example is a path to success.If I were hiring, I would want someone like her on my team. genuine friendly greeting upon entering, generally the same products and prices as other locations near me, several times now I've gone out of my way to go to this location because they have product available to order online when other locations show they're out of stock, this visit began with the flower I wanted being in stock, the extra bonus was they still have O.Pen batteries available for cartridges, the Port Charlotte location had recently told me it was a discontinued item and tried to get me to swap it out for the Sunshine battery, I declined cuz an even swap isn't even financially (trading a $35 product for a $10-15 product) and I already have a Sunshine brand simple button battery, this Trulieve location's service has been above and beyond, I received a genuine friendly greeting upon entering, the wait was extremely short, one previous visit here my discounts were not figured correctly but I couldn't do anything about it cuz I'd already gotten home and this location is out of my way, other than that the staff are very helpful and highly knowledgeable.

First, the staff here has ALWAYS been the best, friendly and helpful. However, my most recent experience was awful. Made an order, went to pick it up and there was an 80min wait. They said they would hold it for me if I came back the next day. Came back the next day, same thing, extremely long wait. Again, they said they would hold it. Went back today, about 1hr wait, but in fact, my order was NOT ready. They could see that I had ordered but no items showed up. It appeared as though they had one staff member up front and one in the back, that's it. Again, these two staff were excellent, but WOW, something is seriously wrong with overall staffing level and logistics.

I have had multiple problems at this location, to the point where I have been going exclusively to Port Charlotte even though I live in Punta Gorda. I placed an order today and received a text at 5:56pm to come pick it up & when I arrived the door was locked and I was told they close at 6, even though the website says 9pm close & I received no notification of early closing. The managers Victoria Crist & Sean Woodcock we're zero help & really exhibited poor customer service. My order was filled already but they refused me service. I was there BECAUSE I received a text from Trulieve to come there. It's unbelievable to have continued problems at one location & nowhere else. The management team at this Punta Gorda Trulieve needs a complete overhaul.

Punta Gorda Trulieve is full of great people. Each time I am there my interactions are fantastic.Recently I had one of the best customer service experiences of my life. It started a few weeks ago when the website displayed products that weren't actually available (9lb hammer RSO specifically). Brooke, an employee at the store called me to tell me about the problem and gave me a few suggestions on similar items. Fast forward 3 weeks to yesterday and I ordered a product similar to 9lb RSO although 9lb showed as available on the site....Brooke noticed my order and called me to tell me that in fact, they do have 9lb hammer available in case I wanted that instead. Get that, 3 weeks after the website made a mistake, she not only remembered that it happened but also remember the specific product AND went out of her way to call me to see if I would prefer the previously ordered product. Quite literally the best customer service I have ever had considering the relatively small amount of $ involved in the order.Thank you Brooke, thank you trulieve and all of the other employees at PG trulieve!

My number one issue with Trulieve is that it is the only dispensary that I have used that has a website that is nearly always inaccurate with its posted potency percentages. For such a successful company it is sad that the patients can not rely on the accuracy of the website. Liberty Health Sciences, Curaleaf, MÜV, Vidacann, etc. are all accurate. I pretty much avoid Trulieve.

This place is way overpriced for what you get. It would be fine paying 50$ for an 8th if it was good stuff but it’s mostly tier3 being sold as tier1. I went to the desk which I was ignored. I have anxiety attacks with my mask and I haven’t been able to eat for 3 days and I had to wait 3 days to get my medication because we didn’t have the money.! Opening day! Everyone was in great spirits and keeping everyone entertained while waiting. Seems like they are going to be moving quickly unlike some other locations. They even have an express pick up line here. Didnt use it yet since I didnt know if I was going to modify my order which i did. Glad to have one so much closer to home. Now i can stop by on my way home and not have to drive 20-30 mins anymore.

Purchasing Marijuana Products at Trulieve

I had stopped using Truelieve for almost a year. Decided to give them another try. First going for pick up. Seems to have the same problem with waiting times. So a couple days later I tried delivery. In the past I have tried and they never show up and haven't even called. This time was a total 180 called and texted me through the whole process. The flower was phenomenal and the prices were some of the lowest in Florida. Being disabled it is tough for me to pickup product from the store because of the wait times. That is the reason for only 4 stars. But delivery worked out great for me. Very happy Thank you.

While there were 5-6 people ahead of me, I waited less than 15 minutes. What blew my mind was there was 1 person dispensing. Crissy shared great energy with a light in her eye and was quick and efficient with me feeling rushed. She was amazing and a joy to talk to while she finalized my order.I WILL be back, and this location and the management should thank Crissy and have her train others. genuine friendly greeting upon entering, generally the same products and prices as other locations near me, several times now I've gone out of my way to go to this location because they have product available to order online when other locations show they're out of stock, this visit began with the flower I wanted being in stock, the extra bonus was they still have O.Pen batteries available for cartridges, the Port Charlotte location had recently told me it was a discontinued item and tried to get me to swap it out for the Sunshine battery, I declined cuz an even swap isn't even financially (trading a $35 product for a $10-15 product) and I already have a Sunshine brand simple button battery, this Trulieve location's service has been above and beyond, I received a genuine friendly greeting upon entering, the wait was extremely short, one previous visit here my discounts were not figured correctly but I couldn't do anything about it cuz I'd already gotten home and this location is out of my way, other than that the staff are very helpful and highly knowledgeable.

First, the staff here has ALWAYS been the best, friendly and helpful. However, my most recent experience was awful. Made an order, went to pick it up and there was an 80min wait. They said they would hold it for me if I came back the next day. Came back the next day, same thing, extremely long wait. Again, they said they would hold it. Went back today, about 1hr wait, but in fact, my order was NOT ready. They could see that I had ordered but no items showed up. It appeared as though they had one staff member up front and one in the back, that's it. Again, these two staff were excellent, but WOW, something is seriously wrong with overall staffing level and logistics.

I have had multiple problems at this location, to the point where I have been going exclusively to Port Charlotte even though I live in Punta Gorda. I placed an order today and received a text at 5:56pm to come pick it up & when I arrived the door was locked and I was told they close at 6, even though the website says 9pm close & I received no notification of early closing. The managers Victoria Crist & Sean Woodcock we're zero help & really exhibited poor customer service. My order was filled already but they refused me service. I was there BECAUSE I received a text from Trulieve to come there. It's unbelievable to have continued problems at one location & nowhere else. Punta Gorda Trulieve is full of great people. Each time I am there my interactions are fantastic.Recently I had one of the best customer service experiences of my life. It started a few weeks ago when the website displayed products that weren't actually available (9lb hammer RSO specifically). Brooke, an employee at the store called me to tell me about the problem and gave me a few suggestions on similar items. Fast forward 3 weeks to yesterday and I ordered a product similar to 9lb RSO although 9lb showed as available on the site....Brooke noticed my order and called me to tell me that in fact, they do have 9lb hammer available in case I wanted that instead. Get that, 3 weeks after the website made a mistake, she not only remembered that it happened but also remember the specific product AND went out of her way to call me to see if I would prefer the previously ordered product. My number one issue with Trulieve is that it is the only dispensary that I have used that has a website that is nearly always inaccurate with its posted potency percentages. For such a successful company it is sad that the patients can not rely on the accuracy of the website. Liberty Health Sciences, Curaleaf, MÜV, Vidacann, etc. are all accurate. I pretty much avoid Trulieve.

I went to the desk which I was ignored. I have anxiety attacks with my mask and I haven’t been able to eat for 3 days and I had to wait 3 days to get my medication because we didn’t have the money.! Opening day! Everyone was in great spirits and keeping everyone entertained while waiting. Seems like they are going to be moving quickly unlike some other locations. They even have an express pick up line here. Didnt use it yet since I didnt know if I was going to modify my order which i did. Glad to have one so much closer to home. Now i can stop by on my way home and not have to drive 20-30 mins anymore.
