I just went this morning for the first time into Trulieve and was very impressed with the cleanliness of the store, how helpful they were more importantly Nika who helped me with everything I needed to know. Great experience!

I was in the store today and the wait was absolutely insane. I walked in and there were a few people ahead of me, nothing crazy though. I ended up standing there for 30 mins waiting. The employees were super slow to check people out even the express pick up orders. Also I am not sure why trulieve is the only dispensary around where they stop serving customers and walk all the way to the lobby to check people in. Maybe serve the 10 customers who have been there waiting first? Just seems like the process is a waste of time. I do like their products but they’re the slowest dispensary I have ever been to. Not sure I will be going back and time soon.

I arrived at this location at 8:44 and was at the door and it was locked. I waited about 3-4 minutes until I was greeted by an associate named Bella who was rude and kept telling me she couldn’t take me, I was already checked in and had my order fulfilled I was just trying to pick it up. I tried letting Bella know this and she kept cutting me off saying the lobby was full and she locked the door at 8:45 on the dot and saw no one outside. This is not a way to handle a medical facility or patients.

The staff here is awesome. This is why I only come to this location they make you feel welcomed and at home always pleasant and have smiles on their faces Neeka makes my day every time I get to see her that girl needs a raise

This location is hands down the best in the area. The staff is friendly & efficient; they get through the queue of patients fast without ever making you feel rushed. The welcoming and clean environment is what sets it apart from others. Chris and Denise were working today and they are some of the best employees here, they are supper knowledgeable with products and recommendations. I would also like to acknowledge Cameron, Mel, and Keke, although they weren't there this time, they always exceed expectations with excellent customer service and positive attitude. Thank you all for everything you do and for always making every interaction a positive one.

Leaving 4 stars because 99% of the time I have a great experience and the staff is so friendly, except for one person, I apologize I don’t know her name but she has blonde dreads, and I’m not sure why but every time she checks me out she seems annoyed and if I ask a question makes me feel as though I’m an inconvenience. Besides her, I love this location
