Id like to thank one of the workers at Trulieve. I needed to make use of a warranty for an expensive battery, but he took the broken one and gave me a brand new one. He was so kind and helped me solved my issue so quick and easily. He gets 5 stars!!Now... I don't remember his name. So, I called the store trying to find out so I may mention him here, in this review. But the phone lady was not helpful at all and even if I mentioned his possible name, asking her to confirm that it was the correct name, she told me that she can't talk to me about this topic. So she gets zero stars.So, to give the credit to the gentleman that helped me so well, I believe his name was Brenton, or Brandon, or something liken that.Thank you B!! and it would be nice if phone operators act as nicely as you!.Tnx!!

I used to frequent Trulieve solely. Their products are comparable to AYR, Curaleaf, Muv, etc.. employees are sometimes nice, sometimes not..that part doesnt bother me...my biggest complaint is THE WAIT! Why is it, I can be in and out of other dispensaries in 10 minutes, yet Trulieve makes you wait 20 minutes AFTER youve checked in online from placing an order THE DAY BEFORE, then show you on a waitlist, only not to honor it? Why have an "Express" if you're not gonna honor it?? Heres the thing, HIRE more employees. I've gone to bat for Trulieve on multiple occasions, but I think I'm going to have to take another stance. You're not new at this, how about some efficiency?? Good grief.🙄On a positive note: I cannot blame all employees that do give it their all and try to be as efficient as possible. One of their names is Richard. He is such a gracious and kind person. And then there was Johnny. Such awesome folks, def deserve some kudos!

I have been coming to this location since it opened, which I believe is about 2 years ago now. The staff is super down to earth and friendly, they are always willing to explain things without hesitation, from product details to perhaps why an item hasn't been in stock for awhile. Today was my first experience in having to return a product. I was helped by Leah who went above and beyond any of my expectations. The previous day I had taken advantage of a sale that gave me 50% off my entire purchase if I purchased 7 items. I ordered 7 of the 3.5 gram units of flower in different strains. I failed to check the THC % at the store and when I arrived at my house I noticed it was 8% lower than what had been listed online. I did not open anything but was bummed out and went back the next morning. Leah and her manager Lisa worked something out where I could do a straight exchange with the 4 units that I didn’t want with ones I did with a THC% that I wanted in a more desirable strain at no extra cost to me. This is excellent customer service, I was unaware that even though they were unopened returned flower does have to be destroyed. I had intended to just return all 7 items as I was sour on the ordeal (all my own fault) and they absolutely made my day and less product had to be destroyed. Please remember the trulieve staff works incredibly hard dealing with all of their online orders, walk in’s, constantly changing price points because they offer so many different sales. It is our job as customers to make sure our orders are exactly what we expect before they are labeled. If they are not the staff at this location will bend over backwards to help you get what you want. This way flower doesn’t have to be destroyed. Leah and Lisa should both receive raises as their customer service and understanding could not have been better.

Hello Fellow Trulievers!!!When the Tarpon Springs location opened I was so excited! So close to my house finally!I haven’t gone back to the Tarpon location since the middle of January.From what I understand there was a change in management around that timeThe first time I shopped in Tarpon before the new year I had a great experience… In fact I had several great experiences after the first time too.… But after the last time I visited… I can assure you it will be my very last time ever stepping foot into the Tarpon Springs location.The staff was sullen and it made me feel gloomy. I overheard several staff members discussing their frustration regarding their schedules not being posted early enough. I also overheard at least four or five consultants comment that they wish they could transfer stores because they were being harassed by the current management team if my daughter was treated like that at her work place I would tell her to walk out and I would handle it from there.Please keep in mind, this was all during one shopping visit. I could clearly hear their conversations while I was in the middle of trying to select my medication and talking with my patient consultant.I am unsure why the previous management team was replaced with this new team. I am 100% sure that until the management at the Tarpon Springs location is improved… I will never step foot inside of that store ever again.I noticed that many of the good associates were no longer there. It was almost as if they knew The store with decline as it has.

I have been shopping at this location for 5 months. This store has set the standard for great customer service. I'm always greeted with enthusiasm, and the staff has been extremely helpful guiding me through products. Most other places just shove a menu in your face and say "here's what we got", but Trulieve takes the time to show and discuss each product in stock that day. They definitely elevate their customer service to a level I have not witnessed inside of a Florida dispensary before.

It truly makes a difference as a patient when you are treated with respect and not like a dollar sign. I gave the Tarpon Trulieve a try and man could I feel a difference! There were quite a few people waiting when I entered but the gentleman checking me in, Stephen I believe, was very translucent and informative about what was going on. After a few minutes wait I was given to the sweetest consultant Rebeka (Greek spelling like me;) ) who helped me get what I need and even taught me about something I didn't even know existed. This dispensary, officially referred to by the state as a medical marijuana treatment centers, or MMTC for short is licensed by the Office of Medical Marijuana Use (OMMU).
Trulieve is vertically integrated, as are all of the Florida cannabis brands. Being vertically integrated means they oversee the entire process from seed to sale. Trulieve dispensary products are grown from their own cannabis plants from seed or cuttings, harvested, and processed into a variety of products. Then packages and distributed within their own network.
Product types, different strains and availability can vary from store menu to store menu, depending on demand. If Trulieve in Tarpon Springs does not have what you are looking for, your Florida MedCard is universally accepted at any dispensary in the state.
Purchasing Marijuana Products at Trulieve
Upon arrival at this dispensary, you’ll enter a designated waiting area before going into the retail area with staff. The dispensary staff work with you to explain all of the cannabis products available. Budtenders may make recommendations that are based on your doctor’s recommendation.
If it’s your first visit, you’ll be required to complete intake forms. This lets the dispensary staff confirm your patient status and see what you were allotted by your medical marijuana doctor.
What Marijuana Products are Available at Trulieve
The best way to see the different product options before visiting the dispensary is to check out their online menu. If enabled, Trulieve in Tarpon Springs online menu may be available on FL Dispensaries to reserve your order.
If you have an active medical card, you can pick from a wide array of cannabis products. Various delivery methods of the different cannabinoids have been approved by the DOH, including edibles, inhalation, oral, sublingual, topical, traditional flower and even suppositories. There is no obligation to buy your entire milligram limit at once; instead, you can purchase less if you so desire and then buy more during another visit or at another dispensary. It’s important to find what works for you.
Low tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) cannabis with higher CBD products are available to patients as well who prefer the non-euphoric effect.

Their products are comparable to AYR, Curaleaf, Muv, etc.. employees are sometimes nice, sometimes not..that part doesnt bother me...my biggest complaint is THE WAIT! Why is it, I can be in and out of other dispensaries in 10 minutes, yet Trulieve makes you wait 20 minutes AFTER youve checked in online from placing an order THE DAY BEFORE, then show you on a waitlist, only not to honor it? Today was my first experience in having to return a product. I was helped by Leah who went above and beyond any of my expectations. The previous day I had taken advantage of a sale that gave me 50% off my entire purchase if I purchased 7 items. I ordered 7 of the 3.5 gram units of flower in different strains. I failed to check the THC % at the store and when I arrived at my house I noticed it was 8% lower than what had been listed online. I did not open anything but was bummed out and went back the next morning. Leah and her manager Lisa worked something out where I could do a straight exchange with the 4 units that I didn’t want with ones I did with a THC% that I wanted in a more desirable strain at no extra cost to me. This is excellent customer service, I was unaware that even though they were unopened returned flower does have to be destroyed. I had intended to just return all 7 items as I was sour on the ordeal (all my own fault) and they absolutely made my day and less product had to be destroyed. Please remember the trulieve staff works incredibly hard dealing with all of their online orders, walk in’s, constantly changing price points because they offer so many different sales. It is our job as customers to make sure our orders are exactly what we expect before they are labeled. If they are not the staff at this location will bend over backwards to help you get what you want. This way flower doesn’t have to be destroyed. Leah and Lisa should both receive raises as their customer service and understanding could not have been better.

So close to my house finally!I haven’t gone back to the Tarpon location since the middle of January.From what I understand there was a change in management around that timeThe first time I shopped in Tarpon before the new year I had a great experience… In fact I had several great experiences after the first time too.… But after the last time I visited… I can assure you it will be my very last time ever stepping foot into the Tarpon Springs location.The staff was sullen and it made me feel gloomy. I overheard several staff members discussing their frustration regarding their schedules not being posted early enough. I also overheard at least four or five consultants comment that they wish they could transfer stores because they were being harassed by the current management team if my daughter was treated like that at her work place I would tell her to walk out and I would handle it from there.Please keep in mind, this was all during one shopping visit. I could clearly hear their conversations while I was in the middle of trying to select my medication and talking with my patient consultant.I am unsure why the previous management team was replaced with this new team. I am 100% sure that until the management at the Tarpon Springs location is improved… I will never step foot inside of that store ever again.I noticed that many of the good associates were no longer there. It was almost as if they knew The store with decline as it has.

I'm always greeted with enthusiasm, and the staff has been extremely helpful guiding me through products. Most other places just shove a menu in your face and say "here's what we got", but Trulieve takes the time to show and discuss each product in stock that day.
