These people are very friendly and very helpful if it's your first time and you need assistance with what things are and what to get.I was referred to a medical Mary Jane Dr by my pain Dr. Surprising, I know since they were the ones saying "No, you can't use marijuana, and if we find it in your system we won't work with you for (one or two months, I don't remember how long)". I mentioned that to my doc and he said, "That's right, but I am the one Dr here who can wave that rule. I'm going to wave that rule for you." So here I am, trying medical Mary Jane because I basically haven't slept more than 4 or 5 hours in a night since... 2011? Walking up at 1 or 2 am every night is exhausting!So here we go, I've tried the Indica gummies and I'm not a fan. They work (meh), but... Blech. I've tried the flowers in the water pipe and I think I just haven't gotten that down right, because those don't seem to do anything to me. It's supposed to be a LOT in that jar and... do. I've tried the little TROTTERS (they're so cute!), and, oh MAMA does those work! Fast. But my FAVORITE is the chocolate bars. One little square of those and off to bed I go, not likely to wake up until morning. One bar lasts ten days. BUT! Be sure to have eaten well, bc if your tummy is empty (as in, you've been fasting or sick), it's going speed through your system and hit you within an hour! 🫠Trulieve has a great guarantee. If you don't like the product, you can return it, as long as there is 60% left.The employees here are GREAT! VERY helpful. If you have any questions, they are more than willing to help you in any way that they can.They have sales every day and you can find out what they are by signing up for their text messaging deal. They don't message you more than once a day. It's worth it. You can find out about deals you might not have known about otherwise which can save you lots of cash. If you're on medical MJ, you know it's not cheap. Saving money any way you can is a big bonus.When you're a new customer, you get 3 special coupons. One for 65% off, one for 50% off, and one for 25%? off. You can use them whenever you want, and the employees are usually pretty good at using whichever deal is best for you, but you may need to tell them that you have a coupon on file. You also get a 25% off coupon for signing up for texts. (The QR code is in the shop)

This is the third location I have been to. I came here after work to pick up some concentrates, I maybe waited a total of 15 minutes to be seen, the staff couldn’t have been more friendlier. The lady checking people in said not to worry if I didn’t get my confirmation email on my mobile order, they would still fill it promptly. The waiting area was full with some standing, people still walking in. They did have several bud tenders, more then the other two spots I went to, they kept traffic flowing, I will be back thank you!

The staff here has always treated me good but I wanted to shout out Linda for providing great customer service yesterday morning even though the Trulieve team seemed severely understaffed. A lot of these budtenders and coordinators are given a workload above their pay grade and its only proper us patients show our appreciation. The people there are great! It just seems slow. The line process is wacky. I placed an order the night before, was 1st in line at the store at open and 3 people went in before me. I was told by other patients that if you don't wait until 9 am when they open, you will be skipped. So if you do it early, you're punished. The flower I got was fire! Please fix these issues, and everything will be kosher!

this place is so slow and honestly just doesn’t make sense, placed an online order and i got there 20 minutes before closing and they couldn’t even give me my order. it’s ridiculous, you could get there 20-30 minutes before they close and they will tell you they’re closed when you walk in, if you’re gonna stop helping people that early then just change your closing time.

I really like this dispensary a lot. There is rarely a long wait. The product selection is great and so are the frequent sales. I saved about $165 on a $220 purchase last time I was there on flower and carts. Lastly, the staff are friendly and some are very knowledgeable about cannabis.

I am not a huge fan of the long wait times anymore. Even placing an online order in the morning does not mean it will be filled nor will you be able to pick it up same day. New staff members could use a course refresher in being kind. Unfortunately for the remaining "old" staff, you're stuck but still good people. Will miss ya!

I have been going to trulieve exclusively because I have always been treated good. But today was not the case. I was insulted and almost left but then I felt the bed to prove my words is Good. So end result was okay. But to have the bud tender insult me. Also, for the first time in my history of coming there I was not allowed to add them my pickup order which has never happened before and the only reason I wanted to add something was because they had a good sale on a vape cartridge. But hey I guess my money wasn't needed so that's okay. But I shouldn't have been insulted. What I said was true and I ended up proving it but I've never experienced that ever in the history of me being there. Bud tender was Linda. First off, what happened to the customers always right? Secondly, what happened to looking things up and investigating them before you label somebody? But no, I had to do it on my own after I got offended. So now I don't know if I'll be exclusively using you folks anymore. Overall good but this Trulieve definitely has its pros and cons.Pros- good quality product, generally helpful, nice staff.Cons- ridiculous wait times, the website doesn’t reflect what’s actually in stock, employees are more baked than the customer, their computer systems always going down. The deal breaker for me is the online pickup feature. It’s essentially useless. What’s the point of ordering online pickup if you have to wait forever like a walk in?! I literally waited 24hrs for them to fill one item. ONE already packaged item you just have to grab and hand me! Totally mismanaged. The other local dispensaries have not only better prices but also a nicer, smoother and more professional atmosphere where I don’t feel like I’m at a hostile DMV!

Just got back from the Wesy Bradenton dispensary. Needed to return a faulty battery. Spoke with Jill ( store manger). Told me they didn’t have those anymore BUT they did have a more expensive one. Manager showed little interest in helping. I started with Trulieve when the y opened in first one here. It was great. Since then service is basically gone. Hey guys you have competition and MUV is better. Better service, way less hassles, much cheaper and posted % for each product.BP

I understand the kind of business this is, however it is still a business. Your customers deserve a better experience. And strike 3 was taking an order for delivery on Wednesday and no communication informing me that they only deliver on Tuesday now. I was so nervous with it being my first time and not being knowledgeable about anything but JACKIE went above and beyond to help me understand everything i had questions about. She put me at ease and made my first visit extremely comfortable. The average experience is a roller coaster that never stops going up and down, and each time you go you don't know what you're going to get.Sometimes the staff knows exactly what you need, how to explain it, and how to communicate information that is sometimes more valuable than the product itself - and they're nice.Other times it looks like there are people working just to get a paycheck. Sometimes it feels like an experience that I could expect at a fast-food restaurant, or a bowling alley.I don't want the progress that has been made in this industry, and this movement out of prohibition, to be stifled by those who would rather favor money over values such as decency, honesty, and empathy. I hope that those who show willingness to go the extra mile, to put in the extra effort to truly make the lives of others better, are cherished and valued in your company as much as they should be.PS: When will you have a regular supply of topical cream? There seems to be a constant shortage of topical cream, as well as oral syringes. I've been wanting to try the topical cream since I got my card, but it always seems to be out of supply. I would also like to try your oral syringes but your staff keeps telling me they don't know when they will get more.Perhaps you could postpone the opening of new stores to supply and polish your existing stores?

Purchasing Marijuana Products at Trulieve
During your first visit, you’ll be required to complete intake forms. This lets the dispensary staff confirm your patient status and see what you were allotted by your medical marijuana doctor.

The people there are great! It just seems slow. The line process is wacky. I placed an order the night before, was 1st in line at the store at open and 3 people went in before me. I was told by other patients that if you don't wait until 9 am when they open, you will be skipped. So if you do it early, you're punished. The flower I got was fire! Please fix these issues, and everything will be kosher!

I really like this dispensary a lot. There is rarely a long wait. The product selection is great and so are the frequent sales. I saved about $165 on a $220 purchase last time I was there on flower and carts. Lastly, the staff are friendly and some are very knowledgeable about cannabis.

I have been going to trulieve exclusively because I have always been treated good. But today was not the case. I was insulted and almost left but then I felt the bed to prove my words is Good. So end result was okay. But to have the bud tender insult me. Also, for the first time in my history of coming there I was not allowed to add them my pickup order which has never happened before and the only reason I wanted to add something was because they had a good sale on a vape cartridge. Overall good but this Trulieve definitely has its pros and cons.Pros- good quality product, generally helpful, nice staff.Cons- ridiculous wait times, the website doesn’t reflect what’s actually in stock, employees are more baked than the customer, their computer systems always going down. The deal breaker for me is the online pickup feature. It’s essentially useless. What’s the point of ordering online pickup if you have to wait forever like a walk in?! I literally waited 24hrs for them to fill one item. ONE already packaged item you just have to grab and hand me! Totally mismanaged. The other local dispensaries have not only better prices but also a nicer, smoother and more professional atmosphere where I don’t feel like I’m at a hostile DMV!

Just got back from the Wesy Bradenton dispensary. Needed to return a faulty battery. Spoke with Jill ( store manger). Told me they didn’t have those anymore BUT they did have a more expensive one. Manager showed little interest in helping. I started with Trulieve when the y opened in first one here. It was great. Since then service is basically gone. The average experience is a roller coaster that never stops going up and down, and each time you go you don't know what you're going to get.Sometimes the staff knows exactly what you need, how to explain it, and how to communicate information that is sometimes more valuable than the product itself - and they're nice.Other times it looks like there are people working just to get a paycheck. There seems to be a constant shortage of topical cream, as well as oral syringes. I've been wanting to try the topical cream since I got my card, but it always seems to be out of supply. I would also like to try your oral syringes but your staff keeps telling me they don't know when they will get more.Perhaps you could postpone the opening of new stores to supply and polish your existing stores?
