This store tries to steals your cash. Don’t pay with your card if you don’t want this to happen to you. They will add an other amount on there and say they have to return you some money back and they don’t. They try to keep your change. If your not paying attention and notice they will keep it. Try to pull a slick one can’t say for all but this was some girl there working didn’t get her name and have read some other reviews this store has to better 🤦🏻♂️

Honestly I have visited various stores and even though no one was there, I didn't find it very friendly. The young lady didn't know much about the products when asked do you know what was good for pain etc. They also had a big sale yet didn't even offer even though I had a met the amount of sale.

They have gotten a hole lot better with the flower that they are getting I really like the roll one flower it's been coming in with high terpeen levels I can now recommend you guys to others without a problem thinking I just recommend bad flower because it uses to be really dry but now it's really really good plus the staff is more experienced and actually are being nicer than ever I guess because people aren't complaining about the flower 😂 well whatever you guys are doing keep it up thanks 👍I just went recently and I got a 3.5 container of flower and the seal was open. I found out when I got home I weighed it out and nothing was missing it was just open. Please tell the dispensary so they can know and check them before giving it to patients. Thanks 👍🏻

Be careful with this store I just walked out and left when I opened the container. It didn’t have the seal and it was missing more than half the total grams. It looks like someone returned it USED and they put it back to sale. Unreal not going again. Not the first time this happens either at this store. Go to AYR and ask for Paola they are the best!! Always good sales

They don’t operate this place very well in my honest opinion. I’ve been to many other TL locations that are just much better than this. It’s in a not-so-great area (plz don’t leave your car unlocked btw) and it’s a bit run-down to say the least. I came in three hours before closing and it looked like a tornado swept thru here. Absolutely unacceptable, Trulieve needs to do better than this.

Love truelieve and been going for a while now, always recommend them to everyone but highly disappointed in my last visit. Had just renewed my med license, went in and asked for the renewal discount. The employee said they no longer do that so i said okay. Fast forward a week later i went to another truelieve closer to me and they tell me they still do honor that discount it just has to be within a time frame which i had missed mind you when i asked i had just renewed my license 2 hours prior. If you don’t want to give the discount just say that but don’t try to insult my intelligence or blatantly lie about it. Will stick too the flowery and jungle boys from now on

I hate their customer service though which is crazy because most of the times there isn’t a huge wait or a long line but the people here just act like they don’t wanna attend you or work. I walked in Friday at 5:15pm and there’s like one other customer here and several employees but nobody attended me till like 25 minutes later. The only girl actually working was a really nice brunette behind the counter. The rest of the people were gossiping and avoiding work. Just disappointed in that. But the products are great. I came back 8/5 at 2:45pm and it looks like it’ll be an hour wait. The dude next to me said he’s been waiting about that long. Trulieve, please hire more efficient staff or just more staff in general. Not expecting fast food level timing but this is ridiculous I rather not come to this location at all anymore.

If you’re willing to wait a very long time and spend almost an hour just to pick something up then by all means please stop by this place. This is the only dispensary that I have seen that has people waiting outside in this heat. If you’re like me and are willing to wait 10-15 mins max, then go to any OTHER trulieve. They say that trulieve is the Walmart of all dispensaries (I love trulieve’s products btw) and the location on bird road solidifies that to a 10. Why is it that yesterday I placed an order at around 4pm, wasn’t told it was ready until the following day at 12 pm. Terrible wait times. You guys need a better system or have more workers attending more customers. Not one every 15 mins if there’s more working behind the counters. Customers should be number 1 priority. I really won’t ever come here again.

This is the worst location I’ve been to so far. I made an express pickup order - no modifications. At 6:38pm I got notice that an associate was ready to see me; however, when I walked in there were several people waiting. I thought no problem it’s express anyway just picking up and going. But no, people ahead of me kept getting called ahead of me over and over. The wait list by the way only showed 2 ppl ahead for express. I asked the front desk what was up she said “you’re next”. She lets me on the show room another 4 people called. At this point I said forget it I’m going back to my regular location. I leave there at 7 with no product. Never again

My favorite dispensary in Florida, their stains are always great. I go to the Olympia Heights shop, they’re always friendly and happy to answer any questions. The best flower that I’ve tried so far is Khalifa kush it has the highest thc. I also like rebel sour, mandarin cookies and space face cake.

Customer service it’s ok had better friendlier service at other dispensaries with more attention to detail , where they actually care to explain you about how the different strains makes you FEEL , not how it just smells/tastes and looks (anyone can do that)…what’s very unprofessional is their inventory/staff response when items out of stock and their website says they clearly have itSuch a waste of time having to go in person to see what they actually have in stock since they don’t bother to answer the phone or update their inventory and keep it up to date

Purchasing Marijuana Products at Trulieve

Customer service it’s ok had better friendlier service at other dispensaries with more attention to detail , where they actually care to explain you about how the different strains makes you FEEL , not how it just smells/tastes and looks (anyone can do that)…what’s very unprofessional is their inventory/staff response when items out of stock and their website says they clearly have itSuch a waste of time having to go in person to see what they actually have in stock since they don’t bother to answer the phone or update their inventory and keep it up to date

Love this Trulieve location. Great customer support. Usually theirs only one patient in front of me so service is fast and on point. I have had some products I didn't like but they gladly took them back and I got better replacements. Great friendly staff and awesome products and sales ALL THE TIME. Ordered online and I usually get my meds real quickly. They are starting to build a real nice menu, still not as large as Dadeland but definitely keeping up and always having the newest strains coming in! Nice job and hope they keep it up
