I really wish I could give this store zero stars. I arrived at this store at 8:46 to get medicine. Their website says they close at 9, yet they claim to have shut the registers down at 8:30 when I walk. I’m sure that’s against company policy since you still had the door open and the lights on in the store. Now I’m deprived of medicine when I’m in need of it even more because of how much this pissed me off. I would say do better next time, but there 100% will NOT be a next time.

Typically I have always had good interactions with the staff here. Well they hired a young punk names Louis that is very rude. There were 3 workers behind the counter, only one with a customer. There were 3 of us waiting for a while. Myself I had been waiting inside the gallery for about 15 minutes and a total of 30. So I asked, hey are you the only one working? Louis, who apparently has no home training or any manners, “says you can wait like everyone else”. And also said they’re hiring if I need a job. “No git, I don’t. I work for the government, and you my friend will not make it out of your 90 days. The other employees apologized for his behavior, but to me he’s just another self entitled kid with no home training nor future. I suggest you hire better employees.

I’m so upset about my experience here I’m writing the review as I’m walking out the building. I placed an express order and checked in online ahead of time and still after 45 minutes I was not called. I asked to be removed from the wait list and went to my usual spot, LIBERTY, (now AYR), and was in & out in 3 minutes after placing the order while driving 10 minutes away. Also there’s no AC. The receptionist was empathetic but with an office full of patrons I feel sorry for the workers. It’s clear that the company is not competition with any other dispensary in the area and I witnessed the loss of many customers including myself today. Not a happy potential customer!

This is the only dispensary in the area with ridiculous 30+ minute wait times just to speak to a salesman. You are better off driving an extra 5-10 minutes to a different store.You will even wait when ordering online ahead as they don’t fill your order until you arrive.

He is so calm when patients get upset and he stays professional 100% of the time.Also if you haven’t tried the Kryptochronic yet… DO!Old review:Love this location! I had a great experience purchasing my items there. With awesome greetings by Fran updating me with the daily deals and new inventory. I remember I was one of the first to have the privilege purchase THC products there when they first opened the late 2000's. O nice I was cleared to go back I was attended by Jeffrey to put all the deals together I lefted saving 40% of my purchases. I rate a 10 on there pre rolls it burnt perfect to the end. One great thing I noticed was that they had public restrooms. To me it's hard trying to buy THC products having to go to the bathroom. I make impulsive buys I didn't need. Over all it is very comfortable to buy THC products at that location

Upon our first visit the Bud tender was extremely patient, informative and thorough when showing us the entire inventory. He was very careful to ask questions about my previous usage, and my history with cannabis to not accidentally prescribe something too strong. He was very informative on different extraction processes, and why some things cost more than others. also was very open with personal suggestions and his opinion on products that he personally enjoys. The savings are actually amazing. first visit you get 50% off, second visit 25% off, different sales every week, and even a reward system where you can get $50 off pretty frequently. Staff as a whole is very welcoming friendly and seem to really enjoy what they do. They make the whole process fun and easy.

Today was my first time here at the Dale Mabry location. My experience from 1-10 would be, a 10. The highest level of customer service from each of the staff. Gorgen (helped me initially) was outstanding. He displayed a thorough knowledge of each product and he helped me make conscious choices. Joe, Noel, Claudia, Jeff, Conner, Michelle, and Maria were all extremely helpful. All were pleasant and welcoming. The facility is extremely well kept. I am definitely looking forward to coming here for my needs.

Mask policy strictly enforced- they often times they run out of supplies at this location and will turn away patients. This is the 3rd time this has happened to me, I just had to leave a review.Otherwise; most of the staff here is very friendly but the team leads/managers are less so from what I’ve seen.Also- the systems crash multiple times a week during high volume hours and this makes it difficult to place orders online/ call center can’t help. It’s a known issue been going on for months now that hasn’t been corrected. As the biggest dispensary franchise in FL I expected more, do better Trulieve.

One thing I would suggest is that I received a product that had some taken out. Went to the 8701 N. Dale Mabry location this afternoon for my first ever dispensary visit. From the minute I walked in, everyone was friendly, attentive, and most of all patient (this wasn't just my first dispensary visit - this is my first experience with the leaf ever). I was referred to their specialist, Dante, who was super helpful and attentive to both my specific needs and questions. None of the employees will look down your nose at you if you are a complete newbie to any of this; in fact, I get the feeling they rather enjoy it because they know it's yet another person they are able to welcome into the fold. I picked up some edibles, tincture oil, and a couple pre-rolls to start out with. I will definitely come here again for my next round of product.

I just started using Trulieve and only use the Busch Blvd location. The staff there is more than friendly, and the whole office has a positive vibe feel when entering and leaving. I've come into contact with quite a few of the employees over the past few months, and everyone is knowledgeable and willing to go out of their way to answer questions. I never get the feeling that a non THC user is looking down on me with contempt while I am making my purchases. I will continue to shop this location as long as the staff keeps up the great work!

I would give them zero stars but it doesn’t let me Today my sister brought her son who uses medical marijuana for his seizures. He has his permit. He needs her to help him for everything and at the moment of paying a man saw my sister take the money from her pocket and they were rudely kicked out because he needed to take the money from his pocket not her... they got in my car very upset which it caused my nephew to have a huge seizure. Definitely will not come here again.Before you kick someone out you need to make sure what is happening.

Good for the most part as long as you order online and check in prior to arriving at the location. The parking is pretty cramped and even checking in online before you arrive, there is sometimes still a wait, if you're coming in as a walk-in expect to wait quite a while. The best time to come in is the morning as soon as they open, no wait at all. The employees here are awesome, a bunch of them know me by name and despite being busy and berated by customers that are angry about the wait or a product not being in stock, they're always upbeat and happy. They're the reason I keep going back because Trulieve definitely has some quality assurance issues I've had zip ties in my ground flower, melted edibles, and other product issues and they won't always exchange - sometimes they just offer you like 10% off which is a joke if your product is unusable. Overall visits tend to be positive, just remember that the employees have no control over product availability, the wait or their system being slow so don't take it out on them!

So so it depends on how busy the store is on customer service aspect… this was the 1st store to be in Tampa and sense they have added to others however it is still really hard to get Monday minis Unless you get online literally at 8:00 a.m.. Also I am not all that experienced in this, I got my recommendation in April. And this has been my main dispensary however now that I am more comfortable Etcand experiencing, on occasion new stores--- I have to say that 4 as many times as I have been to several various different truelieve Locations that only have I had a breakdown on how the products work exedra at another store and I have only been to a total of 3. So with that said truly this definitely on point to try to get to the top quick I notice their customer service is ridiculous you can't even contact them however they are somewhat reliable but you may have to drive to a farther store to get what you want and get online at the crack of dawn to even get any other things that are on sale and that's pretty much the only way its affordable.

Trulueve has come a long way to improve it's processes. This strain came is around 27 percent THC and was amazing. It's a good strain for a heavy smoker but one toke will make you feel amazing. *UPDATE* I reached out via email like the owner's response says but have not heard back from them in 2 months. Looks nice that they responded to this review very fast but they really haven't tried "to make things right" like they said they would.I placed an order online yesterday. I checked the status online after not receiving an update for 24 hours and found out it was cancelled. I then waited around 30 minutes on the customer service chat only for a representative to tell me my order was actually fulfilled and I can go pick it up. I asked why I wasn't updated on the order status and how I would've known that the order was actually fulfilled if I hadn't waited 30 minutes for the customer service chat - I did not get an answer, just copy & pasted stuff. It was like the person was trying their hardest to follow protocol and not talk/listen to me like I am a real person that was just negatively impacted by a mess up on their end. I asked if there was a was to get checked-in so that I didn't have to wait an hour to enter and was given a "you can opt in to online check in when you place the order". It was so frustrating because I DID OPT IN.. Needless to say, if I want to go pick up my order my only option is to go wait for an hour (plus).. I have had other bad experiences with the online check-in as well - checking in online and getting the text saying that "the host is ready to bring you to the showroom," only to have to wait an extra 20-30 minutes. They have great product but the experiences are strongly deterring me from going back to this place..

Yes it's a dispensary, yes they have decent prices. But the way that it is Run, leaves much to be desired. The Atmosphere can be Extremely Tense at any time, and that's the LAST thing I'm looking for when going to the dispensary. Other spots may cost more, BUT I'll pay more for a WONDERFUL experience. ANY DAY. The Genetics are Basic and have been available to the "Heads in the Know" for Decades now. They were the first, But I believe that others Have Stepped up to fill the gaps left by the way they Run. It's still a spot to go. But if you do as much ordering online, you'll find they're not close to what's in stock AT ALL. With over a Year into the program one would figure out a better way to deal with patients.THERE ARE OTHER TRULIEVE'S THAT HAVE JUST AS GOOD OR BETTER GENETICS! AND THEY'RE RUN PROFESSIONALLY. Then you have to wait again to go into the spot. They are the best as far as quality and price. They always seem to be very helpful. These people work so hard here . Trulieve has been receiving a lot of hate online and I wasn't too sure why until my first experience. I placed an order on 7/18 at 10:30am. (Keep in mind most dispensaries fill your order and have it ready within 30 minutes to an hour of placing it.) I arrived at 12:30pm to a crowded parking lot so I decided to go grab food and come back. Around 1:30 I came back and still didn't receive a message that my order was ready. I tried called multiple times, but after waiting on hold for 10 minutes I was hung up on. I went inside the store anyway to see what was going on. When I went inside I was informed there was "at least a 2 hour wait" to PICK UP my order. So apparently after placing an online order you must wait in a "virtual line" to pick it up. This makes absolutely no sense to me being that it is a "pick up" order, and meant for convenience. The Trulieve website NEVER informed me there was a virtual line. I immediately left and went down the road to FLUENT where there was no line, better prices, and a much more friendly staff. At 10:19pm (12 hours later) I got a notification from Trulieve that my order was ready and they only hold it for 24 hours. I live 45 minutes away so this was just beyond frustrating. Save your time and go to another dispensary on the same road. Your first time at FLUENT you'll receive $100 off of $200.

I placed an order online yesterday. I checked the status online after not receiving an update for 24 hours and found out it was cancelled. I then waited around 30 minutes on the customer service chat only for a representative to tell me my order was actually fulfilled and I can go pick it up. I asked why I wasn't updated on the order status and how I would've known that the order was actually fulfilled if I hadn't waited 30 minutes for the customer service chat - I did not get an answer, just copy & pasted stuff. It was like the person was trying their hardest to follow protocol and not talk/listen to me like I am a real person that was just negatively impacted by a mess up on their end. I asked if there was a was to get checked-in so that I didn't have to wait an hour to enter and was given a "you can opt in to online check in when you place the order". It was so frustrating because I DID OPT IN.. Needless to say, if I want to go pick up my order my only option is to go wait for an hour (plus).. I have had other bad experiences with the online check-in as well - checking in online and getting the text saying that "the host is ready to bring you to the showroom," only to have to wait an extra 20-30 minutes. They have great product but the experiences are strongly deterring me from going back to this place..

This is a horrible location. The parking is a nightmare, the wait times are ridiculous and nobody seems to know what is going on. I found a new dispensary with an equal to or better line of product. I don't get the discounts and have to pay a little more but it saves a LOT of headaches. Respect my time.Another thing that angers me is advertising. You advertise special promotions for all of your locations but only provide inventory for one or two. Get it together Trulieve.

If I can award this place 0 stars I would. Logistically you need to correct the way you handle your ordering system and wait times. Making people wait outside the building for hours when they placed an order the day before is no way to keep the customer coming back for more. Very little to no parking space. And the front receptionist doesn’t even practice good customer service skills to the point where I do not feel like a valued customer. Every patient is seen as a number they have no value for people’s time. Today will be the last time I visit this establishment.

I have worked in Customer Service for over a decade and I have to say a certain employee won me over. I recently(within the past 6 mo) started going to Trulieve only for my medicine. Your system is quircky sometimes and every once in a while you have inventory issues, but whatever it may be, I would trust Jose would get the job done in the most efficient and in such a respectful manor that makes you feel comfortable and satisfied. Jose is a Model employee, i have had him the last 3 times and he gave me a heads up about my points and all of the latest deals and new products. I placed an online order at approximately 3 pm. I expected a long wait time as the website advised me to. I received an order confirmation text message stating my order had been confirmed and that I would receive a text when ready. As Trulieve closes at 8 pm, by 6 pm I became concerned and decided to track my order status only to find my order had been canceled. In retrospect, I should have tracked the order status sooner that 2 hours prior to close, but I was respecting the likelihood that the shop would be flooded with orders to prepare. I had received no notification in any form of this cancellation. At this point, I began calling. I called three times. The first two calls, left me waiting for 15 minutes only to be abruptly disconnected from the call. For the third call, I waited on hold for eight minutes and decided to just drive there. I arrived at 7:40 pm and after a 40 minute drive and waiting for quite some time in the line, I made it to the front at 7:57 pm. After I went through the trouble of explaining the entire scenario to the manager of the store, I was ultimately sent away without my medication, with no apology and no offer to assist in this situation or make it right. I explained that this is the only day I could get it due to my busy work schedule and asked if any exception could be made, but this was met with carelessness and arrogance. The responses I received were limited to the following: “ it must have been canceled because of insufficient stock”, “other people drive an hour to an hour and a half to get here” and “ When you don’t get here until 7:58...”. And “everybody has a special circumstance”. I am sure I don’t need to explain to anybody that this is illustrates an absolute lack of appropriate customer service and a gross lack of compassion for the patient. I have been a loyal customer for more than three years and I drive 40 minutes to come to this specific location, even though there’s a closer dispensary in my area. I feel disregarded, not valued and gravely offended by Trulieve. Obviously, the IT department has some work to do regarding order status and notifications. There is also a tremendous need for Trulieve to show their appreciation to their patrons and train their staff accordingly.

I’ve been coming here weekly for the past year or so to start off. Today I placed an online order at 3pm roughly on a Thursday. I received a notice that it was ready at 7:21pm (over 4 hours later). So I rushed over and was originally okay with it, even though they did it hours later right before closing (8pm). I then showed up to wait in line and be told I can’t get my order since I didn’t check in which it never said I have to EVER (at 7:50pm). So they denied me at the door after rushing 40 minutes in traffic to pick up my order that was placed at 3. The girl upfront was completely non genuine. I told her how we came this far and YOU GUYS sent me the text my orders ready. She didn’t seem to care at all and told me people drive an hour away was her response. Then I said fine I’ll write a review, her response was “you can feel free to do what you want” with her nose hanging out of her mask not on. So here I am doing so. And no I don’t want a 10% discount for driving this far paying a premium. This isn’t the first time having an issue at this location, that’s why I’m writing this now.

I ordered online today early this morning and specifically made sure the medicine I was ordering was in stock before placing my order. I head in 1 hour later and a woman lets me know they are slow today and it will be another 1-2 hours wait on my order after checking my ID and order on her tablet. I drive around, get food and sit in the parking lot patiently for 2 hours just to simply get a text that my order is not in stock, after ALL the hours I waited and even specifically checking availability all she could tell me was sorry for the inconvenience this caused. And I even asked why she didn’t tell me what I had ordered wasn’t in stock when I spoke to her previously and she acted like she had no idea what it was I ordered. TRULY poor service.

Second venture in Better Than the First! Everyone is so NICE! Great Experience - really needed THANK YOU! First venture out since transferred from MI, it is sure different here in Florida. Big learning curve for a disabled person that doesn’t like to drive; however, the dispensary is easy to get to and a nice parking lot. The parking lot is just before the Tire Place; easy to pass it is the first drive (Hines and Dale). Really beautiful building with a large waiting room. Easy check-in very courteous and explains everything. You will wait if you do not order on-line, it goes fast, if you order on-line you may want to check if the correct medication is in just before you drive to pick it up. For me though, they have such a great array of product can’t go wrong. This was my first visit – the best dispensary have utilized in Florida. (Medical Cannabis Card Since 2009 MI, to FL). The young guy at the front desk was super friendly and easygoing. I was surprised at how short a time I waited for a walk-in appointment.     Trulieve is vertically integrated, as are the rest of the MMTC’s. Being vertically integrated means they oversee the entire process from seed to sale. Trulieve grows their own cannabis plants from seed or cuttings, harvests, processes into a variety of products, packages and distributes within their own network.

    Product types and availability can vary from store menu to store menu, depending on demand. If Trulieve in Tampa does not have what you are looking for, there is no legal obligation to stick to a single brand. Your medical marijuana card is universally accepted at any dispensary in Florida.

    Purchasing Marijuana Products at Trulieve

    During your first visit, you’ll be required to complete intake forms. This lets the dispensary staff confirm your patient status and see what you were allotted by your medical marijuana doctor.

    Upon arrival at this dispensary, you’ll enter a designated waiting area before going into the retail area with staff. The dispensary staff work with you to explain all of the cannabis products available. Budtenders will make recommendations that are based on your doctor’s recommendation.

    I really wish I could give this store zero stars. I arrived at this store at 8:46 to get medicine. Their website says they close at 9, yet they claim to have shut the registers down at 8:30 when I walk. I’m sure that’s against company policy since you still had the door open and the lights on in the store. Now I’m deprived of medicine when I’m in need of it even more because of how much this pissed me off. I would say do better next time, but there 100% will NOT be a next time.

    Typically I have always had good interactions with the staff here. Well they hired a young punk names Louis that is very rude. There were 3 workers behind the counter, only one with a customer. There were 3 of us waiting for a while. Myself I had been waiting inside the gallery for about 15 minutes and a total of 30. So I asked, hey are you the only one working? Louis, who apparently has no home training or any manners, “says you can wait like everyone else”. And also said they’re hiring if I need a job. “No git, I don’t. I work for the government, and you my friend will not make it out of your 90 days. The other employees apologized for his behavior, but to me he’s just another self entitled kid with no home training nor future. I suggest you hire better employees.

    I’m so upset about my experience here I’m writing the review as I’m walking out the building. I placed an express order and checked in online ahead of time and still after 45 minutes I was not called. I asked to be removed from the wait list and went to my usual spot, LIBERTY, (now AYR), and was in & out in 3 minutes after placing the order while driving 10 minutes away. Also there’s no AC. The receptionist was empathetic but with an office full of patrons I feel sorry for the workers. It’s clear that the company is not competition with any other dispensary in the area and I witnessed the loss of many customers including myself today. Not a happy potential customer!

I remember I was one of the first to have the privilege purchase THC products there when they first opened the late 2000's. O nice I was cleared to go back I was attended by Jeffrey to put all the deals together I lefted saving 40% of my purchases. I rate a 10 on there pre rolls it burnt perfect to the end. One great thing I noticed was that they had public restrooms. To me it's hard trying to buy THC products having to go to the bathroom. I make impulsive buys I didn't need. He was very careful to ask questions about my previous usage, and my history with cannabis to not accidentally prescribe something too strong. He was very informative on different extraction processes, and why some things cost more than others. also was very open with personal suggestions and his opinion on products that he personally enjoys. Gorgen (helped me initially) was outstanding. He displayed a thorough knowledge of each product and he helped me make conscious choices.     Mask policy strictly enforced- they often times they run out of supplies at this location and will turn away patients. This is the 3rd time this has happened to me, I just had to leave a review.Otherwise; most of the staff here is very friendly but the team leads/managers are less so from what I’ve seen.Also- the systems crash multiple times a week during high volume hours and this makes it difficult to place orders online/ call center can’t help. It’s a known issue been going on for months now that hasn’t been corrected. As the biggest dispensary franchise in FL I expected more, do better Trulieve.

One thing I would suggest is that I received a product that had some taken out. I did call back and get a refund because it was out of stock.. but please after doing a return check the product to make sure all is still there.

    Went to the 8701 N. Dale Mabry location this afternoon for my first ever dispensary visit. From the minute I walked in, everyone was friendly, attentive, and most of all patient (this wasn't just my first dispensary visit - this is my first experience with the leaf ever). I was referred to their specialist, Dante, who was super helpful and attentive to both my specific needs and questions. None of the employees will look down your nose at you if you are a complete newbie to any of this; in fact, I get the feeling they rather enjoy it because they know it's yet another person they are able to welcome into the fold. I picked up some edibles, tincture oil, and a couple pre-rolls to start out with. I will definitely come here again for my next round of product.

    I just started using Trulieve and only use the Busch Blvd location. The staff there is more than friendly, and the whole office has a positive vibe feel when entering and leaving. I've come into contact with quite a few of the employees over the past few months, and everyone is knowledgeable and willing to go out of their way to answer questions. I never get the feeling that a non THC user is looking down on me with contempt while I am making my purchases. I will continue to shop this location as long as the staff keeps up the great work!

    I would give them zero stars but it doesn’t let me Today my sister brought her son who uses medical marijuana for his seizures. He has his permit. He needs her to help him for everything and at the moment of paying a man saw my sister take the money from her pocket and they were rudely kicked out because he needed to take the money from his pocket not her... they got in my car very upset which it caused my nephew to have a huge seizure. Definitely will not come here again.Before you kick someone out you need to make sure what is happening.

Staff still friendly and helpful but I've had issues with my last few online orders. If I place an online order before y'all are even open why am I not getting texts for pickup until 3-6pm? I used to be able to place a morning order and then have it ready so I can pick it up on the way to work since I work nights. This is another day with a sale I miss out on because they aren't havlndling their online orders properly and I have to work.

    Good for the most part as long as you order online and check in prior to arriving at the location. The parking is pretty cramped and even checking in online before you arrive, there is sometimes still a wait, if you're coming in as a walk-in expect to wait quite a while. The best time to come in is the morning as soon as they open, no wait at all. The employees here are awesome, a bunch of them know me by name and despite being busy and berated by customers that are angry about the wait or a product not being in stock, they're always upbeat and happy. They're the reason I keep going back because Trulieve definitely has some quality assurance issues I've had zip ties in my ground flower, melted edibles, and other product issues and they won't always exchange - sometimes they just offer you like 10% off which is a joke if your product is unusable. Overall visits tend to be positive, just remember that the employees have no control over product availability, the wait or their system being slow so don't take it out on them!

    So so it depends on how busy the store is on customer service aspect… this was the 1st store to be in Tampa and sense they have added to others however it is still really hard to get Monday minis Unless you get online literally at 8:00 a.m.. Also I am not all that experienced in this, I got my recommendation in April. And this has been my main dispensary however now that I am more comfortable Etcand experiencing, on occasion new stores--- I have to say that 4 as many times as I have been to several various different truelieve Locations that only have I had a breakdown on how the products work exedra at another store and I have only been to a total of 3. So with that said truly this definitely on point to try to get to the top quick I notice their customer service is ridiculous you can't even contact them however they are somewhat reliable but you may have to drive to a farther store to get what you want and get online at the crack of dawn to even get any other things that are on sale and that's pretty much the only way its affordable.

    Trulueve has come a long way to improve it's processes. This strain came is around 27 percent THC and was amazing. It's a good strain for a heavy smoker but one toke will make you feel amazing.     *UPDATE* I reached out via email like the owner's response says but have not heard back from them in 2 months. Looks nice that they responded to this review very fast but they really haven't tried "to make things right" like they said they would.I placed an order online yesterday. I checked the status online after not receiving an update for 24 hours and found out it was cancelled. I then waited around 30 minutes on the customer service chat only for a representative to tell me my order was actually fulfilled and I can go pick it up. I asked why I wasn't updated on the order status and how I would've known that the order was actually fulfilled if I hadn't waited 30 minutes for the customer service chat - I did not get an answer, just copy & pasted stuff. It was like the person was trying their hardest to follow protocol and not talk/listen to me like I am a real person that was just negatively impacted by a mess up on their end. I asked if there was a was to get checked-in so that I didn't have to wait an hour to enter and was given a "you can opt in to online check in when you place the order". It was so frustrating because I DID OPT IN.. Needless to say, if I want to go pick up my order my only option is to go wait for an hour (plus).. I have had other bad experiences with the online check-in as well - checking in online and getting the text saying that "the host is ready to bring you to the showroom," only to have to wait an extra 20-30 minutes. They have great product but the experiences are strongly deterring me from going back to this place..

    Yes it's a dispensary, yes they have decent prices. But the way that it is Run, leaves much to be desired. The Atmosphere can be Extremely Tense at any time, and that's the LAST thing I'm looking for when going to the dispensary. Other spots may cost more, BUT I'll pay more for a WONDERFUL experience. ANY DAY. The Genetics are Basic and have been available to the "Heads in the Know" for Decades now. They were the first, But I believe that others Have Stepped up to fill the gaps left by the way they Run. It's still a spot to go. But if you do as much ordering online, you'll find they're not close to what's in stock AT ALL. With over a Year into the program one would figure out a better way to deal with patients.THERE ARE OTHER TRULIEVE'S THAT HAVE JUST AS GOOD OR BETTER GENETICS! AND THEY'RE RUN PROFESSIONALLY. THIS LOCATION HAS MUCH IN THE WAY OF "GROWING UP IN THE CUSTOMER SERVICE" Industry. THE OTHER LOCATIONS GET IT AND DON'T PLAY GAMES.

    Trulieve has been receiving a lot of hate online and I wasn't too sure why until my first experience. I placed an order on 7/18 at 10:30am. (Keep in mind most dispensaries fill your order and have it ready within 30 minutes to an hour of placing it.) I arrived at 12:30pm to a crowded parking lot so I decided to go grab food and come back. Around 1:30 I came back and still didn't receive a message that my order was ready. I tried called multiple times, but after waiting on hold for 10 minutes I was hung up on. I went inside the store anyway to see what was going on. When I went inside I was informed there was "at least a 2 hour wait" to PICK UP my order. So apparently after placing an online order you must wait in a "virtual line" to pick it up. This makes absolutely no sense to me being that it is a "pick up" order, and meant for convenience. The Trulieve website NEVER informed me there was a virtual line. I immediately left and went down the road to FLUENT where there was no line, better prices, and a much more friendly staff. At 10:19pm (12 hours later) I got a notification from Trulieve that my order was ready and they only hold it for 24 hours. I live 45 minutes away so this was just beyond frustrating. Save your time and go to another dispensary on the same road. Your first time at FLUENT you'll receive $100 off of $200.

I found a new dispensary with an equal to or better line of product. I don't get the discounts and have to pay a little more but it saves a LOT of headaches.     If I can award this place 0 stars I would. Logistically you need to correct the way you handle your ordering system and wait times. Making people wait outside the building for hours when they placed an order the day before is no way to keep the customer coming back for more. Very little to no parking space. And the front receptionist doesn’t even practice good customer service skills to the point where I do not feel like a valued customer. Every patient is seen as a number they have no value for people’s time. Today will be the last time I visit this establishment.

Your system is quircky sometimes and every once in a while you have inventory issues, but whatever it may be, I would trust Jose would get the job done in the most efficient and in such a respectful manor that makes you feel comfortable and satisfied. Jose is a Model employee, i have had him the last 3 times and he gave me a heads up about my points and all of the latest deals and new products.     I placed an online order at approximately 3 pm. I expected a long wait time as the website advised me to. I received an order confirmation text message stating my order had been confirmed and that I would receive a text when ready. As Trulieve closes at 8 pm, by 6 pm I became concerned and decided to track my order status only to find my order had been canceled. In retrospect, I should have tracked the order status sooner that 2 hours prior to close, but I was respecting the likelihood that the shop would be flooded with orders to prepare. I had received no notification in any form of this cancellation. At this point, I began calling. I called three times. The first two calls, left me waiting for 15 minutes only to be abruptly disconnected from the call. For the third call, I waited on hold for eight minutes and decided to just drive there. I arrived at 7:40 pm and after a 40 minute drive and waiting for quite some time in the line, I made it to the front at 7:57 pm. After I went through the trouble of explaining the entire scenario to the manager of the store, I was ultimately sent away without my medication, with no apology and no offer to assist in this situation or make it right. I explained that this is the only day I could get it due to my busy work schedule and asked if any exception could be made, but this was met with carelessness and arrogance. The responses I received were limited to the following: “ it must have been canceled because of insufficient stock”, “other people drive an hour to an hour and a half to get here” and “ When you don’t get here until 7:58...”. And “everybody has a special circumstance”. I am sure I don’t need to explain to anybody that this is illustrates an absolute lack of appropriate customer service and a gross lack of compassion for the patient. I have been a loyal customer for more than three years and I drive 40 minutes to come to this specific location, even though there’s a closer dispensary in my area. I feel disregarded, not valued and gravely offended by Trulieve. Obviously, the IT department has some work to do regarding order status and notifications. There is also a tremendous need for Trulieve to show their appreciation to their patrons and train their staff accordingly.

Everyone there really has always been awesome but I finally took the time to catch Pierce’s name today. He makes me feel like my times of such value and always apologizes for the systems speed (if it’s running slow) and he always has a smile on his face.     I’ve been coming here weekly for the past year or so to start off. Today I placed an online order at 3pm roughly on a Thursday. I received a notice that it was ready at 7:21pm (over 4 hours later). So I rushed over and was originally okay with it, even though they did it hours later right before closing (8pm). I then showed up to wait in line and be told I can’t get my order since I didn’t check in which it never said I have to EVER (at 7:50pm). So they denied me at the door after rushing 40 minutes in traffic to pick up my order that was placed at 3. The girl upfront was completely non genuine. I told her how we came this far and YOU GUYS sent me the text my orders ready. She didn’t seem to care at all and told me people drive an hour away was her response. Then I said fine I’ll write a review, her response was “you can feel free to do what you want” with her nose hanging out of her mask not on. So here I am doing so. And no I don’t want a 10% discount for driving this far paying a premium. This isn’t the first time having an issue at this location, that’s why I’m writing this now.

    I ordered online today early this morning and specifically made sure the medicine I was ordering was in stock before placing my order. I head in 1 hour later and a woman lets me know they are slow today and it will be another 1-2 hours wait on my order after checking my ID and order on her tablet. I drive around, get food and sit in the parking lot patiently for 2 hours just to simply get a text that my order is not in stock, after ALL the hours I waited and even specifically checking availability all she could tell me was sorry for the inconvenience this caused. And I even asked why she didn’t tell me what I had ordered wasn’t in stock when I spoke to her previously and she acted like she had no idea what it was I ordered. TRULY poor service.

I usually am assigned to Nick and he is outstanding, you’ll get both education of products as well as a professional in customer service.     Second venture in Better Than the First! Everyone is so NICE! Great Experience - really needed THANK YOU! First venture out since transferred from MI, it is sure different here in Florida. Big learning curve for a disabled person that doesn’t like to drive; however, the dispensary is easy to get to and a nice parking lot. The parking lot is just before the Tire Place; easy to pass it is the first drive (Hines and Dale). Really beautiful building with a large waiting room. Easy check-in very courteous and explains everything. You will wait if you do not order on-line, it goes fast, if you order on-line you may want to check if the correct medication is in just before you drive to pick it up. For me though, they have such a great array of product can’t go wrong. This was my first visit – the best dispensary have utilized in Florida. (Medical Cannabis Card Since 2009 MI, to FL).     The line here is always long, even when you place an order ahead of time. Budtenders are hit or miss at this location. The quality of the product has been declining recently as well, especially the flower. Müv is down the street and has better product and more knowledgeable, helpful staff.

    It was my first time in the store today (and my first time in a medical dispensary ever), and I have to say I was blown away by how great the staff was. The young guy at the front desk was super friendly and easygoing. I was surprised at how short a time I waited for a walk-in appointment. Then I had the unrivaled privilege of working with Stephanie (her purple hair was beautiful)! She was absolutely lovely: super knowledgeable of the product, positively enthusiastic, and remarkably friendly. She helped me find exactly what I needed in no time at all. I will definitely return.     everyone here is extremely pleasant and helpful. i have never had a bad experience. there’s plenty of variety every time i go to the store and the majority of the time it doesn’t take more than 20 minutes to be called back. these guys really care about the people they serve, they will do their best to help you get what you need even if you come up a little short. the best dispensary hands down.

    Love this place..... always got friendly people... always trying to offer the discounts.... when learning about new products they will have a whole sit down with u telling u everything u need to know...... just a great place all around. Always doing sales also. I have never paid full price once for anything I ever got there

    I love this place. I have been a regular since 2015. They are the best at what they do very knowledgeable friendly, clean atmosphere. Excellent flower and concentrates. They are also improving dramatically on wait times. Just keep up the good work. Top three dispensary in fl.
