What's not to like ? Whenever I need help with anything the staff ( especially Christine ) is always willing to help. I had issues renewing my card and she assisted me on the computer. I especially like this Trulieve more than the others. They also have the finest Flower and for the best prices. I recommend them to everyone.

My Husband got his Medical Card and Trulieve was the first store he went to. He was greeted and attended to by, “Heaven.” He said that she was patient and helpful when it came to explaining his limits and knowledgeable about what strains to best use for his ailments. She made the entire process fast and easy, to which I can agree because I’m the one who had to wait in the car and it wasn’t that long at all.

I love their product, but unfortunately, they have idiots working for them. Every time I go there I’m either shorted or the wait is so ridiculously long. The last debacle they shorted me an eighth that I paid for, I go back and they told me they were going to give it to me for free but then they charge my rec again. So now I’m charged twice for a product that I received once, they don’t foresee that is being a problem. Lucky for me there’s a lot of dispensaries with a lot of great product. I will never go back to truileve again as I don’t need the hassle, a weeks worth of phone calls in aggravation. But if you are a customer of theirs, you better check your stuff! Rise, Curaleaf, Sanctuary, Green Dragon, & Muv are all great dispensaries that never have shorted me once and when you go there you’re treated fairly.

The slowest dispensary EVER! I did an express order and they never called my name and proceeded to let me sit in line behind several people on a Saturday without express orders. This is a normal thing at this location so please don’t wasted your time attempting pick up quick, make sure you have at least 20 minutes to spare. I only have them a two star because they have good products, just slow as if it’s on purpose or either under the influence. The photo i attached was after waiting 13 minutes while being on the express waiting list in which i did prior to getting there as instructed. Also watch your allotment, you don’t get a full 3.5 or 7 when you receive your product which can mess up your monthly allowance.

Took away all my points when they started their new points system. So basically, all the points I earned were stolen from me. I used to shop here a couple of times a week. Now I come in maybe once a month and spend 40$. I won't be the only one losing money in this situation. That's just not how you treat loyal customers.

Usually go to Trulieve location on Military Trail and Cherry Street and have always had a good experience, but for convenience went to the location on Okeechobee. My "team member" was clearly unhappy with my request to assist me in choosing a quantity to fit my substantial budget, explaining that he "needed a point of reference" and could not help me. He kept looking at his watch. I explained that this was never a problem before and he reluctantly agreed to help me. It was an unpleasant experience and for the amount of cash I was willing to pay, felt completely dissed.

Trulieve is overcharging it's patrons. They charge a $3 fee automatically when you pay with a debit card, then the same address from the POS machine at their location charges you another $2.50 additional which then adds up to $5.50 in fees. This is illegal.

Even with pick up orders they still make you sit down and wait for about 15-20 min. Feels like I’m waiting for a doctor to see me. 🤦🏻♂️ it’s good smoke, but it seems the staff don’t have urgency for other people trying to pick up and go. Wish they had a drive thru like other dispensaries do. Bummer!

I wish I was kidding but it takes them min 15 min per patient, you can’t see or smell the product in advance. I have no clue what they’re doing but as far as I can see the bud tender is glued to the computer. Then they walk around a little. Oh now they have a question from the front desk person who I assume is the manager. She’s also just chilling explaining she can’t rush the patients but I can clearly see the patients are waiting on the bud tender. I go to grow healthy and jungle boys frequently where you can actually see the product. This is what happens when you have 120 stores for absolutely no reason.

I used to like coming here, but the last few times I place pick up orders, it never seems to get out of the processing phase as ready for pickup. I’ve also had issues with an order being canceled when it wasn’t supposed to be. Staff is nice but it’s just always busy and these other issues makes it a less enjoyable time. I just go to VidaCann now.

Please explain to my why I was told I have to wait 20 minutes on 8/2 to pick up and order that was place on 8/1 at 1pm. I didn’t not received the pick up text until 7:54am on 8/2. What is the reason for express pick up if I still have to wait to pick up and order that I was told ready for pick up. I got inside and they stated I have to wait 20 min because 8 people are ahead of me. What’s the reason for express pick up. Please shut down this place if you don’t have enough employees to service customers. I have seen employees come and go no one is recognizable anymore. I cancelled my order and I won’t be back. MUV or Sanctuary is way better.

How is it that we are all pan great money for this and to keep these businesses alive I make a order for delivery get emails and texts that they are coming only to find out they’re not going to be delivering my medication for two more days. This is a very bad luck on a business and very bad customer service there are so many other dispensaries that you can count on with better quality medication. This is a sad look. Trulieve

Trulieve is vertically integrated, as are all of the Florida cannabis brands. Being vertically integrated means they oversee the entire process from seed to sale. Trulieve dispensary products are grown from their own cannabis plants from seed or cuttings, harvested, and processed into a variety of products. Then packages and distributed within their own network.
Product types, different strains and availability can vary from store menu to store menu, depending on demand. If Trulieve in West Palm Beach does not have what you are looking for, your Florida MedCard is universally accepted at any dispensary in the state.
Purchasing Marijuana Products at Trulieve
Upon arrival at this dispensary, you’ll enter a designated waiting area before going into the retail area with staff. The dispensary staff work with you to explain all of the cannabis products available. Budtenders may make recommendations that are based on your doctor’s recommendation.
If it’s your first visit, you’ll be required to complete intake forms. This lets the dispensary staff confirm your patient status and see what you were allotted by your medical marijuana doctor.

If you have an active medical card, you can pick from a wide array of cannabis products. Various delivery methods of the different cannabinoids have been approved by the DOH, including edibles, inhalation, oral, sublingual, topical, traditional flower and even suppositories. There is no obligation to buy your entire milligram limit at once; instead, you can purchase less if you so desire and then buy more during another visit or at another dispensary.
