Ive been in the program since April 2021 and I def spend more time in this dispensary than any others in town and we have the most dispensaries out of most cities in our state. This is unlike any dispensary that I have been to. The staff work together and are knowledgeable about the products that the have in stock. They answer any questions that you may have and if they can't, they will find out. The manager had a great spirit about him and the vibe of the place was just calming and flows. It is relaxing and the experience is nice. It customer service is impeccable and it being my first time, I was really impressed! I will definitely go back. I love the service and the selections. The staff is pretty good when it comes to asking questions about various strains. I personally like the higher THC counts but their tear two 19% and lower is also excellent. They have a great selection so stop on by and get your meds there. You'll be glad you did!🤠read more

This is definitely the best dispensary in town! I got my med card not too long ago and I’ve been shopping around for my go to place and I finally found it. I smoke a lot of cartridges and I love that vidacann actually has the strain listed unlike some dispos in town which only have flavors listed. There’s always discounts going on, 40% off of eighths is a recurring one which is amazing. Although, the customer service seals the deal. I want to go somewhere I feel welcome and am treated like a guest not as pest which is the attitude of most bud tenders in town. When I first started coming to vidacann I had an issue with my cartridges each time the manager made sure everything was settled he even sat with me and let me try the cartridges until we found one that worked. Every tier flower I've purchased from 3 to 1, bud it's premature hasn't been flushed right or cured right... Maybe because they just opened they held the flower they have in stock for a while and that's why they have those hydration pouches I pray to God that's what it is cuz I heard good things about this place and waited a long time and so far it's the most disappointed I've been in any dispensary please double check what you're getting before you pay for itread more

All your flowers are premature from the tier 3 to tier 1 I drove 30 miles thinking I was gonna get a good product. Has no smell to it the little pouches you put in it are making the flower bad all your strands smell like tea. Very good staff but bad product very unsatisfyingread more
