Absolutely love the atmosphere! It’s calm, quiet and doesn’t feel like a doctors office that you are scared of going… to. Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable about how things work and the products they sell. Wait time is reasonable around 5-10 minutes not to mention the employees are fast to get the items you want. When placing an online order it takes several hours for them to fulfill the order, and if they don’t have what you… ordered in stock, they won’t call and see if you would like something else, they wait until you get there. Every other Trulieve I’ve been to is super fast fulfilling orders and if the item isn’t in stock they will actually call you. This location needs work for sure. Not to mention the wait times are ridiculous.read more

Don’t usually leave reviews, but this location is lacking so far in terms of service compared to other locations in the… city/state. The wait time is ALWAYS long and for some reason the stock is never updated online. The staff that are able to show up are amazing but usually there’s only like 2-3 people daily. Closing at 5 when most people work until 5 is just dumb especially when so many patients are in need and you’re the… only location open. Drive there after work through crazy traffic since all lights aren’t working. Wasting my time. Second strike trulieve. You get one more and I’ll never buy again. Consider yourself notified of losing a client.Edit: replying to trulieve’s response…that’s understandable, what’s not acceptable is you received online orders and did not notify people who ordered for pick up that your hours changed. That lacks professionalism and basic courtesy. You should have notified clients who placed orders so they can make arrangements. Not let them expect that the order is ready only to drive across town in a disaster zone to find out that your closed.read more

Loved my first time walk-in experience with Alex at Trulieve! The visit was wonderful and all around Super-friendly… Staff! Terrific Service! The atmosphere was chill and relaxing. I placed an order with this location (Lehigh Acres) for Saturday delivery. I received TWO text messages on Thursday and… Friday 07/28/2022 and 07/29/2022 that the order was packed and ready for delivery the on Saturday, 07/30/2022 between 8 a.m. and 7 p.m. Mind you, my last order was also for a Saturday delivery. After waiting home ALL DAY, I went to their website and check on the order. The chatted online with a customer support rep named “Cat”. She contacted the Lehigh Acres location to find the status of my order. She informed me that that location now only delivers on Tuesdays and Thursdays. If that is the case WHY didn’t they contact me and let me know, instead of sending TWO text messages that it would be delivered on Saturday?! VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVER. Thankfully, there are many other dispensary options in the Ft Myers area.read more

I have a prescription for tincture. The people are so very friendly and talk to me about different types of tincture… and its ability to help with my issues. I am now off 20 pills due to motorcycle accident and have just a couple drops of tincture in coffee instead. L4, L5 herniated disc and tear. L1, L3 bulging and now bone spurs. Pinched nerve in neck. Can’t say anything good about Trulieve. Put in an express order and still have to wait 30 minutes to an hour or more… even once you check in. Takes more than an hour usually 3 to 5 to process an order. Don’t dare show up before your order is complete, they’ll make you wait that entire processing time in the lobby.Drive a bit further to Liberty or Curaleaf, it’ll take the same amount of time.read more

Prices are a little high and they only offer a senior discount on Sunday. There is another place close by that gives… you a senior discount everyday and these people really need to match that to compete. 10% senior discount can add up to a good amount of money. The worst customer experience I’ve had in recent years – no ability to handle a line, constantly letting people cut… ahead because they “had an online order that isn’t ready yet” – A “waiting list” is apparently used if you know the people that work there.Watching four people be let in ahead of you because “they put a note in to hold it for them” for an order they apparently made “days ago” per the conversation with the lady at the check-in would probably make anyone upset.Even better is being told “Oh but they just called your name” when letting them know you have to leave after sitting in the lobby for half an hour – just say you forgot, say anything about the situation at all – don’t just ignore that people have been waiting for half an hour while you keep letting people that showed up after them in.Had plenty of great experiences before this, maybe it’s just a fluke. Great deals and product but I have only been there two times and had the same lady at the front desk each time who was… incredible rude to me I’m guessing because I did not have a mask. She told me they had no masks I had to leave I luckily found one in my car and the next person that came in had the same problem.. but she found a mask for them. Had to leave and go buy a mask because they are required when inside. If you’re going to force someone to wear a mask,… at least have disposable masks out for the customers. I spent an hour today waiting for nothing because the check in girl put my license to the end even after I told her… multiple times who I came in after and she did nothing to correct it. I watched her take up my license to input my information into the computer than get up to let someone in the back and instead of putting my license back in line she put it to the end.
