Do yourself a favor. Write it all down with prices and totals before you officially check out. Especially when using ANY discounts or points! Had to call up Trulieve and speak with the manager face to face to make it right, he acts like he did me a favor, lol nope you were hoping I wasn’t going catch it this time-$4 overcharge last time and I didn’t catch it BUT this time I caught it. I wish I could give a zero start rating. Wasted my lunch break going to this Trulieve location for a strain that was listed on their locations website. The budtender told me they dont have the strain when it is still clearly listed available on their website at their location. I wasted a 6$ ATM fee for nothing. This company disgusts me with the false advertising and bait and switch to get you in the door. So heated, I can't even explain.

The amount of frustration I have with this location and just all truleives in general...It doesn't matter if you have an online order or not, they're going to call you in the order you arrive. You might as well just walk in. Also, they close their doors sometimes 30 minutes before closing. I've gone here and they've closed early 3 separate times and I only go there because it's because its my last resort. Would like to see a better system in place. Customer service is usually good at least

Plainly put this Trulieve is not patients first. And management lacks compassion. Moving products is their only concern. This location does not do returns for shakey flower. The manager was ready for battle. I explained to her that have terrible anxiety and was unsettled with how aggressive she was. She put her and up to my face/chest areas . Drove all the way to the dispensary arrived at 7:20pm with the doors locked clearly person sitting behind the counter not acknowledging that I’m trying to get in until finally after several attempts of trying to open the door thinking I’m doing something wrong an older gentleman comes over clearly frustrated opens the door and says sorry we’re closed.. when I pointed out it’s only 7:20 the gentleman with an attitude says well we have people in the lobby then shuts the door.. so apparently this location makes their own hours and doesn’t mind wasting your time..

I stopped going two years ago because of pricing, and the energy changed for me when I visited. I'm a card holder from the beginning, and I'm on a budget so I've ordered from all of the vendors as they have come to the pinellas county area and trulieve was unique in that they would exchange an item or even refund the cost if it was not the right fit medicinally.This is why they got my business as it's a challenge to use the right product and to get that product consistently as products do come and go.That being said, the discount program changed, and the pricing was not as competitive, so I chased the best deals to keep my medical costs reasonable.Now, when I go back, it just feels like the energy has changed. Everyone seems nice enough, but it's just not my first choice because it's like shopping at Publix vs. Aldi or Save a Lot. There's no spring in my step as I leave. It's just business $$$$.

Hands down my least favorite place to shop for medicine. I would rather go to literally any other dispensary. No matter what, there is an excessive wait time. Even if you pre-check in with their Express checkout, and there is no one else in the store, you will wait for 20 plus minutes. The employees can’t be bothered and always have a bad attitude. If you ask the people at the store questions, they are clueless and uneducated about their products. Truly hate Trulieve.

I have been coming to this dispensary since day 1. I love the staff and the products for the most part. The reason for my 2 star review today is not because of the staff. It’s solely on corporate and upper management. This place is constantly under staffed and flooded with patients patiently waiting. I used to be able to be in and out in 20 minutes or less. Now, I’ll be lucky to be in and out within an hour. This dispensary will start to lose customers with these outrageous wait times. There are to many dispensaries in the area with far less wait times. This location was my first Trulieve dispensary experience and I have returned many times due to the convenience of the location. I also love Trulieve for the specials they run, you can really save money while filling your recs here if you time the sales right. I definitely recommend signing up for their marketing because you get ads for door busters that can save even more. If you're lucky, certain growers have some great free-with-purchase swag (free t-shirt pictured) The staff here on the inside really know their cannabis and can speak to the medical benefits as they will relate to your specific needs. I would give 5 stars to this location but it has been my experience that ordering online hasn't saved any time if I need it same-day. It's always been faster to walk in. This is unfortunate if you want to make sure and reserve something rather than showing up and having to select a different strain than you had in mind based on availability. This hasn't been my experience with some of their competitors that have online orders ready in around twenty minutes, or will almost immediately cancel the order if the product isn't available. I have also had to wait up to 20 minutes before getting into the back a few times, and only one of the front desk employees has been particularly pleasant to deal with. Again, my experience at competitors has generally been a warmer and quicker check-in process. I really can't say enough good things about the employees inside the dispensary itself. Overall this is a great choice if you watch for deals and can spare some extra time.

My only issue is when you find something that really works for you / your condition well, when you go to order it again, it seems they never have that particular brand it in stock. It’s very frustrating specially when you can’t get the medication that works for you, this has happened to me on more than several occasions. That product is still a hit and miss kinda thing while ordering my medication. The really nice service that they provide to us patients is ordering online, well, that saves you allot of time and frustration. When your in the store talking to the people behind the counter, remember to listen to them cause they truly know these products inside n out, so listen to them, they know what their talking about. Besides the issue with availability of product for sale I have no complaints about anything with this store. The Trulieve store and the brands they sell means quality to all patients. This mall has managed to survive during the pandemic pretty well! There are very few unfilled units but most of the mall has a great variety of stores - new and standard. The atmosphere is still very bright and open but it is not as warm inside as it used to be. Small food court, but the Red Robin and Johnny Rockets makes up for that. The amount of frustration I have with this location and just all truleives in general...It doesn't matter if you have an online order or not, they're going to call you in the order you arrive. You might as well just walk in. Also, they close their doors sometimes 30 minutes before closing. I've gone here and they've closed early 3 separate times and I only go there because it's because its my last resort. Would like to see a better system in place. Drove all the way to the dispensary arrived at 7:20pm with the doors locked clearly person sitting behind the counter not acknowledging that I’m trying to get in until finally after several attempts of trying to open the door thinking I’m doing something wrong an older gentleman comes over clearly frustrated opens the door and says sorry we’re closed.. when I pointed out it’s only 7:20 the gentleman with an attitude says well we have people in the lobby then shuts the door.. so apparently this location makes their own hours and doesn’t mind wasting your time..

I stopped going two years ago because of pricing, and the energy changed for me when I visited. I'm a card holder from the beginning, and I'm on a budget so I've ordered from all of the vendors as they have come to the pinellas county area and trulieve was unique in that they would exchange an item or even refund the cost if it was not the right fit medicinally.This is why they got my business as it's a challenge to use the right product and to get that product consistently as products do come and go.That being said, the discount program changed, and the pricing was not as competitive, so I chased the best deals to keep my medical costs reasonable.Now, when I go back, it just feels like the energy has changed. Everyone seems nice enough, but it's just not my first choice because it's like shopping at Publix vs. Aldi or Save a Lot. There's no spring in my step as I leave. It's just business $$$$.

I have been coming to this dispensary since day 1. I love the staff and the products for the most part. The reason for my 2 star review today is not because of the staff. It’s solely on corporate and upper management. This place is constantly under staffed and flooded with patients patiently waiting. I used to be able to be in and out in 20 minutes or less. Now, I’ll be lucky to be in and out within an hour. This dispensary will start to lose customers with these outrageous wait times. There are to many dispensaries in the area with far less wait times. This location was my first Trulieve dispensary experience and I have returned many times due to the convenience of the location. I also love Trulieve for the specials they run, you can really save money while filling your recs here if you time the sales right. I definitely recommend signing up for their marketing because you get ads for door busters that can save even more. If you're lucky, certain growers have some great free-with-purchase swag (free t-shirt pictured) The staff here on the inside really know their cannabis and can speak to the medical benefits as they will relate to your specific needs. I would give 5 stars to this location but it has been my experience that ordering online hasn't saved any time if I need it same-day. It's always been faster to walk in. This is unfortunate if you want to make sure and reserve something rather than showing up and having to select a different strain than you had in mind based on availability. This hasn't been my experience with some of their competitors that have online orders ready in around twenty minutes, or will almost immediately cancel the order if the product isn't available. I have also had to wait up to 20 minutes before getting into the back a few times, and only one of the front desk employees has been particularly pleasant to deal with. Again, my experience at competitors has generally been a warmer and quicker check-in process. I really can't say enough good things about the employees inside the dispensary itself. Overall this is a great choice if you watch for deals and can spare some extra time.

That product is still a hit and miss kinda thing while ordering my medication. The really nice service that they provide to us patients is ordering online, well, that saves you allot of time and frustration. When your in the store talking to the people behind the counter, remember to listen to them cause they truly know these products inside n out, so listen to them, they know what their talking about. Besides the issue with availability of product for sale I have no complaints about anything with this store. The Trulieve store and the brands they sell means quality to all patients. This mall has managed to survive during the pandemic pretty well! There are very few unfilled units but most of the mall has a great variety of stores - new and standard. The atmosphere is still very bright and open but it is not as warm inside as it used to be. Small food court, but the Red Robin and Johnny Rockets makes up for that. I have missed coming here to shop and get out of the house! 👍👍
