Many times they are very busy but always courteous despite the growing customer base. I can't say enough about their attention to detail.

Do not ever assume what you ordered and paid for is in your bag. The hassle of trying to get what I paid for and was not given involved 4 days of incessant phone calls to trulieve. Plus TWO trips to the store to retrieve the missing item. I was originally told when I called that it would be no problem just come in. When I came in they said I'd have to pay as they need to review the cameras and that would take 48 hours. Mind you I've never once claimed an item was missing before not to mention spent thousands of dollars here the past two years. No one wanted to help and I got major attitude from the manager who was present. I felt very uncomfortable with being ripped off and God forbid I ask to be given what I paid for. How dare I???? After spending thousands of dollars at this store over the last two years, to be treated so poorly is completely unacceptable. I was very intimidated by the all male staff and will NEVER spend my hard earned money at this company. Medical Marijuana is too reduce my stress; dealing with Trulieve increased it. SHAME ON YOU-- you know who you are! Buyer Beware!!!!!

Went there this morning to pick up an online order that said ready. Got there. Waited 30 minutes got to the counter then they tell me the item is out of stock just to remind you. I drove all the way from Tampa just to get this product. Ridiculous. I won’t recommend, poor customer service wait time and then you still don’t get what you want Very disappointing Also, one of the workers said they get the cheaper products before we do so that shows

I'm not sure where the 4 and 5 star reviews are from, but I walked in the other day and there was one guy in the front and one guy in the back filling orders. I was told the wait was 20-25 minutes. Was there over 30 minutes when the front guy let 2 or 3 people in the back that had come after me. Like he's a bouncer in a club and is only letting people in the back who he already knows. There are PLENTY of other dispensaries in town with equally as good of products with little to no wait time so why anyone would choose to shop here is beyond me

3-4 years ago Trulieve Tyrone was great to go to. The biggest difference is that they had staff to tend to the customers. These days the Tyrone location is heavily understaffed. They aren’t able to fill pickup orders they receive. Today is the second time I placed a pickup order, it wasn’t filled within a couple hours, and headed in as a walk-in. The usual wait time on average when I go is at least 20-30 minutes. They can get wait times as high as an hour. Other places I go usually have same value deal or cheaper then Trulieve sales. Only really end up here now when there isn’t a sale at other places I enjoy with much less waiting.

Don't bother looking online and ordering. They can't figure out how to properly set up their site to keep accurate inventory. Then you order and get a call trying to upsell you into different products. I was literally told this will keep happening when I asked about this happening numerous times. Took a long time to get a simple answer....instead got a paragraph long answer. Customer service used to be important. Everytime I come here and make an online order it is never ready. The always complain that they are always short and someone always calls in sick. This time , they said there was a 1 1/2 hour wait on online orders. The purpose of online orders is to come in and pick up your order asap. At this location, there's always a delay no matter what time of day it isThey need to replace the entire staff. I'm going to their competition down the street.

I’ve been waiting for over 30 minutes, and have no idea how long I’ll still be waiting. Apparently they’ve been cutting staff. I’ll be going to Fluent next visit. It’s the middle of the day- unacceptable. Employees are great and caring, but it’s apparent that corporate is not.

I just waited for my 1 item express order for 45min, while a walk-in individual took their time learning about the products (which they have every right to do, and again is the entire point of the express room). They do not give a darn about their employees or customers, only money money money. Not long till I find somewhere else and do my best to stick it to Trulieve along with everyone else I talk to. Consistent trend they have going on, in a BAD way. Have more than 1 budtender working is it that hard to make your customers happy? Look at all the reviews here. Get better.Edit: increasing to 4 as they are now using the Express room! Great news!Employees and product is good. Trulieve, the company as a whole, does not care about anything besides money. Less workers and now LONG wait times for walk-in. “Express” orders skip the line of walk-in customers even after sitting and waiting for an hour. There’s an entire room dedicated to express. Why not have one employee running that instead of making other customers feel less, just because they don’t want to order through an online system. Something needs to be done in that area, and also in the area of caring for their workers.

I am giving it one star because they have excellent product and good employees. The issue is there is no such thing as express pay online, so you don’t have to wait when picking up. Walking get service just as quickly. Which is the main reason for this review, even ordering online, the minimum wait time is over an hour in the lobby, regardless of when or how you order it. The pleasant employee advised it is the same everyday, basically telling me to shop somewhere else, unless waiting over one full hr is worth your time, I suggest choosing another company that cares for their employees and their customers

Every time I order, they text you to say it's ready but they only give you 10 minutes to get there. It takes 15 minutes to get there from my house. I'm not going to sit in the parking lot for 3 hours. The first time I ordered it took 4 hours. The second and third time took 3 hours. I've got a life and things to do. I don't have time to sit in the parking lot. The two people that took my order all three times. Needs to be fired immediately. It's the one next to Tyrone Mall.

Waited over an hour and when I finally got back there they didn’t have half the products I ordered! Just go to Surrenta pay ahead and walk in and out in less than 5 minutes or Curaleaf wait 10 minutes. This is my second time waiting over an hour. I love Trulieve but I’m going to go to others until this wait time is fixed.

If I could rate 0 stars I would, the online ordering is pointless because you’re still going to wait an hour+ to pick up 5 vape cartridges you ordered the day before. Not to mention that the THC percentage you ordered is likely not going to be the same as advertised online, and once you notice the discrepancy the employees will give you an attitude when you ask for it to be fixed. All in all it’s not worth the hassle at all and from what I’ve seen the business truly doesn’t care about your poor experience because they copy and paste the same response under every bad review of email us and tell us how to do better.

Have to watch out for the percentages not being what it stated on the website when ordering, happened to me a few times, a 24% was actually 19%... and like most people have mentioned, the wait times are a bit out of hand. I'm a very patient guy and never complain about it but I have started going to other dispensaries at times as there are an abundance in this area where it doesn't take 30 to 45 minutes regardless of the time of day.Edit: gave them one more try today, checked in Express, drove over and was still 45 minute wait for express pickup at 10:15am. Never again. They think they are the best game in town, used to be the case but now you need to go check out Rise dispensary, better deals, quality products always available, not rushing to get the deals for they run out each week, no ridiculous wait times, the corporate folks at Trulieve don't deserve my hard earned cash if they continue to layoff all of their staff regularly like the employees complain about.

Honestly out of all the Trulieves this one had the best atmosphere and great service. When I put in a pick up order the order was confirmed to be picked up right away. Unlike other places that I have put in an order and they never got back to me or didn't confirm it til I got to the store on top of not having what I order due to them not putting it together. This place seems to have it more together then the others.

He listened and understood my issue, then provided a wealth of very good information and product options. He was very patient and we explored a variety of products, likely benefits, how-to instructions... lot's of helpful info. Anthony S was super nice and interested in helping me get the product info I wanted. Furthermore, it's a little too early to tell for sure but based on initial experience with the product he guided me to, I found it the most beneficial product thus far, as I've tried several different dispensaries and staff recommendations. I have been there one time now and they were so kind knowledgeable and had so much variety that I was in Heaven there. My budtender, Julia was the kindest knowledgeable person and she found a vast assortment of different Vapes for me to try. Another amazing thing about this store is they have some amazing discounts. It always seems when you look at the menu that the items are expensive but every day they're running some sort of sale so you never actually going to pay what the price says under the item. There's very rarely a day that goes by without a sale at this place. Highly recommend to everybody!

The manager not the staff finally admitted those who walk in vs those who order online,get the older bud.I don't want to see July 4 dated on a flower container when I am in there in Aug 1. Never fails they give some long drawn out excuse for those who walk in get out dated bud over those who order online.Read the reviews, then when you return they may mark probably mark your profile as difficult and continue to disrespect you bc you called them out for obvious no quality assurance. And why is I am asked to verify my DOB and no one else around me gets this question?I knew I was not mistaken that the bud is dry and over 2 weeks old if you walk in, but order online and it's within days of the date on the container.I may be old but I'm don't done yet, I know good quality vs old and dry. And now that this company is a monopoly the staff can step out in the back and smoke anytime. Must be a tough job.And don't think the containers can't bee opened and resealed. Return it and you will end up buying it hours later bc they just out it back in the drawer for the next walk in.Everyone is nice until you get called out and then it's attitude. The company is a monopoly and no one can compete so I'm not surprised I didn't hear back from them.

This has been my regular dispensary for months now, with friendly and knowledgeable staff. But today I was disappointed in the customer service from “Lauren” on register 3, who looked nothing like the Lauren in the ID pic she wore. I asked if my reward points had been applied to my total, and she instantly got an attitude, pulled a side eyes with raised eyebrows face, and told me i was buying sale items it couldn’t be combined with. I said sorry, actually apologized for asking a simple question, because of her instant attitude, from different tone to body language. I didn’t know about that, I wasn’t trying to Karen a discount, and it was out of nowhere. For a facility treating those with social anxiety like myself, I had previously felt comfortable and able to confidently complete a transaction. I don’t think I will come back if this is the new standard. Again, until today, every single staff member has been perfectly pleasant and professional for months, yet I now don’t know if I’ll be returning.

And when you do get it it doesn't help you at all. I have made more returns in the past 3 months than I have in 2 years.They have changed something in their products, there's no CB d in it and the th levels do not match the product. Trulieve is a classy operation. I am a significant stock holder. I invest because as a medical customer they do it right.A month or so ago I had done a order however circumstances didn’t allow my making the trip by closing. Arriving well before noon to the St Pete Tyrone dispensary the next day I was told sorry, too late. I understand rules, but I just felt this was harsh and it bothered me.It has caused me to investigate other area cannabis businesses and Vitacann can hang with them (not in size but otherwise) . Trulieve is best in class but hope they do not take it for granted, alternatives are charging hard.

The listed THC content on the website does not match the product actually supplied in the dispensary. This is deceptive advertising, as most patients expect that the product ordered will be as described. The manager stated that THC percentages are not guaranteed, and that there is a disclaimer on the website indicating that. Upon examining the website I found no such disclaimer. I understand that the Florida medical marijuana business is a volatile and competitive market, but practices such as this do not inspire customer loyalty.

Great music lists, I only get leaf, and if you are not online, expect it to be over 2 weeks old and it's dry. If I order online I get it within a week of deliveryman. Those who are older and only buy leaf get the bottom of the barrel left in the "seed" drawer unless they are willing to walk around and do some wheeling and dealing.Note the date on the containers , the date for a year from now is also the date for which it was handled and packaged.You go online you're first, meaning you're in line for fresh first, but if you walk in , you get the returns or the dry stuff not sold that's over 2 weeks old. Try it, reject it and then go outside online and order and note the date on the container. They always try and make up a story when I call them out just like the other Truelieves. It maybe good for a year, but it's dry!!!Try and ask how to rejuvenate they will offer to sell something that doesn't work or costs $$$. Use a piece of orange or banana peel, if your still reading this. I shouldn't have to restore bud I just bought. FYI we who smoke leaf are treated as if we are old and cheap.FYI the younger generation wouldn't be buying legally if it wasn't for ALL OF US OLD POT HEADS. SO STOP TREATING US LIKE WE ARE STUPID.All I ask for is a quality assurance person to try it themselves. It could be a secret shopper, EITHER WAY THERE IS NO QUALITY ASSURANCE. This used to be my favorite dispensary in fact my first review gave it five stars! The last three times I have come in it seems like they got rid of the very good employees or something. Every single one of those three times the tender seems to always have an attitude or not willing to answer questions when you would be purchasing more stuff if they had. I believe it'll be time for me to find a new dispensary. I had thousands of points or had but they won't let you stack them with any sale item and that's what people come in for. If I spent thousands at your store what would it hurt to give me the extra 10%? Other dispensaries do it with their loyalty programs. Today will be the last time I think I give them my money, so it's the third and final strike.

While other dispensaries get better, faster, cheaper... Trulieve goes the other direction. Slower, worse, more expensive. Their sales are bad, their normal prices are outrageous. I am a big time spender and even I am done here. Shop around, Curaleaf for one puts this place to shame. 6 hours since i ordered, 2 chats later... because you cannot call the store, and they close for the day still waiting on meds. Terrible.

Horrible products! I purchased 3 of their “color” oil pen cartridges and they all leaked the oils out of the top. I brought them back and was told they won’t take them back... The oil was covering the cartridges where it leaked out, 2 were completely unused. The lady acknowledged they had issues with their cartridges and have been taking them back, yet they wouldn’t take mine back? Waste of $150 I threw them away at the store and left for a better dispensary. Not to mention the mess they made when the oil leaked all over.

Rather then being upset with them I understood as they were severely busy. Everyone was super sweet & attentive don’t get me wrong but not only what they advertised online wasn’t correct, when I walk in and try to place another order (due to the first one being incorrect) they tell me they can’t sell me the second batch because it’s not put in the system. Why could you not put it in the system at the moment? and now I leave with nothing? No one tried helping either they just stared. Unfortunately have to say not very happy with this location, a little unorganized.

However, when I want the best of everything, I always go to this Trulieve when I can.They figured out how to run a successful medical Marijuana store. If I do not hear back today I will request to speak with supervisor then attempt to bring it to attention of miss Rivers or anyone else. On 3 of my last 3 visits you have made errors in your favor with my points. I wonder if my last 4 year's were fully audited how many thousands of points I would be missing? This is the ultimate in terrible service; ignoring the client. Additionally, adding 4700 to 500 is pretty simple. This is the error your team got wrong and refuses to fix.

Trulieve has some quality products. I have enjoyed their littles having the quality of the more expensive cannabis. But lately most of their flower was dried out when you got it. That is not a good thingI have had bad luck with their ordering service. I got in text telling me my order was ready for pickup and I drove all the way to the place when I got there They were going to lock the door and told me to wait and they would get to me. They locked the door at 8:00 p.m. I didn't want to weigh another hour and a half so I got permission from them to pick my order up in the morning and when I came back in the morning my order no longer existed. When you're a patient and you're in a lot of pain and you were counting on that medication for the weekend that is a horrible thing to have happenAlso on a separate time I went in to get flower and they told me I had nothing left in my profile until 2 weeks. I went to another dispensary that told me they lied to me and I still had 2 oz. I don't know what Trulieve is trying to pull. But you're not going to steal my recommendations I will never go back to trulieve. Rise and Cureleaf have excellent products and treat you with respect. They never lie. They never misrepresent what they have. They never take orders from me and when I get to the store the order magically disappeared. Unfortunately I have had nothing but awful experiences in both St Pete locations. They say your order is ready for pickup, and after arriving they tell you they are out of a majority of your order. The inventory online is never accurate, the customer service is hit or miss (mostly miss) with so many other dispensaries around this is the last one I would recommend. If Trulieve in St. Petersburg does not have what you are looking for, there is no legal obligation to stick to a single brand. Your medical marijuana card is universally accepted at any dispensary in Florida.
Purchasing Marijuana Products at Trulieve
During your first visit, you’ll be required to complete intake forms. This lets the dispensary staff confirm your patient status and see what you were allotted by your medical marijuana doctor.
Upon arrival at this dispensary, you’ll enter a designated waiting area before going into the retail area with staff. The dispensary staff work with you to explain all of the cannabis products available. Budtenders will make recommendations that are based on your doctor’s recommendation.

Do not ever assume what you ordered and paid for is in your bag. The hassle of trying to get what I paid for and was not given involved 4 days of incessant phone calls to trulieve. Plus TWO trips to the store to retrieve the missing item. I was originally told when I called that it would be no problem just come in. When I came in they said I'd have to pay as they need to review the cameras and that would take 48 hours. Mind you I've never once claimed an item was missing before not to mention spent thousands of dollars here the past two years. No one wanted to help and I got major attitude from the manager who was present. I felt very uncomfortable with being ripped off and God forbid I ask to be given what I paid for. How dare I???? After spending thousands of dollars at this store over the last two years, to be treated so poorly is completely unacceptable. I was very intimidated by the all male staff and will NEVER spend my hard earned money at this company. Medical Marijuana is too reduce my stress; dealing with Trulieve increased it. I'm not sure where the 4 and 5 star reviews are from, but I walked in the other day and there was one guy in the front and one guy in the back filling orders. I was told the wait was 20-25 minutes. Was there over 30 minutes when the front guy let 2 or 3 people in the back that had come after me. Like he's a bouncer in a club and is only letting people in the back who he already knows. There are PLENTY of other dispensaries in town with equally as good of products with little to no wait time so why anyone would choose to shop here is beyond me

3-4 years ago Trulieve Tyrone was great to go to. The biggest difference is that they had staff to tend to the customers. These days the Tyrone location is heavily understaffed. They aren’t able to fill pickup orders they receive. Today is the second time I placed a pickup order, it wasn’t filled within a couple hours, and headed in as a walk-in. The usual wait time on average when I go is at least 20-30 minutes. They can get wait times as high as an hour. Other places I go usually have same value deal or cheaper then Trulieve sales. Only really end up here now when there isn’t a sale at other places I enjoy with much less waiting.

Walking get service just as quickly. Which is the main reason for this review, even ordering online, the minimum wait time is over an hour in the lobby, regardless of when or how you order it. The pleasant employee advised it is the same everyday, basically telling me to shop somewhere else, unless waiting over one full hr is worth your time, I suggest choosing another company that cares for their employees and their customers

If I could rate 0 stars I would, the online ordering is pointless because you’re still going to wait an hour+ to pick up 5 vape cartridges you ordered the day before. Not to mention that the THC percentage you ordered is likely not going to be the same as advertised online, and once you notice the discrepancy the employees will give you an attitude when you ask for it to be fixed. All in all it’s not worth the hassle at all and from what I’ve seen the business truly doesn’t care about your poor experience because they copy and paste the same response under every bad review of email us and tell us how to do better.

This has been my regular dispensary for months now, with friendly and knowledgeable staff. But today I was disappointed in the customer service from “Lauren” on register 3, who looked nothing like the Lauren in the ID pic she wore. I asked if my reward points had been applied to my total, and she instantly got an attitude, pulled a side eyes with raised eyebrows face, and told me i was buying sale items it couldn’t be combined with. I said sorry, actually apologized for asking a simple question, because of her instant attitude, from different tone to body language. I didn’t know about that, I wasn’t trying to Karen a discount, and it was out of nowhere. For a facility treating those with social anxiety like myself, I had previously felt comfortable and able to confidently complete a transaction. I don’t think I will come back if this is the new standard. Again, until today, every single staff member has been perfectly pleasant and professional for months, yet I now don’t know if I’ll be returning.

I invest because as a medical customer they do it right.A month or so ago I had done a order however circumstances didn’t allow my making the trip by closing. Arriving well before noon to the St Pete Tyrone dispensary the next day I was told sorry, too late. I understand rules, but I just felt this was harsh and it bothered me.It has caused me to investigate other area cannabis businesses and Vitacann can hang with them (not in size but otherwise) . Trulieve is best in class but hope they do not take it for granted, alternatives are charging hard.

This is deceptive advertising, as most patients expect that the product ordered will be as described. The manager stated that THC percentages are not guaranteed, and that there is a disclaimer on the website indicating that. Upon examining the website I found no such disclaimer. I understand that the Florida medical marijuana business is a volatile and competitive market, but practices such as this do not inspire customer loyalty.

Great music lists, I only get leaf, and if you are not online, expect it to be over 2 weeks old and it's dry. If I order online I get it within a week of deliveryman. Those who are older and only buy leaf get the bottom of the barrel left in the "seed" drawer unless they are willing to walk around and do some wheeling and dealing.Note the date on the containers , the date for a year from now is also the date for which it was handled and packaged.You go online you're first, meaning you're in line for fresh first, but if you walk in , you get the returns or the dry stuff not sold that's over 2 weeks old. Try it, reject it and then go outside online and order and note the date on the container. They always try and make up a story when I call them out just like the other Truelieves. It maybe good for a year, but it's dry!!!Try and ask how to rejuvenate they will offer to sell something that doesn't work or costs $$$. Use a piece of orange or banana peel, if your still reading this. I shouldn't have to restore bud I just bought. FYI we who smoke leaf are treated as if we are old and cheap.FYI the younger generation wouldn't be buying legally if it wasn't for ALL OF US OLD POT HEADS. SO STOP TREATING US LIKE WE ARE STUPID.All I ask for is a quality assurance person to try it themselves. It could be a secret shopper, EITHER WAY THERE IS NO QUALITY ASSURANCE. This used to be my favorite dispensary in fact my first review gave it five stars! The last three times I have come in it seems like they got rid of the very good employees or something. Every single one of those three times the tender seems to always have an attitude or not willing to answer questions when you would be purchasing more stuff if they had. I believe it'll be time for me to find a new dispensary. I had thousands of points or had but they won't let you stack them with any sale item and that's what people come in for. If I spent thousands at your store what would it hurt to give me the extra 10%? Other dispensaries do it with their loyalty programs. Today will be the last time I think I give them my money, so it's the third and final strike.

While other dispensaries get better, faster, cheaper... Trulieve goes the other direction. Slower, worse, more expensive. Their sales are bad, their normal prices are outrageous. I am a big time spender and even I am done here. Shop around, Curaleaf for one puts this place to shame. 6 hours since i ordered, 2 chats later... because you cannot call the store, and they close for the day still waiting on meds. Terrible.

Horrible products! I purchased 3 of their “color” oil pen cartridges and they all leaked the oils out of the top. I brought them back and was told they won’t take them back... The oil was covering the cartridges where it leaked out, 2 were completely unused. The lady acknowledged they had issues with their cartridges and have been taking them back, yet they wouldn’t take mine back? Waste of $150 I threw them away at the store and left for a better dispensary. Not to mention the mess they made when the oil leaked all over.

Everyone was super sweet & attentive don’t get me wrong but not only what they advertised online wasn’t correct, when I walk in and try to place another order (due to the first one being incorrect) they tell me they can’t sell me the second batch because it’s not put in the system. Why could you not put it in the system at the moment? and now I leave with nothing? No one tried helping either they just stared. If I do not hear back today I will request to speak with supervisor then attempt to bring it to attention of miss Rivers or anyone else. On 3 of my last 3 visits you have made errors in your favor with my points. I wonder if my last 4 year's were fully audited how many thousands of points I would be missing? Trulieve has some quality products. I have enjoyed their littles having the quality of the more expensive cannabis. But lately most of their flower was dried out when you got it. That is not a good thingI have had bad luck with their ordering service. I got in text telling me my order was ready for pickup and I drove all the way to the place when I got there They were going to lock the door and told me to wait and they would get to me. They locked the door at 8:00 p.m. I didn't want to weigh another hour and a half so I got permission from them to pick my order up in the morning and when I came back in the morning my order no longer existed. When you're a patient and you're in a lot of pain and you were counting on that medication for the weekend that is a horrible thing to have happenAlso on a separate time I went in to get flower and they told me I had nothing left in my profile until 2 weeks. I went to another dispensary that told me they lied to me and I still had 2 oz. I don't know what Trulieve is trying to pull. But you're not going to steal my recommendations I will never go back to trulieve. Rise and Cureleaf have excellent products and treat you with respect. They never lie. They never misrepresent what they have. They never take orders from me and when I get to the store the order magically disappeared. Trulieve has no ethical business practices and the more I talk to people I am finding out there are many other people having the same issues I did

Unfortunately I have had nothing but awful experiences in both St Pete locations. They say your order is ready for pickup, and after arriving they tell you they are out of a majority of your order. The inventory online is never accurate, the customer service is hit or miss (mostly miss) with so many other dispensaries around this is the last one I would recommend. And from looking at their social media I am not alone in my experiences.
