A year or two ago, this location was not great, but it has since turned around. Service is great and friendly, you are usually in and out. Staff is best it's ever been.Trulieve products just aren't that great though and leave much to be desired. You get bottom of the barrel flowers and concentrates made with moldy flower or unoriginal terpene profile(added terps).Some of the third party brands they carry are completely unheard of as well. How about use reputable manufacturers?Sale Prices also increased recently for certain products so they almost aren't even worth it anymore.

It's a LIE do not let them tell you this. Twice the so called product that was on the website allowing us to order all day according to them! was then gone from the website when we left. Was shorted product on RSO syringe last trip. Now I go in at 7:30 and get told they won't take any more patients. The people are really nice.but it's always short handed and patients are complaining every time I've been there! I've just bitten my tongue all this time but I'm finally bummed enough to waste my time writing this. This isn't anything new here. So I'm not holding my breath for any changes. So don't be in a hurry and don't come in if it's within a hour and a half from closing so you don't waste time and gas.

I am done with Trulieve. 3rd time I’ve showed up well before closing and been refused service. I drive from Palm Bay to go to this store. Everything has gone downhill since 4/20. Do better. Surterra I’m in and out in 5 minutes OR LESS. Trulieve gets 10 people in line and shuts down the store. MUV and Surterra are better dispensaries. Hope this helps other people boycott Trulieve.

I ordered some rso gummies online for express pick up. After 4 hours of waiting I finally got a text that my order was ready. I checked in online for an express pickup and the website said I was number three for express with a 12 minute wait. After a 15 min drive to their location I checked in with the receptionist and he said there were now 4 people ahead of me and another 15 min wait. After telling the receptionist of the situation he proceeded to tell me that the website was inaccurate. Why even use one then? I'm tired of their poor service. The only good location is orlando south.

It really is a joke every time I use this place. Even under best case scenarios they are always super slow and understaffed it would seem and most there seem dunce. Unfortunately MUV was out of what I need so after not going to this dump for close to a year I went and it was just the same. Very disorganized. I had placed my order online for pick up, was told it wasnt in the system when I got there even though a text and email said it was ready, and proceeded to be patient for CLOSE TO AN HOUR watching walk in after walk in go ahead of me. I just cant with them. This was seriously the last time with these clowns . They will respond to this review the same they respond to everyone else with the same complaint “thank you for telling about your experience, this will help us improve to be better.” Whatever, same complaints are over and over since you opened up awhile ago

Not to say that the rest of the staff is subpar by any means, they are all amazing, but Andres in particular stands out to me as an amazing person as he always goes above and beyond to help the customer and make them feel at home.

My experience with tru is always great! The employees are great and very knowledgeable! However, my only complaint the last couple months is, your website and your product in store do not match THC %. Every time I have ordered a high THC % (meaning high 20s) when I get to the store, I’m lucky if that item is even in the 20s. I’ve mentioned this before to employees and they were great with helping me change things out. But if myself or anyone else is ordering online, I’m sure we’re al expecting to get what we’ve ordered % wise when we get to the stores. Other than that, everything else is great there! 😊

There is almost always a wait, that I can handle. What I find intolerable is the redhead who works at the front. They badger you to order ahead so I did, then I checked in ahead as well. I walk in provide my ID and am told I am next. Mind you, I can see who is ahead of me on the app, it was me. A woman named Julie was allowed to go ahead of me so I asked the redhead( I am sorry did not get her name) and was told be try dryly that she was ahead of me. I explained that I can see who is ahead of me on the app. It was blatantly obvious the order of who was next was ignored because she was known by name. I have been a loyal customer of this dispensary but that may have to change, my time is just as valuable as the next patients.

Fantastic service from start to finish. A special shout-out to the St. Paddy's crew. I came in about 5:40pm. Tina was awesome and helped with my order, she was very friendly and knowledgeable. I don't know the other guys name, but I asked if they had any more Black Tuna and he went out of his way to find me a jar. I was talking about how well that strain worked for my medical issues and I really thought it was top notch that he went out of his way to bring me a jar of BT up. They have a delivery scam going on. You place an order and it takes longer than usual to fill. They send a delivery person out who decides they will take your order and leave. Then, you check your recommendation and it shows you are due the amount of the order but Trulieve never puts the order back on your recommendation. Its a longer more ridiculous story than we have time for here.Call another dispensary like Muv and they can see that you were never delivered your recommendation but they cant access it because Trulieve has stolen your order.Steer clear. FYI Masks are useless. They are NOT required.

I am SO happy they opened this location! The lobby was spotless and i was warmly welcomed at my 1st impressive trip to the Sebastian store. First i was so happy to see Maureen whom i already knew from my local, She was super helpful and cheerful at my trip here. Not only was i impressed that the inventory was still so stocked at such a late time of the day on a loose drop day, but i had made the order online and it was filled and i got the pickup email within the hour! I was so amazed it got filled that quick i had to go see how they did it. The other Truelieve's need to take note how they do it because fast doesn't describe it!! I wanted to personally thank James who was super friendly, and went out of his way to find something special i decided i wanted last minute. Before this dispensary could open, it was licensed by the Office of Medical Marijuana Use (OMMU). In the state of Florida, dispensaries are officially referred to as medical marijuana treatment centers (MMTCs).
Trulieve is vertically integrated, as are the rest of the MMTC’s. Being vertically integrated means they oversee the entire process from seed to sale. Trulieve grows their own cannabis plants from seed or cuttings, harvests, processes into a variety of products, packages and distributes within their own network.
Product types and availability can vary from store menu to store menu, depending on demand. If Trulieve in Sebastian does not have what you are looking for, there is no legal obligation to stick to a single brand. Your medical marijuana card is universally accepted at any dispensary in Florida.
Purchasing Marijuana Products at Trulieve
During your first visit, you’ll be required to complete intake forms. This lets the dispensary staff confirm your patient status and see what you were allotted by your medical marijuana doctor.
Upon arrival at this dispensary, you’ll enter a designated waiting area before going into the retail area with staff. The dispensary staff work with you to explain all of the cannabis products available. Budtenders will make recommendations that are based on your doctor’s recommendation.
Preparation Helps: See what’s available ahead of time. A year or two ago, this location was not great, but it has since turned around. Service is great and friendly, you are usually in and out. Staff is best it's ever been.Trulieve products just aren't that great though and leave much to be desired. You get bottom of the barrel flowers and concentrates made with moldy flower or unoriginal terpene profile(added terps).Some of the third party brands they carry are completely unheard of as well. How about use reputable manufacturers?Sale Prices also increased recently for certain products so they almost aren't even worth it anymore.

It's a LIE do not let them tell you this. Twice the so called product that was on the website allowing us to order all day according to them! was then gone from the website when we left. Was shorted product on RSO syringe last trip. Now I go in at 7:30 and get told they won't take any more patients. The people are really nice.but it's always short handed and patients are complaining every time I've been there! I've just bitten my tongue all this time but I'm finally bummed enough to waste my time writing this. This isn't anything new here. So I'm not holding my breath for any changes. So don't be in a hurry and don't come in if it's within a hour and a half from closing so you don't waste time and gas.

never seen a dispensary refuse service an hour and a half before closing im sorry but it doesn’t take longer than 20 minutes AT MOST to get product and check out per person I’ve seen dispensaries who take ppl 5 minutes before closing and get them in and out even if you’re understaffed it seriously doesn’t take that long to get it and go idk what the problem is I’ve never experienced this someone needs to do something about it cause the fact that so many people r having this problem is crazy either y’all are lazy or slow pick one or fix the problem smh

Watched this blonde lady come in and destroy this place. Called herself the area manager? Who manages that way ridiculous she should be fired. Fired everyone who actually did their job and ruined this dispensary.If your wondering where you favorite budtenders are they were fired.Sad I used to love this place came here since opening and now it's ruined. I am done with Trulieve. 3rd time I’ve showed up well before closing and been refused service. I drive from Palm Bay to go to this store. Everything has gone downhill since 4/20. Do better. Surterra I’m in and out in 5 minutes OR LESS. Trulieve gets 10 people in line and shuts down the store. MUV and Surterra are better dispensaries. Hope this helps other people boycott Trulieve.

I ordered some rso gummies online for express pick up. After 4 hours of waiting I finally got a text that my order was ready. I checked in online for an express pickup and the website said I was number three for express with a 12 minute wait. After a 15 min drive to their location I checked in with the receptionist and he said there were now 4 people ahead of me and another 15 min wait. After telling the receptionist of the situation he proceeded to tell me that the website was inaccurate. Why even use one then? I'm tired of their poor service. The only good location is orlando south.

It really is a joke every time I use this place. Even under best case scenarios they are always super slow and understaffed it would seem and most there seem dunce. Unfortunately MUV was out of what I need so after not going to this dump for close to a year I went and it was just the same. Very disorganized. I had placed my order online for pick up, was told it wasnt in the system when I got there even though a text and email said it was ready, and proceeded to be patient for CLOSE TO AN HOUR watching walk in after walk in go ahead of me. I just cant with them. This was seriously the last time with these clowns . They will respond to this review the same they respond to everyone else with the same complaint “thank you for telling about your experience, this will help us improve to be better.” Whatever, same complaints are over and over since you opened up awhile ago

They were going to put me at the end of the line after waiting well over an hour. For an express pick up!!! NO. you know what I was told about changing to delivery… You guessed it again. Sorry, our system is down. Not our problem. Horrible.Edited. Got a ride to go back and try again. I was told I would have to wait another 2 hours. For my express pickup. Your system is broken terribly!!! Now you left a disabled veteran without medication over the weekend. Not all of us can just drive and wait hours.Not to be dramatic. But cried for the first time in a long time thinking of the pain I’m about to endure the next couple days. 22 years in the military to be treated like this. Thank you and may God Bless you!! Amazing location, I haven't had any bad experiences there thus far. I must say that the bud tender Andres is absolutely fantastic, what an amazing and knowledgeable guy. Not to say that the rest of the staff is subpar by any means, they are all amazing, but Andres in particular stands out to me as an amazing person as he always goes above and beyond to help the customer and make them feel at home.

Rarely a long wait at this location as opposed to Melbourne. Both locations have terrific service. Sebastian has shorter wait times and doesn't run out of product as often.

Great service, our go to dispenary. They offered additional discounts if we could come in as we ordered for delivery, which is usually excellent. However with a storm coming they too had people out. So we came in and they treated us very well. We used trulieve before and have no reason to change.

My experience with tru is always great! The employees are great and very knowledgeable! However, my only complaint the last couple months is, your website and your product in store do not match THC %. Every time I have ordered a high THC % (meaning high 20s) when I get to the store, I’m lucky if that item is even in the 20s. I’ve mentioned this before to employees and they were great with helping me change things out. But if myself or anyone else is ordering online, I’m sure we’re al expecting to get what we’ve ordered % wise when we get to the stores. Other than that, everything else is great there! 😊

There is almost always a wait, that I can handle. What I find intolerable is the redhead who works at the front. They badger you to order ahead so I did, then I checked in ahead as well. I walk in provide my ID and am told I am next. Mind you, I can see who is ahead of me on the app, it was me. A woman named Julie was allowed to go ahead of me so I asked the redhead( I am sorry did not get her name) and was told be try dryly that she was ahead of me. I explained that I can see who is ahead of me on the app. It was blatantly obvious the order of who was next was ignored because she was known by name. I have been a loyal customer of this dispensary but that may have to change, my time is just as valuable as the next patients.

Just walked out after a wait time 2x what was quoted. Had 3 people ahead of me and left with 1 still ahead of me. Was hoping that they may have figured this out in the last year or so but not so much. Apparently they run with like 1 register or something because that’s the only possible explanation I can offer. All I can say is positive is minis are worth it but be prepared to wait.

Fantastic service from start to finish. A special shout-out to the St. Paddy's crew. I came in about 5:40pm. Tina was awesome and helped with my order, she was very friendly and knowledgeable. I don't know the other guys name, but I asked if they had any more Black Tuna and he went out of his way to find me a jar. I was talking about how well that strain worked for my medical issues and I really thought it was top notch that he went out of his way to bring me a jar of BT up. They have a delivery scam going on. You place an order and it takes longer than usual to fill. They send a delivery person out who decides they will take your order and leave. Then, you check your recommendation and it shows you are due the amount of the order but Trulieve never puts the order back on your recommendation. Its a longer more ridiculous story than we have time for here.Call another dispensary like Muv and they can see that you were never delivered your recommendation but they cant access it because Trulieve has stolen your order.Steer clear. FYI Masks are useless. They are NOT required.

From the time I walked in, everyone was friendly and helpful. Aaron was very helpful and knowledgeable about the many products, which saved time and money. After trying the medicinal products from Trulieve Sebastian, I have to say that the products are of very good quality and potency.

Probably the best trulieve I've ever been to. Ask for Sydney she was awesome. I would say it's a little more clean than the others I've been to and a little less crowded and definitely more variety. I drove an hour just to get there even though there was one within 15 minutes of my house.

I am SO happy they opened this location! The lobby was spotless and i was warmly welcomed at my 1st impressive trip to the Sebastian store. First i was so happy to see Maureen whom i already knew from my local, She was super helpful and cheerful at my trip here. Not only was i impressed that the inventory was still so stocked at such a late time of the day on a loose drop day, but i had made the order online and it was filled and i got the pickup email within the hour! I was so amazed it got filled that quick i had to go see how they did it. The other Truelieve's need to take note how they do it because fast doesn't describe it!! I wanted to personally thank James who was super friendly, and went out of his way to find something special i decided i wanted last minute. All in all-It was such a pleasurable experience... i think they may be seeing me a bit more down there! If your going by- check em out- you'll be glad you did!
