Today was my first time in a Trulieve and the associate helping me was the shift manager- I believe his name was Mike. This dude knew his $hit! I mean I’ve been smoking my whole life and the wealth of knowledge this man had blew my mind. I bought flower, chocolate, cookies, gummies, kief… there wasn’t a question he couldn’t answer. My wife loves this location and she won’t go to another. Very satisfied customers. Thanks again for being awesome!

I always shop at Trulieve but this location specifically is the one I shop at most. Being fairly new to the cannabis world I HEAVILY rely on the staff there to help me find the products that will most help me. And they are ALL super knowledgeable and accommodating but specifically I am writing this review because I always get great advice and an actual education about my purchase from Alexis.To me that separates a good business from an excellent one. Employees who know their business in and out and provides a level of service that even among other Trulieve stores- I choose THIS store.You also can’t beat the fact they 100% stand behind their products and advice. If you are unhappy they will make it right. Kudos to the entire team. Well done.

STEVE with the pink hair, at front desk is amazing and an awesome Person to be greeted by.To be honest the closed in wait area AND LONG WAIT TIMES, EVEN AFTER checking in usually prevents me from enjoying Trulieve products. Drive thru would be amazingly helpful for public anxiety, PTSD we all know right... Well, this Steve gentleman was very kind, knowledgeable, and very patient with me I asked if he would teach me something while the wait went on, he kindly obliged (there wasn't a line behind me) Because of this, I give four stars. I have been denied more than 5 times to purchase my medication when I’ve placed my order online around 5pm. I don’t understand how it’s so hard to fill an online order of 4 items in 2.5 hours. The gentleman who always wears the gray hoodie and the old lady with red hair are the most rude, unprofessional bud tenders I have EVER met, not to mention lazy. If you say online that you close at 8pm why can’t you fill have a customer check in at 7:30pm to pick up an ONLINE ORDER MADE almost 3 hours prior. Lol

Don't bother replying if you're just going to paste the same automatic answer you give everyone else "we are sorry you experienced this, email us to solve this". This is always my first choice dispensary wherever I go. However, this was my first time in winter haven and I couldn’t be more pleased with how I was treated today. JUDY was FANTASTIC and answered every question I had and gave me some amazing insight on some of their products. I'm here ow at the 3rd st location and it's 8.40pm. and this new lady told us we're not going to have enough time to be seen.. when there was only one person Infront of us. That is the most horrible customer service I've ever had. Y'all made me waist my time and gas to drive over here. Just to be pushed away. I'm so lit right now it's not even funny. Purchasing Marijuana Products at Trulieve
During your first visit, you’ll be required to complete intake forms. This lets the dispensary staff confirm your patient status and see what you were allotted by your medical marijuana doctor.
Upon arrival at this dispensary, you’ll enter a designated waiting area before going into the retail area with staff. The dispensary staff work with you to explain all of the cannabis products available. Budtenders will make recommendations that are based on your doctor’s recommendation.

Don’t bother going. Very under staffed and take over an hour to be seen. Go to MUV down the road. Gets you in and out quickly and the deals and quality are wayyyyyy better then tulieve.

My first experience at Trulieve was as an employee but today I returned for the first time as a patient. Melissa was prompt and always friendly at check in. Stephen meticulously made sure my (large) order was correct and even sold me another CDT vape cart. Like I needed anything else 😁 LOL It was great to Sean as the GM. Even though I live closer to another Trulieve, Winter Haven staff can't be beat and it will be my store of choice for future orders.
