Good people! Most employees are friendly. This is my go to dispensary! Most of the time, they have pretty good sales! They're still pretty highly priced... but I can't say they're higher priced than any other dispensary. Great products!!!

I’ve been going to this location for over a year now and I refuse to go anywhere else. I feel like all of the staff is family at this point, everyone knows my name, and I am always greeted with the warmest of hellos. The customer service is impeccable. As for product I have never been let down. They have the cheapest prices in all of the dispensaries in the Sarasota area, and the product is always top tier. Their sales are frequent and you can always get something for less than the original price. I used to just walk in to shop but now I order online and get to pick up in store without waiting in line. This is super accessible and helps for people who need to be in and out. I cannot praise the Beneva road trulieve enough. Please spend your hard earned moneys here.

I always use online pick up express, do the early check in… and I still sit for a long time while walk ins go before me. My name was number 1 in line and 3 people still went ahead of me. What’s the point of the online check in? Then every time I go, they have different rules. I check in online and have a seat, they then tell me I’m supposed to let them know I’m here… the next time I go I let them know I’m here they tell me to take a seat and they’ll get to me shortly. this was the only trulieve I’ve ever been too & it’ll stay that way.Staff is friendly when you finally get taken care of, the reason I have an extra star.

Every time I order ahead at this location, they always have every item in stock and I love it. Never had an issue with the wait time because ever since I started purchasing from Trulieve, I order ahead for a pickup. Staff has ALWAYS been very kind and helpful, but had a particular EXCELLENT experience with Wendell (his co-worker heard me asking for his name and complimenting him on his service and even she said the place would fall apart without him, so kudos to Wendell). They give first, second and third time visitors great discounts, and they frequently have sales on their website, so that's awesome. My favorites so far are the Khalifa Kush & anything with "Banana" in it. I also love anything Alien Lab & Modern Flower pushes out. Love this place! A true life saver for my anxiety and stress after my separation!!!! Highly recommend

Wait times are atrocious even with web check in. Staff is incompetent af just always needing corrections or a manager. Now they’re refusing to RESERVE your order for the next day even when your recommendation is available in pickup. They now claim this is FULFILLMENT of your order, something that is not true and was not done during their whole operation until just now. You have lost another customer. First the rewards points deletion, now this. You clearly don’t care about your patients or anything you claim to stand for you hypocrites.

Last Wednesday I created an online order, got a confirmation via email stating that when my order was filled I would get another email. Well, that email never came. Created another order this morning (Monday) and again got a confirmation email but never got the order is ready for pickup confirmation email. Every time I’ve just shown up to buy stuff I’ve awaited nearly an hr, so unless I can order online and check in for pickup, I’ll be shopping elsewhere. Their online store is a joke.

Management in this store is rude and disregarded his patient and what we say to him. This is for medical purposes not a convenient store. This is how you treat patients. Reported to corporate we shall see how far this goes if anything changes. This is a medical facility and I find that you are always waiting.When I come there im there at 830 and still have never been treated as express at anything. Express is not express. You still wait a long time. Why have waited when the front desk person says they have a spot for you, you go in and sit for 30 min or longer while walk ins are walking in and out.Management needs attention and trying for proper procedures and customer service.

Wonderful products, but horrible company. I have heard nothing but complaints from the staff. They took away the complimentary water fridge. Up front the staff can no longer sit, they no longer get a computer. Staffing shortages. Cut hours. It’s obvious that corporate does not care for their employees well being.I will buy my medical products else where. I hope that corporate changes their behavior.

Don't make an order online. They'll make you wait 2 hours, never call you, you show up and then they still make you wait in line. When you ask them why? Their answer is, "our online person didn't show up". So you don't call the person to let them know? You make the customer become a walk-in when they ordered 2 hours ago!? Then also blame someone else how orders are backed up from yesterday. Bro. I'm trying to relax and they're straight up agrrivating and stressing out their customers before purchase. This shop always has the longest wait due to one of the workers calling out. I had 30 minutes to spare before going to work & figured I’d give myself that much time to pick it up. Now, I’m going to be late for work because these guys are taking over an hour to get me in the back room. I will have to stop going to this dispensary due to the inconvenience. It sucks because I love my guys over at Trulieve. If the management gets better then I will be back but this is ridiculous. I wouldn’t normally leave a review or go out of my way to give a bad review. This is necessary tho since this is the fifth time or so. I wasn’t even told that the wait was going to be an hour. She didn’t tell me how long it would be and I would’ve left in the first place if she would’ve given me a timeframe. The order was placed in advance as well.

Just left a bit ago… Online Order. Left empty handed. Guy at Front Desk asked if it was Express PickUp then proceeds to tell me it could be 30 minutes, 15 - 20 or maybe a hour Wait. When I inquired about status of Order if I returned tomorrow, Staff was unsure. Decided to leave and place a call with Customer Service to verify… currently Awaiting Callback. Environment seems more of Trap House Vibe rather than a Pharmacy. Not a Good Look! Read some of recent Reviews… Sounds like some Customer Service Training is definitely needed Upfront and Technology improvements as well.Update: Received a Phone Call from Customer. I am from out of town so last night I placed an online order for pickup. This location is 20 minutes from my hotel so I thought well they close at 9 and it being 7 I would head on over. BIGGEST WASTE OF TIME. The doors were locked. At 730! So had to wait until today to head back over after work. I've been here for 30 minutes and still being told it's another 30 minute wait for pick up. While walk ins are just coming in and getting served. The customer service is extremely slow. I'm hoping when I finally do get seen it was worth the wait.UPDATE: Staff was good but ended up waiting 1 hour and 10 minutes. Did notice they locked the door by 730.

this was my first time at a trulieve and i have mixed feelings. the staff were nice enough, but not your typical super friendly dispo staff. the person at the front neglected to tell me anything about trulieve (even after telling them this was my first time in)- and that i would be waiting 20-30 minutes for an order that i was under the impression was already ready. the experience here is completely unlike any other dispensary i’ve ever been into. normally you go in, someone greets you and asks for your name, you wait a couple minutes while they grab it, and then ya get checked out and go. here they have a waiting room that is completely separate from the stock and point of sale. stock and point of sale are instead in the same room. this is the problem completely and totally. regulations have changed, so there’s no reason for a private service room like that anymore. it complicates and increases the wait time exponentially. for the price, just go to curaleaf.

There was a little issue with the amount of money that was owed for my delivery order. Michael from the Sarasota location is always very nice and helpful. And today I spoke with one of the managers named Nick. And together we figured out the issue. In the end they made it right and it all worked out. They have great sales and I love their RSO. And the staff is always really nice.

I have to say I have been to so many dispensaries and I have not had a pleasant experiences. I was about to give up on medical marijuana, until I came to this trulieve. Ryan B. was the one who helped me and he was the kindest guy. He was so knowledgeable about the products. He didn't make me feel stupid when I asked questions. He was helping other employees while helping me. It was nice to see team work and kind people. The wait was long but that's not to bad of a thing. Thank you trulieve and to Ryan for helping me finally get relief from my pain. I can't thank Ryan enough! I'll be back to the store again soon. The only one I trust.

Busy a lot of the time but they get people in and out as quickly as they can. You can order the stuff online and then the wait is shorter when you go there to just pick up your order. Also the employees never seem in a rush and are willing to talk with you about products or give advice. They also will refund you or give you a credit for any reason if the product you bought didn't work or agree with you which is really nice

This is the first review I’ve ever written, the reason for it is due to the tremendous and great change at the Sarasota Trulieve. The new general manager is almost always visible. For the two years before that I couldn’t tell you who ran the place? The assistant manager Donovan Dominguez knows his stuff. He’s always smiling and helpful. I was greeted with a smile from Allie and was hosted by Michael. Michael does an amazing job at the front. I went into the back and was helped by Ashley. Ashley is one of those people who always has a smile and the best energy. She’s knowledgeable and always gets me exactly what I want.Not just that, I walked in and was helped within five minutes! And it has been like this a lot lately at the store. So after a few experiences like this, I have felt compelled to write my first review. Good job Trulieve Sarasota. We appreciate you.

Go on the next morning to check and my order was listed as restocked. Wait times are outrageous. Clearly are doing more volume than this location can handle. There's no point in placing an online order, since you're stuck waiting for an hour to be seen on most days regardless, and they usually won't have the products you ordered, anyway. I have not been impressed with the knowledge of these employees here. I have had to repeatedly go back to find the right products and everyone I talk to gives me different answers. I even asked for a manager last time and she was really worthless, she had to ask another employee to help! What!?? And shes the manager!? when I ask questions they should know, they look at me like they have no idea. How am I supposed to feel confident and rely on them when its clear they are uneducated. I will try a different dispensary from now on.

Between unacceptably excessive wait times in-house the lack of urgency behind fulfilling online orders in a timely fashion is baffling...as a customer and from a business perspective. The staff is dismissive and often rude as opposed to empathetic and apologetic behind their shortcomings or order problems. The amount of times I have been cited "computer problems" as to why my order is not complete is laughable...but not a good happy laugh though. Management staff is rude and patronizing to clientele as well as staff when problems start to stack. A very clear sign of lack of training and or care from Trulieve.

This place should be for medicine, but is geared towards the recreational feel and true patients cannot get the medicine they need in a timely fashion. After multiple LONG WAITS, even after placing an on line order, checking in, and raving confirmation that I am only 2 in line and my wait will be 10 min- the wait time has only gotten more and more ridiculous. The staff is great but I’ve seen them over the last yr go from happy to disgruntled. They state their manager won’t hire additional people in an effort to increase his/ her own bonus.I thought I would try their delivery option! I ordered and confirmed that my delivery would be here between 1-7, yesterday. No call, no show. I called CS who stated the dispatcher would reach out…nothing. I called back. That CS was disappointed not to be able to reach this location either. I’ve been on hold for 45 min trying to confirm my order for TODAY.Sadly, this location has seen the last of me. I can’t say I tried. I love the staff, but they’re all turning over soon. The management of this location appears to be the issue.

These people are just the worst of the worst. Everything's a disaster every time. Zero coordination, extreme wait times. 10 minute wait time on waitly turns into 30- 40 minutes plus ++ Every. Time. There is no express line. I don't know why the system asks if you're going to modify the order because it doesn't matter. You still wait..... The employees are uninformed and uneducated. They don't even know the promotions from the company for which they work 😒 Most are polite, but some are irritated and plain rude. I've been spoken down to and even yelled at, no joke. To boot, a lot of these people lack basic math skills and need to use calculators but still somehow manage to mess things up and short change the customers.. (Hey, when you're in the wait room for 40 minutes with a bunch of frustrated people, they talk..) Anyway, to date that number's about $90 for me. As far as a "professional business" goes, this place has to be the most unorganized and dysfunctional I've ever engaged with. There seems to be a steady turn-over of employment here. Maybe things will eventually get better.

Not sure why they even have the online ordering available because you’re placed in the normal line? Half the time the checkin doesn’t even work. Danielle, the store manager and the staff at Trulieve are absolutely wonderful. Danielle knows how to run a store and keep people happy. She definitely deserves a raise or a promotion for her flawless customer service. The staff is sensitive, accommodating, and go above and beyond to help customers find what they are looking for in regards to their medical marijuana needs. Its nice that this company doesn't think that customer service is a thing of the past. Trulieve will always be my go to place for all of my cannabis needs.

This 1 star is for the fact Trulieve doesn't have to or care to give good service. They have used their size and capital to make their shops the most affordable and have the most product diversity.I have zero problem wearing a mask. I rented a car and didn't have my masks with me. The business requires you to wear masks and if they don't have any you have to go buy one. This is very unprofessional!They've always had service problems at this store. I suggest you all shop at other places.

I appreciate the nice, friendly, comfortable atmosphere they have as well as the awesome staff at this location. I prefer to not have to bring my children with me just because it makes me less stressed when I don't have to bring my little one on errands. If I do bring her, it doesn't matter what location I go to their ALWAYS VERY sweet & kind to my little one while she's dancing away. Although less than 5 stars might indicate an unhappy customer, that’s not the case here. I always approach with open mind and heart, and you’re good with me until you change the relationship. A number of challenging transactions have led me to an honest one star ding for a lack of attention. That can lead to frustration and disappointment in any exchange. But hey, we’re all still learning and Trulieve’s Pros do respect me and the relationship. Check, double check and triple check but get the order right- I’ll wait. This week offered a bright spot and great example of Trulieve’s customer care. After a number of delivery delays that I accept full responsibility for, MICHAEL and TYLER persisted and battled through the week to complete their appointed rounds. MICHAEL could not have been more accommodating, considerate and patient. If the pickup order had been accurate at Beneva, then MICHAEL, TYLER and I would have had a better week- by at least one star.

They told me I had to wait outside. I waited for nearly 20 mins outside when Chris came out to tell me I can’t order through him but online. Friendly knowledgeable staff with honest recommendations, if only the flower they sell you was actually the weight they say it is. 3x ive rec'd under 3.5g, 3.1, 3.0, 2.9g last time in there. They are also mixing strains(cutting) like a shady drug dealer does. Wouldn't be surprised to find a strain they sell you is something completely different.

Trulieve posted deals on flour on their website today which I hope a lot of others got involved in it. Apparently they mistyped the price on one product so I purchased one I got an email confirming that the order was packaged and ready for pickup and the invoice on what I was paying for it I get to The dispensary they tell me the regular price I show them the email stating their discount price they told me it was a mistake they made a mistake on their website so I told them that's not my fault if you put a price on something and somebody purchased it you cannot change the price after the fact well long story short the manager came out pretty much hollering at me it's on film pretty much pushing me out the door I did not like the feeling at all they should have honored the price that they put on the website I really hope others got involved. Also two months ago they sold my prescription to a complete stranger that's crazy their explanation was they tell her made a mistake. Despite checking in online and being told there was an 11 minute wait, I'm still waiting after 20 minutes and have been told it will be another 15 more before I can pick up something I ordered yesterday. I really, really wanted to like it here. I really did. I had such a good experience with the first couple of visits here, and the Gainesville location. But every other time I come here, I get extremely uncomfortable due to the staff. To be frank, I've constantly been treated nastily and I just don't wanna deal with it anymore. They are supposed to tell you when your order is read but more often then not you have to call to find out. If you show up without a text they are rude about it. Totally disappointing. -This is probably the busiest dispensary in Sarasota. Products are great, but you have to be patient, there is always a wait to shop.

Very knowledgeable group of people to help you select what is best for you. I like the process of ordering online however once you arrive to pick up your READY online order it is usually one hour before they take you back so that you can give them your money pick up the product and leave. This process needs some serious revision. I will starting ordering again from Trulieve when I turn 65. That is when they will deliver for free. No more waiting 1 hour to pick up a READY order. This place is unfair to the customers unless your friends with one of the employees. Some of the workers are rude if you ask questions. A patronizing manager (or appeared to be) was less than helpful, apologizing ad nauseam doesn't help the ongoing shortages.It’s about Trulieve and their “so called” systems. I’ve have 7 back surgeries in 4yrs and it’s the only item that helps the significant pain at night, and I’m left hanging. Trulieve after 3yrs into this foray should have way better inventory control. This is medicine and should be treated as such, consistent outages on lab produced items is unacceptable. It’s not flower, which is another problem, but not the subject today. I’ve been to Colorado dozens of times and can’t remember consistent shortages. Trulieve is a quality provider, when they have inventory. If you’re planning a tremendous sale, such as today one would think order heavy!People are always searching to save money especially given the state of the economy, but a sale with limited inventory isn’t a sale, it’s false advertising.Trulieve is my sole provider for the moment, but the shortages are becoming more consistent and trying my patience.Time to step it up, IMHO.

Next, certain products are described as in stock but only available for in store order. If the website is up to date that's an acceptable concept. However, this is not the case with multiple trulieve locations. The website is not up to date with no employees answering the phone and I have found myself driving to the store to receive the news that they are out of stock. These issues have happened at multiple locations on multiple occasions over the last year or so. The employees are not capable of providing a legitimate reason why this occurs. Purchasing Marijuana Products at Trulieve

During your first visit, you’ll be required to complete intake forms. This lets the dispensary staff confirm your patient status and see what you were allotted by your medical marijuana doctor.

Upon arrival at this dispensary, you’ll enter a designated waiting area before going into the retail area with staff. The dispensary staff work with you to explain all of the cannabis products available. Budtenders will make recommendations that are based on your doctor’s recommendation.
