Got in at 815pm. Didn't get booked till 820pm. At 825pm, I was told that they close at 830 and they might not get to me. The manager on duty was really rude to everyone in the lobby. This was not something that is posted anywhere for consumer knowledge. I ended up leaving with no medicine. This is terrible customer service and should have rules posted somewhere. I asked to show me the policy and they couldn't. Please make sure to tell customers that before 830 and not at 825, 5 minutes before close.

I had a Dr who made a mistake and cancelled all my prescriptions and now I'm struggling with anxiety and lack of sleep! I'm not able to locate the Dr who did my re-evaluation, the MM help line have been useless, but my concern is the Clinic in Tamarac, FL. The customer service and rude attitude and visible lack of care of their personnel at this store I've been using for the last 8 yrs, shocked me! They blamed the Dr. The MM line blamed the store and none of them were able to resolve my issue! I just paid 169$ for the re-evaluation, 77$ to renew my license and cannot do business with them! Beware of Trulieve,!

I have never had a problem with this place before today. I sat in the drive thru for over half an hour, I finally get served, and my order is $105. I gave her $120. She says "everything is in the bag" so I did a quick check and it looked like everything was in there. She only gave me $5 back. So now I'm out $10. I wonder how many other people they do this too. They should count out the change in front of you. I don't care if the drive thru has ten cars behind me, I'm never going to drive off without making sure I have my correct change again. That's not really an innocent mistake. I bet she pocketed the $10 SMH she must have needed it more than me.

This was my first time at this location and my choice to come here was based on Google Reviews for every experience is different i can only speak for my own therfore i have to say is that i had an excellent experience from the time i walked In i was Greeted in the lobby by Jamie whom was very pleasant and professionally polite and took me inside to where she and co worker Nasarah kinda educated me on some of the merchandise that was available after making 1 my choices i was informed of a 60% discount on my purchase which was totally fine with me i ended up spending $90 for $225 worth of products therfore i will definitely recommend this location and i will definitely revisit. Kind of upset that I was waiting in the lobby for 15 minutes (I was the only patient there) then when a woman walked in, she went straight to the back and was not a pick up order.I know they aren’t the quickest at this location but that left me with a sour taste in my mouth. I Left to go to another location in Boca Raton which was packed but was super fast! There were about five people ahead of me and only waited for 5 min! But what are you gonna do? It’s kind of like complaining about groceries. Say all you want but you know where you’re going to go when you run out of milk. I’m still coming back later…

I love Trulieve but this drive-thru takes way too long every single time I come here & then when I run inside to try to make it quicker there's always a bunch of people waiting to be seen The Deerfield Beach location blows this one out of the water with the wait time! If you like being talked to rudely and like you are an idiot and just fell off the turnip truck yesterday, then come here!!! The caps stick and don't turn and then it's just a nightmare trying to get it open. Please consider rethinking this container, because some people like myself have what i like to call gripper issues. I cant grip things easily, so this was a nightmare to open for me. I broke a brand new pair of scissors and ultimately got it apart, as u see by nail clippers.

Regardless if you did an express pick up or not. I am willing to drive to the fort lauderdale to avoid the wait time and I stay in Tamarac.

I have been helped by a lot of the tenders over my last renewal, they are all wonderful! **BOTH Juan's Sebastian, Nicole, and Erik are the ones that have helped me consistently throughout this renewal! They are all patient and understand the process fully, some dispensaries make you feel rushed, and I'm glad to say they have never made me feel that way. What I like the most about the people I have mentioned are the fact that they remember what I lean towards terp wise, it helps me understand what I need to get during my trips. The most convenient part is that they also help me cross reference dominant terpenes in strains! The pick up process is easy as well as not too long of a wait for walk-in when I go. I understand people have questions, however it’s unreasonable that it takes that long to get any service. Black Friday lines in best buy take less time to complete and theres FAR more people.

When this location first open less than a year ago the service was awesome, friendly people and short waits. After a few months it was the opposite, unfriendly people and long waits. I stayed away but decided to give them another try and they have change for the better. One of the products I ordered was out of stock but Carlos already had a perfect substitute ready and waiting. Alice always seems in a great mood and happy to share info about products and offers. I went into this location around 2pm on a Tuesday. After a short wait in the waiting area, I went to the back where Ethan was able to find the products I needed and helped me maximize my savings. I gave him a bag with many recyclables that he handed over to Juan, who saved me from throwing away a tube with product still in it! The staff here is knowledgeable, kind, easy to talk to, and I will be coming back on my next restock!

I am a 100% disabled Veteran and I get really anxious in public. I travel everywhere with my service dog and she is always welcomed here. The staff all know her by name and it makes me feel comfortable. It always makes me happy when Nicole greets me at the front desk. She is a ray of sunshine in a dreary world.Sometimes there is a wait, but there are express options. Getting fussy in the pot store is dumb. I had another excellent experience at Trulieve Tamarac today. My dispenser today was Alice; she was as personable, courteous, knowledgeable, warm and helpful as always. She remembered that I recently had a leg injury and couldn’t walk very well in the recent past. She always listens to what I need help with and educates me regarding products to use. But everyone is friendly at this place and NO problem with parking!! I love them.

Trulieve is vertically integrated, as are all of the Florida cannabis brands. Being vertically integrated means they oversee the entire process from seed to sale. Trulieve dispensary products are grown from their own cannabis plants from seed or cuttings, harvested, and processed into a variety of products. Then packages and distributed within their own network.
Product types, different strains and availability can vary from store menu to store menu, depending on demand. If Trulieve in Tamarac does not have what you are looking for, your Florida MedCard is universally accepted at any dispensary in the state.
Purchasing Marijuana Products at Trulieve
Upon arrival at this dispensary, you’ll enter a designated waiting area before going into the retail area with staff. The dispensary staff work with you to explain all of the cannabis products available. Budtenders may make recommendations that are based on your doctor’s recommendation.
If it’s your first visit, you’ll be required to complete intake forms. This lets the dispensary staff confirm your patient status and see what you were allotted by your medical marijuana doctor.

The best way to see the different product options before visiting the dispensary is to check out their online menu. If enabled, Trulieve in Tamarac online menu may be available on FL Dispensaries to reserve your order.
If you have an active medical card, you can pick from a wide array of cannabis products. Various delivery methods of the different cannabinoids have been approved by the DOH, including edibles, inhalation, oral, sublingual, topical, traditional flower and even suppositories. There is no obligation to buy your entire milligram limit at once; instead, you can purchase less if you so desire and then buy more during another visit or at another dispensary. It’s important to find what works for you.
Low tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) cannabis with higher CBD products are available to patients as well who prefer the non-euphoric effect.

Very friendly and great staff! They are prepared and know the medicine. Extremely quick to provide alternatives and suggestions which can be a life saver at times. There are always sales of some kind which are wonderful. Great place 👍. Sacha and Andrew rock!!!

Place is great, friendly faces, great personalities. Great products. The only problem I have is yalls containers for your carts. The caps stick and don't turn and then it's just a nightmare trying to get it open. Please consider rethinking this container, because some people like myself have what i like to call gripper issues. I cant grip things easily, so this was a nightmare to open for me. I broke a brand new pair of scissors and ultimately got it apart, as u see by nail clippers.

People working have great attitudes and are always smiling. The only reason I stop going to this spot is because they always have you waiting extremely long wait times. Regardless if you did an express pick up or not. I am willing to drive to the fort lauderdale to avoid the wait time and I stay in Tamarac.

I have been helped by a lot of the tenders over my last renewal, they are all wonderful! **BOTH Juan's Sebastian, Nicole, and Erik are the ones that have helped me consistently throughout this renewal! They are all patient and understand the process fully, some dispensaries make you feel rushed, and I'm glad to say they have never made me feel that way. What I like the most about the people I have mentioned are the fact that they remember what I lean towards terp wise, it helps me understand what I need to get during my trips. The most convenient part is that they also help me cross reference dominant terpenes in strains! The pick up process is easy as well as not too long of a wait for walk-in when I go. Going here will not leave you disappointed, pick any of these budtenders and I guarantee you will be satisfied with your time and purchase at trulieve!**Edit: -Alice + Brandon B + Christian also are very wonderful as well! If you enjoy waiting for an hr plus for a total of 13 people in the store to purchase anything come here. It should not take over an hour to complete 13 transactions. I understand people have questions, however it’s unreasonable that it takes that long to get any service. Black Friday lines in best buy take less time to complete and theres FAR more people.

When this location first open less than a year ago the service was awesome, friendly people and short waits. After a few months it was the opposite, unfriendly people and long waits. I stayed away but decided to give them another try and they have change for the better. Had a wonderful experience here at Tamarac location. Carlos R. and Alice are both super friendly and knowledgable. One of the products I ordered was out of stock but Carlos already had a perfect substitute ready and waiting. Alice always seems in a great mood and happy to share info about products and offers. I went into this location around 2pm on a Tuesday. After a short wait in the waiting area, I went to the back where Ethan was able to find the products I needed and helped me maximize my savings. I gave him a bag with many recyclables that he handed over to Juan, who saved me from throwing away a tube with product still in it! The staff here is knowledgeable, kind, easy to talk to, and I will be coming back on my next restock!

I am a 100% disabled Veteran and I get really anxious in public. I travel everywhere with my service dog and she is always welcomed here. The staff all know her by name and it makes me feel comfortable. It always makes me happy when Nicole greets me at the front desk. She is a ray of sunshine in a dreary world.Sometimes there is a wait, but there are express options. Getting fussy in the pot store is dumb. I had another excellent experience at Trulieve Tamarac today. My dispenser today was Alice; she was as personable, courteous, knowledgeable, warm and helpful as always. She remembered that I recently had a leg injury and couldn’t walk very well in the recent past. She always listens to what I need help with and educates me regarding products to use. But everyone is friendly at this place and NO problem with parking!! I love them.

Ive been to multiple dispensaries and other Trulieve dispensaries but tonight was by far the best experience. My dispenser was Alice! She was AMAZING!!!!! Alice was knowledgeable and relatable.
