Was the only store i shopped at until Maria Cortez came along! She ruined it forsure, so ive been seen without my physical identification but with a photo of my id and showing my mmu info via the actual mmu website which also has the same picture as my photo id. They’ve seen me without either with just showing proof, they saw me the first two weeks while i was waiting on the card and occasionally when i would forget my wallet but not this time nope! My fault for forgetting my wallet but how the hell are yall gonna pick and choose when yall wanna be cool and look out for your loyal customers!?!? Out of meds with work at 5:30am! Crazy thing is theres like 15 of us that will not be going to Trulieve anymore! We will be taking our business to Grow Healthy or Curaleaf from now on. Trulieve thank Maria Cortez!

I have never really had a bad experience in a dispensary until now. The wait time is unreal, I placed an online, to-go, however you wanna say it and still had to wait 20 mins because I didn’t have an “express” order. Had no clue they were different just watched person after person go back before me. I had to call the number to ask them what the difference was since everyone at this location could care less to help educate, seriously not one person has ever seemed friendly enough to “inform” or help anyone with questions. They definitely don’t make you feel happy and appreciated like MUV and a couple other dispensaries.

I'd describe him as Polite, Patient and Informative.The other staff in the back seem to be friendly and eager to help too.If wait time could be improved that would be helpful. On the other hand that shows you that they really take their time with each person when you get to the back. Maybe just need to open a few more spots at the counter though.

I waited nearly 25 min to only find out the front desk lady failed to enter me in the system, then to find out they didn't fill my order despite having a text notifying my my order was ready to pick up. Otherwise, 3ppl ahead of you equals 20 min On average. Try Curaleaf on Brandon, you'll never wait not than a min or two. Funny the staff at Trulieve told me they also can't hire anymore staff?? I'm not the only I've seen complain about their times..

First time at a trulieve. I went with my 6 yr old to place an order. She sat quietly next to me playing on my phone while 2 employees at the other end of the counter mocked me for bringing my child in. They thought they were hilarious. Do they think parents aren't patients? Do they train these child employees on compassion and courtesy? Grow Healthy and Curaleaf would never behave in such a disrespectful manner.

I prefer Trulieve over all other dispensaries due to # of locations, safety of guard and secure check out area.most also have friendly staff, ease of ordering, and the variety, quality and quantity of medicine available.This branch is an exception to organization and customer care though. They don't update your order statr do us to let theycall if order can't be filled completely.. They cancel orders and sell out of items on your order also.. I have gone in 3 x only to find they don't have items ordered and don't have comparable product to replace.. They are indifferent to patient concerns.. i now travel 7 miles further to fairgrounds or brandon- both of these loacations are wonderful and follow their own guidelines of service..

I just recently switched to the Seffner store to shop for my medication. It is further from my house but the product and the friendly knowledgeable staff there make it worth the drive. The other locations are fine but the staff at the Seffner location are by far the most knowledgeable and friendly staff of all of the locations I have been to. A special acknowledgment for Jeffrey B and Kevin G. This is a brand new world for me and these 2 young men have done an AMAZING job of helping me navigate this new and awesome medicine and have been very helpful in recommending things that may help me and also take time out of their busy day to answer any questions and explain the complicated things. I have learned so much from the employees at this store and really would recommend them to anyone else who may be new to medical marijuana. I know I will now not shop at any other location. Purchasing Marijuana Products at Trulieve
During your first visit, you’ll be required to complete intake forms. This lets the dispensary staff confirm your patient status and see what you were allotted by your medical marijuana doctor.

First time at a trulieve. I went with my 6 yr old to place an order. She sat quietly next to me playing on my phone while 2 employees at the other end of the counter mocked me for bringing my child in. They thought they were hilarious. Do they think parents aren't patients? Do they train these child employees on compassion and courtesy? Grow Healthy and Curaleaf would never behave in such a disrespectful manner.

Then she found trulieve seffner! They made her feel so welcome that she didn't want to go anywhere else. Longer wait time on Friday evening but with texting, I just waited in my car until it was my turn. I prefer Trulieve over all other dispensaries due to # of locations, safety of guard and secure check out area.most also have friendly staff, ease of ordering, and the variety, quality and quantity of medicine available.This branch is an exception to organization and customer care though. They don't update your order statr do us to let theycall if order can't be filled completely.. They cancel orders and sell out of items on your order also.. I have gone in 3 x only to find they don't have items ordered and don't have comparable product to replace.. They are indifferent to patient concerns.. i now travel 7 miles further to fairgrounds or brandon- both of these loacations are wonderful and follow their own guidelines of service..

I have been helped by DJ and Gavin at this location and both are super personable and make shopping for medicines easy! DJ is a true asset to the Seffner team, showing so much patience, knowledge and care when assisting and assuring proper products per patient. I just recently switched to the Seffner store to shop for my medication. It is further from my house but the product and the friendly knowledgeable staff there make it worth the drive. The other locations are fine but the staff at the Seffner location are by far the most knowledgeable and friendly staff of all of the locations I have been to. A special acknowledgment for Jeffrey B and Kevin G. This is a brand new world for me and these 2 young men have done an AMAZING job of helping me navigate this new and awesome medicine and have been very helpful in recommending things that may help me and also take time out of their busy day to answer any questions and explain the complicated things. I have learned so much from the employees at this store and really would recommend them to anyone else who may be new to medical marijuana. I know I will now not shop at any other location. Kudos to the whole staff at this location.
