What a great location and great selection. it's unlike other dispensaries that don't have much of a selection if one or two strains of flower. Jill was extremely helpful. I've been going to this store for two and a half months and I have always had the best experience at this establishment. The staff are patient and friendly, the store is clean and strict about social distancing, and there's almost always something new to try at a reasonable price. I couldn't believe that I could be more pleased with Trulieve Titusville but each time I visit this location my experience is better than my previous visit. First of all I would like to send out a big thank you to Jill. Today she made my life much easier by relieving me of a huge stress. Jill you are awesome. You are my go to person from today on. I am an avid Trulieve(r) I have placed pick up orders and just walked in. The customer service is always superb from the doormen to the bud tenders. The other day I did a delivery out of convenience and it was such a smooth and easy process. Well worth the $15 delivery fee! Brooke was my delivery driver today and wow! I was referred to the Titusville location by a friend. This is all kind of new to me so there’s so there’s a lot of info. Crystal helped me and was so good. She was sweet and knowledgeable, and really helpful. But when I got all the way back home, the battery I’d bought didn’t work. Therefore, I couldn’t use my medication. I called and spoke with Blake and he was also wonderful. I was upset, not with Trulieve, but with the situation. I wasn’t able to get back up there. He was empathetic and kind. He set up delivery/exchange of a new one which happened the next day!! Brooke arrived early in the day and she was equally nice and customer service oriented. Today's experience was a bit rough when I was trying to make my purchase. I asked the girl behind the counter what the percentage was of the stardawg flower. She stated that it was lower than the text I received. I was purchasing 3 eighths and wanted to change the order to 1. I was informed by the girl that I couldn't do that. Kenyatta was assisting another patient when she overheard the conversation. Kenyatta then asked her patient to hold one moment and helped with my order. I was ready to cancel everything until Kenyatta stepped in and resolved the issue. I would like to say Thank you to Kenyatta for assisting with my order. If your disability prevents you from wearing mask you can't go in to pick up any deals anymore. Store manager shrugged his shoulders at ADA stating he had no idea what ADA is. You have to do delivery and there is a fee. They made me explain my medical conditions which is also a violation of HIPAA.I just got my card but not really able to deal with all this.read more

Welcome to Titusville, Trulieve! Your menu selection is extensive and quality products. Easy to order ahead of time and pick up or walk in! Never really busy and they already have a system in place that makes social distancing a breeze! Highly recommend!!! It's so nice Titusville finally has a dispensary. You may be thinking, "But, Reviewer -- we've had a dispensary for quite some time! It's called Curaleaf, and it's downtown." Oh, poor creature. The pity I feel for you -- for anyone! -- who still considers that wretched hive of scum and villainy a dispensary! Gone! Gone are the days of not being able to get the medicine you need because some company cares more about profit than patients!Gone! Gone are the days of driving far and wide to find somewhere (Anywhere!) with something (Anything!) in stock!Gone! Gone are the days of ever bothering to waste a single moment of your time going anywhere else!If you've read any of my dispensary reviews before, you may have noticed a slight disdain for our previous medical marijuana dispensing establishments. (slight being the operative word) The only bit of that disdain that remains towards Trulieve specifically is towards Trulieve's website, but at least the staff in Titusville are aware of its issues and don't blame it on customer incompetence as *managers* at several of their other establishments have. (I'm a computer programmer specializing in web development and design, don't EVEN tell me I "just don't know how to use your website" lol)Titusville Trulieve is the real deal. They stay stocked with a variety of strains in a variety of varieties (preroll, flower, concentrate, crumble, shatter, et al.) and the staff is very knowledgeable about which of their products help with which of your ailments. The prices are beyond reasonable, you earn points towards discounts, and they have a legitimate return policy (full disclosure, I have never had to return anything from any Trulieve establishment -- I have always been more than satisfied with each and every product and have never encountered anything defective) which is more than many dispensaries can say.But better than all of that -- and, perhaps, better than everything going on in the world at this time -- today I got a free t-shirt.10/10, would smash.read more

I had a very bad store experience in Titusville today! The last time I visited the Titusville store was on their grand opening. I bought ten cups of the ground flower. They had a 2 strain per customer per day limit. I had ordered the Renegade OG on different days so I could pick up more than two. They were nice and let me get five of the Renegade Ogs .They let me get ten cups instead of eight. They reminded me that the first hour of the day was for immuno compromised people.So Today I went right when they opened. I was nervous when I saw customers walking in the door with no masks and not social distancing even though there were markers on the floor. Another lady and I started talking about it, then the security guard got in the conversation and one of the customers with no masks got angry with me . The security guard told the lady behind the counter that they needed to use the stickers on the floor for social distancing.The lady working behind the counter said she didn't know if they were still doing the first hour for immuno compromised patients. She said that the state was opening back up and then she took off her mask and went in the back to check.When they brought me in the back I let the lady know I had two orders I had ordered 2 supply dream, 2 interstellar and two scream. The next day I saw they had supply dream left and ordered two more (Different day). I can only get 6 , all that is left on my recommendation.) I wanted the two interstellar and the four supply dreams.The manager was very upset with me, the above mentioned issues and confusion with the opening hour had resulted in words from one of the non mask wearing customers, the manager accused me of starting trouble because I had asked about people wearing masks. The Edgewater store offers masks to customers,( at least they did on my last visit there, why Titusville is different can someone please tell me? The manager lectured and argued with me during the entire purchase process. He informed me the law did not require people to wear masks. When I asked him what the difference was between the first hour and any other hour the store was open for immuno compromised patients and he couldn't come up with anything. My main issue here is that even though he had the four cups of Supply Dream that I wanted, he would only give me two. He said he is saving the other two for me to pick up (Risk my life going out again, for what?) Tomorrow. I told him I have multiple co-morbidities which make me have a high risk for a bad outcome with covid-19. I begged him not make me have to come back again and risk my self again tomorrow when he had the medicine I wanted in his hand, and was saving it for me anyway! When I arrived home a short time later there was an email from Trulieve telling me that the medicine in question was ready for pick up.He refused me my lawfully allowed medication because his personal feelings and emotions clouded his judgement. Now IF I want it I have to jump through his hoops and pick it up tomorrow, in an unsafe place. I have to choose between my safety and my medication.PS I was not the only customer who had issues with the other customers not wearing masks. I thought the whole point of having the first hour for the vulnerable was to keep them safe? Nothing different was done, socially distancing was not enforced.My advice, make the drive to use the Edgewater store or try Liberty medical in Merrit Island.UPDATE! I was told to expect a reply from senior management within 48 hours. It has been twice that and still nothing. They do not seem to care about the safety of their staff or patients!!?! I was told the leadership team would reply in 48 hours. They don't care about patients, believe that.read more
