Oh Trulieve....I purchased the alien labs atomic apple. A $60 strain with no discounts. EVERY OTHER DISPO offers their veterans discounts on more products than Trulieve. The weed hit hard but the flavor was basically non existent. Weed also weighed under, 3.45....and this is from a medical dispo, no excuse to be under. The Flowery offers $60 strains that hit just as hard, have more flavor and guess what....discounts actually work.Avoid them if you can, AYR offers better overall product at a better rate if you need cheaper. For better, shop at Jungle boys or The Flowery.Horrible veterans/retirement/snap discountsOver priced weedHorrid customer serviceBetter options literally across the street.

Extremely long wait times. Even if you put in an order get an email the next day at 9am saying the product is ready go to, pick up at 7pm and still having to wait such a long time especially for an order that was placed the prior day for this exact reason.
One of the favorites on my list..wish they would treat their employees better..give them their 40 hours..

Recent card recipient. First time in Trulieve, Summerfield. From the greeting when walking through the door, to the well wishes and goodbye as leaving, everything was pristine and top notch !! Marco, who educated me on the medication and helped with the process from selection to checkout, was very professional and knowledgable. !!Extremely excited to return in the future to take advantage of all the Major discounts they give to new customers ! Awful management. Patrick has awful customer service. Was very smart aleck/rude about my order. Would not recommend ordering from this store, especially pick up!!
The delivery was supposed to be here Friday. I waited all day nobody even called. I called Saturday and they couldn’t even give me a straight answer. They said it was packed to go or pick up but I asked for it to be delivered and paid for it to be delivered, and it never got here and no call.
Good luck getting any sort of delivery! And if you go into the store be prepared for at least a 45 min wait. They don’t have any products in stock and your bound to leave with nothing! All these one stars are for a reason 😡Curaleaf it is I guess. They have a new in on 27 and your in and out
Why do you have product on your website when you don't actually have the product. For the fourth or fifth time I ordered online. An hour and a half later I go to pick it up. Drive all the way over to another city because it is the closest truelieve to me. Wait in the waiting room in a line just for them to tell me ohh sorry we don't actually have that it is out of stock. It is still on the website right now and I can add it to my cart and checkout and everything but you don't actually have it. Needless to say I am very disappointed and this trip will probably be the last one I take to your stores. This is not how to run a business. A complete waste of my time and gas money. And as I stated it's not the first time either. Please do something about this or you will continue to anger customers.
The staff at this location is, as a whole, unhelpful, unknowlegable, and many times unkind. A certain few can manage some of these attributes but none posess all three. My biggest grievance is products consistantly out of stock that are listed on the website, and orders that were placed not being fufilled, and said items being sold out, or out of stock. On three seperate occasions I have placed an order more than 5 hours prior, and was told upon arrival one or all items were out of stock. This had happened many times prior but only three notable and recent incidents. During the second incident, I spoke to the manager, and was told the item (shut eye pre-ground) had been out of stock for more than 3 weeks but was still showing on the website and QUOTE: "It is a mistake with how corporate loads product onto the website, we don't have control over that so theres nothing we can do about it.". I was later informed by another Trulieve employee that when something like that occurs, they are supposed to put in a ticket for corporate to fix the issue in less than 72 hours, not 3 weeks. I was not offered so much as an apology from the manager, let alone any way to actually rectify the situation. When I asked what I could do to try and change things (since i was told there was nothing THEY could do) I was also told by the same manager to "not bother calling them [trulieve] because I'll just get a call center rep" but to "maybe try social media"... whatever that means. I tried again recently and was met with the same issue, with two separate products both being out of stock, on an order placed 8 hours earlier. I refuse to go back to that location. I actually had to go to a different trulieve location to find out how to complain (saying I should leave a google review) because the Trulieve Summerfield staff member could not tell me.
I'm a veteran with 700 points but can't use my earned discounts because there's already a store wide .1% off...I'm exaggerating slightly for effect. I don't need to exaggete the smell of greed the runs throughout the business.I don't leave feeling good about most of my purchases.People up front seem plenty nice.. I think they've been enslaved by lizard overlords that won't tolerate human emotions.
This dispensary is terrible. Placed an order for delivery, and a week later getting a run around, and still no order. I am disabled, and elderly, and this is how THIS place treats the elderly and disabled. Who ever is running this dispensary has absolutely no sense of business. They don't even answer the business phone.
Comfortable feeling as soon as your through the door. Clean bright environment. Extremely knowledgeable bud tenders who get to know you and your preferences to help get you what you need.

Today I Walked in, two patients ahead of me one waiting 4 minutes. I handed my ID only for the employee at the front desk to tell me I’m looking at a 25 minutes wait. I was on a lunch break and only 2 people waiting before me, not sure why it would be 25 minutes. Been coming to trulieve over 2 years. I will never stop at this location. I have never waited over 25 minutes with over 5 people waiting ahead of me

I just returned from yet another pleasant customer experience at the Trulieve in Summerfield. I had placed an order and was picking up. I was going to utilize the $75 off after license renewal discount, however my salesperson, Jesse, found a better savings that I didn't know was going on. I ended up saving that discount for another time and ended up with bonus product, at Jesse's suggestion, all in budget. 🙂

I went to this location today and 3 employees helped me get in and out very quickly. I'm on crutches for my back, my left knee and my foot is in a fracture shoe. All the employees were awesome today. I wanted to thank them all with this review and let them know I had a great experience.

Went with my husband to pick up some of his usual and he was helped by Melissa. She was great start to finish. The atmosphere and layout of the shop is nice, feels much larger than it is. Everyone there is so friendly and knowledgeable. Going there is a pleasure.

Update: Had to take a star off because I ordered 34% and 22%. When I got home after pickup I realized it was 30% and 17%.... Not a huge deal but felt cheated in away. Like that wasn't what was advertised online. They have good bud but I'm guessing it's more accurate if you order in person is my guess. I don't know but they should stop doing that. Either advertise the correct % or let us know when we pickup so we can decide if we want to change the order.

Love the newer staff I walk in greeted with a smile in the waiting room. I walk back to Kaitlyn she helps me with all my questions, she helps me find a new product (new to me.) Then management comes by super friendly greets everyone apologizes for the wait times. Overall the best trulieve I’ve ever been to.

Being new to this process I have to say I did not know what to expect but I was very impressed with this establishment and their friendly and highly knowledgeable staff. Patrick was awesome, he took the time to go though each item and answer all of my questions. The shop is beautiful and their inventory is incredible.
