I am not a fan of this Trulieve location. The staff there is not all that friendly and I don’t find them to be all that knowledgeable either. I prefer the 4th Street in St. Pete location. The staff there is phenomenal and very friendly and seem to know what they’re talking about. I used to shop at Trulieve a lot when the closest location for me was in St. Pete. But now that there is one closer to my house, you would think I would be there more often. But I prefer to spend my money with businesses that are grateful that I’m spending it with them, instead of people that seem like they’d rather be watching paint dry than to be helping me. I suggest you try Surterra on South Dale Mabry near Britton Plaza or AYR on South Dale Mabry next to Mama’s Kitchen. Their products are high-quality. And they have great sales daily, but most importantly, they are always greeting me with a smile, and they are more than happy to answer any of my questions. If they cannot answer it, they are resourceful and know how to get the answer.

Love the product but the wait in this location is TERRIBLE . I literally order online and then still have to sit in the lobby for someone to check me in with NObODY else waiting ! Literally they barely got staff working or they sit in the back while we just waiting on the lobby for over 30 minutes. It’s very frustrating because there is a reason why orders are made online to expedite the process. Good products but super slow service it makes me not want to buy from them. More sense of urgency to customers would be appreciated .

I tend to go to Trulieve pretty often so i have gotten a feel of the store. I seem to always have the best experience when Austin is working. I do not know if he is the manager but he always is able to answer my questions and help me get the best medicine for me. Never gets frustrated and makes me feel welcomed. i have had a few bad experiences with other employees. More employees should have knowledge and mannerism of Austin. i will continue to go to trulieve for my medicine.

Used to really like Trulieve as a company. They used to be very transparent about their applicable discounts. I picked things in my online order that were not on sale, because I was aware you couldn't use discounts on sale items or ground. Chose some things I had not had the chance to buy before due to their high price. I got an ounce of ground I knew I'd be paying full price for, but when I went to use my birthday discount, it didn't work on anything in the order. Apparently it doesn't work on 3rd party items either. So I tried my "renewal" discount as well. Same thing. No discount. I then find out that you *can* use discounts on sale items, it just gives you the better price of the two. Real nice "discount." So my options were then to scrap my whole order and reorder right then, or pay. Except, there was nothing in stock that could fill the order I had before and apply the discounts for either birthday or renewal. So I payed, and that will be the last time. Y'all got too money hungry. It used to be Trulieve cared about discounting for their MEDICINE. It's just a money game with extreme stipulations now. I have other medicines I have to pay for too and my one time out of the year to try new stuff is now gone or extremely expensive. I paid today for medical weed, what I pay monthly for transplant anti-rejection meds. Wild.

Ordered my order a day in advance. Counter person says they have customers in the back over thirty minutes with deciding what they want. There should be a timelimit on how long a customer is shopping once called back. It shouldn't be allowed to have customers more than 10 minutes to decide what they want. What's the point in pre-ordering and still having to wait more than thirty minutes to be caked back.

Never had to wait so long for a pickup order. Even after they text you its ready, you still have a long (relatively) wait. Dumb n dumber behind the counter putting their two brain cells to work on that calculator trying to figure out discounts was just painful to experience. Your order total will be different than what you see online, no doubt about it. Glad to never to go back 😀 (The lady at the front desk is very nice tho, she gets the star.)

I have come to this location a few times since I recently moved to the area. I have always had a 5 star experience. I have been helped a few times by Michael who is awesome and really helped me out with exactly what I wanted. He is very memorable and I’m looking forward to coming here again and seeing him. They have the best selection of flower. Today I got the “blue spring cookies” in shake form and it is one of the best strains I have had and I normally don’t prefer shake. Best quality flower dispensary out there. Definitely give them a try they always have discounts.

Placed an order for pickup so I wouldn’t have to wait long. Boy, was I wrong. I was told the wait was 30 minutes even though I had already placed an order for pick up, and after waiting for over AN HOUR, and checking in twice, I was finally called and had to re order. I was told they were “too busy” to fulfill my order, so I had to go in and re order everything. Complete waste of time. Shouldn’t make people who have already placed an order wait for over an hour. Usually don’t come to trulieve, but I will start going elsewhere. Staff unfriendly and way too long of a wait for only having two people sitting in the waiting room. Not a great experience.

Every staff member that helps me is always kind and personable, they remember details of little things I’ve mentioned about my life and they always know which flower to recommend. I’ve come in with questions I deemed silly and they didn’t judge me for not knowing things, instead they took the time to educate me. I truly look forward to my interactions here and the product is wonderful. The wait times are usually very short and when they are longer the staff keep us updated and are apologetic. I can say pretty confidently that Trulieve has helped make my life better and I will be shopping at this location for years to come!

Lately there seems to be an employee shortage and wait time for pre-orders hae gotten longer. I place an online order and receive an email acknowledging they received it, but never get another email saying ready for pick-up, even 4 hours later. Every time I go I usually have dom as my bud tender and he's a really nice and professional guy who's really knowledgeable and passionate about all things cannabis, and he helps me pick out the perfect strain for my needs wether I have an idea of what I want or not and everything he's recommended I've consumed and really enjoyed and found good pain and anxiety relief. Great place, great staff, the only thing I would change is maybe the system for pick up orders but there's nothing you can do that's corporate and I understand. For that, 5 stars

Just left and both items I ordered online I was informed when I got to the store they were out of. This problem happens 3 out of 5 times. When you order online, you end up waiting longer. If you do the call head to put yourself in line, you wait even longer. Then, the girl asked if I got the email? What email? I get multiple emails a day from this company. I showed her the 14 emails from the last week and she tells me I’m not one of the lucky ones. The company sent out a $25 credit or something. I seriously can’t stand this place. The only dispenser where you have to wait in a lobby then go into a spot that is never busy. Their processes are ridiculous. Thank goodness there are 2 other dispensaries down the street that I don’t have this issue with. Trulieve, I’d give 3 thumbs down if I had 3 hands. This will fall on deaf ears. Sad.

Went in to get my prescription filled earlier this weekend. A gentleman at the register, I believe his name was Ross, was extremely rude and unprofessional. He didn’t seem to know what he was doing. I usually come in often, as it’s right by my house, but I felt unwanted in my usual store. Trulieve is vertically integrated, as are all of the Florida cannabis brands. Being vertically integrated means they oversee the entire process from seed to sale. Trulieve dispensary products are grown from their own cannabis plants from seed or cuttings, harvested, and processed into a variety of products. Then packages and distributed within their own network.
Product types, different strains and availability can vary from store menu to store menu, depending on demand. If Trulieve in Tampa does not have what you are looking for, your Florida MedCard is universally accepted at any dispensary in the state.
Purchasing Marijuana Products at Trulieve
Upon arrival at this dispensary, you’ll enter a designated waiting area before going into the retail area with staff. The dispensary staff work with you to explain all of the cannabis products available. Budtenders may make recommendations that are based on your doctor’s recommendation.
If it’s your first visit, you’ll be required to complete intake forms. This lets the dispensary staff confirm your patient status and see what you were allotted by your medical marijuana doctor.
What Marijuana Products are Available at Trulieve
The best way to see the different product options before visiting the dispensary is to check out their online menu. If enabled, Trulieve in Tampa online menu may be available on FL Dispensaries to reserve your order.
If you have an active medical card, you can pick from a wide array of cannabis products. Various delivery methods of the different cannabinoids have been approved by the DOH, including edibles, inhalation, oral, sublingual, topical, traditional flower and even suppositories. There is no obligation to buy your entire milligram limit at once; instead, you can purchase less if you so desire and then buy more during another visit or at another dispensary. I am not a fan of this Trulieve location. The staff there is not all that friendly and I don’t find them to be all that knowledgeable either. I prefer the 4th Street in St. Pete location. The staff there is phenomenal and very friendly and seem to know what they’re talking about. I used to shop at Trulieve a lot when the closest location for me was in St. Pete. But now that there is one closer to my house, you would think I would be there more often. But I prefer to spend my money with businesses that are grateful that I’m spending it with them, instead of people that seem like they’d rather be watching paint dry than to be helping me. I suggest you try Surterra on South Dale Mabry near Britton Plaza or AYR on South Dale Mabry next to Mama’s Kitchen. Their products are high-quality. And they have great sales daily, but most importantly, they are always greeting me with a smile, and they are more than happy to answer any of my questions. If they cannot answer it, they are resourceful and know how to get the answer.

Love the product but the wait in this location is TERRIBLE . I literally order online and then still have to sit in the lobby for someone to check me in with NObODY else waiting ! Literally they barely got staff working or they sit in the back while we just waiting on the lobby for over 30 minutes. It’s very frustrating because there is a reason why orders are made online to expedite the process. Good products but super slow service it makes me not want to buy from them. More sense of urgency to customers would be appreciated .

I tend to go to Trulieve pretty often so i have gotten a feel of the store. I seem to always have the best experience when Austin is working. I do not know if he is the manager but he always is able to answer my questions and help me get the best medicine for me. Never gets frustrated and makes me feel welcomed. i have had a few bad experiences with other employees. Used to really like Trulieve as a company. They used to be very transparent about their applicable discounts. I picked things in my online order that were not on sale, because I was aware you couldn't use discounts on sale items or ground. Chose some things I had not had the chance to buy before due to their high price. I got an ounce of ground I knew I'd be paying full price for, but when I went to use my birthday discount, it didn't work on anything in the order. Apparently it doesn't work on 3rd party items either. So I tried my "renewal" discount as well. Same thing. No discount. I then find out that you *can* use discounts on sale items, it just gives you the better price of the two. Real nice "discount." So my options were then to scrap my whole order and reorder right then, or pay. Except, there was nothing in stock that could fill the order I had before and apply the discounts for either birthday or renewal. So I payed, and that will be the last time. Y'all got too money hungry. It used to be Trulieve cared about discounting for their MEDICINE. It's just a money game with extreme stipulations now. I have other medicines I have to pay for too and my one time out of the year to try new stuff is now gone or extremely expensive. I paid today for medical weed, what I pay monthly for transplant anti-rejection meds. Wild.

Ordered my order a day in advance. Counter person says they have customers in the back over thirty minutes with deciding what they want. There should be a timelimit on how long a customer is shopping once called back. It shouldn't be allowed to have customers more than 10 minutes to decide what they want. What's the point in pre-ordering and still having to wait more than thirty minutes to be caked back.

Never had to wait so long for a pickup order. Even after they text you its ready, you still have a long (relatively) wait. Dumb n dumber behind the counter putting their two brain cells to work on that calculator trying to figure out discounts was just painful to experience. Your order total will be different than what you see online, no doubt about it. Glad to never to go back 😀 (The lady at the front desk is very nice tho, she gets the star.)

I have come to this location a few times since I recently moved to the area. I have always had a 5 star experience. I have been helped a few times by Michael who is awesome and really helped me out with exactly what I wanted. He is very memorable and I’m looking forward to coming here again and seeing him. They have the best selection of flower. Today I got the “blue spring cookies” in shake form and it is one of the best strains I have had and I normally don’t prefer shake. Best quality flower dispensary out there. Definitely give them a try they always have discounts.

Placed an order for pickup so I wouldn’t have to wait long. Boy, was I wrong. I was told the wait was 30 minutes even though I had already placed an order for pick up, and after waiting for over AN HOUR, and checking in twice, I was finally called and had to re order. I was told they were “too busy” to fulfill my order, so I had to go in and re order everything. Complete waste of time. Shouldn’t make people who have already placed an order wait for over an hour. Usually don’t come to trulieve, but I will start going elsewhere. Staff unfriendly and way too long of a wait for only having two people sitting in the waiting room. Not a great experience.

I’ve come in with questions I deemed silly and they didn’t judge me for not knowing things, instead they took the time to educate me. I truly look forward to my interactions here and the product is wonderful. The wait times are usually very short and when they are longer the staff keep us updated and are apologetic. Lately there seems to be an employee shortage and wait time for pre-orders hae gotten longer. I place an online order and receive an email acknowledging they received it, but never get another email saying ready for pick-up, even 4 hours later. Every time I go I usually have dom as my bud tender and he's a really nice and professional guy who's really knowledgeable and passionate about all things cannabis, and he helps me pick out the perfect strain for my needs wether I have an idea of what I want or not and everything he's recommended I've consumed and really enjoyed and found good pain and anxiety relief. Great place, great staff, the only thing I would change is maybe the system for pick up orders but there's nothing you can do that's corporate and I understand. For that, 5 stars

Just left and both items I ordered online I was informed when I got to the store they were out of. This problem happens 3 out of 5 times. When you order online, you end up waiting longer. If you do the call head to put yourself in line, you wait even longer. Then, the girl asked if I got the email? What email? I get multiple emails a day from this company. I showed her the 14 emails from the last week and she tells me I’m not one of the lucky ones. The company sent out a $25 credit or something. I seriously can’t stand this place. The only dispenser where you have to wait in a lobby then go into a spot that is never busy. Their processes are ridiculous. Thank goodness there are 2 other dispensaries down the street that I don’t have this issue with. Trulieve, I’d give 3 thumbs down if I had 3 hands. This will fall on deaf ears. Sad.
