I’ve been going to VidaCann for years. Every single time I go the staff are fantastic and friendly, and they truly make that place great. I ask a lot of questions and I can’t remember a single time the person behind that counter didn’t have an answer or a solution, and trust me I’ve been to all the dispensary’s in south Florida. You know what doesn’t make a place great? No air conditioning!!! I’ve lived in Florida for a decade and i actually had to run outside to get cool. I don’t know about you but no AC in Florida, end of July? Literal insanity.

My recent experience was incredibly disappointing and frustrating. I reached out to the dispensary regarding a missed dispensation, and it quickly escalated into a confrontation.When I contacted them to address the issue, I was met with a dismissive attitude. The associate claimed that the problem was due to a phone order I supposedly made the previous day, which was not the case. I tried to explain the situation calmly, but instead of an apology, I was met with a contentious response. I simply asked for an apology, and their reply was, "Why do you need an apology to make you feel better?" This was not the kind of customer service I expected from a medical marijuana dispensary.I requested to speak with a manager, but the conversation became even more frustrating. The manager refused to introduce themselves and asked repeatedly, "Who am I speaking with?" This lack of communication only added to the tension.As a patient, I believe I have the right to express my concerns and frustrations, so I decided to visit the dispensary in person, hoping to resolve the issue face-to-face. To my shock, this was interpreted as a threat, even though my intention was to discuss my dispensation experience and accountability.Upon my arrival, I was met with hostility by someone I believe to be named John. Despite requesting to speak to a manager multiple times, I was told that the police were being called on me without being asked to leave or told that I had to leave. It's astonishing that the situation escalated to this point when all I wanted was to speak to a manager.The unnecessary escalation and hostility only worsened my PTSD and anxiety, conditions for which I require medical marijuana. I don't recommend this place if you are looking for a MMTC because they don't treat people like patients. I have also begun the complaint process with the OMMUR.

Definitely a significant difference growing marijuana indoors vs hydro indoors. This is one of the only dispensaries I found in Florida that grow their marijuana outdoors and I definitely feel the difference between other leading dispensaries in Florida. I feel that it's actually working to reduce the symptoms permanently vs coping with symptoms.Nothing beats growing from the natural soil of the earth where nutrients where gathered for ages.

So I placed this order in the morning around 7am. I got the text message and all. I got to the store and this is the 4th time they gave me the wrong cartridges and I noticed by the price. I have to say that Vidacann (all locations in south Florida) have blown me away. Honestly, all of my friends tell me to go to trulieve but I've given them so many chances and I'm NEVER happy! Vidacann used to be my favorite dispensary in the area. It has continuously gone down hill the path several months. This location has had almost no inventory at all times. They keep claiming they’ll be fixing the issue but in reality Vidacann is only concerned with opening new locations and filling those stores with all of the existing inventory. They do not care about existing patients and do not care that medication is not available to them. Do not give them your business because chances are you’ll find a product that really works for you and then they won’t have it back in stock for the next 6 months. Stay far away. This company has gone so far downhill so quickly and it really is sad.

The Flower (Cookie Toast) gets a 7 out of 10, & the vape (Pakistani/Indica) gets a 5 out of 10. Hopefully they improve on the vape carts as they were extremely lacking in flavor. The flower on the other hand smelled & tasted amazing. Very good first time experience here. Was in & out within 15 min & the budtender (Matt) was able to answer all of the questions. Perfect customer care. I called in after driving by one day and spoke with someone there named Tim. He had a wealth of knowledge on the products they had available that would help my situation. I have suffered from Migraines since I was 8 years old and am in the process of getting into cannabis products (both CBD and THC) to help my suffering since nothing else I have tried has been working. Tim was able to point me in the right direction on the steps I need to take to get my medical card after I speak with my MD. I've been visiting this dispensary regularly for months, and it's hands down my fave FL dispensary. They almost always have a sale going on, and their prices aren't too bad without discounts either. Every time I visit the dispensary, the employees are friendly, helpful, and efficient. I love that I can order pickup, but it's not even necessary most of the time, because their turn around time for regular orders is so quick anyway, unlike Trulieve where pickups are basically a necessity. Product quality is always great, and I love that I can depend on them to almost always being in stock of what I need.

I was happy about that until upon pick up I was told it wouldn't be honored because I had placed the order the day before. So I let my frustration be known and that I can shop elsewhere that would have honored the sale, made my purchase and left. Following day (today) I get a call from Lisa saying they looked at my purchase history and value my patronage. So I was offered an insulting 15% discount on my next purchase. Wow! Not knowing much about medical cannabis, I visited Vidacann. I spoke with Carrie and Norma for about 40 minutes. They told me about the company, the benefits of their product and the steps someone needs to go through to be prescribed their product.The place is very clean and the staff was friendly and professional. The staff informed me of the many Florida state tests they took in order to work in the industry..... It's not like Cheech and Chong working there. I was kind of skeptical of a medical cannabis dispensary opening so close to home. I feel more positive about it after speaking with their staff.

I’ve been going to VidaCann for years. Every single time I go the staff are fantastic and friendly, and they truly make that place great. I ask a lot of questions and I can’t remember a single time the person behind that counter didn’t have an answer or a solution, and trust me I’ve been to all the dispensary’s in south Florida. You know what doesn’t make a place great? No air conditioning!!! I’ve lived in Florida for a decade and i actually had to run outside to get cool. I don’t know about you but no AC in Florida, end of July? Literal insanity.

My recent experience was incredibly disappointing and frustrating. I reached out to the dispensary regarding a missed dispensation, and it quickly escalated into a confrontation.When I contacted them to address the issue, I was met with a dismissive attitude. The associate claimed that the problem was due to a phone order I supposedly made the previous day, which was not the case. I tried to explain the situation calmly, but instead of an apology, I was met with a contentious response. I simply asked for an apology, and their reply was, "Why do you need an apology to make you feel better?" This was not the kind of customer service I expected from a medical marijuana dispensary.I requested to speak with a manager, but the conversation became even more frustrating. The manager refused to introduce themselves and asked repeatedly, "Who am I speaking with?" This lack of communication only added to the tension.As a patient, I believe I have the right to express my concerns and frustrations, so I decided to visit the dispensary in person, hoping to resolve the issue face-to-face. To my shock, this was interpreted as a threat, even though my intention was to discuss my dispensation experience and accountability.Upon my arrival, I was met with hostility by someone I believe to be named John. Despite requesting to speak to a manager multiple times, I was told that the police were being called on me without being asked to leave or told that I had to leave. It's astonishing that the situation escalated to this point when all I wanted was to speak to a manager.The unnecessary escalation and hostility only worsened my PTSD and anxiety, conditions for which I require medical marijuana. I don't recommend this place if you are looking for a MMTC because they don't treat people like patients. I have also begun the complaint process with the OMMUR.

Definitely a significant difference growing marijuana indoors vs hydro indoors. This is one of the only dispensaries I found in Florida that grow their marijuana outdoors and I definitely feel the difference between other leading dispensaries in Florida. I feel that it's actually working to reduce the symptoms permanently vs coping with symptoms.Nothing beats growing from the natural soil of the earth where nutrients where gathered for ages.

So I placed this order in the morning around 7am. I got the text message and all. I got to the store and this is the 4th time they gave me the wrong cartridges and I noticed by the price. He went and got the right carts only he wasn’t gonna sell them to me FOR THE PRICE THATS CLEARLY SHOWN ON THE WEBSITE. I used my points and a student discount and brought exact money. Then when I got there trying to pay he’s telling me a higher price and says “these cartridges can’t go below 20$”. Alright but that’s not the price that was shown to me so I’d like to get it for the price that was shown to me. He said no. I spoke to the manager and she was no help. Pretty new to Florida and got my mmj card about 6 months ago. I've been to almost all of the dispensaries (except fluent & Surterra). I have to say that Vidacann (all locations in south Florida) have blown me away. Honestly, all of my friends tell me to go to trulieve but I've given them so many chances and I'm NEVER happy! I have NEVER been disappointed at any Vidacann location! Their products are exceptional and they aren't any more expensive than anywhere else! If you haven't tried them yet, you are missing the boat friends!! Interested to see if curbside comes back for awhile with the delta variant??

I must say the staff was amazing and Vidacann has been my fastest experience to any dispensary! The reason for the one star off is because i didn't enjoy any of the vape carts i bought. Got four of them, didn't enjoy the taste of any them. They all tasted similar, like a weird burnt toast taste on all of them. Will be passing on their vape carts, but will try the flower next time!

Vidacann used to be my favorite dispensary in the area. It has continuously gone down hill the path several months. This location has had almost no inventory at all times. They keep claiming they’ll be fixing the issue but in reality Vidacann is only concerned with opening new locations and filling those stores with all of the existing inventory. They do not care about existing patients and do not care that medication is not available to them. Do not give them your business because chances are you’ll find a product that really works for you and then they won’t have it back in stock for the next 6 months. Stay far away. This company has gone so far downhill so quickly and it really is sad.

Also bought duct tape pre rolls, its like cardboard with a hay smell. Not total garbage but tastes that way for sure. Since your response is so nice. I will never go back to VidaCann again as they stole money from me. I understand it’s hard times but this is insane. Why no corporate 1-800 number to speak with? I’m actually now scared to use their products after the experience I just had. Stay away from this store. They will take your money because employees aren’t trained correctly. I wasn’t explained anything on how to use it or what amount would be good for me and my needs. So I left pretty confused. My friend Allegra K. The Flower (Cookie Toast) gets a 7 out of 10, & the vape (Pakistani/Indica) gets a 5 out of 10. Hopefully they improve on the vape carts as they were extremely lacking in flavor. The flower on the other hand smelled & tasted amazing. Very good first time experience here. Was in & out within 15 min & the budtender (Matt) was able to answer all of the questions. Vidacann 🦌 field gets a 4.5 out of 5.

Perfect customer care. I called in after driving by one day and spoke with someone there named Tim. He had a wealth of knowledge on the products they had available that would help my situation. I have suffered from Migraines since I was 8 years old and am in the process of getting into cannabis products (both CBD and THC) to help my suffering since nothing else I have tried has been working. Tim was able to point me in the right direction on the steps I need to take to get my medical card after I speak with my MD. The info he was able to provide really made me feel like I was doing what was best to help me heal, I'll definitely be going back to him at this VidaCann location.

I've been visiting this dispensary regularly for months, and it's hands down my fave FL dispensary. They almost always have a sale going on, and their prices aren't too bad without discounts either. Every time I visit the dispensary, the employees are friendly, helpful, and efficient. I love that I can order pickup, but it's not even necessary most of the time, because their turn around time for regular orders is so quick anyway, unlike Trulieve where pickups are basically a necessity. Product quality is always great, and I love that I can depend on them to almost always being in stock of what I need.

I was happy about that until upon pick up I was told it wouldn't be honored because I had placed the order the day before. So I let my frustration be known and that I can shop elsewhere that would have honored the sale, made my purchase and left. Following day (today) I get a call from Lisa saying they looked at my purchase history and value my patronage. So I was offered an insulting 15% discount on my next purchase. Wow! You are offering me the discount I SHOULD have gotten on my order anyway, when you frequently offer 20% discounts to everyone. Thanks for showing you really don't value me as a customer. Not knowing much about medical cannabis, I visited Vidacann. I spoke with Carrie and Norma for about 40 minutes. They told me about the company, the benefits of their product and the steps someone needs to go through to be prescribed their product.The place is very clean and the staff was friendly and professional. The staff informed me of the many Florida state tests they took in order to work in the industry..... It's not like Cheech and Chong working there. I was kind of skeptical of a medical cannabis dispensary opening so close to home. I feel more positive about it after speaking with their staff.
