I don’t like to judge an establishment on one individuals actions.But Adam may just be the most unprofessional staff member I have ever encountered!Let it be known he is the reason I will not return to this location.Made it feel so ghetto. He made me feel like I was an inconvenience. Furthermore, he had me waiting as a “visitor” because he failed to ask me if I was a walk in or picking up? To top it all off when confronted about his poor attitude he just says it’s been a long day.I am a true believer if you don’t like your job leave. No job is so hard that you should make customers feel out of place especially when they are good paying customers.

I visited this location at 9:03am on 2/13. Perhaps the guy at the store wasn't happy to have a customer immediately or perhaps he is just an argumentative, miserable person, either way it should not have impacted my visit. When I last had a medical card it was years ago and Trulieve was one of the few in my area, now dispensaries are everywhere. Trulieve doesn't give the 1st time discount apparently if you've had a card no matter how long ago, not a big deal even though I got discounts at every other place I have revisited. I said once, that's strange as all the other dispensaries have given me amazing discounts. He argued and kept bring it back up even though I tried to move on. Trulieve actually give $75 off of $150 when you return. Customer service 101 - emphasize what you can do. Example - so glad you chose to return to us, no new patient discount but I can give you $75 off $150, let me show you all the great products. There is way too much competition now to have someone so rude represent your business Trulieve.

It truely is the stupidest thing to round up. So I'm being charged the 3.00 fee , which is completely fine, but now you round me up too! Cant wait for Jungle Boys to come to Tampa! They email you your order is ready and then you get to the store to find out that they pulled your product(s) out of your bag and sold it to somebody else. Yep! They did it to me at the Brandon location also. Goes to show you that these people are snakes. BTW...It's never happened to me in any other dispensary in Florida. So PROPS to Curaleaf, Fluent and MUV for treating patients with respect and not being greedy D-bags. Trulieve sucks! Baiting and switching your customers is definitely a good way to lose them!

The bud is usually always great but the WAIT and CUSTOMER service is SUBPAR and is strictly the reason I choose to go to other dispensaries.It doesn’t matter WHAT location I have gone too, they are ALL the same. Extremely long wait times, extremely slow and inadequate website. There’s no reason that I place a pickup order that’s ready at 10am. I checked in at 10:10 express pickup with TWO people in front of me and it’s 10:45 am and I still sitting here waiting to pick up my order. Absolutely ridiculous. For that amount of time I could have went to another dispensary,picked up my order and been home. They really need to get it together at ALL the locations.

BE AWARE- I made an order at 11pm at night for pick up the next day. By 1pm I hadn't got a text that my order was ready or a call that there were any issues. I then started a chat with customer service, where I was told that the store either over sold the items, or didn't count properly, neither of which are my fault, and that I am just out of luck. The response they gave me to not notifying me about any issue was that they are "short staffed". Unacceptable. Trulieve seems to be the only dispensary having such problems as I've NEVER had an issue at grow healthy or MUV with recieving the items that were confirmed in my online order. No one should have to deal with this nonsense. Especially when there are so many other choices in Florida for mmj. Unfortunately, Trulieve has regressed to their terrible handling of their website and poor customer service.

I’ve been a customer who has used their delivery service for years and have been very pleased with the turnaround. In the past two months I’ve been told the store is behind in their deliveries. It’s going on eight days waiting for a delivery DATE. I just want honesty. Don’t tell me the day is Monday, then Wednesday, now Saturday if you’re just telling me something to get me off the phone. I have been a customer of Trulieve for two years now and recently placed an online order on July 25th, 2023. I received a message that my order would be delivered the following day. Unfortunately, I did not receive any updates and had to wait until the next morning (July 27th) to receive a text message stating that my order would be delivered that day. I made sure to work from home to avoid missing it. At 3:09 PM, I received a text message stating that they were 30 minutes away. I requested a two-minute heads up before their arrival and went downstairs to wait for them. However, they never arrived, and when I called them, I found out they went to my old address by mistake. They then informed me that they would not be able to deliver my order until July 31st. I requested to have it held for pick up, but they declined my request, saying I had to place a new order. I was understandably frustrated at this point and did not place a new order. The next day, I contacted customer support, and they informed me that my order was still being held at the Hillsborough location. Upon picking up my order, I spoke with the general manager who informed me that this was a common problem that had been happening for a month. He expressed his frustration and stated that he had been trying to address the issue with corporate, but to no avail. As a customer, I believe that Trulieve should focus on providing excellent customer service, especially with the number of dispensaries in the area. While I am willing to take my business elsewhere, I hope that Trulieve takes the necessary steps to remedy this issue and improve their reputation.

Everytime I go here I'm disappointed.I bought the mandarin dream and mandarian sunset tru wax its like budder/gooo m where is the wax ball ??????? If I wanted this consistency i would buy a different product. Huge fail haven't been in a while because the last time I went and got a cultivar it was premature nasty. I go all different days/times. Usually 5min waiton pick ups. Usually 15 min wait if walk-in. Of course some days are better than others, but overall no excessive wait times. As a new med card owner, I was told to avoid Trulieve, however I decided to give them a chance since I noticed they did delivery services. The first time I ordered, I did not hear from Trulieve on the day of my delivery, but they reached out to me the following day, (Sunday at 8:05 AM) to let me know they were on the way. My order contained two disposable vapes, neither of which worked despite my tireless efforts of playing around with the devices. I spoke to a Trulieve representative on chat who sent me a link to an insulting redundant video of “how to plug in the disposable vape” and then left the chat. I obviously know how to plug in the device - the vapes are simply duds and do not work.I finally received credit for the nonfunctional vapes, and now I am told for the second or third time that my new replacement order is delayed several days and I won’t receive it until after Christmas. This was 2 minutes after a representative on the phone told me my order would be at my house in 90 minutes. I was later told “no worries, you can always just pick it up in store”, which no I cannot, as I am disabled and rely on delivery services. I should have gone with another dispensary.

My schedule is so busy, so I picked the option that says my wait time would be 13 minutes. It’s been over 25 now and I was told express only works if walk in’s are waiting longer than 20 minutes. Well that’s me! So why did I do express pickup?

Applied for a job and was in the process of on boarding. I had to keep contacting them to do the next step. Days and sometimes a week or more would go by and I'd hear nothing. Finally I'd send a text and only then would they send me another form to fill out. Then they wanted me to drive to Largo to get finger printed (no reimbursement for gas). They gave me an address but not the name of the company. I drove 50 min. One way only to find the address was incorrect. I had no contact person, no company name, no way to get hold of anyone. I had no choice but to come home. I was then told that they needed those finger prints to move forward (all of a sudden they're in a rush) so instead of allowing me to go back the next day they take back the job offer after I've done everything they've asked. All for a PT job.

I love this dispensary, come here all the time but when I'm at a gas station and one of your employees and her man tries to physically fight me wearing her employee shirt it is disgusting. When I pulled up at the dispensary they were there and I couldn't even go in. What's really funny is this was all because I reminded them I was in line, proceeded to call me fat. Great representation of your company 👍 She also told me because I'm single and don't have a man like her I'm mad. I've never had problems with any employees. Super sad I won't come here anymore. She also threw a water bottle at me out her window while they were driving away. I mean honestly I would be embarrassed to call her my employee. I will post a review everywhere until she's fired.

Trulieve truly needs to provide professionalism training to the employees of this location. I was here at 2:00 on Tuesday afternoon. I was literally the only customer in the place. In the lobby, I listened for 15 minutes to the 2 employees that took my ID without ever looking at me or stopping their mutual complaining about working for Trulieve. Then I was called to the back where that employee spent her whole time ringing me up, complaining about not getting a lunch to the other 2 employees in the back that were leaning against the wall. Not once did anyone say hello, thank you, make eye contact, nothing. If it is that bad, quit. There's lots of good jobs out there right now. I dropped $200 hard earned bucks for this treatment. I won't be back.

The only thing I would recommend to this store is to keep there good employees I have built relationships with many employees at this location as it’s my main one. I only wish they kept more employees I still give a 5 star because the people they still have and the new people are great. I think Trulieve should consider this post since I am a valuable customer to them, I feel they should do more on there end so the people I have grown to know when I come in don’t feel they have to leave for better opportunities. It causes me to have some issues sometimes that would be resolved by keeping good long term employees

Do not get delivery from this location. I have been in an accident and cannot physically leave my house to go to their dispensary. I received the text that my order was going to be delivered today but did not receive any calls or text as to when my order was suppose to arrive. There was no contact between the call center and the store either. I waited all day for the delivery just to be told by the call center that they can't delivery it. I called multiple times to get an ETA and was told I'd receive a call from the delivery team, that never happened. Call center at first said around 5pm, then by 7pm, then 8pm. But nobody could guarantee the delivery as they could not reach the store. Now 8pm and I'm told that it was marked undeliverable because the delivery team said I couldn't be reached. However, the same information the call center used to reach me, the delivery team couldn't. It's a sad and pathetic and pathetic excuse from Trulieve. Patients deserve better!

So I'm getting very frustrated with the non communication and the no texts letting you know ow what time they will be coming for delivery. Like today no text letting me know what time they would be coming. No text when they were otw. Only text is your delivery is now arriving which I was at work and had no way to come to my house that fast. I have been receiving product completely melted and unusable. Which I can say they always do the exchange and honor that which is great but the communication between clients delivery drivers staff at the hub shop and the call centers need to step up and start communicating better. The products are amazing but they definitely need to step it on on customer service. As a big fan of Trulieve, I love that the workers there take so much time and energy into every single customer that they’re encountering. Steven, Jackee and Malachi, among many others, have done nothing but make sure I leave their store happy every single time and also make it fun with scratch offs and merchandise! It’s supposed to be 27% nothing but sticks and stems with a bud on the end or a piece of a bud of very dry flower . Honestly I wouldn’t waste $ on this if it were ten bucks . Smoke Shop Zone is the place to get anything you need. They have I believe four locations. I frequent the one at the corner of Independence/Memorial and Hillsborough. It is quite difficult to get into but if you can you will be pleased with what they carry. Unless you're running in and out expect to say quite a while they have quite a selection. You keep having a feeling the need to keep looking. The staff there are very pleasant and as well knowledgeable. I enjoyed my visit and also went back quite a few times. Now I don't live close but after searching for a few items in the smoke shops near me who didn't carry what I was looking for. I was so happy to run past Smoke Shop Zone. As soon as I went in and asked for what I needed I was told I do have it I was pleasantly surprised. Thank you Smoke Shop Zone.

I've been shopping at Trulieve since they first opened in Florida and only had 3 strains. They now have quite a repertoire of products that are always high quality at a fair price. The flower I've bought from them has been perfectly cured and potent. It's no surprise that they're out of stock of many things but being able to see ahead of time what's in stock online makes it much easier to pick out exactly what you want and submit a pickup order than just walking in and having to find out in a more time consuming manner. I hope they continue to thrive and expand. The staff is always welcoming and expeditious.

I love shopping at Trulieve Hillsboroigh specifically; this location always is stocked with product, has friendly customer service and it usually a 15 minute in and out if it’s not busy. Dylan helped me out today, a fellow Pisces, he was so kind and friendly it really made my mood elevate. I have been ordering online and have it delivered, when a missing item did not arrive with my delivery, my delivery driver made notes on his tablet and instructed me to call, he also waived the delivery fee since my order arrived missing an item, he was awesome. I contacted them by phone and the customer service was impeccable. I went in person to pick up my item and Nick and Travis were super super helpful and the notes were notated in my account, so I got my item no problem. I tried many dispensaries as a new patient. When I tried this one, I found my favorite. I met Fouad and he was able to run my initial order quickly and easily. Since then, I have have many encounters where he was very helpful for any questions I had, helped me find great strains for what I need and helped me to always take advantage of any promotions and/or coupon offers. Trulieve products are great, but the service I've been getting is what made me loyal.

Major shout out to Andy for his knowledge on the variety of products, as well as taking the time to educate me further about products I was on the fence about. His recommendations proved to be exactly what I was looking for, and I found products that worked so well for me that I never would have considered on my own. My second visit was just as fantastic as the first, Steven went above and beyond to answer my questions, search for a particular product that I have been trying to purchase for months (they go quick!) and made sure to update and notate my account to ensure all my discounts were applied, that I got the best deal for the specials they were running, and helped ensure my future visits would run as smoothly and efficiently as they had been. 100/10 would recommend this location, they are clean, efficient, friendly, knowledgeable, and respectful!!!! Place is great! Everyone there is very nice. Personally I’ve been helped by Justin R and Alex on separate occasions. Alex was more than helpful to me the first time I went there. It was also my first experience at a Trulieve. He was very knowledgeable and took his time with me as this is all entirely new to me. The second time I went Justin helped me. He asked all the right questions to help me continue to lock in exactly what I’m looking for. He also answered a variety of different questions I had come up with since my last visit. Purchasing Marijuana Products at Trulieve
During your first visit, you’ll be required to complete intake forms. This lets the dispensary staff confirm your patient status and see what you were allotted by your medical marijuana doctor.
Upon arrival at this dispensary, you’ll enter a designated waiting area before going into the retail area with staff. The dispensary staff work with you to explain all of the cannabis products available. Budtenders will make recommendations that are based on your doctor’s recommendation.

I visited this location at 9:03am on 2/13. Perhaps the guy at the store wasn't happy to have a customer immediately or perhaps he is just an argumentative, miserable person, either way it should not have impacted my visit. When I last had a medical card it was years ago and Trulieve was one of the few in my area, now dispensaries are everywhere. Trulieve doesn't give the 1st time discount apparently if you've had a card no matter how long ago, not a big deal even though I got discounts at every other place I have revisited. I said once, that's strange as all the other dispensaries have given me amazing discounts. He argued and kept bring it back up even though I tried to move on. Trulieve actually give $75 off of $150 when you return. Customer service 101 - emphasize what you can do. Example - so glad you chose to return to us, no new patient discount but I can give you $75 off $150, let me show you all the great products. There is way too much competition now to have someone so rude represent your business Trulieve.

The bud is usually always great but the WAIT and CUSTOMER service is SUBPAR and is strictly the reason I choose to go to other dispensaries.It doesn’t matter WHAT location I have gone too, they are ALL the same. Extremely long wait times, extremely slow and inadequate website. There’s no reason that I place a pickup order that’s ready at 10am. I checked in at 10:10 express pickup with TWO people in front of me and it’s 10:45 am and I still sitting here waiting to pick up my order. Absolutely ridiculous. For that amount of time I could have went to another dispensary,picked up my order and been home. They really need to get it together at ALL the locations.

BE AWARE- I made an order at 11pm at night for pick up the next day. By 1pm I hadn't got a text that my order was ready or a call that there were any issues. I then started a chat with customer service, where I was told that the store either over sold the items, or didn't count properly, neither of which are my fault, and that I am just out of luck. The response they gave me to not notifying me about any issue was that they are "short staffed". Unacceptable. Trulieve seems to be the only dispensary having such problems as I've NEVER had an issue at grow healthy or MUV with recieving the items that were confirmed in my online order. I have been a customer of Trulieve for two years now and recently placed an online order on July 25th, 2023. I received a message that my order would be delivered the following day. Unfortunately, I did not receive any updates and had to wait until the next morning (July 27th) to receive a text message stating that my order would be delivered that day. I made sure to work from home to avoid missing it. At 3:09 PM, I received a text message stating that they were 30 minutes away. I requested a two-minute heads up before their arrival and went downstairs to wait for them. However, they never arrived, and when I called them, I found out they went to my old address by mistake. They then informed me that they would not be able to deliver my order until July 31st. I requested to have it held for pick up, but they declined my request, saying I had to place a new order. I was understandably frustrated at this point and did not place a new order. The next day, I contacted customer support, and they informed me that my order was still being held at the Hillsborough location. Upon picking up my order, I spoke with the general manager who informed me that this was a common problem that had been happening for a month. He expressed his frustration and stated that he had been trying to address the issue with corporate, but to no avail. As a customer, I believe that Trulieve should focus on providing excellent customer service, especially with the number of dispensaries in the area. While I am willing to take my business elsewhere, I hope that Trulieve takes the necessary steps to remedy this issue and improve their reputation.

As a new med card owner, I was told to avoid Trulieve, however I decided to give them a chance since I noticed they did delivery services. The first time I ordered, I did not hear from Trulieve on the day of my delivery, but they reached out to me the following day, (Sunday at 8:05 AM) to let me know they were on the way. My order contained two disposable vapes, neither of which worked despite my tireless efforts of playing around with the devices. I spoke to a Trulieve representative on chat who sent me a link to an insulting redundant video of “how to plug in the disposable vape” and then left the chat. I obviously know how to plug in the device - the vapes are simply duds and do not work.I finally received credit for the nonfunctional vapes, and now I am told for the second or third time that my new replacement order is delayed several days and I won’t receive it until after Christmas. This was 2 minutes after a representative on the phone told me my order would be at my house in 90 minutes. I was later told “no worries, you can always just pick it up in store”, which no I cannot, as I am disabled and rely on delivery services. I should have gone with another dispensary.

Applied for a job and was in the process of on boarding. I had to keep contacting them to do the next step. Days and sometimes a week or more would go by and I'd hear nothing. Finally I'd send a text and only then would they send me another form to fill out. Then they wanted me to drive to Largo to get finger printed (no reimbursement for gas). They gave me an address but not the name of the company. I drove 50 min. One way only to find the address was incorrect. I had no contact person, no company name, no way to get hold of anyone. I had no choice but to come home. I was then told that they needed those finger prints to move forward (all of a sudden they're in a rush) so instead of allowing me to go back the next day they take back the job offer after I've done everything they've asked. Trulieve truly needs to provide professionalism training to the employees of this location. I was here at 2:00 on Tuesday afternoon. I was literally the only customer in the place. In the lobby, I listened for 15 minutes to the 2 employees that took my ID without ever looking at me or stopping their mutual complaining about working for Trulieve. Then I was called to the back where that employee spent her whole time ringing me up, complaining about not getting a lunch to the other 2 employees in the back that were leaning against the wall. Not once did anyone say hello, thank you, make eye contact, nothing. If it is that bad, quit. There's lots of good jobs out there right now. I dropped $200 hard earned bucks for this treatment. The only thing I would recommend to this store is to keep there good employees I have built relationships with many employees at this location as it’s my main one. I only wish they kept more employees I still give a 5 star because the people they still have and the new people are great. I think Trulieve should consider this post since I am a valuable customer to them, I feel they should do more on there end so the people I have grown to know when I come in don’t feel they have to leave for better opportunities. It causes me to have some issues sometimes that would be resolved by keeping good long term employees

Do not get delivery from this location. I have been in an accident and cannot physically leave my house to go to their dispensary. I received the text that my order was going to be delivered today but did not receive any calls or text as to when my order was suppose to arrive. There was no contact between the call center and the store either. I waited all day for the delivery just to be told by the call center that they can't delivery it. I called multiple times to get an ETA and was told I'd receive a call from the delivery team, that never happened. Call center at first said around 5pm, then by 7pm, then 8pm. But nobody could guarantee the delivery as they could not reach the store. Now 8pm and I'm told that it was marked undeliverable because the delivery team said I couldn't be reached. However, the same information the call center used to reach me, the delivery team couldn't. It's a sad and pathetic and pathetic excuse from Trulieve. Patients deserve better!

They hoard the good weed in the back. Multiple times I’ve ordered a rare item and I go to pick it up , it’s not there. Then he acted like my order didn’t exist and tried to sell me something else . Spoke to a manager, no help . I can say a lot more but I just won’t be going back to this location . I love Trulieve’s weed and their prices (for Florida 😖) but It is real real shady at this location. Which is why I’ve shopped around because I never get what I go there for .

So I'm getting very frustrated with the non communication and the no texts letting you know ow what time they will be coming for delivery. Like today no text letting me know what time they would be coming. No text when they were otw. Only text is your delivery is now arriving which I was at work and had no way to come to my house that fast. I have been receiving product completely melted and unusable. Which I can say they always do the exchange and honor that which is great but the communication between clients delivery drivers staff at the hub shop and the call centers need to step up and start communicating better. The products are amazing but they definitely need to step it on on customer service. I do want to say though they have always been nice to me and taken care of every problem that has come about they are a great store just need a little more customer care

As a big fan of Trulieve, I love that the workers there take so much time and energy into every single customer that they’re encountering. Steven, Jackee and Malachi, among many others, have done nothing but make sure I leave their store happy every single time and also make it fun with scratch offs and merchandise! This store has a great staff. They are all super helpful. My only review is on product not staff. Paradise Waits? I’m still waiting. It’s supposed to be 27% nothing but sticks and stems with a bud on the end or a piece of a bud of very dry flower . Honestly I wouldn’t waste $ on this if it were ten bucks . It’s that bad and not even a Good buzz.so disappointed Dont recommend this at all.

Smoke Shop Zone is the place to get anything you need. They have I believe four locations. I frequent the one at the corner of Independence/Memorial and Hillsborough. It is quite difficult to get into but if you can you will be pleased with what they carry. Unless you're running in and out expect to say quite a while they have quite a selection. You keep having a feeling the need to keep looking. The staff there are very pleasant and as well knowledgeable. I enjoyed my visit and also went back quite a few times. Now I don't live close but after searching for a few items in the smoke shops near me who didn't carry what I was looking for. I was so happy to run past Smoke Shop Zone. As soon as I went in and asked for what I needed I was told I do have it I was pleasantly surprised. Thank you Smoke Shop Zone.

I've been shopping at Trulieve since they first opened in Florida and only had 3 strains. They now have quite a repertoire of products that are always high quality at a fair price. The flower I've bought from them has been perfectly cured and potent. It's no surprise that they're out of stock of many things but being able to see ahead of time what's in stock online makes it much easier to pick out exactly what you want and submit a pickup order than just walking in and having to find out in a more time consuming manner. I hope they continue to thrive and expand. The staff is always welcoming and expeditious.

Dylan helped me out today, a fellow Pisces, he was so kind and friendly it really made my mood elevate. I have been ordering online and have it delivered, when a missing item did not arrive with my delivery, my delivery driver made notes on his tablet and instructed me to call, he also waived the delivery fee since my order arrived missing an item, he was awesome. I contacted them by phone and the customer service was impeccable. It was also my first experience at a Trulieve. He was very knowledgeable and took his time with me as this is all entirely new to me. The second time I went Justin helped me.
